技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂覆装置,特别涉及一种硅胶涂覆装置。
背景技术
硅胶的主要成分是二氧化硅,其化学性质稳定,不燃烧,将硅胶以涂覆或压延的方式复合于玻璃纤维布表面,即得到硅胶涂层玻纤布。
硅胶涂层玻纤布既具有玻璃纤维的耐高温、高强度、耐火等优点,又具有硅胶优异的机械加工性能、耐候性、化学稳定性和经济性,被广泛应用于各种高温隔热防护、低温保暖工程等场合,市场需求前景广阔,因此对于其质量要求也较高。硅胶涂层玻纤布的表面硅胶涂层的形成一般采用直接法,即通过涂覆装置将液体硅胶涂覆于作为基布的织物表面,再经过室温固化或加热固化等工序制成成品。由此可知,织物表面涂层的质量很大程度上取决于涂覆装置。
目前,涂覆装置的功能及结构比较单一,主要是采用料辊滚涂织物的形式进行。因为液体硅胶内有气体,液体硅胶在滚涂于织物表面后,如果残存的气泡不能及时排出,就会影响最终织物成品的性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种有效消除硅胶涂覆过程中织物涂层内气泡的硅胶涂覆装置,使织物在负压环境进行硅胶涂覆,提高涂覆质量,解决背景技术中所述问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种硅胶涂覆装置,包括机架和设置在机架上的涂覆辊组件、送料辊组件、上料组件、定厚刮刀组件、前除灰组件以及负压组件,送料辊组件设于涂覆辊组件上方,定厚刮刀组件设于涂覆辊组件侧部,前除灰组件设于送料辊组件的进料侧,上料组件设于送料辊组件的出料侧;所述上料组件包括负压上料箱、涂液箱、涂液箱高度调节器和涂液箱重量控制器,涂液箱设于涂覆辊组件下方,涂液箱底部固接涂液箱高度调节器和涂液箱重量控制器;所述负压上料箱包括上料箱体、负压上料管道、进料口、电控调节阀和出料口,负压上料管道设于上料箱体顶部,进料口设于上料箱体侧部,电控调节阀和出料口设于上料箱体底部,出料口设于电控调节阀下部且位于涂液箱上方,电控调节阀电连接涂液箱重量控制器;所述前除灰组件包括负压除尘管道,负压除尘管道一端连通负压组件;所述负压组件包括真空泵、吸气主管和负压罩,真空泵通过吸气主管连通负压罩,负压罩罩设于涂覆辊组件正上方,吸气主管连通负压除尘管道和负压上料管道。

作为优选,送料辊组件包括沿送料方向依次设置的前辊、背辊和后辊,背辊设于涂覆辊组件正上方,所述背辊包括背辊辊体、背辊固定件、第二滚珠丝杠和第二直线电机,背辊辊体铰接背辊固定件,背辊固定件顶部固接第二滚珠丝杠端部,第二滚珠丝杠另一端部固接第二直线电机。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明的一种硅胶涂覆装置,与现有技术相比,具有以下优点,本发明的负压组件使织物的涂覆工作部位产生负压,使涂覆处的液体硅胶内残存气泡快速析出,使最终形成的涂层质量更好,并且,空气抽吸方向是从织物的涂覆层朝向织物背面,硅胶溶液在涂覆于织物表面后,由于空气抽吸的作用力,会更为快速的渗透入织物结构中,使最终形成的涂层附着效果更好;本发明的上料组件借用负压组件的抽吸力使液体硅胶进入负压上料箱体,通过负压上料箱体的电控调节阀和涂液箱重量控制器调节涂液箱内的液体硅胶容量,比传统上料方式节约劳动力,提高上料效率;本发明的前除灰组件在织物被涂覆前消除其上附着的灰尘,虽然织物在进入涂覆装置前会有一个清灰步骤,但是织物在从清灰装置进入涂覆装置传送期间容易吸附杂质,前除灰组件有效解决了此问题,消除涂覆时的织物内灰尘,使涂覆时不会产生气泡;且前除灰组件的空气动力源来自负压组件,大大节省了能耗。

实施例:
