所述控制机构还包括:
第三同步器,套设在所述第一输出轴上并与所述第一输出轴连接,用于可选择地与所述四档从动齿轮或所述八档从动齿轮传动连接,以将所述外输入轴的动力传输给所述第一输出轴;
第四同步器,套设在所述第二输出轴上并与所述第二输出轴连接,用于可选择地与所述五档从动齿轮或所述七档从动齿轮传动连接,以将所述内输入轴的动力传输给所述第二输出轴。

根据本发明第三方面的目的,本发明又提供了一种车辆,所述车辆安装上述的动力总成。
本发明中设置有内输入轴、套设在内输入轴上的外输入轴、以及两个输出轴,其中,内输入轴与动力装置通过第一离合器可传动连接,外输入轴与动力装置通过第二离合器可传动连接,两个输出轴均用于输出动力。本发明还包括传动机构和控制机构,传动机构用于将动力通过内输入轴/外输入轴传递到两个输出轴的任一输出轴上以将动力输出,控制机构用于控制传动机构的动力传递路径。本发明将外输入轴套设在内输入轴上,占用空间小,并且设置两个输出轴,可以提供更多的动力传递路径,增大了速比宽度。
本发明中包括八个档位,并且设置有与内输入轴和外输入轴均可传动连接的第一电机,且发动机与电机可传动连接。本发明中电机和发动机均可单独通过八个档位中的任意档位输出动力,也可以共同输出动力,提高了动力总成的动力性和燃油经济性。

具体实施方式
图1是根据本发明一个实施例的变速装置的示意性结构图。如图1所示,在一个具体地实施例中,变速装置100用于改变动力装置的转速和转矩,其包括内输入轴15、外输入轴34、两个输出轴、传动机构40和控制机构50。其中,内输入轴15与动力装置通过第一离合器3可传动连接,外输入轴34套设在内输入轴15上并与动力装置通过第二离合器4可传动连接。两个输出轴包括第一输出轴6和第二输出轴16,两个输出轴均用于输出动力。传动机构40用于将动力通过内输入轴15/外输入轴34传递到两个输出轴的任一输出轴上以将动力输出,控制机构50用于控制传动机构40的动力传递路径。
本发明将外输入轴套设在内输入轴15上,占用空间小,并且设置两个输出轴,可以提供更多的动力传递路径,增大了速比宽度。
图2是根据本发明一个实施例的动力总成的示意性结构图,如图2所示,并参见图1,本发明还提供了一种动力总成,在一个具体地实施例中,动力总成包括第一电机5、发动机1和上述实施例中的变速装置100。其中,内输入轴15与第一电机5通过第一离合器3可传动连接,外输入轴34与第一电机5通过第二离合器4可传动连接,第一电机5与发动机1通过第三离合器2可传动连接。
具体地,传动机构40的档位包括一档、二档、三档和六档。传动机构40包括一档主动齿轮30、一档从动齿轮12、二档主动齿轮25、二档从动齿轮22、三档主动齿轮28、三档从动齿轮10、六档主动齿轮27和六档从动齿轮20。其中,一档主动齿轮30套设在内输入轴15上且随其同步旋转,一档从动齿轮12与一档主动齿轮30啮合。二档主动齿轮25套设在外输入轴34上且随其同步旋转,二档从动齿轮22与二档主动齿轮25啮合。三档主动齿轮28套设在内输入轴15上且随其同步旋转,三档从动齿轮10与三档主动齿轮28啮合。六档主动齿轮27套设在外输入轴34上且随其同步旋转,六档从动齿轮20与六档主动齿轮27啮合。
控制机构50包括第一同步器11和第二同步器21,第一同步器11套设在第一输出轴6上并与第一输出轴6连接,其用于可选择地与一档从动齿轮12或三档从动齿轮10传动连接,以将内输入轴15的动力传输给第一输出轴6。第二同步器21套设在第二输出轴16上并与第二输出轴16连接,其用于可选择地与二档从动齿轮22或六档从动齿轮20传动连接,以将外输入轴34的动力传输给第二输出轴16。
