本发明公开的双电机混合动力系统,在传统的手动变速器基础上布置第一电机,在传统的燃油发动机基础上布置第二电机,具有成本低、重量轻、传动效率高、结构紧凑优点;双电机混合动力系统包括两个电机、多个档位,在加速过程中通过第一电机进行加速助力,在换挡过程中通过第一电机提供扭矩而保证扭矩不会中断,具有良好的驾驶性能;第一电机布置在变速器端,第二电机布置在发动机端,变速器总成轴向尺寸与同档位的手动变速器轴向尺寸相当,能够适应市场所有的三缸发动机及四缸发动机机仓布置,可适应车型多。

本发明涉及汽车驱动领域,特别涉及一种双电机混合动力系统。
背景技术
随着汽车行业正在向着低碳、智能化方向发展,新能源汽车的开发和利用已逐渐成为一种趋势。目前已量产销售的双电机混合动力系统,由一个大扭矩大功率电机作为主驱动,另外一个小功率电机仅作为发电机使用,纯电驱动一个档位,发动机驱动一个或两个档位,从而导致在没电或是馈电的情况下,发动机因档位数太少,导致整车动力性和经济性不能兼顾,且因主驱电机通常轴向长度较长,发动机机仓布置困难,适应性不好。也有单电机的混合动力系统,档位一般有五个或以上,因成本较高,整车布置困难,推广的局限性较大。
因此,有必要开发一种多个档位,换挡过程中保证扭矩传递不会中断,同时可以行进间启动发动机,具有良好的驾驶性能,且发动机机仓布置适应性好,可适应车型的混合动力系统。
发明内容
本发明公开了双电机混合动力系统,能够实现加速过程中加速助力,换档过程中动力补偿不中断,同时保证动力性和经济性;

本发明有益技术效果为:
1)在传统的手动变速器基础上布置第一电机1,在传统的燃油发动机基础上布置第二电机24,具有成本低、重量轻、传动效率高、结构紧凑优点。
2)双电机混合动力系统包括两个电机、多个档位,在加速过程中通过第一电机1进行加速助力,在换挡过程中通过第一电机1提供扭矩而保证扭矩不会中断,具有良好的驾驶性能;
3)第一电机1布置在变速器端,第二电机24布置在发动机端,变速器总成轴向尺寸与同档位的手动变速器轴向尺寸相当,能够适应市场所以的3缸及4缸发动机机仓布置,可适应车型多。

具体实施方式
本发明公开的双电机混合动力系统,包括:第一电机1、第二电机24、发动机26、离合器27和变速器;
变速器包括输入轴30、中间轴一31、中间轴二29、电机介入轴28、差速器23。输入轴30上固定布置一组档位输入齿轮。中间轴一上固定布置多个同步器和一个第一输出齿轮34,空套布置多个与输入齿轮对应的档位输出齿轮。中间轴二29上固定布置同步器9和一个第二输出齿轮11,空套布置多个与输出齿轮对应的档位输出齿轮。中间轴二29上空套一个电机齿轮6、固定布置一个电机同步器。第一输出齿轮、第二输出齿轮与差速器23齿轮输入端啮合。
第一电机1通过多级齿轮传动机构与中间轴二29上的第一电机齿轮6啮合。
发动机26通过离合器27与输入轴30连接,第二电机24通过皮带传动机构与发动机26连接;
皮带传动机构包括在第二电机24上的电机皮带轮33及皮带25,发动机26上的发动机皮带轮32及皮带25,发动机皮带轮32和电机皮带轮33通过皮带25连接传递扭矩。
输入齿轮、输出齿轮及同步器之间构成档位如下:
输入轴30上固定一档输入齿轮16和二档输入齿轮15;中间轴一31空套一档输出齿轮22和二档输出齿轮20;一二档同步器21固定在中间轴一31上且可切换结合一档输出齿轮22或二档输出齿轮20;一档输入齿轮16与一档输出齿轮22常啮合形成一档;二档输入齿轮15与二档输出齿轮20常啮合形成二档;
输入轴30上固定三档输入齿轮13和五档输入齿轮12;中间轴一31空套三档输出齿轮19和五档输出齿轮17;三五档同步器18固定在中间轴一31上且可切换结合三档输出齿轮19或五档输出齿轮17;三档输入齿轮13与三档输出齿轮19常啮合形成三档;五档输入齿轮12与五档输出齿轮17常啮合形成五档;
输入轴30上固定四档输入齿轮14;中间轴二29上空套四档输出齿轮8和倒档输出齿轮10;四档倒档同步器9固定在中间轴二29上且可切换结合四档输出齿轮8或倒档输出齿轮10;四档输入齿轮14与四档输出齿轮8常啮合形成四档;倒档输出齿轮10与一档输入齿轮16、一档输出齿轮22常啮合形成倒档;
离合器27不是双离合器27,而是是一个单离合器27,可以是干式离合器27也可以是湿式离合器27,离合器27位于变速器和发动机26之间。
发动机26为4缸或3缸发动机26,也可以是其他类型发动机26,发动机26通过离合器27与变速器的输入轴30连接,当离合器27断开时,发动机26与变速器之间的传动连接断开,当离合器27接合时,发动机26与变速器之间的传动连接接合。

