本发明涉及汽车零部件技术领域,具体为一种抗冲击性好的汽车大灯总成。
背景技术
目前,随着社会进步和经济发展,汽车已广泛进入家庭。汽车大灯是汽车的重要组成部分,其在车辆行驶及保证行车安全方面具有重要的作用。随着LED技术的发展,得益于其节能率高、寿命长、亮度高、可靠性高的特点,LED应用于汽车照明已经越来越普遍。现有技术下的汽车大灯存在发生碰撞后易碎的现象,且普遍存在散热难的现象,汽车大灯的抗冲击性能差的,散热性能差的话,不具备抗冲击效果,容易导致灯罩的损坏,发生无法使用,而不具备散热效果不仅会影响到汽车大灯的工作质量,而且很大程度上降低了汽车大灯的使用寿命,提高了车辆的后期维修和维护的成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗冲击性好的汽车大灯总成,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种抗冲击性好的汽车大灯总成,包括车灯座,抗冲击机构,光线调节机构和散热机构,所述抗冲击机构设置在车灯座内部,所述光线调节机构固定设置在抗冲击机构内部,所述散热机构设置在车灯座下方,所述散热机构顶部与光线调节机构底部固定连接,所述车灯座水平设置,所述车灯座顶面沿竖直方向开设有安装孔,所述安装孔内部设置有车灯罩,所述车灯罩底面开口设置,所述抗冲击机构固定设置在车灯罩底端;
所述抗冲击机构包括螺纹柱、限位罩、转动件和减震弹簧,所述螺纹柱竖直设置,所述螺纹柱底面与安装孔内部底面固定连接,车灯罩底面对应螺纹柱顶端竖直开设有限位孔,所述限位罩为两个,两个所述限位罩相对面开口设置,所述转动件为圆柱体竖直设置,所述转动件设置在两个限位罩之间,所述转动件表面与两个限位罩内壁相接触位置滑动连接,所述减震弹簧套设在螺纹柱下端,所述减震弹簧底端与安装孔内部底面固定连接,所述螺纹柱顶端从下往上依次贯穿两个限位罩和转动件延伸至限位孔内部,所述螺纹柱为两个以车灯罩轴向左右对称设置,两个所述螺纹柱相同设置。

请参阅图1-6,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种抗冲击性好的汽车大灯总成,包括车灯座1,抗冲击机构5,光线调节机构6和散热机构7,抗冲击机构5设置在车灯座1内部,光线调节机构6固定设置在抗冲击机构5内部,散热机构7设置在车灯座1下方,散热机构7顶部与光线调节机构6底部固定连接,车灯座1水平设置,车灯座1顶面沿竖直方向开设有安装孔2,安装孔2内部设置有车灯罩3,车灯罩3底面开口设置,车灯罩3下端表面与安装孔2内壁之间设置有密封圈4,密封圈4表面与安装孔2内壁固定连接,密封圈4内壁与车灯罩3下端表面滑动连接,抗冲击机构5固定设置在车灯罩1底端;
抗冲击机构5包括螺纹柱501、限位罩503、转动件504和减震弹簧505,螺纹柱501竖直设置,螺纹柱501底面与安装孔2内部底面固定连接,车灯罩3底面对应螺纹柱501顶端竖直开设有限位孔502,限位罩503为两个,两个限位罩503相对面开口设置,转动件504为圆柱体竖直设置,转动件504设置在两个限位罩503之间,转动件504表面与两个限位罩503内壁相接触位置滑动连接,减震弹簧505套设在螺纹柱501下端,减震弹簧505底端与安装孔2内部底面固定连接,螺纹柱501顶端从下往上依次贯穿两个限位罩503和转动件504延伸至限位孔502内部,螺纹柱501表面与两个限位罩503内壁和限位孔502内壁相接触位置转动连接,螺纹柱501表面与转动件504内壁相接触位置螺纹连接,减震弹簧505顶端与下方限位罩503底面固定连接,位于上方限位罩503顶面与车灯罩3底端相接触位置固定连接,螺纹柱501为两个以车灯罩3轴向左右对称设置,两个螺纹柱501相同设置,该抗冲击性好的汽车大灯总成,通过设置有抗冲击机构5,通过螺纹柱501和限位孔502相互配合将在碰撞冲击中保护LED灯体609不被损坏,通过将冲击力转化为转动件504旋转力使其能够吸收外部的冲击能量,确保车灯罩3的加速度量级降到LED灯体609自身能够承受的程度,极大保护了LED灯体609的完整性;
