The invention also provides application of the soothing and anti-allergy composition in cosmetics. The cosmetic may be water, lotion, cream, facial mask, makeup remover oil, sunscreen, etc.
The soothing and anti-allergy composition is prepared by directly and uniformly mixing the extracts.
The invention provides a soothing and anti-allergy mask, which comprises the soothing and anti-allergy composition and a mask dissolving solution, wherein the mask dissolving solution comprises deionized water, carob seed extract, aloe and glycerol. The facial mask dissolving solution is natural, contains no chemical substances, has no irritation to skin, can well dissolve the soothing and anti-allergy composition, and can release active substances when applied to skin. The carob seed extract can promote the relieving and anti-allergy composition to be dissolved in the mask dissolving solution so as to prepare uniform mask solution.
For example, the soothing and anti-allergy mask comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of wild walnut extract, 15-25 parts of linseed extract, 5-10 parts of schizonepeta extract, 15-25 parts of centella extract, 10-15 parts of purslane extract, 1-5 parts of honeysuckle extract, 1-5 parts of folium artemisiae argyi extract, 3-8 parts of scutellaria baicalensis extract, 1-5 parts of divaricate saposhnikovia root extract, 20-30 parts of deionized water, 5-10 parts of carob fruit extract, 2-7 parts of aloe and 10-15 parts of glycerol.
The preparation method of the soothing and anti-allergy mask comprises the steps of adding aloe and glycerol into deionized water, stirring uniformly, adding the carob seed extract and the soothing and anti-allergy composition, and stirring uniformly again.
Embodiments of the present invention will be further illustrated by the following examples.

The moisturizing, anti-inflammatory and anti-acne effects of the examples and the comparative examples will be demonstrated by experiments below.
1. The water replenishing effect testing method comprises the following steps: the capacitor is used as an instrument probe, and because water is a substance with the largest dielectric constant on the skin, when the moisture content of the skin changes, the capacitance value of the skin also changes, so that the moisture content on the surface of the skin can be analyzed by measuring the capacitance value of the skin. A commonly used instrument is Corneometer CM 825. The change of the moisture content of the stratum corneum is measured by measuring the change of the capacitance of the stratum corneum of the skin before and after the product is used, so that the moisture content of the stratum corneum of the moisture mask is evaluated quantitatively, and the change of the moisture content of the skin can be sensitively reflected. Marking out 3X 3cm on the bent side of the left and right forearms of the user2And (3) in a square experiment area with the size, taking the left arm as a test area of the moisturizing product, taking a corresponding symmetrical area of the right arm as a blank control, testing and detecting the moisture content of each test part by using a Corneometer CM825, and repeating for 5 times respectively to obtain an average value. A blank control was set and the same amount of glycerol was added. The hydration rate was calculated by the formula (1), and the results are shown in Table four.
Hydration rate ═ (test value-blank value)/blank value × 100%.
Before testing, the hydration rates of the testers of examples one to seven, and comparative examples one to seven were all between 50% and 55%.

2. Anti-inflammatory, soothing effect test method: the effect of inhibiting the stimulation of the surfactant is tested by using a 3T3 cell model, and the contact inhibition of 3T3 cells is increased along with the increase of the addition amount of the surfactant SDS. By adding the soothing anti-sensitivity composition described in examples one to nine and comparative examples one to nine to the 3T3 cell model, the concentration of the soothing anti-sensitivity composition in SDS was 1% after the addition, the inhibitory effect on SDS was obtained from the effect of contact inhibition, a blank control was set, the same amount of glycerol was added, and the results are shown in table five.

3. The surfactant stimulation-inhibiting effect was tested using keratinocytes: with increasing addition amount of SDS, redness of keratinocytes was increased, and by adding the soothing anti-sensitivity composition described in examples one to nine and comparative examples one to nine to keratinocytes, the concentration of the soothing anti-sensitivity composition in SDS was 1% after addition, and the inhibitory effect on SDS was obtained from the effect of contact inhibition, a blank control was set, and the same amount of glycerol was added, and the results are shown in Table six.

