技术领域
本发明属于混合动力汽车的技术领域,尤其涉及一种单电机传动系统。
背景技术
目前纯电动汽车受续航里程及充电设施的制约,市场化进程受到严重阻碍。混合动力汽车具有加油方便、节能环保、续航里程长等诸多优势,成为目前行业发展的新趋势。在混合动力系统中,根据电机相对于传统动力系统的位置,可以对混动架构进行分类。现有的动力构架包括P1和P3两种,P1的架构为电机置于变速箱之前,安装在发动机曲轴处,与发动机之间没有离合器的混合动力架构,在P1架构中由于发动机与电机之间没有离合器,只要电机旋转就会带动发动机的曲轴旋转。虽然电机与发电机可共用变速箱档位,但也存在无法利用电机单独驱动车轮、发动机换挡过程中存在动力中断等问题。在制动回收和滑行模式下也会因为必须带动发动机曲轴旋转而浪费一部分动能并带来噪声和振动问题;P3架构为电机置于变速箱的输出端,与发动机分享同一根输出轴,同源输出的混合动力架构。P3架构中电机直接与输出轴耦合,动力传递路径中齿轮副啮合数较少,搅油损失相对较小,纯电驱动以及制动能量回收过程中效率更高,但此架构不具备停车发电功能且无法利用变速箱的档位,负载调整灵活度较低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述存在的问题,提供一种单电机传动系统,兼具P1构架和P3构架的优点,同时满足多种功能模式,丰富整车控制策略的选择。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种单电机传动系统,其特征在于,包括发动机、发动机输入轴、发动机输出轴、电机、电机输入轴、差速器、中间轴,所述发动机输入轴、发动机输出轴、电机输入轴和中间轴平行间隔设置,所述发动机通过扭转减震器与发动机输入轴相连,发动机输入轴上依次设有一档主动齿轮、二挡主动齿轮、三档主动齿轮和四档主动齿轮;发动机输出轴上依次设有输出轴齿轮、一档从动齿轮、二挡从动齿轮、三档从动齿轮和四档从动齿轮,发动机输出轴齿轮与所述差速器的齿轮相啮合,所述一档、二挡、三挡、四挡从动齿轮分别与所述一档、二挡、三挡、四挡主动齿轮相啮合;电机输入轴上设有电机输入轴齿轮,中间轴上设有中间轴齿轮,所述电机输入轴齿轮与所述中间轴齿轮相啮合。

本发明的有益效果是:提供一种单电机传动系统,通过将电机输出轴齿轮与一档从动齿轮啮合,使结构更加紧凑的同时,还能够利用三档齿轮和四挡齿轮,在无需额外增加齿轮副的前提下,实现纯电驱动模式下的多档驱动;在结构方面所述混合动力系统以传统手动机械变速箱MT为核心组件(四对齿轮组、布置在输入轴上的两个双向同步器),与驱动电机、发动机机械连接,无需增加额外轴齿,系统结构简单。省去传统变速箱与发动机动力输入的耦合&脱开装置,如干/湿式离合器,减少零部件、降低系统成本;通过设置C-牙嵌式离合器,在功能上可实现P1\P3架构切换,同时满足多种功能模式,丰富整车控制策略的选择,以降低车辆油耗,提高车辆经济型性。

三档:双边同步器A2于左侧与G31结合,双边同步器A1处于中间分离状态,牙嵌式离合器C与一档从动齿轮G12分离。发动机输出动力经过扭转减震器Da、三档主动齿轮G31、三档从动齿轮G32、输出轴齿轮G5、差速器Di传输至车轮。

行车发电模式:

