Abstract

本发明涉及纺织技术领域,公开了一种高紧密度棉纺织线及其生产方法,包括棉花、羊毛、麻纤维、芳纶纤维和硅胶丝,其质量份数如下:所述棉花20‑80份、羊毛30‑40份,麻纤维20—26份,芳纶纤维10—15份,硅胶丝16‑26份;步骤一、步骤二、步骤三、步骤四、步骤五。本发明通过将丝线投放在生理盐水浸泡液中经浸泡并且保证纺织过程中保证经向紧度与纬向紧度大致相等,从而保证生产出高紧密度的纺织线,并且纺织线还具有抗拉强度高和防火效果好的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体为一种高紧密度棉纺织线及其生产方法。
背景技术
目前,在纺织行业,棉线是一种用来生产制造其它纺织品的基础产品。棉线主要由棉花纤维或者其它材料分成几股搓纺而成。在纺织领域中将这种用棉花纤维或者其它材料做成的原丝分成几股搓纺成线的过程就叫做捻线,是棉线整个纺线过程中的一个环节。捻线后的棉线产品增加了紧密性,改变了其卷装形式和线密度,能够更好地满足以后加工和使用要求。捻线机就是在棉线捻线时需要使用到的纺织机械设备;现有技术中的棉纱的抗拉强度低,并且防灰效果差,影响产品的整体性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高紧密度棉纺织线及其生产方法,解决了背景技术中所提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高紧密度棉纺织线,包括棉花、羊毛、麻纤维、芳纶纤维和硅胶丝,其质量份数如下:所述棉花20-80份、羊毛30-40份,麻纤维20—26份,芳纶纤维10—15份,硅胶丝16-26份。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,材料质量份数选取如下,所述棉花50份、羊毛26份,麻纤维24份,芳纶纤维13份,硅胶丝20份。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述硅胶丝设置在纺织线的中心部位。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述所述棉花50份、羊毛26份,麻纤维24份,芳纶纤维13份,硅胶丝20份均需要进行浸泡液进行浸泡。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述浸泡液为盐水、丙三醇和环氧树脂的混合液。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,一种高紧密度棉纺织线的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将配比好的棉花和羊毛绞碎后进行加工绕线,将棉花和羊毛形成的线丝,麻纤维,芳纶纤维和硅胶丝进行拉长、抽细加捻,形成的棉纺织线纱进行备用;
S2:将步骤1中的丝线投放在浸泡液中经浸泡8小时,然后捞起来备用;
S3:将步骤2中的丝线通过细纱卷绕在筒管上,制成管纱;
S4:将步骤3中的管纱放置在纺织机上进行纺织成棉纱,纺织过程中保证经向紧度与纬向紧度大致相等;
S5:将步骤4的棉纱使用棉纱辊进行收卷纺织棉纱丝线。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述步骤2中浸泡温度保持在45℃。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述步骤2中的浸泡后的棉纱,在室温70℃加上风机吹送的条件下风干,直至水分消失掉。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过将丝线投放在生理盐水浸泡液中经浸泡并且保证纺织过程中保证经向紧度与纬向紧度大致相等,从而保证生产出高紧密度的纺织线,并且纺织线还具有抗拉强度高和防火效果好的优点。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高紧密度棉纺织线,其特征在于:质量份数选取如下,所述棉花50份、羊毛26份,麻纤维24份,芳纶纤维13份,硅胶丝20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高紧密度棉纺织线,其特征在于:所述硅胶丝设置在纺织线的中心部位。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高紧密度棉纺织线,其特征在于:所述所述棉花50份、羊毛26份,麻纤维24份,芳纶纤维13份,硅胶丝20份均需要进行浸泡液进行浸泡。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高紧密度棉纺织线,其特征在于:所述浸泡液为盐水、丙三醇和环氧树脂的混合液。
6.应用于权利要求1-5任意一项的一种高紧密度棉纺织线的生产方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:将配比好的棉花和羊毛绞碎后进行加工绕线,将棉花和羊毛形成的线丝,麻纤维,芳纶纤维和硅胶丝进行拉长、抽细加捻,形成的棉纺织线纱进行备用;
S2:将步骤1中的丝线投放在浸泡液中经浸泡8小时,然后捞起来备用;
S3:将步骤2中的丝线通过细纱卷绕在筒管上,制成管纱;
S4:将步骤3中的管纱放置在纺织机上进行纺织成棉纱,纺织过程中保证经向紧度与纬向紧度大致相等;
S5:将步骤4的棉纱使用棉纱辊进行收卷纺织棉纱丝线。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种高紧密度棉纺织线的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2中浸泡温度保持在45℃。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高紧密度棉纺织线的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2中的浸泡后的棉纱,在室温70℃加上风机吹送的条件下风干,直至水分消失掉。