4. Mouse macrophage inflammation model: after the mouse macrophage inflammation model is subjected to inflammation induction, the release amount of PGE2 is measured by adding the soothing and anti-allergy composition described in examples one to nine and comparative examples one to nine, a blank control group is set, and the same amount of glycerol is added, and the results are shown in Table seven.

5. Clinical patch test: according to the clinical patch test requirements in the cosmetic hygiene specifications, the soothing and anti-allergy compositions described in examples one to nine of the present invention and comparative examples one to nine were tested, and the patch was applied to the site having erythema of allergic reaction, and the site having erythema of no patch was used as a blank control group, and all of them were tested by using 25-year-old women. Compared with a blank control group, the soothing and anti-allergy composition provided by the invention has the effect of obviously promoting the erythema decline, and simultaneously proves the safety of the product.
As can be seen from the fourth table, the soothing and anti-allergy composition provided by the invention can obviously improve the hydration rate of the skin, fully moisturizes and locks the skin, and after the safflower extract and the camellia oleifera extract are added, the hydration rate is obviously increased, the hydration rate of the blank group is not greatly improved and is obviously lower than that of the example, and the moisturizing effect is better than that of the comparative example.
As can be seen from the fifth table, the soothing and anti-allergy composition provided by the invention can obviously improve the contact inhibition of 3T3 cells on SDS, and the inhibition effect is better than that of the comparative example; whereas the inhibition rate of the blank group was much lower than in the examples. And after the royal jelly extract and the ginkgo biloba extract are added, the inhibition rate is obviously increased, and the relieving effect is enhanced.
As can be seen from the sixth table, the soothing and anti-allergy composition can obviously inhibit SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate) of the inflamed cuticle and soothe the inflamed cuticle, and the soothing effect is superior to that of the comparative example; whereas the inhibition rate of the blank group was much lower than in the examples. And after the royal jelly extract and the ginkgo biloba extract are added, the inhibition rate is obviously increased, the relieving effect is enhanced, and after the vegetarian fanghua extract, the ginger extract and the magnolia bark extract are added, the inhibition effect is enhanced.
As can be seen from the seven tables, the soothing and anti-allergy composition can obviously inhibit the release of PGE2 of inflammatory cells, and has better repairing effect than the comparative example; whereas the inhibition rate of the blank group was much lower than in the examples. And after the burdock extract and the xanthium sibiricum extract are added, the inhibition rate is obviously increased, the soothing and calming effects are enhanced, and after the vegetarian fanghua extract, the ginger extract and the magnolia bark extract are added, the inhibition effects are enhanced.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A soothing and anti-allergy composition is characterized by comprising the following components: wild walnut extract, linseed extract, schizonepeta extract, centella asiatica extract, purslane extract, honeysuckle extract, mugwort leaf extract, scutellaria baicalensis extract, and saposhnikovia divaricata extract.
2. The soothing and anti-allergy composition of claim 1, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of wild walnut extract, 15-25 parts of linseed extract, 5-10 parts of schizonepeta extract, 15-25 parts of centella extract, 10-15 parts of purslane extract, 1-5 parts of honeysuckle extract, 1-5 parts of folium artemisiae argyi extract, 3-8 parts of scutellaria baicalensis extract and 1-5 parts of divaricate saposhnikovia root extract.
3. The soothing and anti-allergy composition according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising 4-10 parts of camellia oleifera extract.
4. The soothing and anti-allergy composition of claim 1 or 2, further comprising 2-8 parts of safflower extract.
5. The soothing and anti-allergy composition according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising 2-7 parts of royal jelly extract.
6. The soothing and anti-allergy composition of claim 1 or 2, further comprising 5-10 parts of ginkgo biloba extract.
7. The soothing and anti-allergy composition according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising 1-3 parts of burdock extract.
8. The soothing and anti-allergy composition of claim 7, further comprising 1-3 parts of Xanthium strumarium extract.
9. Use of a soothing and anti-allergy composition according to any of claims 1 to 8 in cosmetics.
10. A soothing and anti-allergy mask comprising the soothing and anti-allergy composition of any one of claims 1 to 8 and a mask dissolving solution comprising deionized water, carob seed extract, aloe vera and glycerin.
