The edible oil according to claim 4, wherein the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 6-8 parts of schisandra chinensis, 10-12 parts of lily, 15-25 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 10-13 parts of spina date seeds, 10-15 parts of coptis chinensis and 5-10 parts of cinnamon.
6. The edible oil according to claim 5, wherein the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 8 parts of schisandra chinensis, 10 parts of lily, 20 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 11 parts of spina date seeds, 15 parts of coptis chinensis and 10 parts of cinnamon.
7. The edible oil according to any one of claims 4 to 6, wherein the essential oil extraction step is as follows:
(1) weighing the schisandra chinensis, the lily, the salvia miltiorrhiza, the spina date seed, the coptis chinensis and the cinnamon in corresponding parts, cleaning, slicing, mixing and grinding into powder;
(2) the powder obtained in the step (1) is prepared by adopting supercritical CO2Extracting essential oil by extraction technology to obtain essential oil.
8. A process for the preparation of an edible oil according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
(a) weighing corresponding parts of linseed oil, walnut oil, peony seed oil, grape seed oil, peanut oil and essential oil;
(b) firstly, uniformly stirring and mixing linseed oil, walnut oil, peony seed oil, grape seed oil and essential oil to obtain solute A, taking peanut oil as solvent B, and adding the solute A into the solute B to obtain a mixture;
(c) and (c) placing the mixture obtained in the step (b) into a blending tank, stirring for 50-90 minutes at the speed of 70-90 revolutions/minute at the temperature of 25-60 ℃, mixing, and introducing nitrogen for protection in the mixing process to prevent the oxidation of the grease, so as to obtain the edible oil.
