技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力汽车领域,具体涉及一种双电机混合动力驱动系统及汽车。
背景技术
传统的燃油汽车通常以石油作为能量源,随着资源的匮乏和汽车尾气排放带来的环境污染,国家对汽车尾气排放的限制越来越严格,因此许多汽车制造商的研发方向逐渐倾向于低排放、低油耗的新能源汽车。但是,新能源汽车中的纯电动汽车,具有整车成本较高、充电时间长、电池寿命不稳定等难以短期解决的问题,而混合动力汽车同样作为新能源汽车一种,同时具有传统燃油汽车和纯电动汽车两者的优点,具有多种高效的驱动模式,既可以通过发动机和第一电机同时驱动,也能够通过发动机或第一电机单独驱动。
目前,混合动力汽车通常采用一个发动机和一个电机提供驱动力,挡位有五个甚至更多,极易造成挡位冗余,且成本较高、整车布置困难,推广的局限性较大,此外,还有多数混合动力汽车不能在行进间启动发动机,节油效果较差,甚至在换挡时动力极易中断,不但驾驶体验感不好,还容易造成事故发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术对应的不足,提供一种双电机混合动力驱动系统,将第二电机与离合器集成在一起,结构简单、空间尺寸小,驱动系统趋向于小型化设计,能够适应市场所有的三缸发动机及四缸发动机机仓布置,能适应更多的车型,而采用本发明的双电机混合动力驱动系统的汽车,不但解决了电控机械式自动变速器换挡过程中动力中断问题,保证动力不会中断,还可以在加速过程中通过第一电机进行动力辅助,并在行进间启动发动机,不但具有良好的动力性能和驾驶性能,也具有更好的适应性从而提高其燃油经济性,降低排放。
本发明的目的是采用下述方案实现的:一种双电机混合动力驱动系统,包括驱动系统箱体、发动机、第一电机、差速器,一输入轴、中间轴、第一传动轴、第二传动轴相互平行支承于驱动系统箱体内,所述输入轴的一端通过一离合器连接发动机的曲轴输出端,所述离合器设置在第二电机的转子内,离合器的外毂与第二电机的转子固定连接,所述发动机的曲轴输出端与离合器的外毂周向固定连接,所述离合器的主动摩擦盘与外毂固定连接,从动摩擦盘与输入轴固定连接;
所述输入轴与中间轴之间分别通过发动机一挡齿轮副、发动机二挡齿轮副相连,所述发动机一挡齿轮副、发动机二挡齿轮副之间设置用于换挡的第一同步器,所述中间轴上周向固定第一传动齿轮与差速器的减速齿轮啮合;
所述第一传动轴上固定设置电动机一挡主动齿轮、电动机二挡主动齿轮,所述第二传动轴上分别空套设置电动机一挡从动齿轮、电动机二挡从动齿轮,所述电动机一挡从动齿轮、电动机二挡从动齿轮之间设置用于换挡的第二同步器,所述电动机一挡从动齿轮与电动机一挡主动齿轮啮合,电动机二挡从动齿轮与电动机二挡主动齿轮啮合,所述第二传动轴上周向固定第二传动齿轮与差速器的减速齿轮啮合;

本发明包含如下有益效果:一输入轴、中间轴、第一传动轴、第二传动轴相互平行支承于驱动系统箱体内,所述输入轴的一端通过一离合器连接发动机的曲轴输出端,所述离合器设置在第二电机的转子内,离合器的外毂与第二电机的转子固定连接,所述发动机的曲轴输出端与离合器的外毂周向固定连接,所述离合器的主动摩擦盘与外毂固定连接,从动摩擦盘与输入轴固定连接;无论离合器是否接合,第二电机在发动机运转过程中均可实现发电功能,提高能量回收效率。
所述输入轴与中间轴之间分别通过发动机一挡齿轮副、发动机二挡齿轮副相连,所述发动机一挡齿轮副、发动机二挡齿轮副之间设置用于换挡的第一同步器,所述中间轴上周向固定第一传动齿轮与差速器的减速齿轮啮合,差速器输出的动力能够改善换挡时出现扭矩中断的现象,提高驾驶舒适性。

