Abstract

Background
In daily life, most of edible oil used by people is single-variety vegetable oil, such as rapeseed oil, peanut oil, soybean oil and the like, because the proportion of fatty acid in the single-variety vegetable oil is basically stable, but food nutrition research shows that the edible oil with balanced various fatty acids is beneficial to human health, and the long-term consumption of the single-variety edible oil is not beneficial to human health. The insomnia can be relieved temporarily by taking the hypnotic, but the drug is toxic, so that the drug has side effects and drug dependence after long-term administration. The effect of sleep regulation can be achieved through diet regulation in daily life, and the edible oil is a necessity for human life. The traditional edible oil only serves as a seasoning, and the excessive eating of the traditional edible oil can increase the fat of the human body and damage the health of the human body. The edible oil with rich nutrition and certain functionality is eaten to gradually adjust and improve the sleep, and is always a focus of attention of people. Therefore, the development of edible oil with abundant nutrition, healthy eating and certain health care function is the current main direction.

As further optimization of the invention, the edible oil comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 parts of linseed oil, 10 parts of walnut oil, 15 parts of peony seed oil, 10 parts of grape seed oil, 100 parts of peanut oil and 3 parts of essential oil.
As a further optimization of the invention, the essential oil is obtained by extraction from a composition comprising the following components: fructus Schisandrae chinensis, Bulbus Lilii, Saviae Miltiorrhizae radix, semen Ziziphi Spinosae, Coptidis rhizoma and cortex Cinnamomi.
As a further optimization of the invention, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 6-8 parts of schisandra chinensis, 10-12 parts of lily, 15-25 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 10-13 parts of spina date seeds, 10-15 parts of coptis chinensis and 5-10 parts of cinnamon.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the edible oil, which comprises the following steps:
(a) weighing corresponding parts of linseed oil, walnut oil, peony seed oil, grape seed oil, peanut oil and essential oil;
(b) firstly, uniformly stirring and mixing linseed oil, walnut oil, peony seed oil, grape seed oil and essential oil to obtain solute A, taking peanut oil as solvent B, and adding the solute A into the solute B to obtain a mixture;
(c) and (c) placing the mixture obtained in the step (b) into a blending tank, stirring for 50-90 minutes at the speed of 70-90 revolutions/minute at the temperature of 25-60 ℃, mixing, introducing 99.9% nitrogen into the mixing tank for protection to prevent the oxidation of the grease, then introducing the mixture into a finished product oil tank for storage, and introducing 99.9% nitrogen into the finished product tank for protection to prevent the oxidation of the grease, thereby finally obtaining the edible oil.
The linseed oil selected by the invention is natural grease prepared by taking pure natural and pollution-free linseed as a raw material. The product has good quality and aromatic smell, is rich in alpha-linolenic acid up to more than 50 percent, is the current functional lipid-lowering edible oil, contains about 20 percent of oleic acid, 15 percent of linoleic acid and about 58 percent of linolenic acid, and has high nutrient content, complete variety and excellent quality. The pure natural linseed oil can regulate 'three highs' (reducing blood fat, blood pressure and blood sugar); chemical liver injury is recovered, and advanced hepatitis is effectively prevented; preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, preventing myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction, and inhibiting cerebral hemorrhage: resisting infection of AIDS virus (HIV), and inhibiting tumor; the invasion capability of pathogenic bacteria is reduced, and the prostatitis is effectively prevented; improving various inflammations, and preventing and treating asthma, allergy, specific eczema and other reactions; supplementing brain nutrition, resisting aging, relieving fatigue, improving intelligence, and protecting vision; increasing EPA and DHA, and preventing senile dementia.
The walnut oil contains more than or equal to 92 percent of unsaturated fatty acid, more than or equal to 56 percent of linoleic acid omega-6 and more than or equal to 14 percent of linolenic acid omega-3, and also contains various nutrient components such as phospholipid, omega-3 fatty acid, vitamin A, D, folic acid and the like, thereby being beneficial to the health of people. The walnut oil has the effects of strengthening body constitution, moistening skin, nourishing brain, preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, improving endocrine system function, and supplementing calcium to skeleton system.