如图1所示的一种硅胶涂覆装置,包括机架100和设置在机架上的涂覆辊组件、送料辊组件、上料组件、定厚刮刀组件、前除灰组件以及负压组件,送料辊组件设于涂覆辊组件上方,定厚刮刀组件设于涂覆辊组件侧部,前除灰组件设于送料辊组件的进料侧,上料组件设于送料辊组件的出料侧。
上料组件借用负压组件的抽吸力使液体硅胶进入负压上料箱体,通过负压上料箱体的电控调节阀和涂液箱重量控制器调节涂液箱内的液体硅胶容量,比传动上料方式节约劳动力,提高上料效率。
负压组件的作用是使织物的涂覆工作部位产生负压,使涂覆处的硅胶溶液内残存气泡快速析出,使最终形成的涂层质量更好,并且,空气抽吸方向是从织物的涂覆层朝向织物背面,硅胶溶液在涂覆于织物表面后,由于空气抽吸的作用力,会更为快速的渗透入织物结构中,使最终形成的涂层附着效果更好。
前除灰组件的作用是在织物被涂覆前消除其上附着的灰尘,虽然织物在进入涂覆装置前会有一个清灰步骤,但是织物在从清灰装置进入涂覆装置传送期间容易吸附杂质,前除灰组件有效解决了此问题,消除涂覆时的织物内灰尘,使涂覆时不会产生气泡。
上料组件包括负压上料箱111、涂液箱112、涂液箱高度调节器和涂液箱重量控制器113,涂液箱设于涂覆辊组件下方,涂液箱底部固接涂液箱高度调节器和涂液箱重量控制器。涂液箱高度调节器包括第一直线电机114和第一滚珠丝杠115,第一直线电机固接机架,第一直线电机通过第一滚珠丝杠连接涂液箱底部。通过第一直线电机带动第一滚珠丝杠的运动,可以调整涂液箱的高度,以此控制涂覆辊辊体的上液速度,并且易于添加硅胶涂液。
涂覆辊组件包括涂覆辊辊体201和涂覆辊固定件202,涂覆辊辊体铰接涂覆辊固定件。
送料辊组件包括沿送料方向依次设置的前辊301、背辊和后辊302,背辊设于涂覆辊组件正上方。背辊包括背辊辊体303、背辊固定件304、第二滚珠丝杠305和第二直线电机306,背辊辊体铰接背辊固定件,背辊固定件顶部固接第二滚珠丝杠端部,第二滚珠丝杠另一端部固接第二直线电机。通过第二直线电机带动第二滚珠丝杠的运动,可以调整背辊辊体的高度位置,依次控制背辊辊体与涂覆辊辊体的间距,来适应不同厚度的织物的涂覆。
定厚刮刀组件包括刮刀401、刮刀固定夹402、调节螺栓403、刮刀位置调节器404、刮刀角度调节器405和调节电机406,刮刀固接于刮刀固定夹上,调节螺栓设于刮刀固定夹上,刮刀固定架固接刮刀角度调节器,刮刀角度调节器铰接刮刀位置调节器,刮刀位置调节器连接调节电机。刮刀位置调节器通过电机和丝杠调整刮刀固定夹与涂覆辊辊体的轴向相对位置,刮刀角度调节器通过铰接点调整刮刀固定夹与刮刀位置调节器的相对角度,以此使刮刀具有相对于涂覆辊体的适当间距和适当角度,将涂覆辊体带起的多余硅胶涂液刮离辊体,使之重新落回涂液箱。
前除灰组件包括设于前辊侧部下方的负压除尘管道500,负压除尘管道一端连通负压组件。灰尘受到负压除尘管道口的负压抽吸作用力,被迅速带离织物,进入负压除尘管道内。负压除尘管道包括除尘头501、L型除尘管502和过滤网503,除尘头和过滤网分别设有L型除尘管的两个端部, L型除尘管通过过滤网连通吸气主管。这样的设计可以防止外部空气扰动造成灰尘脱离负压除尘管道,灰尘在被吸入后附着于过滤网上,不会进入下述负压组件的吸气主管内。
负压组件包括真空泵601、吸气主管602和负压罩603,真空泵通过吸气主管连通负压罩,负压罩罩设于涂覆辊组件和背辊正上方,吸气主管中部连通负压除尘管道。
负压罩罩口最低点位置低于涂覆辊体涂覆点位置,为了不干涉织物涂覆前后的进料和出料行进,如图2所示,在负压罩的两侧部设有负压罩侧开口604,负压罩侧开口最低点位置高于织物行进的位置。
为了避免吸气主管内灰尘影响真空泵正常运行,在真空泵与吸气主管连接处设有主过滤网606。
