本发明公开了鹧鸪斑建盏制作工艺,该工艺包括制备坯体和釉浆、施釉,将施釉晾干后的坯体放入电窑炉内焙烧,冷却出炉。本发明烧制成的鹧鸪斑建盏,在青黑透亮的底色釉面上,依下而上具有银滴、黄斑,斑纹清晰、错落分明,一片片、一缕缕类似于鹧鸪鸟羽毛,斑纹栩栩,同时口沿金色润泽,具有极高的艺术价值和欣赏价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及瓷器技术领域,具体地说是涉及鹧鸪斑建盏制作工艺。
背景技术
黑釉瓷器是中国陶瓷史中的一朵奇异之花,闻名于海内外。建盏是黑釉瓷器的典型代表,建盏的彩光现象浑然天成、幽玄脱俗,建盏的斑纹有明显的立体感、层次感。建盏追求的是自然形成的艺术效果,它的釉色纹样不是人工画上去的,而是在严格的配方工艺和特殊烧成气氛及其烧成温度曲线下形成的,三者缺一不可。建盏所形成的艺术效果,丝毫没有人工雕琢之感,完全是其制品本质美感的显示。
古代龙窑烧制出来的建盏一般为黑釉盏和兔毫盏,油滴盏和鹧鸪斑盏数量极少。目前,鹧鸪斑建盏的制作过程中,难度很高,往往很难掌握控制配方、烧成气氛和温度曲线,常常产生如下缺陷:坯体开裂、釉料粘底、有气泡、釉面跳釉、鹧鸪斑晶体花纹不显示或不清晰、花纹暗淡等,成品率很低,且鹧鸪斑大多是黑底银滴。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供鹧鸪斑建盏制作工艺,其工艺流程明晰,可制得鹧鸪斑建盏。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
鹧鸪斑建盏制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备坯体和釉浆;
所述坯体通过以下方法制备:将红土和大梨泥等重量混合,加水淘洗,过80-100目筛,压滤、陈腐4.5-5.5年(陈腐时间久、塑性好)、炼泥、拉坯成生坯,晾干,然后修坯成型,再次晾干后素烧,得到坯体;
其中,所述红土和大梨泥均取自福建省南平市建阳区水吉镇大梨村;所述大梨泥为大梨村山上的泥;
所述釉浆通过以下方法制备:取釉矿石75重量份、草木灰14-15重量份、铁红1.5-2重量份、钾长石8-9重量份混合得到釉料,加入65-70重量份水、90-100重量份的研磨介质,置入大型磨釉机内磨釉;所述磨釉机转速为38-50rpm,研磨18-20h,再过100-120目筛,得到釉浆;
所述研磨介质为鹅卵石;研磨结束后,所述鹅卵石为原重量的96-98%;釉浆中鹅卵石的融入,可增强釉面效果,釉面底色黑而油亮。
所述釉矿石取自福建省南平市建阳区;所述釉矿石按重量百分比主要含有以下成分:SiO2 60-65%,Al2O3 18-20%,Fe2O3 8-10%。
所述草木灰为进口红木锯糠燃烧得到的灰烬;
(2)施釉:所述釉浆倒入所述坯体内,停留3-4s,再反扣所述坯体入所述釉浆里浸泡3-4s,所述坯体外底部不施釉,晾干;
(3)将施釉晾干后的坯体放入电窑炉内焙烧,所述焙烧经过如下阶段:
第一阶段:炉温经过12h从常温升温至1285-1290℃;
第二阶段:1285-1290℃保温1.5h,然后在保温状态下投油柴7次,前4次间隔5min一次,后3次间隔4min一次,每次油柴的用量为0.3立方米的窑炉空间投放60g;
此阶段前4次投柴,鹧鸪斑油滴形成,后三次投柴,油滴出现羽状斑纹,釉面颜色具有层次感,釉底为黑底,黑底上依下而上具有银滴、黄褐斑。