传动机构40的档位还包括四档、五档、七档和八档。传动机构40还包括四档主动齿轮26、四档从动齿轮7、五档主动齿轮29、五档从动齿轮19、七档主动齿轮31、七档从动齿轮17、八档主动齿轮14和八档从动齿轮9。其中,四档主动齿轮26套设在外输入轴34上且随其同步旋转,四档从动齿轮7与四档主动齿轮26啮合。五档主动齿轮29套设在内输入轴15上且随其同步旋转,五档从动齿轮19与五档主动齿轮29啮合。七档主动齿轮31套设在内输入轴15上且随其同步旋转,七档从动齿轮17与七档主动齿轮31啮合。八档主动齿轮14套设在内输入轴15上且随其同步旋转,八档从动齿轮9与八档主动齿轮14啮合。
进一步地,控制机构50还包括第三同步器8和第四同步器18,第三同步器8套设在第一输出轴6上并与第一输出轴6连接,其用于可选择地与四档从动齿轮7或八档从动齿轮9传动连接,以将外输入轴34的动力传输给第一输出轴6。第四同步器18套设在第二输出轴16上并与第二输出轴16连接,其用于可选择地与五档从动齿轮19或七档从动齿轮17传动连接,以将内输入轴15的动力传输给第二输出轴16。
进一步地,动力总成还包括驻车棘轮13和第二电机。驻车棘轮13套设在第一输出轴6上并通过花键与第一输出轴6固连,第二电机与驻车棘轮13可传动连接,其用于在控制机构50的控制下带动驻车棘轮13转动实现倒档功能。需要说明的是,图中未示出第二电机。
本发明利用独立的第二电机来控制驻车棘轮13实现倒档功能,避免了机械式传动齿轮的相互啮合传动,提高了倒档的速度。
在另一个实施例中,动力总成还包括第一主减主动齿轮32、第二主减主动齿轮33、主减从动齿轮23和差速器24。第一主减主动齿轮32套设在第一输出轴6上并设置在靠近第一电机5处。第二主减主动齿轮33套设在第二输出轴16上并设置在靠近第一电机5处。主减从动齿轮23与第一主减主动齿轮32/第二主减主动齿轮33可传动连接,差速器24与主减从动齿轮23可传动连接。
本发明提供的动力总成包括纯电动驱动模式、纯发动机驱动模式、混合动力驱动模式、模式和再生模式。其中,纯电动驱动模式为第一电机5单独驱动,纯发动机驱动模式为发动机1单独驱动,混合动力驱动模式为第一电机5和发动机1共同驱动,充电模式为发动机1单独驱动并同时驱动第一电机5充电,再生模式为第一电机5和/或发动机1在车辆处于制动时进行能量回收。
其中,实现纯发动机1驱动模式时,将第一电机5断电,第三离合器2与第一电机5接合。实现纯电动驱动模式时,将发动机1断电,第三离合器2与第一电机5分离。实现混合动力驱动模式时,第一单机与发动机1均通电,第三离合器2将第一电机5与发动机1吗,连接。实现充电模式时,在纯发动机1驱动模式下,通过第三离合器2的从动盘驱动第一电机5从而实现第一电机5充电。再生模式为:车辆在制动时,车辆车轮带动主减从动齿轮23,然后通过传动机构40将制动力输出到第三离合器2的从动盘上,从而驱动第一电机5实现制动能量回收。
具体地,一档的动力传递路径为:内输入轴15、一档主动齿轮30、一档从动齿轮12、第一同步器11、第一输出轴6、第一主减主动齿轮32、主减从动齿轮23和差速器24之间顺次传递。二档的动力传递路径为:外输入轴34、二档主动齿轮25、二档从动齿轮22、第二同步器21、第二输出轴16、第二主减主动齿轮33、主减从动齿轮23和差速器24之间顺次传递。三档的动力传递路径为:内输入轴15、三档主动齿轮28、三档从动齿轮10、第一同步器11、第一输出轴6、第一主减主动齿轮32、主减从动齿轮23和差速器24之间顺次传递。六档的动力传递路径为:外输入轴34、六档主动齿轮27、六档从动齿轮20、第二同步器21、第二输出轴16、第二主减主动齿轮33、主减从动齿轮23和差速器24之间顺次传递。其中,实现一档动力传输时,第一同步器11与一档从动齿轮12啮合。实现二档动力传输时,第二同步器21与二档从动齿轮22啮合。实现三档动力传输时,第一同步器11与三档从动齿轮10啮合。实现六档动力传输时,第二同步器21与六档从动齿轮20啮合。
