本发明涉及金属加工拉拔加工技术领域,且公开一种高电阻合金丝拉拔润滑油的配置方法,包括由以下质量份的原料组成:防锈剂5‑12%,润滑剂10‑25%,斯盘801‑3%,妥尔油脂肪酸1‑4%,抗氧化剂0‑0.2%,油酸甲酯5‑12%,10号机械油加至100%。本发明提供了一种高电阻合金丝拉拔润滑油的配置方法,具备该拉拔油能提高电阻丝表面质量,提高模具耐用度,并提供良好的防锈效果。

一种高电阻合金丝拉拔润滑油的配置方法
技术领域
本发明涉及金属加工拉拔加工技术领域,具体为一种高电阻合金丝拉拔润滑油的配置方法。
背景技术
取暖设备目前使用最普遍就是通过电阻丝发热取暖,而电阻丝发热温度、阻值、直径厚度与均匀性、以及使用寿命等都跟电阻丝生产工艺质量有着密切的关联。电阻丝传统生产工艺都是一段粗电阻金属合金从一个铁孔模具中被拉出成为与其通过的孔粗细相应的电阻丝线。但传统工艺拉丝使用润滑剂均为水溶性脂肪酸皂或普通机油,加工质量参差不齐,直径厚度不均匀,表面光洁度不佳且容易发臭等问题时有出现导致报废率较高,且模具大量损耗,生产成本较高。
在拉丝过程中,坯料的变形量很大,摩擦磨损现象十分严重,同时由于现代拉丝速度高达,使得变形过程中产生大量的热,导致模具升温迅速,因此要求润滑剂具有优异的润滑性和冷却性。此外,为防止拉丝过程中金属粉黏着在模具周围堵塞模孔,从而造成断丝现象,要求润滑剂必须具备优异的清洗性。为保证拉丝后的金属表面的光洁度,要求润滑剂应具有良好的防锈防腐效果。
任何宏观上看起来十分光滑的金属表面,在微观条件下的外观都是凹凸不平的。这就导致了在金属拉丝生产的过程需要有润滑介质来降低拉拔金属与拉丝模具孔壁之间所形成的挤压阻力,润滑是降低金属与模具之间摩擦、磨损与延长机器设备模具服役寿命的重要手段。
发明内容
(一)发明目的
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出一种高电阻合金丝拉拔润滑油的配置方法,本发明具备该拉拔油能提高电阻丝表面质量,提高模具耐用度,并提供良好的防锈效果。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种高电阻合金丝拉拔润滑油的配置方法,包括由以下质量份的原料组成:防锈剂5-12%,润滑剂10-25%,斯盘801-3%,妥尔油脂肪酸1-4%,抗氧化剂0-0.2%,油酸甲酯5-12%,10号机械油加至100%。
优选的,所述防锈剂为石油磺酸钠、石油磺酸钙、石油磺酸钡中的一种或者几种。
优选的,所述润滑剂为氯化石蜡、磷酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯中的一种或者几种。
优选的,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将一部分机械油投入搅拌罐中再按防锈剂重量比例称取投入搅拌罐,混合搅拌5-15min;
步骤二、将权利要求3所述润滑剂按重量比例称取投入步骤一搅拌罐中,加入剩余机械油保温40-50℃,混合搅拌15-30min。
步骤三、将如权利要求1所述其他添加剂按重量比例称取加入搅拌罐中,搅拌均匀,降至室温静置1-2h,得透明状拉拔润滑油。
本发明的上述技术方案具有如下有益的技术效果:
具有良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、和防腐功能。适用于合金电阻丝的拉拔加工工艺。

实施例1
本发明一种高电阻合金丝拉拔润滑油,由以下质量份原料组成:石油磺酸钠4.5%,石油磺酸钙5%,氯化石蜡8%,磷酸酯2%,三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯7%,斯盘802%,妥尔油脂肪酸3%,抗氧化剂0.2%,油酸甲酯12%,10号机械油加至100%。
步骤一、将一部分机械油投入搅拌罐中再按防锈剂重量比例称取投入搅拌罐,混合搅拌10min;
步骤二、将所述润滑剂按重量比例称取投入步骤一搅拌罐中,加入剩余机械油保温42℃,混合搅拌18min。
步骤三、将如权利要求1所述其他添加剂按重量比例称取加入搅拌罐中,搅拌均匀,降至室温静置1.5h,得透明状拉拔油。
实施例2
本发明一种高电阻合金丝拉拔润滑油,由以下质量份原料组成:石油磺酸钡4%,石油磺酸钙3%,磷酸酯6%,三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯10%,斯盘802%,妥尔油脂肪酸2%,抗氧化剂0.2%,油酸甲酯10%,10号机械油加至100%。
步骤一、将一部分机械油投入搅拌罐中再按润滑剂重量比例称取投入搅拌罐,混合搅拌10min;
步骤二、将所述防锈剂按重量比例称取投入步骤一搅拌罐中,加入剩余机械油保温45℃,混合搅拌190min。
步骤三、将如权利要求1所述其他添加剂按重量比例称取加入搅拌罐中,搅拌均匀,降至室温静置1.5h,得透明状拉拔油。
实施例3
本发明一种高电阻合金丝拉拔润滑油,由以下质量份原料组成:石油磺酸钡2.5%,石油磺酸钙3%,石油磺酸钠4%,氯化石蜡8%,三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯 10%,斯盘803%,妥尔油脂肪酸3%,抗氧化剂0.1%,油酸甲酯11%,10号机械油加至100%。
步骤一、将一部分机械油投入搅拌罐中再按润滑剂重量比例称取投入搅拌罐,混合搅拌14min;
步骤二、将所述防锈剂按重量比例称取投入步骤一搅拌罐中,加入剩余机械油保温41℃,混合搅拌29min。
步骤三、将如权利要求1所述其他添加剂按重量比例称取加入搅拌罐中,搅拌均匀,降至室温静置1.9h,得透明状拉拔油。

3.如权利要求1所述的高电阻合金丝拉拔润滑油的方法,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为氯化石蜡、磷酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯中的一种或者几种。
4.如权利要求1-3所述的高电阻合金丝拉拔润滑油的配置方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将一部分机械油投入搅拌罐中再按防锈剂重量比例称取投入搅拌罐,混合搅拌5-15min;
步骤二、将权利要求3所述润滑剂按重量比例称取投入步骤一搅拌罐中,加入剩余机械油保温40-50℃,混合搅拌15-30min。
步骤三、将如权利要求1所述其他添加剂按重量比例称取加入搅拌罐中,搅拌均匀,降至室温静置1-2h,得透明状拉拔润滑油。