如图1至图2所示,一种双电机混合动力驱动系统,包括驱动系统箱体、发动机1、第一电机3、差速器15,一输入轴5、中间轴7、第一传动轴6、第二传动轴8相互平行支承于驱动系统箱体内,所述输入轴5的一端通过一离合器2连接发动机1的曲轴输出端,所述离合器2设置在第二电机4的转子内,离合器2的外毂与第二电机4的转子固定连接,所述发动机1的曲轴输出端与离合器2的外毂周向固定连接,所述离合器2的主动摩擦盘与外毂固定连接,从动摩擦盘与输入轴5固定连接;

混合驱动模式:
当离合器2的主动摩擦盘与从动摩擦盘接合时,所述发动机1通过离合器2向输入轴5传递扭矩,第一同步器13与发动机一挡主动齿轮10/发动机二挡主动齿轮9结合,动力通过发动机一挡从动齿轮12/发动机二挡从动齿轮11,依次传递给中间轴7、第一传动齿轮17,最后传递到差速器15的减速齿轮18上,由差速器15输出动力到半轴上;所述第一电机3通过电机传动齿轮19向第一传动轴6传递扭矩,第二同步器22与电动机一挡从动齿轮23/电动机二挡从动齿轮24结合,动力通过第一传动轴6上的电动机一挡主动齿轮16/电动机二挡主动齿轮14传递给第二传动轴8,由周向固定在第二传动轴8上的第二传动齿轮21将扭矩传递到差速器15的减速齿轮18上,差速器15输出动力。所述发动机1通过离合器2将动力传递到第二电机4上,驱动第二电机4对电池进行充电。

能量回收模式:
整车制动,离合器2的主动摩擦盘与从动摩擦盘没有接合,在发动机1处于运行状态,第一电机3运行,第二电机4处于运行状态时,所述发动机1通过离合器2将动力传递给第二电机4的电机轴,驱动第二电机4对电池进行充电。
由于惯性,汽车继续行驶使车轮产生的动力通过半轴传递给差速器15,差速器15的减速齿轮18将动力传递给第二传动齿轮21,所述第二传动齿轮21将动力传递给第二传动轴8,第二同步器22与电动机一挡从动齿轮23/电动机二挡从动齿轮24结合时,动力通过第二传动轴8上的电动机一挡从动齿轮23/电动机二挡从动齿轮24传递给第一传动轴6上的电动机一挡主动齿轮16/电动机二挡主动齿轮14,再由电动机一挡主动齿轮16/电动机二挡主动齿轮14将动力传递给第一传动轴6,第一传动轴6上周向固定的电动机二挡主动齿轮14将动力依次传递给电机传动齿轮19,通过第一电机3的电机轴驱动第一电机3对电池进行充电。
若发动机1与第二电机4均处于停止状态,第一电机3处于运行状态,由于惯性,汽车继续行驶使车轮产生的动力通过半轴传递给差速器15,差速器15的减速齿轮18将动力传递给第二传动齿轮21,所述第二传动齿轮21将动力传递给第二传动轴8,第二同步器22与电动机一挡从动齿轮23/电动机二挡从动齿轮24结合时,动力通过第二传动轴8上的电动机一挡从动齿轮23/电动机二挡从动齿轮24传递给第一传动轴6上的电动机一挡主动齿轮16/电动机二挡主动齿轮14,再由电动机一挡主动齿轮16/电动机二挡主动齿轮14将动力传递给第一传动轴6,第一传动轴6上周向固定的电动机二挡主动齿轮14将动力传递给电机传动齿轮19,通过第一电机3的电机轴驱动第一电机3对电池进行充电。
整车怠速时,发动机1处于怠速状态,第一电机3停止运行,第二电机4处于运行状态,当离合器2的主动摩擦盘与从动摩擦盘没有接合时,发动机1通过离合器2将动力传递到第二电机4的电机轴,驱动第二电机4对电池进行充电。
启动发动机:
当发动机1处于停止运行状态时,使离合器2的主动摩擦盘与从动摩擦盘不接合,第一电机3停止运行,第二电机4处于运行状态,第二电机4的电机轴输出的动力通过离合器2传递到发动机1的曲轴上,用于启动发动机1。
换挡过程的动力补偿模式:
在发动机挡位的换挡过程中,所述第一电机3通过电机传动齿轮19向第一传动轴6传递扭矩,第二同步器22与电动机一挡从动齿轮23/电动机二挡从动齿轮24结合,动力通过第一传动轴6上的电动机一挡主动齿轮16/电动机二挡主动齿轮14传递给第二传动轴8,由周向固定在第二传动轴8上的第二传动齿轮21将扭矩传递到差速器15的减速齿轮18上,差速器15输出动力用于驱动车轮从而实现动力补偿。
在纯电动挡位的换挡过程中,使离合器2的主动摩擦盘与从动摩擦盘接合,所述发动机1通过离合器2向输入轴5传递扭矩,第一同步器13与发动机一挡主动齿轮10/发动机二挡主动齿轮9结合,动力通过发动机一挡从动齿轮12/发动机二挡从动齿轮11,依次传递给中间轴7、第一传动齿轮17,最后传递到差速器15的减速齿轮18上,由差速器15输出动力到半轴上,用于驱动车轮从而实现动力补偿。