The grapeseed oil is the extract of the seeds of the grape of the Vitaceae family, and is rich in linoleic acid, other various unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin F, mineral substances, protein, linseed oil, chlorophyll and the like. The grape seed oil has effects of reducing cholesterol in blood, preventing thrombosis, dilating blood vessel, nourishing brain cell, regulating autonomic nerve, and preventing various diseases caused by cardiovascular sclerosis.
The peony seed oil is obtained from peony seeds, is rich in protein, fat, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, selenium and other elements, vitamins B1, B2, carotene and the like, contains odd-carbon fatty acids with strong anticancer activity such as C15, C17 and the like, and also contains a small amount of fatty acids with a cyclic structure such as 2-hexylcyclopropane caprylic acid.
The peanut oil disclosed by the invention is light yellow and transparent, clear in color and luster, fragrant in smell and delicious in taste, and is edible oil which is relatively easy to digest. The peanut oil contains more than 80 percent of unsaturated fatty acid (41.2 percent of oleic acid and 37.6 percent of linoleic acid). In addition, it also contains saturated fatty acids such as palmitic acid, stearic acid and arachidic acid 19.9%. The fatty acid composition of the peanut oil is better and is easy to digest and absorb by human bodies. The edible peanut oil can decompose cholesterol in human body into bile acid and discharge the bile acid out of human body, thereby reducing the content of cholesterol in blood plasma. In addition, the peanut oil also contains substances which are beneficial to human bodies, such as sterol, wheat germ phenol, phospholipid, vitamin E, choline and the like. By eating peanut oil regularly, the skin is prevented from wrinkling, aging and thrombosis are prevented, and arteriosclerosis and coronary heart disease are prevented. (2) firstly, uniformly stirring and mixing linseed oil, walnut oil, peony seed oil and grape seed oil to obtain solute A, taking peanut oil as solvent B, and adding the solute A into the solute B to obtain a mixture;
(3) and (3) placing the mixture obtained in the step (4) into a blending tank, stirring for 60 minutes at the speed of 90 revolutions per minute at the temperature of 30 ℃, mixing, introducing 99.9% nitrogen into the mixing tank for protection to prevent the oxidation of the grease, then introducing the mixture into a finished product oil tank for storage, introducing 99.9% nitrogen into the finished product oil tank for protection to prevent the oxidation of the grease, pumping the mixture into a small packaging workshop at room temperature for packaging, and finally obtaining the edible oil.
Experimental example 1
To prove that the invention is really effective, the inventor carries out a three-month test for volunteers by collecting 300 factory employees who fall over three shifts, 300 volunteers are divided into A, B, C groups, 100 people in group A eat the edible oil prepared by the invention in the example 1, 100 people in group B eat the edible oil prepared by the comparative example 1, and 100 people in group C eat the common peanut oil, and the test results are as follows:
although the volunteers in group A also shift for a long time, 87 of the volunteers can fall asleep quickly, sleep normally, have good mental state and no insomnia condition after continuously eating the edible oil prepared in the embodiment 1 of the invention, and 8 of the volunteers have ordinary sleep quality and only 5 of the volunteers occasionally have insomnia condition.
Group B volunteers also shift for a long time, but if the volunteers insist on the edible oil prepared in comparative example 1 of the invention all the time, 55 people can fall asleep quickly, sleep normally, have good mental status and no insomnia, and 30 people have ordinary sleep quality, and only 15 people occasionally have insomnia.
The biological clock of the volunteers in group C is reversed due to long-term shift, and over 75 people have low sleep quality and insufficient sleep, even nearly 20 people have insomnia.
The tests prove that the invention is really effective in improving the sleep quality of human body and can be eaten at ease.

(b) firstly, uniformly stirring and mixing linseed oil, walnut oil, peony seed oil, grape seed oil and essential oil to obtain solute A, taking peanut oil as solvent B, and adding the solute A into the solute B to obtain a mixture;
(c) and (c) placing the mixture obtained in the step (b) into a blending tank, stirring for 50-90 minutes at the speed of 70-90 revolutions/minute at the temperature of 25-60 ℃, mixing, and introducing nitrogen for protection in the mixing process to prevent the oxidation of the grease, so as to obtain the edible oil.
