Abstract
本发明提供一种饮料搅拌装置,可以提高饮料与固体配料的混合效率,提高搅拌效果和效率。该饮料搅拌装置包括竖向设置的搅拌筒、搅拌筒内设置的搅拌轴以及搅拌筒底部的搅拌轴驱动电机,搅拌轴设有与搅拌轴的轴向平行的若干搅拌叶,搅拌叶设有若干过流孔,搅拌筒的内壁设有竖向螺旋导流槽,搅拌筒的顶部和底部分别设置进料口和出料口。本发明通过与搅拌轴的轴向平行的搅拌叶对饮料进行搅拌,搅拌叶转动,使饮料经过搅拌叶的过流孔产生涡流,而固体配料会在涡流作用和搅拌筒的内壁的竖向螺旋导流槽共同作用下立体翻转,从而加速固体饮料和饮料的混合,避免固体配料沉积,提高搅拌效果和效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及饮料加工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种饮料搅拌装置。
背景技术
目前对液体饮料的搅拌加工设备,搅拌筒通常采用螺旋桨叶,以使搅拌筒内的饮料产生立体流道,以加速饮料的混合和饮料配料的溶解。但是,这种螺旋桨叶,由于径向对饮料的冲击面积小,而对饮料的轴向带动冲力大,因此饮料的固体配料容易沉积在搅拌筒底部,因此搅拌效果不佳,搅拌效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种饮料搅拌装置,可以提高饮料与固体配料的混合效率,提高搅拌效果和效率。
根据本发明提供的饮料搅拌装置,包括竖向设置的搅拌筒、搅拌筒内设置的搅拌轴以及搅拌筒底部的搅拌轴驱动电机,关键在于所述搅拌轴设有与搅拌轴的轴向平行的若干搅拌叶,所述搅拌叶设有若干过流孔,所述搅拌筒的内壁设有竖向螺旋导流槽,所述搅拌筒的顶部和底部分别设置进料口和出料口。
本发明的饮料搅拌装置,通过与搅拌轴的轴向平行的的搅拌叶对饮料进行搅拌,搅拌叶转动,使饮料经过搅拌叶的过流孔产生涡流,而固体配料会在涡流作用和搅拌筒的内壁的竖向螺旋导流槽共同作用下立体翻转,从而加速固体饮料和饮料的混合,避免固体配料沉积,提高搅拌效果和效率。
进一步的,所述搅拌筒的侧壁包覆有加热器,所述加热器呈空心筒状包覆在所述搅拌筒的侧壁。通过加热器对搅拌筒内的饮料进行加热,可进一步提高搅拌效率。
具体的说,所述搅拌叶的径向截面呈十字布置,保证搅拌的均匀性。

具体实施方式
下面对照附图,通过对实施实例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式如所涉及的各构件的形状、构造、各部分之间的相互位置及连接关系、各部分的作用及工作原理等作进一步的详细说明。
如图1、2、3,本发明的饮料搅拌装置,包括竖向设置的搅拌筒1、搅拌筒1内设置的搅拌轴2以及搅拌筒1底部的搅拌轴驱动电机3,搅拌轴2设有与搅拌轴2的轴向平行的若干搅拌叶4,搅拌叶4设有若干过流孔41,搅拌筒1的内壁设有竖向螺旋导流槽11,搅拌筒1的顶部和底部分别设置进料口12和出料口13。
本发明的饮料搅拌装置,通过与搅拌轴2的轴向平行的的搅拌叶4对饮料进行搅拌,搅拌叶4转动,使饮料经过搅拌叶4的过流孔41产生涡流,而固体配料会在涡流作用和搅拌筒1的内壁的竖向螺旋导流槽11共同作用下立体翻转,从而加速固体饮料和饮料的混合,避免固体配料沉积,提高搅拌效果和效率。
作为优选的实施方式,搅拌筒1的侧壁包覆有加热器5,加热器5呈空心筒状包覆在搅拌筒1的侧壁。通过加热器5对搅拌筒1内的饮料进行加热,可进一步提高搅拌效率。
具体的说,搅拌叶4的径向截面呈十字布置,如图3所示,保证搅拌的均匀性。
Claims (3)
1.一种饮料搅拌装置,包括竖向设置的搅拌筒、搅拌筒内设置的搅拌轴以及搅拌筒底部的搅拌轴驱动电机,其特征在于所述搅拌轴设有与搅拌轴的轴向平行的若干搅拌叶,所述搅拌叶设有若干过流孔,所述搅拌筒的内壁设有竖向螺旋导流槽,所述搅拌筒的顶部和底部分别设置进料口和出料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的饮料搅拌装置,其特征在于所述搅拌筒的侧壁包覆有加热器,所述加热器呈空心筒状包覆在所述搅拌筒的侧壁。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的饮料搅拌装置,其特征在于所述搅拌叶的径向截面呈十字布置。
