本发明属于博膜加工技术领域,具体涉及一种塑料复合薄膜及其生产设备。
背景技术
薄膜是一种薄而软的透明薄片。用塑料、胶粘剂、橡胶或其他材料制成,复合薄膜是指通过复合,可以获得具有各单一材料综合性质的材料,使用的基材主要有塑料薄膜(如聚乙烯PE、聚丙烯PP、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯PVC和聚酯PET等)、玻璃纸、纸张和金属箔AL等。
基材的复合可以采用挤出复合方法或借助于胶粘剂进行胶粘复合,可根据需求采用至少两台挤出机分别将不同的树脂引入一公共机头中,然后从口模中挤出,即得制品,在制品挤出过程中,对温度的控制至关重要,且在不同的阶段需求的温度是有差异的,物料输送的阶段温度较低,随着物料进入到模头的方向上,温度渐高,因此,需要一种熔融挤出机,可以对各个阶段的温度进行实时把控。

所述聚氨酯芯层由以下重量百分比原料组成:30-40重量份聚氨酯,2-5重量份聚四氟乙烯,0.1-0.3重量份脂肪酸胺伯酰胺,0.5-1重量份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,0.2-0.4重量份三亚磷酸酯,0.3-0.5重量份乙氧基化烷基胺;
所述屏蔽层在聚氨酯芯层的表面真空蒸镀一层金属薄膜,所述金属薄膜的金属材料为Cu或Al或Fe中的一种;

一种塑料复合薄膜生产设备,包括熔融挤出机,所述熔融挤出机包括壳体,所述壳体安装在工作台上,所述壳体顶部一端设有搅拌装置,所述壳体一侧设有第一驱动电机,所述第一驱动电机输出端穿过所述壳体并在所述壳体内转动连接有第一转轴,所述第一转轴上设有送料螺旋片,沿着所述送料螺旋片的送料方向上,所述送料螺旋片的直径渐小,且所述第一转轴上设有四组安装轴套,每组所述安装轴套均通过三组支撑杆连接有支撑环,相邻的两组支撑环之间设有加热管。
进一步的改进在于:两两相邻的支撑环之间形成一个温控区域,从而将所述壳体内部分为三个区域,每个区域内均设有温度感应器,沿着所述送料螺旋片的送料方向上,所述加热管的数量渐多,且每个区域的加热管呈串联设置。

1.本发明结构简单,操作方便,通过将聚氨酯芯层外部真空蒸镀有一层金属薄膜,可起到较好的屏蔽作用,通过在金属薄膜外部设有一层聚乙烯保护层,将不同性能的薄膜通过粘合剂粘合在一起,提高了复合薄膜的整体性能,通过在聚乙烯保护层的外部设有紫外线防护层,可吸收外界发射的紫外线,起到一定的防护作用;
2.本发明通过在熔融挤出机的内部设有四组安装轴套,每组安装轴套上均设有支撑环,两两相邻的支撑环之间形成一个温控区域,从而将壳体分为不同的区域,通过沿着送料螺旋叶的送料方向上,送料螺旋叶的直径渐小,送料的驱动力渐渐增大,便于将挤出的料送入到出料模具内,通过在两两相邻的支撑环之间设有加热管,在送料过程中,支撑环随着第一转轴的转动而转动,从而保证了壳体内每个区域的原料加热均匀,沿着送料螺旋叶送料方向上,通过设置加热管的数量渐多,从而使得各个区域的温度渐高,满足原料的温度要求。

实施例
一种塑料复合薄膜,包括聚氨酯芯层,所述聚氨酯芯层外部粘合有屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层外部粘合有聚乙烯保护层,所述聚乙烯保护层外部设有紫外线防护层;
所述聚氨酯芯层由以下重量百分比原料组成:30-40重量份聚氨酯,2-5重量份聚四氟乙烯,0.1-0.3重量份脂肪酸胺伯酰胺,0.5-1重量份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,0.2-0.4重量份三亚磷酸酯,0.3-0.5重量份乙氧基化烷基胺;
所述屏蔽层在聚氨酯芯层的表面真空蒸镀一层金属薄膜,所述金属薄膜的金属材料为Cu或Al或Fe中的一种;
所述聚乙烯保护层由以下重量百分比原料组成:30-40重量份聚乙烯,1-4重量份滑石粉,0.5-1重量份椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺, 0.8-2重量份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,0.2-0.5重量份乙氧基月桂酷胺以及0.1-0.3重量份硬脂酸钠;
所述紫外线防护层在所述聚乙烯保护层的表面均匀涂抹一层紫外线吸收剂。
参照图1-3,上述聚氨酯芯层和聚乙烯保护层加工用的生产设备,包括熔融挤出机,所述熔融挤出机包括壳体1,所述壳体1安装在工作台2上,所述壳体1顶部一端设有搅拌装置,所述壳体1一侧设有第一驱动电机3,所述第一驱动电机3输出端穿过所述壳体1并在所述壳体1内转动连接有第一转轴4,所述第一转轴4上设有送料螺旋片5,沿着所述送料螺旋片5的送料方向上,所述送料螺旋片5的直径渐小,且所述第一转轴4上设有四组安装轴套6,每组所述安装轴6套均通过三组支撑杆7连接有支撑环8,相邻的两组支撑环8之间设有加热管9。
其中,安装轴套6可固定连接所述第一转轴4,安装轴套6也可轴承连接所述第一转轴4。
两两相邻的支撑环8之间形成一个温控区域,从而将所述壳体1内部分为三个区域,每个区域内均设有温度感应器10,沿着所述送料螺旋片5的送料方向上,所述加热管9的数量渐多,且每个区域的加热管9呈串联设置。
所述搅拌装置包括搅拌桶11,所述搅拌桶11的顶部设有第二驱动电机12,所述第二驱动电机12输出端设有第二转轴13,所述第二转轴13贯穿所述搅拌桶1并延伸至所述搅拌桶1的底部,所述第二转轴13的两侧设有两组呈对称设置的搅拌叶14,所述搅拌桶1的顶端一侧设有进料口15,所述搅拌桶1底部一侧设有出料口16,所述出料口16处设有与所述壳体1相连通的电动阀门17。
所述电动阀门17包括顶板17a和底板17b,所述顶板17a通过L型支撑板固定在所述出料口16的顶部两端,所述底板17b滑动设置在所述出料口16的两侧侧壁上,所述顶板17a与所述底板17b中部通过弹簧组件17c相连接,所述顶板17a底端设有衔铁17d,所述底板17b的顶端设有与所述衔铁17d相磁性连接的电磁铁17e,通过对电磁铁17e进行放电与充电,从而使得底板17b在出料口16处滑动。
所述搅拌叶14上设有若干个搅拌通孔14a,在搅拌叶14上设有搅拌通孔,在第二转轴13带动搅拌叶14转动过程中,当原料的料侵入搅拌通孔14a时,在搅拌叶14转动过程中,会产生流速差,从而提高搅拌效率。
所述送料螺旋片5的末端设有模头18,所述模头18另一端连接出料模具19,所述出料模具19呈弓形设置,且每个所述出料模具19上设有多个出料模口19a。