Claims (4)
1.一种双电机混合动力驱动系统,包括驱动系统箱体、发动机(1)、第一电机(3)、差速器(15),其特征在于:一输入轴(5)、中间轴(7)、第一传动轴(6)、第二传动轴(8)相互平行支承于驱动系统箱体内,所述输入轴(5)的一端通过一离合器(2)连接发动机(1)的曲轴输出端,所述离合器(2)设置在第二电机(4)的转子内,离合器(2)的外毂与第二电机(4)的转子固定连接,所述发动机(1)的曲轴输出端与离合器(2)的外毂周向固定连接,所述离合器(2)的主动摩擦盘与外毂固定连接,从动摩擦盘与输入轴(5)固定连接;
所述输入轴(5)与中间轴(7)之间分别通过发动机一挡齿轮副、发动机二挡齿轮副相连,所述发动机一挡齿轮副、发动机二挡齿轮副之间设置用于换挡的第一同步器(13),所述中间轴(7)上周向固定第一传动齿轮(17)与差速器(15)的减速齿轮(18)啮合;
所述第一传动轴(6)上固定设置电动机一挡主动齿轮(16)、电动机二挡主动齿轮(14),所述第二传动轴(8)上分别空套设置电动机一挡从动齿轮(23)、电动机二挡从动齿轮(24),所述电动机一挡从动齿轮(23)、电动机二挡从动齿轮(24)之间设置用于换挡的第二同步器(22),所述电动机一挡从动齿轮(23)与电动机一挡主动齿轮(16)啮合,电动机二挡从动齿轮(24)与电动机二挡主动齿轮(14)啮合,所述第二传动轴(8)上周向固定第二传动齿轮(21)与差速器(15)的减速齿轮(18)啮合;
所述第一电机(3)的电机轴上周向固定的电机传动齿轮(19)与电动机二挡主动齿轮(14)啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双电机混合动力驱动系统,其特征在于:所述输入轴(5)分别空套设置发动机一挡齿轮副的发动机一挡主动齿轮(10)、发动机二挡齿轮副的发动机二挡主动齿轮(9),所述发动机一挡主动齿轮(10)和发动机二挡主动齿轮(9)之间设置第一同步器(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双电机混合动力驱动系统,其特征在于:所述中间轴(7)上分别空套设置发动机一挡齿轮副的发动机一挡从动齿轮(12)、发动机二挡齿轮副的发动机二挡从动齿轮(11),所述发动机一挡从动齿轮(12)和发动机二挡从动齿轮(11)之间设置第一同步器(13)。
4.采用权利要求1所述双电机混合动力驱动系统的汽车。