第三阶段:投完最后一次油柴继续保温,过10min断电停炉,投一次油柴,间隔10min再投一次,每次油柴的用量为0.3立方米的窑炉空间投放40g;
此阶段保持稳固住釉面色彩,同时增加釉底青黑色。
第四阶段:当炉温降至750℃时,开炉门3-5min,再关闭炉门,自然降温冷却出炉。此阶段,产生金色油润的口沿。
进一步地,所述素烧为窑炉温度经过6h,上升至800-850℃,停炉冷却。
进一步地,所述大型磨釉机为球磨罐容量大于100L的磨釉机。
进一步地,所述鹅卵石一半取自山东省青岛市,另一半取自广西省柳州市。这两个产地的鹅卵石的二氧化硅含量有所不同,如此配合,硅铝比例好,有助于提升釉面的光亮性。
进一步地,所述鹅卵石为:粒径5-6cm的鹅卵石占20wt%,粒径3-4cm的鹅卵石占50%,粒径2cm以下的鹅卵石占30wt%。

本发明中油柴,又称为松木根、松树根、松柴,富含松脂,高温可剧烈燃烧。投油柴从窑炉门的窑炉孔投,窑炉孔只有投油柴时打开,其它时候封闭。窑炉孔的孔口直径为10-15cm。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有如下优点:

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
鹧鸪斑建盏制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备坯体和釉浆;
所述坯体通过以下方法制备:将红土和大梨泥等重量混合,加水淘洗,过80目筛,压滤、陈腐5年、炼泥、拉坯成生坯,晾干,然后修坯成型,再次晾干后素烧,得到坯体;
其中,所述红土和大梨泥均取自福建省南平市建阳区水吉镇大梨村;所述大梨泥为大梨村山上的泥;
所述素烧为窑炉温度经过6h,上升至800℃,停炉冷却。
所述釉浆通过以下方法制备:取釉矿石75重量份、草木灰15重量份、铁红2重量份、钾长石8重量份混合得到釉料,加入65重量份水、100重量份的研磨介质,置入球磨罐容量200L的大型磨釉机内磨釉;所述磨釉机转速为45rpm,研磨20h,再过100目筛,得到釉浆;
所述研磨介质为鹅卵石;研磨结束后,所述鹅卵石为原重量的96-98%;
所述鹅卵石一半取自山东省青岛市,另一半取自广西省柳州市。
所述鹅卵石为:粒径5-6cm的鹅卵石占20wt%,粒径3-4cm的鹅卵石占50%,粒径2cm以下的鹅卵石占30wt%。
所述釉矿石取自福建省南平市建阳区;
所述草木灰为进口红木锯糠燃烧得到的灰烬;所述进口红木为产自非洲花梨木。
(2)施釉:所述釉浆倒入所述坯体内,停留3-4s,再反扣所述坯体入所述釉浆里浸泡3-4s,所述坯体外底部不施釉,晾干;施釉的厚度为0.6-0.8mm。
(3)将施釉晾干后的坯体放入电窑炉内焙烧,所述焙烧经过如下阶段:
第一阶段:炉温经过12h从常温升温至1290℃;具体为:炉温经过1h,从常温升温至200℃;炉温再经过1h,从200℃升温至400℃;炉温再经过1h,从400℃升温至600℃;炉温再经过1h,从600℃升温至800℃;炉温再经过2h,从800℃升温至1000℃;炉温再经过2h,从1000℃升温至1100℃;炉温再经过2h,从1100℃升温至1200℃;炉温再经过2h,从1200℃升温至1290℃。
第二阶段:1290℃保温1.5h,然后在保温状态下投油柴7次,前4次间隔5min一次,后3次间隔4min一次,每次油柴的用量为0.3立方米的窑炉空间投放60g;
