Abstract

技术领域
本公开涉及提供洗涤组合物、例如洗衣洗涤剂中的香味。
背景技术
洗涤组合物如洗衣洗涤剂的正常、不变的气味是“化学”气味,虽然还不错,但也不是特别理想的。因此,几乎所有此类组合物都需要加香。香料不是单独的物质,而是香料成分的共混物,有时是50种或更多。它们由受过训练的、经验丰富的调香师配制,以获得期望的嗅觉特征。问题在于洗涤组合物是碱性的(在水中,它们会产生高达11的高pH)。加香的干燥洗涤组合物的长期储存会对某些香料成分产生不利影响。酯类尤其如此,加香的香料成分酯类因其果香/甜香而备受青睐。这些成分在储存时的降解意味着,当使用该组合物时,香料的期望的嗅觉效果已经基本丧失。作为结果,用减少比例的这类成分配制用于这种组合物中的香料,且甚至在它们完全不存在的情况下。由于这些是受欢迎的成分,因此极大地限制了调香师的调色板,且洗涤组合物的可能的加香也因此受到限制。

发明内容
现已发现,在用碱性洗涤组合物储存的条件下可以提供完整的香料调色板。因此,提供了一种加香的洗涤组合物,其由两种单独的组分组成,第一组分为含有一部分香料的洗涤组合物基质,而第二组分由含有其余的香料的粒状载体组成,所述粒状载体包含粒状二氧化硅和水溶性盐,所述水溶性盐选自碱金属的氯化物和硫酸盐,该粒状载体包含至少1.0%重量的水溶性盐、至少1%重量的香料和98.0%最大重量的二氧化硅,且粒状载体中水溶性盐与香料的重量比为1:1至97.5:1,为醛、乙酸酯、酯、内酯和环氧化物的香料成分仅存在于在粒状载体中的香料组分中。

醛、乙酸酯和酯是最常见的香料成分。内酯和环氧化物不是很常见,但通常会赋予期望的香味特征,而香味可能会因缺少它们而变差。这些当掺入到洗涤组合物中时特别容易变质。

环氧化物香料成分的典型和非限制性实例包括乙基苯基缩水甘油酸酯(121-39-1)和乙基甲基苯基缩水甘油酸酯(77-83-8)。这两种成分为最常在一起遇到。乙基甲基苯基缩水甘油酸酯以“纯草莓香基(fraise pure)”名称销售。
用于洗涤组合物中的香料制剂分为两部分,一部分包含掺入到粒状载体中的成分,而另一部分添加到洗涤组合物的基质中,两部分香料的比例使得两者的组合可以提供所配制的完全的香料。
向其中添加醛、酯、乙酸酯、内酯和环氧化物香料成分的粒状载体为二氧化硅/水溶性盐组合。
用于本公开的典型的二氧化硅为细的多孔的二氧化硅。实例包括沉淀二氧化硅和热解法二氧化硅。二氧化硅典型地具有2-15μM的粒度和140-550M2/g的BET表面积。在一个具体的实施方案中,二氧化硅能够吸收其重量2-3倍的香料。可以以该尺寸提供正确粒度的适合的二氧化硅,或者可以通过已知技术,例如研磨,由较大粒度的二氧化硅生产它们。典型的适合商品包括SIPERNAT(商标)22S、22LS和50S(ex Evonik)。
二氧化硅的一部分可以被其他吸收性粒状材料替代,例如膨润土和纤维素衍生物(例如羧甲基纤维素)。可以替换至多50%重量,但是在特定实施方案中,替代不高于40%或30%。
水溶性盐可以为任意的碱金属氯化物或硫酸盐。具体的盐为氯化钠,但也能够使用例如氯化钾、硫酸钠和硫酸钾这样的盐。
在具体的实施方案中,粒状载体的成分的重量比落入以下范围:1-98%的二氧化硅(包括二氧化硅替代物),1-98%的盐,和其余的香料。香料含量为1-60%重量。
在另外的具体实施方案中,组成为:
0.5-10%的二氧化硅,73-98.5%的盐;1-17%的香料。
1-5%的二氧化硅,87-98%的盐;1-8%的香料。
粒状载体通过下列步骤制备:首先共混作为干燥成分的盐和二氧化硅,且然后在搅拌下将香料添加到得到的混合物中,直至香料被完全吸收,且得到干燥的、自由流动的粉末。
洗涤组合物基质可以为固体或液体组合物,其由除香料以外的干燥洗涤组合物的所有常用成分组成。它们包括洗涤剂,表面活性剂,磨料,碱,酶,着色物质和染料,荧光增白剂,防腐剂,抗菌和抗真菌材料,表面张力调节剂等。它们可以按公认的比例使用。添加到洗涤组合物基质中的那部分香料以这样的比例使用,使得其与粒状载体中的香料组合,以递送完整的香料制剂。
将待添加到洗涤组合物基质中的一部分香料添加并混合到基质中。在粉末洗涤组合物的情况下,在搅拌下将其添加直至得到干燥粉末。
合并的香料典型地以占完全的两-组分洗涤组合物重量0.05%-1.5%的程度存在。
在使用中,在洗涤循环开始时,以常规洗涤粉的方式将洗涤组合物基质添加到洗涤物中。可以在洗涤循环期间的任意时间添加具有香料制剂的其他部分的粒状载体。在一个具体的实施方案中,其在洗涤循环开始时添加,与之同时添加洗涤组合物基质。然而,其可以在甩干之前在洗涤循环中的任意点添加。
本公开的洗涤组合物具有的优点在于,在洗涤中使用时,可以递送由调香师配制的完整的香味,而不会由于与刺激性洗涤成分的相互作用而损失任何特定的香味特征。