Claims (7)

1.一种塑料复合薄膜,包括聚氨酯芯层,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯芯层外部粘合有屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层外部粘合有聚乙烯保护层,所述聚乙烯保护层外部设有紫外线防护层;
所述聚氨酯芯层由以下重量百分比原料组成:30-40重量份聚氨酯,2-5重量份聚四氟乙烯,0.1-0.3重量份脂肪酸胺伯酰胺,0.5-1重量份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,0.2-0.4重量份三亚磷酸酯,0.3-0.5重量份乙氧基化烷基胺;
所述屏蔽层在聚氨酯芯层的表面真空蒸镀一层金属薄膜,所述金属薄膜的金属材料为Cu或Al或Fe中的一种;
所述聚乙烯保护层由以下重量百分比原料组成:30-40重量份聚乙烯,1-4重量份滑石粉,0.5-1重量份椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺, 0.8-2重量份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,0.2-0.5重量份乙氧基月桂酷胺以及0.1-0.3重量份硬脂酸钠;
所述紫外线防护层在所述聚乙烯保护层的表面均匀涂抹一层紫外线吸收剂。
2.一种塑料复合薄膜生产设备,包括熔融挤出机,其特征在于:所述熔融挤出机包括壳体(1),所述壳体(1)安装在工作台(2)上,所述壳体(1)顶部一端设有搅拌装置,所述壳体(1)一侧设有第一驱动电机(3),所述第一驱动电机(3)输出端穿过所述壳体(1)并在所述壳体(1)内转动连接有第一转轴(4),所述第一转轴(4)上设有送料螺旋片(5),沿着所述送料螺旋片(5)的送料方向上,所述送料螺旋片(5)的直径渐小,且所述第一转轴(4)上设有四组安装轴套(6),每组所述安装轴套(6)均通过三组支撑杆(7)连接有支撑环(8),相邻的两组支撑环(8)之间设有加热管(9)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种塑料复合薄膜生产设备,其特征在于:两两相邻的支撑环(8)之间形成一个温控区域,从而将所述壳体(1)内部分为三个区域,每个区域内均设有温度感应器(10),沿着所述送料螺旋片(5)的送料方向上,所述加热管(9)的数量渐多,且每个区域的加热管(9)呈串联设置。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种塑料复合薄膜生产设备,其特征在于:所述搅拌装置包括搅拌桶(11),所述搅拌桶(11)的顶部设有第二驱动电机(12),所述第二驱动电机(12)输出端设有第二转轴(13),所述第二转轴(12)贯穿所述搅拌桶(11)并延伸至所述搅拌桶(11)的底部,所述第二转轴(13)的两侧设有两组呈对称设置的搅拌叶(14),所述搅拌桶(11)的顶端一侧设有进料口(15),所述搅拌桶(11)底部一侧设有出料口(16),所述出料口(16)处设有与所述壳体相连通的电动阀门(17)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种塑料复合薄膜生产设备,其特征在于:所述电动阀门(17)包括顶板(17a)和底板(17b),所述顶板(17a)固定在所述出料口(16)的顶部两端,所述底板(17b)滑动设置在所述出料口(16)的两侧侧壁上,所述顶板(17a)与所述底板(17b)中部通过弹簧组件(17c)相连接,所述顶板(17a)底端设有衔铁(17d),所述底板(17b)的顶端设有与所述衔铁(17d)相磁性连接的电磁铁(17e),通过对电磁铁(17e)进行放电与充电,从而使得底板(17b)在出料口(16)处滑动。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种塑料复合薄膜生产设备,其特征在于:所述搅拌叶(14)上设有若干个搅拌通孔(14a)。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种塑料复合薄膜生产设备,其特征在于:所述送料螺旋片(5)的末端设有模头(18),所述模头(18)另一端连接出料模具(19),所述出料模具(19)呈弓形设置,且每个所述出料模具(19)上设有多个出料模口(19a)。