第三阶段:投完最后一次油柴继续保温,过10min断电停炉,投一次油柴,间隔10min再投一次,每次油柴的用量为0.3立方米的窑炉空间投放40g;
第四阶段:当炉温降至750℃时,开炉门5min(炉门打开至最大),再关闭炉门,自然降温冷却出炉。
本实施例所使用的窑炉窑内空间约为0.3立方米,窑门面积约为0.6平方米,开窑炉门时打开至最大。
窑炉内共放置10只建盏,烧制出窑后得到成品建盏8件,成品率为80%。
实施例2
鹧鸪斑建盏制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备坯体和釉浆;
所述坯体通过以下方法制备:将红土和大梨泥等重量混合,加水淘洗,过90目筛,压滤、陈腐4.5年、炼泥、拉坯成生坯,晾干,然后修坯成型,再次晾干后素烧,得到坯体;
其中,所述红土和大梨泥均取自福建省南平市建阳区水吉镇大梨村;所述大梨泥为大梨村山上的泥;
所述素烧为窑炉温度经过6h,上升至850℃,停炉冷却。
所述釉浆通过以下方法制备:取釉矿石75重量份、草木灰14重量份、铁红1.5重量份、钾长石9重量份混合得到釉料,加入7重量份水、95重量份的研磨介质,置入球磨罐容量200L的大型磨釉机内磨釉;所述磨釉机转速为38rpm,研磨20h,再过110目筛,得到釉浆;
所述研磨介质为鹅卵石;研磨结束后,所述鹅卵石为原重量的96-98%;
所述鹅卵石一半取自山东省青岛市,另一半取自广西省柳州市。
所述鹅卵石为:粒径5-6cm的鹅卵石占20wt%,粒径3-4cm的鹅卵石占50%,粒径2cm以下的鹅卵石占30wt%。
所述釉矿石取自福建省南平市建阳区;
所述草木灰为进口红木锯糠燃烧得到的灰烬;所述进口红木为产自非洲的酸枝木。
(2)施釉:所述釉浆倒入所述坯体内,停留3-4s,再反扣所述坯体入所述釉浆里浸泡3-4s,所述坯体外底部不施釉,晾干;施釉的厚度为0.6-0.8mm。
(3)将施釉晾干后的坯体放入电窑炉内焙烧,所述焙烧经过如下阶段:
第一阶段:炉温经过12h从常温升温至1285℃;具体为:炉温经过1h,从常温升温至200℃;炉温再经过1h,从200℃升温至400℃;炉温再经过1h,从400℃升温至600℃;炉温再经过1h,从600℃升温至800℃;炉温再经过2h,从800℃升温至1000℃;炉温再经过2h,从1000℃升温至1100℃;炉温再经过2h,从1100℃升温至1200℃;炉温再经过2h,从1200℃升温至1285℃。
第二阶段:1285℃保温1.5h,然后在保温状态下投油柴7次,前4次间隔5min一次,后3次间隔4min一次,每次油柴的用量为0.3立方米的窑炉空间投放60g;

第四阶段:当炉温降至750℃时,开炉门4min,再关闭炉门,自然降温冷却出炉。
实施例3
鹧鸪斑建盏制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备坯体和釉浆;
所述坯体通过以下方法制备:将红土和大梨泥等重量混合,加水淘洗,过100目筛,压滤、陈腐5.5年、炼泥、拉坯成生坯,晾干,然后修坯成型,再次晾干后素烧,得到坯体;
其中,所述红土和大梨泥均取自福建省南平市建阳区水吉镇大梨村;所述大梨泥为大梨村山上的泥;
所述素烧为窑炉温度经过6h,上升至820℃,停炉冷却。
所述釉浆通过以下方法制备:取釉矿石75重量份、草木灰15重量份、铁红1.8重量份、钾长石8重量份混合得到釉料,加入70重量份水、90重量份的研磨介质,置入球磨罐容量200L的大型磨釉机内磨釉;所述磨釉机转速为50rpm,研磨18h,再过120目筛,得到釉浆;