香料的制备
制备如下两-部分香料,所述两部分如下表中所示:
*4,6,6,7,8,8-六甲基-1,3,4,6,7,8-六氢环戊二烯并[g]异色烯(CAS 1222-05-5)
**1-(2,3,8,8-四甲基-1,3,4,5,6,7-六氢萘-2-基)乙酮(CAS 54464-57-2)
***1-(3,5,5,6,8,8-六甲基-6,7-二氢萘-2-基)乙酮(CAS 1506-02-1)
分别共混香料的两种组分。
此外,制备完整制剂的共混物(基质和PC组分一起)。其在下文中称作“总香料”。
(a)粒状载体的制备
将96重量份的氯化钠与1.5%份的热解法二氧化硅(SipernatTM 22ex Evonik)共混,并且在搅拌下加入2.5份的PC香料,直至产生干燥粉末。
(b)洗涤剂组合物的制备
基质配方:如下制备粉末洗涤剂基质(“PD基质”):

粉末洗涤剂2(P2)(具有总香料):PD基质-99.6%;总香料0.4%(PC香料@0.3%+基质香料@0.1%)
向99.6份PD基质中加入0.4份总香料并将该混合物搅拌至得到干燥粉末。
(c)洗涤组合物的测试:
洗涤剂洗涤测试溶液制备如下:
(i)洗涤混合物为:
-混合物A,掺入P1(6g)+来自上述(a)的粒状载体(0.7g)
-混合物B,掺入P2(6g)
对混合物L1和L2重复如下对混合物A和B概括的方法。
(ii)在一个碗中通过向1.5L水中添加6g P2并手动混合制备混合物B(碗中的总香料载量=0.4/100*6=0.024g)
(iii)在单独的碗中通过添加6g P1制备混合物A。然后添加0.7g粒状载体。(总香料载量还为0.024g-6g P1相当于0.1/100X 6=0.006g;0.7g PC香料@2.5%相当于2.5/100X 0.7=0.18g:总计0.018+0.06=0.024g)。
(iv)在两个碗中加入两块小毛巾并且使其浸泡30分钟;
(v)将毛巾在洗涤液中手动摩擦10次,其方式为有人从织物上去除污渍。
(vi)将每对毛巾中的一块冲洗,然后在1.5L的净水中摩擦5次(模仿(v)中描述的手洗)。然后重复该步骤。
(vii)将冲洗过的毛巾挤出,而未进行冲洗的毛巾留在碗中。
专家小组将两者的气味强度使用0-5的等级进行比较,其中0为不可检测到香味,3表示良好,5表示非常强。用夹子将碗中未冲洗的毛巾从碗中抬起进行测试。
用冲洗过的毛巾和在洗涤液中的毛巾得到的结果如下(制备样品后2天进行评价):
通过将样品在评价之前分别在5℃和45℃保持4周和8周来评价稳定性。使这些进行相同的测试。
保持4和8周的样品结果如下:
可以清楚地观察到,在所有情况下,与使用总香料相比,使用基质香料和PC香料组合的洗涤物具有更强的香味。
嗅觉评价
在洗涤溶液中和用湿毛巾评价上文所述粉末组合物P1和P2的嗅觉效果。
老化期限为如上所述的在5℃和45℃的温度下4和8周。
在适当的老化期限之后,如上所述,制备掺入老化的P1和P2的洗涤溶液,并将粒状载体添加到P1中。由训练有素的调香师对它们进行嗅觉评价,以便对由两日-龄的P1和P2样品制成的嗅觉测试洗涤液进行评价。香味的整体评价如下所示。
将两日-龄样品(具有完整的香味的P2)的嗅觉测试洗涤溶液的嗅觉特性确定为“新鲜果香,花香,新鲜青香,多汁柑橘香味,麝香香味”。
从测试中可以清楚地看出,所有P1溶液,即其中已添加粒状香料载体的溶液,其嗅觉比P2溶液更接近于嗅觉测试溶液。尽管P1样品在存储时丢失了一些香味特征(没有在嗅觉测试溶液中观察到麝香特征),但大部分其他特征都具有完整的强度,这意味着香料的本质特征得以保留。特别要指出的是,更长的储存时间对香味几乎没有影响。