光线调节机构6设置在两个螺纹柱501之间,光线调节机构6包括调节罩601、螺纹杆603、光杆604、安装框605、凸透镜606、滑块607、反光罩608、LED灯体609和电机611,调节罩601竖直设置,调节罩601顶面开口设置,调节罩601底端固定贯穿安装孔2内部底面延伸至车灯座3下方,调节罩601左右内壁对称竖直开设有调节槽602,螺纹杆603竖直设置在左侧调节槽602内部,光杆604竖直设置在右侧调节槽602内部,螺纹杆603上下端和光杆604上下端通过轴承座与两个调节槽602内壁固定连接,安装框605水平设置在两个调节槽602之间,安装框605上下端开口设置,凸透镜606水平固定设置在安装框605内部,滑块607为两个,两个滑块607固定设置在安装框605左右两端,两个滑块607皆螺纹套设在螺纹杆603表面和光杆604表面,反光罩608固定设置在安装框605下方,LED灯体609设置在反光罩608上方,LED灯体609底端固定贯穿反光罩608和调节罩601内部底面,位于左侧调节槽602内部侧面横向开设有电机孔610,电机611固定安装在电机孔610内部,电机611输出端通过斜齿轮与螺纹杆603转动连接,通过设置有光线调节机构6,能够调节LED灯体609照射出车灯罩后的光线偏转角度,能够根据实际情况快速调节,实用性强;
散热机构7包括散热框701、滤网一703、石墨烯散热片704、驱动件706和扇叶707,散热框701水平设置在车灯座1下方,散热框701整体镂空设置,散热框701镂空位置设置有滤网二,散热框701顶面边缘通过连接环片8与车灯座1底面固定连接,散热框701顶面与调节罩601底面固定连接,散热框701顶面与调节罩601底面皆对应竖直设置有散热孔705,散热框701顶面开设有散热通孔702,散热通孔702顶端贯穿LED灯体,滤网一703水平固定设置在LED灯体609内部,石墨烯散热片704固定设置在调节罩601内部底面,驱动件706底面与散热框701内部顶面固定连接,扇叶707固定设置在驱动件706输出杆上端表面,通过设置有散热机构7利用石墨烯散热片704的高散热性,以及扇叶707的快速散热,能够把LED灯体609工作时发出的热量及时导出散掉,多重散热方式并存,极大地提高了汽车大灯的散热效率,延长汽车大灯总成的使用寿命。
使用时,通过螺纹柱501和限位孔502相互配合将在碰撞冲击中保护LED灯体609不被损坏,通过将冲击力转化为转动件504旋转力使其能够吸收外部的冲击能量,启动电机611,使螺纹杆603转动,能够根据实际情况,调节凸透镜606位置,调节LED灯体609照射出车灯罩后的光线偏转角度,利用石墨烯散热片704的高散热性,以及扇叶707的快速散热,能够把LED灯体609工作时发出的热量及时导出散掉,多重散热方式并存,极大地提高了汽车大灯的散热效率,延长汽车大灯总成的使用寿命。
综上可得:该抗冲击性好的汽车大灯总成,通过设置有抗冲击机构5,通过螺纹柱501和限位孔502相互配合将在碰撞冲击中保护LED灯体609不被损坏,通过将冲击力转化为转动件504旋转力使其能够吸收外部的冲击能量,确保车灯罩3的加速度量级降到LED灯体609自身能够承受的程度,极大保护了LED灯体609的完整性;通过设置有光线调节机构6,能够调节LED灯体609照射出车灯罩后的光线偏转角度,能够根据实际情况快速调节,实用性强;通过设置有散热机构7利用石墨烯散热片704的高散热性,以及扇叶707的快速散热,能够把LED灯体609工作时发出的热量及时导出散掉,多重散热方式并存,极大地提高了汽车大灯的散热效率,延长汽车大灯总成的使用寿命。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (8)
1.一种抗冲击性好的汽车大灯总成,包括车灯座(1),抗冲击机构(5),光线调节机构(6)和散热机构(7),其特征在于:所述抗冲击机构(5)设置在车灯座(1)内部,所述光线调节机构(6)固定设置在抗冲击机构(5)内部,所述散热机构(7)设置在车灯座(1)下方,所述散热机构(7)顶部与光线调节机构(6)底部固定连接,所述车灯座(1)水平设置,所述车灯座(1)顶面沿竖直方向开设有安装孔(2),所述安装孔(2)内部设置有车灯罩(3),所述车灯罩(3)底面开口设置,所述抗冲击机构(5)固定设置在车灯罩(1)底端;
