一种多模态的混合动力驱动系统
技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力汽车领域,具体涉及一种多模态的混合动力驱动系统。
背景技术
传统的燃油汽车通常以石油作为能量源,随着资源的匮乏和汽车尾气排放带来的环境污染,国家对汽车尾气排放的限制越来越严格,因此许多汽车制造商的研发方向逐渐倾向于低排放、低油耗的新能源汽车。但是,新能源汽车中的纯电动汽车,具有整车成本较高、充电时间长、电池寿命不稳定等难以短期解决的问题,而混合动力汽车同样作为新能源汽车一种,同时具有传统燃油汽车和纯电动汽车两者的优点,具有多种高效的驱动模式,既可以通过发动机和第一电机同时驱动,也能够通过发动机或第一电机单独驱动。
目前,混合动力汽车通常采用一个发动机和一个电机提供驱动力,挡位有五个甚至更多,极易造成挡位冗余,且成本较高、整车布置困难,推广的局限性较大,此外,还有多数混合动力汽车不能在行进间启动发动机,节油效果较差,甚至在换挡时动力极易中断,不但驾驶体验感不好,还容易造成事故发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术对应的不足,提供一种多模态的混合动力驱动系统,第一电机、第二电机可以布置在混合动力驱动系统箱体之外,结构简单尺寸小,制造成本低,散热效果好,能够适应更多的车型,不但能够解决车辆换挡过程中动力中断问题,保证动力不会中断,还可以在车辆加速过程中通过第一电机进行动力辅助,并在行进间启动发动机,不但具有良好的动力性能和驾驶性能,也具有更好的适应性从而提高其燃油经济性,降低排放。
本发明的目的是采用下述方案实现的:一种多模态的混合动力驱动系统,包括驱动系统箱体、发动机、第一电机、差速器,一输入轴、中间轴、第一传动轴、第二传动轴相互平行支承于驱动系统箱体内,所述输入轴的一端通过一离合器连接发动机的曲轴输出端,所述发动机的曲轴输出端与离合器的外毂周向固定连接,所述离合器的主动摩擦盘与外毂固定连接,所述输入轴穿过一空心轴与离合器的从动摩擦盘固定连接,所述空心轴与离合器固定连接,且与输入轴位于同一轴心线;
第二电机的电机轴上周向固定一电机主动齿轮,所述空心轴上周向固定一电机从动齿轮,所述电机主动齿轮与电机从动齿轮啮合;
所述输入轴与中间轴之间分别通过发动机一挡齿轮副、发动机二挡齿轮副相连,所述发动机一挡齿轮副、发动机二挡齿轮副之间设置用于换挡的第一同步器,所述中间轴上周向固定第一传动齿轮与差速器的减速齿轮啮合;

实施例中该驱动系统的运行模式如下所示:
纯发动机模式:
离合器2接合,发动机1向输入轴5传递扭矩,第一同步器13与发动机一挡主动齿轮10/发动机二挡主动齿轮9结合,动力通过发动机一挡从动齿轮12/发动机二挡从动齿轮11,依次传递给中间轴7、第一传动齿轮17,最后传递到差速器15的减速齿轮18上,由差速器15输出动力到半轴上。发动机1依次通过离合器2、电机从动齿轮14、电机主动齿轮16将动力传递到第二电机4的电机轴,驱动第二电机4对电池进行充电。
纯电模式:
发动机1和第二电机4停止运转,所述第一电机3通过电机传动齿轮19向第一传动轴26传递扭矩,第二同步器22与电动机一挡从动齿轮23/电动机二挡从动齿轮24结合,动力通过第一传动轴26上的电动机一挡主动齿轮20/电动机二挡主动齿轮25传递给第二传动轴8,由周向固定在第二传动轴8上的第二传动齿轮21将扭矩传递到差速器15的减速齿轮18上,差速器15输出动力。
混合驱动模式:
当离合器2的主动摩擦盘与从动摩擦盘接合时,所述发动机1通过离合器2向输入轴5传递扭矩,第一同步器13与发动机一挡主动齿轮10/发动机二挡主动齿轮9结合,动力通过发动机一挡从动齿轮12/发动机二挡从动齿轮11,依次传递给中间轴7、第一传动齿轮17,最后传递到差速器15的减速齿轮18上,由差速器15输出动力到半轴上;所述第一电机3通过电机传动齿轮19向第一传动轴26传递扭矩,第二同步器22与电动机一挡从动齿轮23/电动机二挡从动齿轮24结合,动力通过第一传动轴26上的电动机一挡主动齿轮20/电动机二挡主动齿轮25传递给第二传动轴8,由周向固定在第二传动轴8上的第二传动齿轮21将扭矩传递到差速器15的减速齿轮18上,差速器15输出动力。发动机1依次通过离合器2、电机从动齿轮14、电机主动齿轮16将动力传递到第二电机4的电机轴,驱动第二电机4对电池进行充电。
当离合器2的主动摩擦盘与从动摩擦盘没有接合时,发动机1依次通过离合器2、电机从动齿轮14、电机主动齿轮16将动力传递到第二电机4的电机轴,驱动第二电机4对电池进行充电,然后通过电池的电力驱动第一电机1的电机轴旋转,所述第一电机3通过电机传动齿轮19向第一传动轴26传递扭矩,第二同步器22与电动机一挡从动齿轮23/电动机二挡从动齿轮24结合,动力通过第一传动轴26上的电动机一挡主动齿轮20/电动机二挡主动齿轮25传递给第二传动轴8,由周向固定在第二传动轴8上的第二传动齿轮21将扭矩传递到差速器15的减速齿轮18上,差速器15输出动力,实现混合驱动下的增程模式。
能量回收模式:
整车制动,离合器2的主动摩擦盘与从动摩擦盘没有接合,在发动机1处于运行状态,第一电机3运行,第二电机4处于运行状态时,所述发动机1依次通过离合器2、空心轴6将动力传递给第二电机4的电机轴,驱动第二电机4对电池进行充电。
由于惯性,汽车继续行驶使车轮产生的动力通过半轴传递给差速器15,差速器15的减速齿轮18将动力传递给第二传动齿轮21,所述第二传动齿轮21将动力传递给第二传动轴8,第二同步器22与电动机一挡从动齿轮23/电动机二挡从动齿轮24结合时,动力通过第二传动轴8上的电动机一挡从动齿轮23/电动机二挡从动齿轮24传递给第一传动轴26上的电动机一挡主动齿轮20/电动机二挡主动齿轮25,再由电动机一挡主动齿轮20/电动机二挡主动齿轮25将动力传递给第一传动轴26,第一传动轴26上周向固定的电动机二挡主动齿轮25将动力依次传递给电机传动齿轮19,通过第一电机3的电机轴驱动第一电机3对电池进行充电。
若发动机1与第二电机4均处于停止状态,第一电机3处于运行状态,由于惯性,汽车继续行驶使车轮产生的动力通过半轴传递给差速器15,差速器15的减速齿轮18将动力传递给第二传动齿轮21,所述第二传动齿轮21将动力传递给第二传动轴8,第二同步器22与电动机一挡从动齿轮23/电动机二挡从动齿轮24结合时,动力通过第二传动轴8上的电动机一挡从动齿轮23/电动机二挡从动齿轮24传递给第一传动轴26上的电动机一挡主动齿轮20/电动机二挡主动齿轮25,再由电动机一挡主动齿轮20/电动机二挡主动齿轮25将动力传递给第一传动轴26,第一传动轴26上周向固定的电动机二挡主动齿轮25将动力传递给电机传动齿轮19,通过第一电机3的电机轴驱动第一电机3对电池进行充电。
整车怠速时,发动机1处于怠速状态,第一电机3停止运行,第二电机4处于运行状态,当离合器2的主动摩擦盘与从动摩擦盘没有接合时,发动机1依次通过离合器2、电机从动齿轮14、电机主动齿轮16将动力传递到第二电机4的电机轴,驱动第二电机4对电池进行充电。
启动发动机:
当发动机1处于停止运行状态时,使离合器2的主动摩擦盘与从动摩擦盘不接合,第一电机3停止运行,第二电机4处于运行状态,第二电机4的电机轴输出的动力通过离合器2传递到发动机1的曲轴上,用于启动发动机1。