Claims (17)
1.加香的洗涤组合物,由两种单独的组分组成,第一组分为含有一部分香料的洗涤组合物基质,而第二组分由含有其余的香料的粒状载体组成,该粒状载体包含粒状二氧化硅和水溶性盐,所述水溶性盐选自碱金属的氯化物和硫酸盐,该粒状载体包含73-98.5%重量的水溶性盐、1-17%重量的香料和0.5-10%重量的吸收性粒状材料,所述吸收性粒状材料包含至少50%重量的细的多孔二氧化硅,所述二氧化硅具有2-15μm的粒度和140-550m2/g的BET表面积,且粒状载体中水溶性盐与香料的重量比为1:1至97.5:1,为醛、酯和环氧化物的那些香料成分仅存在于在粒状载体中的香料组分中。
2.权利要求1的加香的洗涤组合物,其中在粒状载体中的香料组分仅由醛、酯和环氧化物组成。
3.权利要求1或2的加香的洗涤组合物,其中所述酯选自乙酸酯和内酯。
4.权利要求1的加香的洗涤组合物,其中醛以占组合物中总香料重量至多30%的程度存在。
5.权利要求3的加香的洗涤组合物,其中乙酸酯以占组合物中总香料重量至多50%的程度存在。
6.权利要求1的加香的洗涤组合物,其中酯以占组合物中总香料重量至多90%的程度存在。
7.权利要求1的加香的洗涤组合物,其中使用的二氧化硅选自沉淀二氧化硅和热解法二氧化硅。
8.权利要求1的加香的洗涤组合物,其中所述二氧化硅能够吸收其重量2-3倍的香料。
9.权利要求1的加香的洗涤组合物,其中至多50%的二氧化硅被其他吸收性粒状材料替代。
10.权利要求9的加香的洗涤组合物,其中所述其他吸收性粒状材料选自膨润土和纤维素衍生物。
11.权利要求9的加香的洗涤组合物,其中所述二氧化硅被其他吸收性粒状材料替代至40%重量的最大程度。
12.权利要求11的加香的洗涤组合物,其中所述二氧化硅被其他吸收性粒状材料替代至30%重量的最大程度。
13.权利要求1的加香的洗涤组合物,其中所述水溶性盐选自氯化钠、氯化钾、硫酸钠和硫酸钾。
14.权利要求1的加香的洗涤组合物,其中所述粒状载体的成分的重量比落入以下范围:1-5%重量的吸收性粒状材料,87-98%重量的水溶性盐;1-8%重量的香料。
15.给洗涤物提供完整的香味的方法,包括向所述洗涤物中添加两-组分洗涤组合物,即第一组分和第二组分,所述第一组分包含含有一部分香料制剂的洗涤组合物基质,而所述第二组分包含在粒状载体中的其余的香料制剂,所述粒状载体包含粒状二氧化硅和水溶性盐,所述水溶性盐选自碱金属的氯化物和硫酸盐,所述粒状载体包含73-98.5%重量的水溶性盐、1-17%重量的香料和0.5-10%重量的吸收性粒状材料,所述吸收性粒状材料包含至少50%重量的细的多孔二氧化硅,所述二氧化硅具有2-15μm的粒度和140-550m2/g的BET表面积,且粒状载体中水溶性盐与香料的重量比为1:1至97.5:1,为醛、酯和环氧化物的那些香料成分仅存在于在粒状载体中的香料组分中,所述第一组分在洗涤循环开始时添加,而所述第二组分在洗涤循环期间的任意时间添加。
16.权利要求15的方法,其中在粒状载体中的香料组分仅由醛、酯和环氧化物组成。