本发明双电机混合动力系统包括以下工作模式:
1)纯发动机模式
电机齿轮6和电机同步器7处于断开状态,离合器27结合,变速器上同步器与对应档的档位齿轮接合,发动机26向输入轴30传递扭矩,输入轴30上的扭矩通过接合的档位齿轮传递到中间轴一31或中间轴二29,其中第二输出齿轮11或第一输出齿轮34将扭矩传递到差速器23上;所述的发动机26向第二电机24传递扭矩,使得第二电机24对电池进行充电;
整车制动工况时,电机齿轮6和电机同步器7结合,所述发动机26的扭矩通过电机齿轮和多级齿轮传动机构传递到第一电机1上,使得第一电机1对电池进行充电;
2)纯电模式
所述离合器27断开,发动机26和第二电机24停止运转,电机齿轮6和电机同步器7结合,所述第一电机1向中间轴二29传递扭矩,再传递到差速器23上;
3)混合驱动模式

第一电机1向中间轴二29和差速器23传递扭矩用于驱动,所述的离合器27断开,此时所述的变速器待接合的档位齿轮与待接合的同步器进行接合从而实现动力补偿换档。
在本实施方式中,使得变速器上的所有齿轮均可以用于第一电机1和发动机26的传动,使得现有技术的混合动力系统增加了纯电驱动模式、混合驱动模式、纯发动机模式下的档位选择。在变速器进行换挡时,第一电机1向中间轴二29传递扭矩,防止换挡时出现扭矩中断的现象,提高驾驶性。
通过上述结构,使得变速器的多个档位齿轮和多个同步器设置在输入轴30和中间轴一31或中间轴二29上,多个档位齿轮之间啮合以组成对应变速器的多个档位的齿轮副,多个同步器能够与对应的档位齿轮接合和断开来实现换档。当需要变速器进行换挡工作时,对应的同步器和齿轮进行断开或接合,使得对应的齿轮副在中间轴一31或中间轴二29和输入轴30之间实现传动或断开传动。

3.采用权利要求2所述的双电机混合动力系统,其特征在于:输入轴(30)上固定一档输入齿轮(16)和二档输入齿轮(15);中间轴一(31)空套一档输出齿轮(22)和二档输出齿轮(20);一二档同步器(21)固定在中间轴一(31)上且可切换结合一档输出齿轮(22)或二档输出齿轮(20);一档输入齿轮(16)与一档输出齿轮(22)常啮合形成一档齿轮副;二档输入齿轮(15)与二档输出齿轮(20)常啮合形成二档齿轮副;
输入轴(30)上固定三档输入齿轮(13)和五档输入齿轮(12);中间轴一(31)空套三档输出齿轮(19)和五档输出齿轮(17);三五档同步器(18)固定在中间轴一(31)上且可切换结合三档输出齿轮(19)或五档输出齿轮(17);三档输入齿轮(13)与三档输出齿轮(19)常啮合形成三档齿轮副;五档输入齿轮(12)与五档输出齿轮(17)常啮合形成五档齿轮副;
输入轴(30)上固定四档输入齿轮(14);中间轴二(29)上空套四档输出齿轮(8)和倒档输出齿轮(10);四档倒档同步器(9)固定在中间轴二(29)上且可切换结合四档输出齿轮(8)或倒档输出齿轮(10);四档输入齿轮(14)与四档输出齿轮(8)常啮合形成四档齿轮副;倒档输出齿轮(10)与一档输入齿轮(16)、一档输出齿轮(22)常啮合形成倒档齿轮副。