如图3所示,负压上料箱包括上料箱体116、负压上料管道117、进料口118、电控调节阀119和出料口120,负压上料管道设于上料箱体顶部,进料口设于上料箱体侧部,电控调节阀和出料口设于上料箱体底部,出料口设于电控调节阀下部且位于涂液箱上方,电控调节阀电连接涂液箱重量控制器。通过负压上料管道对上料箱体内部产生的负压,进料口将另一端所连通的用于存储液体硅胶的存液箱内的液体硅胶抽吸入上料箱体内,液体硅胶由于重力作用从上料箱体底部下落从出料口出料,通过电控调节阀来控制液体硅胶的出料量。涂液箱重量控制器为具有PLC逻辑控制器的重量计,重量计获得信号后由PLC逻辑控制器根据预先设定的重量阈值控制电控调节阀的开口大小,以此控制涂液箱内的液体硅胶容量。

1.一种硅胶涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述硅胶涂覆装置包括机架和设置在机架上的涂覆辊组件、送料辊组件、上料组件、定厚刮刀组件、前除灰组件以及负压组件,送料辊组件设于涂覆辊组件上方,定厚刮刀组件设于涂覆辊组件侧部,前除灰组件设于送料辊组件的进料侧,上料组件设于送料辊组件的出料侧;所述上料组件包括负压上料箱、涂液箱、涂液箱高度调节器和涂液箱重量控制器,涂液箱设于涂覆辊组件下方,涂液箱底部固接涂液箱高度调节器和涂液箱重量控制器;所述负压上料箱包括上料箱体、负压上料管道、进料口、电控调节阀和出料口,负压上料管道设于上料箱体顶部,进料口设于上料箱体侧部,电控调节阀和出料口设于上料箱体底部,出料口设于电控调节阀下部且位于涂液箱上方,电控调节阀电连接涂液箱重量控制器;所述前除灰组件包括负压除尘管道,负压除尘管道一端连通负压组件;所述负压组件包括真空泵、吸气主管和负压罩,真空泵通过吸气主管连通负压罩,负压罩罩设于涂覆辊组件正上方,吸气主管连通负压除尘管道和负压上料管道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅胶涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述涂覆辊组件包括涂覆辊辊体和涂覆辊固定件,涂覆辊辊体铰接涂覆辊固定件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅胶涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述送料辊组件包括沿送料方向依次设置的前辊、背辊和后辊,背辊设于涂覆辊组件正上方,所述背辊包括背辊辊体、背辊固定件、第二滚珠丝杠和第二直线电机,背辊辊体铰接背辊固定件,背辊固定件顶部固接第二滚珠丝杠端部,第二滚珠丝杠另一端部固接第二直线电机。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅胶涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述涂液箱高度调节器包括第一直线电机和第一滚珠丝杠,第一直线电机固接机架,第一直线电机通过第一滚珠丝杠连接涂液箱底部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅胶涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述定厚刮刀组件包括刮刀、刮刀固定夹、调节螺栓、刮刀位置调节器、刮刀角度调节器和调节电机,刮刀固接于刮刀固定夹上,调节螺栓设于刮刀固定夹上,刮刀固定架固接刮刀角度调节器,刮刀角度调节器铰接刮刀位置调节器,刮刀位置调节器连接调节电机。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅胶涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述负压除尘管道包括除尘头、L型除尘管和过滤网,除尘头和过滤网分别设于L型除尘管的两个端部,L型除尘管通过过滤网连通吸气主管。
