Abstract
本发明公开了一种轻软弹尼龙弹性体舒适性鞋底材料及其制备方法,所述轻软弹尼龙弹性体舒适性鞋底材料由以下原料制配制成,其原料按重量份为:PEBAX 90份、3427AC(EBA)10份、ZnO活性氧化锌5份、PL‑400架桥剂2份、硬脂酸1份、MgO活性氧化镁10份、将上述各成份按配比加入白色发泡剂5份、TIAC 2份、DCP架桥剂2份、温度调到120度进行混炼、发泡、冷却,二次油压,最终得到合成橡胶;本发明鞋底材料密度小、耐磨性好、硬度低、回弹性好、拉伸强度高、抗撕裂强度好等优点,特别适合用于制作鞋底,能够使鞋底具有弹性好,缓冲性好,压缩性好,因此在运动的过程中就会降低对关节的损害;同时具有耐磨、抗撕裂,这样就延长了鞋子的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及鞋底材料配方领域,具体涉及一种轻软弹尼龙弹性体舒适性鞋底材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的用于制造鞋底的材料主要为普通橡胶、TPR热塑性橡胶、PU高分子聚氨脂合成材料等。其具有重量较重(重量为370g-500g),材料硬,回弹差(回弹率为38%),压缩变形差,从而限制了它的使用。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的是为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种鞋底材料,由该材料制成的鞋底具有压缩性好,柔软,弹性好;同时还提出绵弹的舒适性鞋底材料的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种轻软弹尼龙弹性舒适性鞋底材料,该鞋底材料的重量份比如下:
一种轻软弹尼龙弹性体舒适性鞋底材料,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:
一种轻软弹尼龙弹性体舒适性鞋底材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按上述配比将PEBAX、3427AC(EBA)、ZnO活性氧化锌、PL-400架桥剂、硬脂酸、MgO活性氧化镁、白色发泡剂、TIAC和DCP架桥剂分别加入密炼机中;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的混合料转入模具中发泡,再加入快速剂201、台像 3048合成胶和AC发泡剂,发泡时间为15分钟,待自然冷却,得到半成品;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的半成品在硫化机中进行二次油压,油压温度调至170 度,600秒后,待自然冷到35度,冷却时间600秒后,即可合成橡胶。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明鞋底具有良好的稳定性、耐老化性、可塑性好、高弹性好等优点。
2、本发明鞋底材料非常合适用于制作鞋底,能够使鞋底具有质量轻,弹性好,压缩性好,穿着具有包裹性和稳定性;因此在运动的过程中就会降低对关节的损害;同时具有耐磨、抗撕裂,这样就延长了鞋子的使用寿命。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的方式包括但不仅限于以下实施例。
实施例1
参照如图1所示,本实施例的一种轻软弹尼龙弹性体舒适性鞋底材料,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:
一种轻软弹尼龙弹性体舒适性鞋底材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按上述配比将PEBAX、3427AC(EBA)、ZnO活性氧化锌、PL-400架桥剂、硬脂酸、MgO活性氧化镁、白色发泡剂、TIAC和DCP架桥剂分别加入密炼机中;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的混合料转入模具中发泡,再加入快速剂201、台像 3048合成胶和AC发泡剂,发泡时间为15分钟,待自然冷却,得到半成品;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的半成品在硫化机中进行二次油压,油压温度调至170 度,600秒后,待自然冷到35度,冷却时间600秒后,即可合成橡胶。

3.根据权利要求1或2任意一项所述的一种轻软弹尼龙弹性体舒适性鞋底材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)按上述配比将PEBAX、3427AC(EBA)、ZnO活性氧化锌、PL-400架桥剂、硬脂酸、MgO活性氧化镁、白色发泡剂、TIAC和DCP架桥剂分别加入密炼机中;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的混合料转入模具中发泡,再加入快速剂201、台像3048合成胶和AC发泡剂,发泡时间为15分钟,待自然冷却,得到半成品;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的半成品在硫化机中进行二次油压,油压温度调至170度,600秒后,待自然冷到35度,冷却时间600秒后,即可合成橡胶。