换挡过程的动力补偿模式:
在发动机挡位的换挡过程中,所述第一电机3通过电机传动齿轮19向第一传动轴26传递扭矩,第二同步器22与电动机一挡从动齿轮23/电动机二挡从动齿轮24结合,动力通过第一传动轴26上的电动机一挡主动齿轮20/电动机二挡主动齿轮25传递给第二传动轴8,由周向固定在第二传动轴8上的第二传动齿轮21将扭矩传递到差速器15的减速齿轮18上,差速器15输出动力用于驱动车轮从而实现动力补偿。
在纯电动挡位的换挡过程中,使离合器2的主动摩擦盘与从动摩擦盘接合,所述发动机1通过离合器2向输入轴5传递扭矩,第一同步器13与发动机一挡主动齿轮10/发动机二挡主动齿轮9结合,动力通过发动机一挡从动齿轮12/发动机二挡从动齿轮11,依次传递给中间轴7、第一传动齿轮17,最后传递到差速器15的减速齿轮18上,由差速器15输出动力到半轴上,用于驱动车轮从而实现动力补偿。

Claims (3)

1.一种多模态的混合动力驱动系统,包括驱动系统箱体、发动机(1)、第一电机(3)、差速器(15),其特征在于:一输入轴(5)、中间轴(7)、第一传动轴(26)、第二传动轴(8)相互平行支承于驱动系统箱体内,所述输入轴(5)的一端通过一离合器(2)连接发动机(1)的曲轴输出端,所述发动机(1)的曲轴输出端与离合器(2)的外毂周向固定连接,所述离合器(2)的主动摩擦盘与外毂固定连接,所述输入轴(5)穿过一空心轴(6)与离合器(2)的从动摩擦盘固定连接,所述空心轴(6)与离合器(2)固定连接,且与输入轴(5)位于同一轴心线;
第二电机(4)的电机轴上周向固定一电机主动齿轮(16),所述空心轴(6)上周向固定一电机从动齿轮(14),所述电机主动齿轮(16)与电机从动齿轮(14)啮合;
所述输入轴(5)与中间轴(7)之间分别通过发动机一挡齿轮副、发动机二挡齿轮副相连,所述发动机一挡齿轮副、发动机二挡齿轮副之间设置用于换挡的第一同步器(13),所述中间轴(7)上周向固定第一传动齿轮(17)与差速器(15)的减速齿轮(18)啮合;
所述第一传动轴(26)上固定设置电动机一挡主动齿轮(20)、电动机二挡主动齿轮(25),所述第二传动轴(8)上分别空套设置电动机一挡从动齿轮(23)、电动机二挡从动齿轮(24),所述电动机一挡从动齿轮(23)、电动机二挡从动齿轮(24)之间设置用于换挡的第二同步器(22),所述电动机一挡从动齿轮(23)与电动机一挡主动齿轮(20)啮合,电动机二挡从动齿轮(24)与电动机二挡主动齿轮(25)啮合,所述第二传动轴(8)上周向固定第二传动齿轮(21)与差速器(15)的减速齿轮(18)啮合;
所述第一电机(3)的电机轴上周向固定的电机传动齿轮(19)与电动机二挡主动齿轮(25)啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多模态的混合动力驱动系统,其特征在于:所述输入轴(5)分别空套设置发动机一挡齿轮副的发动机一挡主动齿轮(10)、发动机二挡齿轮副的发动机二挡主动齿轮(9),所述发动机一挡主动齿轮(10)和发动机二挡主动齿轮(9)之间设置第一同步器(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多模态的混合动力驱动系统,其特征在于:所述中间轴(7)上分别空套设置发动机一挡齿轮副的发动机一挡从动齿轮(12)、发动机二挡齿轮副的发动机二挡从动齿轮(11),所述发动机一挡从动齿轮(12)和发动机二挡从动齿轮(11)之间设置第一同步器(13)。
