Abstract
The invention provides edible tea oil and a preparation method and application thereof. The edible tea oil of the invention comprises the following main raw materials: refined tea oil, walnut oil, honey, tomatoes, rice, Chinese yam, raisins and carrots. The edible tea oil contains various nutrient substances which are relatively lacked by human beings, can effectively improve the sleep quality, increase the resistance of human bodies, accelerate the detoxification speed, provide the nutrition required by brain development and maintain the cholesterol in the bodies to be at the normal level, and is suitable for children, students, middle-aged and elderly people and other people to eat. Meanwhile, the preparation process of the edible tea oil is simple and convenient, the operation is simple, and the edible tea oil is suitable for large-scale and industrial production of edible tea oil products with good nutritional effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of food, in particular to edible tea oil and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Various nutrient substances are closely related to human health, for example, when the human body lacks vitamin B11 and calcium, the human body often has insomnia, which affects the health and increases the incidence of diabetes, heart disease and hypertension; when a human body is in iron deficiency, iron deficiency anemia can be caused, and symptoms such as anorexia, dysphoria, hypodynamia, pale complexion, palpitation, dizziness and the like can appear; the slow healing of the wound indicates that the intake of various nutrients such as protein, trace elements, energy and the like is too low, so that the immunity is reduced, the metabolism is slowed down, and the wound healing is influenced; severe vitamin C deficiency can lead to scurvy; selenium has the detoxification function, can be combined with heavy metals in vivo to reduce the harm of the heavy metals, the human blood circulation which is slightly lack of selenium is not good, hands and feet can feel cold, and the serious lack of selenium can cause low immunity, hypopsia, easy cardiovascular diseases and tumor; the lack of linoleic acid can cause the metabolic disorder of collective lipid, the reduction of immunity, amnesia, fatigue and hypopsia, and simultaneously, the lack of linoleic acid can cause cholesterol to be combined with some saturated fatty acids to generate metabolic disorder, and the cholesterol is deposited on the vessel wall to gradually form atherosclerosis to cause cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
Tea oil, also known as camellia oil or tea seed oil, is a unique woody oil in our country. The tea oil fatty acid mainly comprises oleic acid, linoleic acid and a small amount of saturated fatty acid, wherein the content of the oleic acid is 74-89%, and the fatty acid composition is similar to the best olive oil recognized in the world and is called eastern olive oil in the name of the fatty acid composition.
However, in order to make tea oil reach relevant food standards, the tea oil on the market needs to be refined through a plurality of processes in the production process, and most substances beneficial to human bodies are often removed together in the refining process, so that the nutrition and health care functions of the tea oil are greatly reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The first purpose of the invention is to provide edible tea oil which is rich in various nutrient substances and has the functions of improving sleep, enhancing immunity, quickly detoxifying and the like.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide the preparation method of the edible tea oil, and the preparation method is simple and convenient in process and suitable for large-scale production.
The third purpose of the invention is to provide the application of the edible tea oil.
In order to achieve the above purpose of the invention, the following technical scheme is adopted:
the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the edible tea oil mainly comprises the following raw materials: refined tea oil, walnut oil, honey, tomatoes, rice, Chinese yam, raisins and carrots; preferably, the rice is selenium-enriched rice; preferably, the Chinese yam is black Chinese yam.
Meanwhile, the invention also provides a preparation method of the edible tea oil, which comprises the following steps:
(a) cleaning rice and Chinese yam, drying, grinding and mixing to obtain mixed powder;
(b) crushing carrot, tomato and raisin, mixing, extracting and filtering to obtain filtrate;
(c) mixing the mixed powder obtained in the step (a) and the filtrate obtained in the step (b) with honey, walnut oil and refined tea oil, and then filtering to obtain filtrate;
(d) and (c) distilling the filtrate obtained in the step (c) under reduced pressure, and collecting an oil phase to obtain the edible tea oil.
Furthermore, the invention also provides application of the edible tea oil in preparing foods for improving sleep, enhancing immunity and detoxifying.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the edible tea oil contains various nutrient substances which are relatively lacked by human beings, can effectively improve the sleep quality, increase the resistance of human bodies, accelerate the detoxification speed, provide the nutrition required by brain development and maintain the cholesterol in the bodies to be at the normal level, and is suitable for children, students, middle-aged and elderly people and other people to eat.
Meanwhile, the preparation process of the edible tea oil is simple and convenient, the operation is simple, and the edible tea oil is suitable for large-scale and industrial production of edible tea oil products with good nutrition and health care effects.
In addition, according to the edible tea oil provided by the invention, the mass ratio of the refined tea oil to the walnut oil to the honey is as follows: (15-45): (1-10): (1-5);