进一步地,四档的动力传递路径为:外输入轴34、四档主动齿轮26、四档从动齿轮7、第三同步器8、第一输出轴6、第一主减主动齿轮32、主减从动齿轮23和差速器24之间顺次传递。五档的动力传递路径为:内输入轴15、五档主动齿轮29、五档从动齿轮19、第四同步器18、第二输出轴16、第二主减主动齿轮33、主减从动齿轮23和差速器24之间顺次传递。七档的动力传递路径为:内输入轴15、七档主动齿轮31、七档从动齿轮17、第四同步器18、第二输出轴16、第二主减主动齿轮33、主减从动齿轮23和差速器24之间顺次传递。八档的动力传递路径为:外输入轴34、八档主动齿轮14、八档从动齿轮9、第三同步器8、第一输出轴6、第一主减主动齿轮32、主减从动齿轮23和差速器24之间顺次传递。其中,实现四档动力传输时,第三同步器8与四档从动齿轮7啮合。实现五档动力传输时,第四同步器18与五档从动齿轮19啮合。实现七档动力传输时,第四同步器18与七档从动齿轮17啮合。实现八档动力传输时,第三同步器8与八档从动齿轮9啮合。
本发明中第一电机5与发动机1均可以实现八个档位的动力传输,提高了动力性和燃油经济性。
本发明还提供了一种车辆,其安装有如上述任一项实施例中的动力总成。对于动力总成,这里不一一赘述。

Claims (10)
1.一种变速装置,用于改变动力装置的转速和转矩,其特征在于,包括:
内输入轴,与所述动力装置通过第一离合器可传动连接;
外输入轴,套设在所述内输入轴上并与所述动力装置通过第二离合器可传动连接;
两个输出轴,包括第一输出轴和第二输出轴,两个所述输出轴均用于输出动力;
传动机构,用于将动力通过所述内输入轴/所述外输入轴传递到两个所述输出轴的任一输出轴上以将动力输出;
控制机构,用于控制所述传动机构的动力传递路径。
2.一种动力总成,其特征在于,所述动力总成包括第一电机、发动机和如权利要求1所述的变速装置;
所述内输入轴与所述第一电机通过所述第一离合器可传动连接;
所述外输入轴与所述第一电机通过所述第二离合器可传动连接;
所述第一电机与所述发动机通过第三离合器可传动连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的动力总成,其特征在于,所述传动机构的档位包括一档、二档、三档和六档,所述传动机构包括:
一档主动齿轮,套设在所述内输入轴上且随其同步旋转;
一档从动齿轮,与所述一档主动齿轮啮合;
二档主动齿轮,套设在所述外输入轴上且随其同步旋转;
二档从动齿轮,与所述二档主动齿轮啮合;
三档主动齿轮,套设在所述内输入轴上且随其同步旋转;
三档从动齿轮,与所述三档主动齿轮啮合;
六档主动齿轮,套设在所述外输入轴上且随其同步旋转;
六档从动齿轮,与所述六档主动齿轮啮合;
所述控制机构包括:
第一同步器,套设在所述第一输出轴上并与所述第一输出轴连接,用于可选择地与所述一档从动齿轮或所述三档从动齿轮传动连接,以将所述内输入轴的动力传输给所述第一输出轴;
第二同步器,套设在所述第二输出轴上并与所述第二输出轴连接,用于可选择地与所述二档从动齿轮或所述六档从动齿轮传动连接,以将所述外输入轴的动力传输给所述第二输出轴。
4.根据权利要求3所述的动力总成,其特征在于,所述传动机构的档位还包括四档、五档、七档和八档,所述传动机构还包括:
四档主动齿轮,套设在所述外输入轴上且随其同步旋转;
四档从动齿轮,与所述四档主动齿轮啮合;