所述抗冲击机构(5)包括螺纹柱(501)、限位罩(503)、转动件(504)和减震弹簧(505),所述螺纹柱(501)竖直设置,所述螺纹柱(501)底面与安装孔(2)内部底面固定连接,车灯罩(3)底面对应螺纹柱(501)顶端竖直开设有限位孔(502),所述限位罩(503)为两个,两个所述限位罩(503)相对面开口设置,所述转动件(504)为圆柱体竖直设置,所述转动件(504)设置在两个限位罩(503)之间,所述转动件(504)表面与两个限位罩(503)内壁相接触位置滑动连接,所述减震弹簧(505)套设在螺纹柱(501)下端,所述减震弹簧(505)底端与安装孔(2)内部底面固定连接,所述螺纹柱(501)顶端从下往上依次贯穿两个限位罩(503)和转动件(504)延伸至限位孔(502)内部,所述螺纹柱(501)为两个以车灯罩(3)轴向左右对称设置,两个所述螺纹柱(501)相同设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗冲击性好的汽车大灯总成,其特征在于:所述车灯罩(3)下端表面与安装孔(2)内壁之间设置有密封圈(4),所述密封圈(4)表面与安装孔(2)内壁固定连接,所述密封圈(4)内壁与车灯罩(3)下端表面滑动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗冲击性好的汽车大灯总成,其特征在于:所述螺纹柱(501)表面与两个限位罩(503)内壁和限位孔(502)内壁相接触位置转动连接,所述螺纹柱(501)表面与转动件(504)内壁相接触位置螺纹连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗冲击性好的汽车大灯总成,其特征在于:所述减震弹簧(505)顶端与下方限位罩(503)底面固定连接,位于上方所述限位罩(503)顶面与车灯罩(3)底端相接触位置固定连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗冲击性好的汽车大灯总成,其特征在于:所述光线调节机构(6)设置在两个所述螺纹柱(501)之间,所述光线调节机构(6)包括调节罩(601)、螺纹杆(603)、光杆(604)、安装框(605)、凸透镜(606)、滑块(607)、反光罩(608)、LED灯体(609)和电机(611),所述调节罩(601)竖直设置,所述调节罩(601)顶面开口设置,所述调节罩(601)底端固定贯穿安装孔(2)内部底面延伸至车灯座(3)下方,所述调节罩(601)左右内壁对称竖直开设有调节槽(602),所述螺纹杆(603)竖直设置在左侧调节槽(602)内部,所述光杆(604)竖直设置在右侧调节槽(602)内部,所述螺纹杆(603)上下端和光杆(604)上下端通过轴承座与两个调节槽(602)内壁固定连接,所述安装框(605)水平设置在两个调节槽(602)之间,所述安装框(605)上下端开口设置,所述凸透镜(606)水平固定设置在安装框(605)内部,所述滑块(607)为两个,两个所述滑块(607)固定设置在安装框(605)左右两端,两个所述滑块(607)皆螺纹套设在螺纹杆(603)表面和光杆(604)表面,所述反光罩(608)固定设置在安装框(605)下方,所述LED灯体(609)设置在反光罩(608)上方,所述LED灯体(609)底端固定贯穿反光罩(608)和调节罩(601)内部底面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗冲击性好的汽车大灯总成,其特征在于:位于左侧所述调节槽(602)内部侧面横向开设有电机孔(610),所述电机(611)固定安装在电机孔(610)内部,所述电机(611)输出端通过斜齿轮与螺纹杆(603)转动连接。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗冲击性好的汽车大灯总成,其特征在于:所述散热机构(7)包括散热框(701)、滤网一(703)、石墨烯散热片(704)、驱动件(706)和扇叶(707),所述散热框(701)水平设置在车灯座(1)下方,所述散热框(701)顶面边缘通过连接环片(8)与车灯座(1)底面固定连接,所述散热框(701)顶面与调节罩(601)底面固定连接,所述散热框(701)顶面与调节罩(601)底面皆对应竖直设置有散热孔(705),所述散热框(701)顶面开设有散热通孔(702),所述散热通孔(702)顶端贯穿LED灯体,所述滤网一(703)水平固定设置在LED灯体(609)内部,所述石墨烯散热片(704)固定设置在调节罩(601)内部底面,所述驱动件(706)底面与散热框(701)内部顶面固定连接,所述扇叶(707)固定设置在驱动件(706)输出杆上端表面。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种抗冲击性好的汽车大灯总成,其特征在于:所述散热框(701)整体镂空设置,所述散热框(701)镂空位置设置有滤网二。