所述研磨介质为鹅卵石;研磨结束后,所述鹅卵石为原重量的96-98%;
所述鹅卵石一半取自山东省青岛市,另一半取自广西省柳州市。
所述鹅卵石为:粒径5-6cm的鹅卵石占20wt%,粒径3-4cm的鹅卵石占50%,粒径2cm以下的鹅卵石占30wt%。
所述釉矿石取自福建省南平市建阳区;
所述草木灰为进口红木锯糠燃烧得到的灰烬;所述进口红木为产自巴西的红檀木。
(2)施釉:所述釉浆倒入所述坯体内,停留3-4s,再反扣所述坯体入所述釉浆里浸泡3-4s,所述坯体外底部不施釉,晾干;施釉的厚度为0.6-0.8mm。
(3)将施釉晾干后的坯体放入电窑炉内焙烧,所述焙烧经过如下阶段:
第一阶段:炉温经过12h从常温升温至1290℃;具体为:炉温经过1h,从常温升温至200℃;炉温再经过1h,从200℃升温至400℃;炉温再经过1h,从400℃升温至600℃;炉温再经过1h,从600℃升温至800℃;炉温再经过2h,从800℃升温至1000℃;炉温再经过2h,从1000℃升温至1100℃;炉温再经过2h,从1100℃升温至1200℃;炉温再经过2h,从1200℃升温至1290℃。
第二阶段:1290℃保温1.5h,然后在保温状态下投油柴7次,前4次间隔5min一次,后3次间隔4min一次,每次油柴的用量为0.3立方米的窑炉空间投放60g;
第三阶段:投完最后一次油柴继续保温,过10min断电停炉,投一次油柴,间隔10min再投一次,每次油柴的用量为0.3立方米的窑炉空间投放40g;
第四阶段:当炉温降至750℃时,开炉门3min,再关闭炉门,自然降温冷却出炉。
鹧鸪斑建盏评价
实施例1制得的鹧鸪斑建盏如图1所示,坯体变形和起泡缺陷少,烧制成的建盏,釉面气孔数量较少,在青黑透亮的底色釉面上,依下而上具有银滴、黄斑,斑纹清晰、错落分明,一片片、一缕缕类似于鹧鸪鸟羽毛,斑纹栩栩,同时口沿金色润泽,具有极高的艺术价值和欣赏价值。
实施例2和实施例3制备的建盏特性基本上与实施例1制备的鹧鸪斑建盏相同,成品率也基本一致。结果表明,本发明制备工艺制备的建盏成品率高,且该方法重复性好,稳定性强,易于规模化生产。
发明人在制备鹧鸪斑建盏过程中,经过了大量的实验筛选和优选如对坯釉原料组分、施釉方法、焙烧过程中的烧制曲线、油柴加入量、加入时机等等,才制备出优美的鹧鸪斑建盏。
建盏对制备工艺参数非常敏感,工艺参数很小范围变化也会对建盏最终产品的外观等特性造成很大不利影响,具体如下:
对比例1
对比例1与实施例1的不同之处在于:步骤(3)的第二阶段,具体为:
第二阶段:1285-1290℃保温1.5h,然后在保温状态下投油柴7次,间隔5min一次,每次油柴的用量为0.3立方米的窑炉空间投放60g;
本对比例得到的建盏,油滴无羽状斑纹,无鹧鸪斑美感,同时釉面颜色无层次感,为黑底黄色油滴建盏。
对比例2
对比例2与实施例1的不同之处在于:步骤(3)的第三阶段,具体为:
第三阶段:投完最后一次油柴,过8min断电停炉,投一次油柴,间隔10min再投一次,每次油柴的用量为0.3立方米的窑炉空间投放40g;
本对比例得到的建盏,为黑底银滴建盏。
对比例3
对比例3与实施例1的不同之处在于:步骤(3)的第三阶段,具体为:
第三阶段:投完最后一次油柴,过12min断电停炉,投一次油柴,间隔10min再投一次,每次油柴的用量为0.3立方米的窑炉空间投放40g;
本对比例得到的建盏,为黑底金色油滴建盏,没有层次感。
对比例4
对比例4与实施例1的不同之处在于:步骤(3)的第四阶段,具体为:
第四阶段:自然降温冷却出炉。
本对比例得到的建盏口沿灰褐色,润泽度较差。
对比例5
对比例5与实施例1的不同之处在于:步骤(1),具体为:
所述研磨介质为氧化铝研磨球;
本对比例得到的建盏较实施例1相比,釉面底色略浑浊发乌,不够油亮。

Claims (8)
1.鹧鸪斑建盏制作工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)制备坯体和釉浆;
所述坯体通过以下方法制备:将红土和大梨泥等重量混合,加水淘洗,过80-100目筛,压滤、陈腐4.5-5.5年、炼泥、拉坯成生坯,晾干,然后修坯成型,再次晾干后素烧,得到坯体;
其中,所述红土和大梨泥均取自福建省南平市建阳区水吉镇大梨村;所述大梨泥为大梨村山上的泥;
所述釉浆通过以下方法制备:取釉矿石75重量份、草木灰14-15重量份、铁红1.5-2重量份、钾长石8-9重量份混合得到釉料,加入65-70重量份水、90-100重量份的研磨介质,置入大型磨釉机内磨釉;所述磨釉机转速为38-50rpm,研磨18-20h,再过100-120目筛,得到釉浆;
所述研磨介质为鹅卵石;研磨结束后,所述鹅卵石为原重量的96-98%;
所述釉矿石取自福建省南平市建阳区;
所述草木灰为进口红木锯糠燃烧得到的灰烬;
(2)施釉:所述釉浆倒入所述坯体内,停留3-4s,再反扣所述坯体入所述釉浆里浸泡3-4s,所述坯体外底部不施釉,晾干;
(3)将施釉晾干后的坯体放入电窑炉内焙烧,所述焙烧经过如下阶段:
第一阶段:炉温经过12h从常温升温至1285-1290℃;
第二阶段:1285-1290℃保温1.5h,然后在保温状态下投油柴7次,前4次间隔5min一次,后3次间隔4min一次,每次油柴的用量为0.3立方米的窑炉空间投放60g;
第三阶段:投完最后一次油柴继续保温,过10min断电停炉,投一次油柴,间隔10min再投一次,每次油柴的用量为0.3立方米的窑炉空间投放40g;
第四阶段:当炉温降至750℃时,开炉门3-5min,再关闭炉门,自然降温冷却出炉。
2.如权利要求1所述的鹧鸪斑建盏制作工艺,其特征在于:所述素烧为窑炉温度经过6h,上升至800-850℃,停炉冷却。
3.如权利要求1所述的鹧鸪斑建盏制作工艺,其特征在于:所述大型磨釉机为球磨罐容量大于100L的磨釉机。
4.如权利要求1所述的鹧鸪斑建盏制作工艺,其特征在于:所述鹅卵石一半取自山东省青岛市,另一半取自广西省柳州市。
5.如权利要求4所述的鹧鸪斑建盏制作工艺,其特征在于:所述鹅卵石为:粒径5-6cm的鹅卵石占20wt%,粒径3-4cm的鹅卵石占50%,粒径2cm以下的鹅卵石占30wt%。
6.如权利要求1所述的鹧鸪斑建盏制作工艺,其特征在于:所述进口红木为产自非洲或巴西的花梨木、酸枝木或红檀木。
7.如权利要求6所述的鹧鸪斑建盏制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)施釉的厚度为0.6-0.8mm。
8.如权利要求1所述的鹧鸪斑建盏制作工艺,其特征在于:所述第一阶段为:炉温经过1h,从常温升温至200℃;炉温再经过1h,从200℃升温至400℃;炉温再经过1h,从400℃升温至600℃;炉温再经过1h,从600℃升温至800℃;炉温再经过2h,从800℃升温至1000℃;炉温再经过2h,从1000℃升温至1100℃;炉温再经过2h,从1100℃升温至1200℃;炉温再经过2h,从1200℃升温至1285-1290℃。