模式二:第一双边同步器A1于左侧与一档主动齿轮G11结合,第二双边同步器于左侧与三档主动齿轮G31结合,牙嵌式离合器C与一档从动齿轮G12分离。电机输出动力经过电机输入轴S4、电机输入轴齿轮G7、中间轴齿轮G6、一档从动齿轮G12、一档主动齿轮G11、第一双边同步器A1、发动机输入轴S1、第二双边同步器A2、三档主动齿轮G31、三档从动齿轮G32、输出轴S2、输出轴齿轮G5、差速器Di传输至车轮。
模式三:第一双边同步器A1于左侧与一档主动齿轮G11结合,第二双边同步器于右侧与四档主动齿轮G41结合,牙嵌式离合器C与一档从动齿轮G12分离。电机输出动力经过电机输入轴S4、电机输入轴齿轮G7、中间轴齿轮G6、一档从动齿轮G12、一档主动齿轮G11、第一双边同步器A1、发动机输入轴S1、第二双边同步器A2、四档主动齿轮G41、四档从动齿轮G42、输出轴S2、输出轴齿轮G5、差速器Di传输至车轮。
换挡动力补偿、制动能量回收:
发动机端进行任意换档时,电机输出动力依次经过电机输入轴齿轮G7、中间轴齿轮G6、一档从动齿轮G12、牙嵌式同步器C、输出轴S2、输出轴齿轮G5、差速器Di传递至车轮,对换挡过程中的动力进行补偿。当车辆处于制动、滑行工况时,车轮的动能反向传递至电机E处进行发电。上述的控制方式如下表一所示:

Claims (6)

1.一种单电机传动系统,其特征在于,包括发动机、发动机输入轴、发动机输出轴、电机、电机输入轴、差速器、中间轴,所述发动机输入轴、发动机输出轴、电机输入轴和中间轴平行间隔设置,所述发动机通过扭转减震器与发动机输入轴相连,发动机输入轴上依次设有一档主动齿轮、二挡主动齿轮、三档主动齿轮和四档主动齿轮;发动机输出轴上依次设有输出轴齿轮、一档从动齿轮、二挡从动齿轮、三档从动齿轮和四档从动齿轮,发动机输出轴齿轮与所述差速器的齿轮相啮合,所述一档、二挡、三挡、四挡从动齿轮分别与所述一档、二挡、三挡、四挡主动齿轮相啮合;电机输入轴上设有电机输入轴齿轮,中间轴上设有中间轴齿轮,所述电机输入轴齿轮与所述中间轴齿轮相啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单电机传动系统,其特征在于,所述一档主动齿轮、二挡主动齿轮、三档主动齿轮、四档主动齿轮均空套在所述发动机输入轴上,所述一档从动齿轮空套在所述发动机输出轴上,所述二挡从动齿轮、三档从动齿轮和四档从动齿轮均与发动机输出轴固连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种单电机传动系统,其特征在于,所述一档主动齿轮、二挡主动齿轮均空套在所述发动机输入轴上,三档主动齿轮、四档主动齿轮与发动机输入轴固连,所述一档从动齿轮、二档从动齿轮与发动机输出轴固连,所述三档从动齿轮、四档从动齿轮空套在发动机输出轴上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种单电机传动系统,其特征在于,所述发动机输入轴上还设有第一双边同步器、第二双边同步器,所述第一双边同步器位于所述一档主动齿轮、二挡主动齿轮之间,所述第二双边同步器位于所述三档主动齿轮、四档主动齿轮之间,分别控制一档主动齿轮和二挡主动齿轮及三档主动齿轮和四档主动齿轮与发动机输入轴的结合或分离。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种单电机传动系统,其特征在于,所述发动机输入轴上还设有第一双边同步器,所述发动机输出轴上还设有第二双边同步器,所述第一双边同步器位于所述一档主动齿轮、二挡主动齿轮之间,所述第二双边同步器位于所述三档从动齿轮、四档从动齿轮之间,分别控制一档主动齿轮和二挡主动齿轮与发动机输入轴的结合或分离及三档从动齿轮和四档从动齿轮与发动机输出轴的结合或分离。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种单电机传动系统,其特征在于,所述发动机输出轴上还设有牙嵌式离合器,控制所述一档从动齿轮与发动机输出轴的结合或分离。