五档主动齿轮,套设在所述内输入轴上且随其同步旋转;
五档从动齿轮,与所述五档主动齿轮啮合;
七档主动齿轮,套设在所述内输入轴上且随其同步旋转;
七档从动齿轮,与所述七档主动齿轮啮合;
八档主动齿轮,套设在所述内输入轴上且随其同步旋转;
八档从动齿轮,与所述八档主动齿轮啮合;
所述控制机构还包括:
第三同步器,套设在所述第一输出轴上并与所述第一输出轴连接,用于可选择地与所述四档从动齿轮或所述八档从动齿轮传动连接,以将所述外输入轴的动力传输给所述第一输出轴;
第四同步器,套设在所述第二输出轴上并与所述第二输出轴连接,用于可选择地与所述五档从动齿轮或所述七档从动齿轮传动连接,以将所述内输入轴的动力传输给所述第二输出轴。
5.根据权利要求2所述的动力总成,其特征在于,所述动力总成还包括:
驻车棘轮,套设在所述第一输出轴上;
第二电机,与所述驻车棘轮可传动连接,用于在所述控制机构的控制下带动所述驻车棘轮转动实现倒档功能。
6.根据权利要求4所述的动力总成,其特征在于,所述动力总成还包括:
第一主减主动齿轮,套设在所述第一输出轴上,并设置在靠近所述第一电机位置处;
第二主减主动齿轮,套设在所述第二输出轴上,并设置在靠近所述第一电机位置处;
主减从动齿轮,与所述第一主减主动齿轮/所述第二主减主动齿轮可传动连接;
差速器,与所述主减从动齿轮可传动连接。
7.根据权利要求2所述的动力总成,其特征在于,包括:纯电动驱动模式、纯发动机驱动模式、混合动力驱动模式、充电模式和再生模式;
所述纯电动驱动模式:所述第一电机单独驱动;
所述纯发动机驱动模式:所述发动机单独驱动;
所述混合动力驱动模式:所述第一电机和所述发动机共同驱动;
所述充电模式:所述发动机单独驱动并同时驱动所述第一电机充电;
所述再生模式:所述第一电机和/或所述发动机在车辆处于制动时进行能量回收。
8.根据权利要求6所述的动力总成,其特征在于,
所述一档的动力传递路径为:所述内输入轴、所述一档主动齿轮、所述一档从动齿轮、所述第一同步器、所述第一输出轴、所述第一主减主动齿轮、所述主减从动齿轮和所述差速器之间顺次传递;
所述二档的动力传递路径为:所述外输入轴、所述二档主动齿轮、所述二档从动齿轮、所述第二同步器、所述第二输出轴、所述第二主减主动齿轮、所述主减从动齿轮和所述差速器之间顺次传递;
所述三档的动力传递路径为:所述内输入轴、所述三档主动齿轮、所述三档从动齿轮、所述第一同步器、所述第一输出轴、所述第一主减主动齿轮、所述主减从动齿轮和所述差速器之间顺次传递;
所述六档的动力传递路径为:所述外输入轴、所述六档主动齿轮、所述六档从动齿轮、所述第二同步器、所述第二输出轴、所述第二主减主动齿轮、所述主减从动齿轮和所述差速器之间顺次传递。
9.根据权利要求6所述的动力总成,其特征在于,
所述四档的动力传递路径为:所述外输入轴、所述四档主动齿轮、所述四档从动齿轮、所述第三同步器、所述第一输出轴、所述第一主减主动齿轮、所述主减从动齿轮和所述差速器之间顺次传递;
所述五档的动力传递路径为:所述内输入轴、所述五档主动齿轮、所述五档从动齿轮、所述第四同步器、所述第二输出轴、所述第二主减主动齿轮、所述主减从动齿轮和所述差速器之间顺次传递;
所述七档的动力传递路径为:所述内输入轴、所述七档主动齿轮、所述七档从动齿轮、所述第四同步器、所述第二输出轴、所述第二主减主动齿轮、所述主减从动齿轮和所述差速器之间顺次传递;
所述八档的动力传递路径为:所述外输入轴、所述八档主动齿轮、所述八档从动齿轮、所述第三同步器、所述第一输出轴、所述第一主减主动齿轮、所述主减从动齿轮和所述差速器之间顺次传递。
10.一种车辆,其特征在于,所述车辆安装有如权利要求2-9中任一项所述的动力总成。
