技术领域
本发明涉及瓷器技术领域,具体地说是涉及建盏的制备工艺。
背景技术
近年来,随着社会的发展、进步,建盏作为传统黑瓷及宋代饮茶文化的代表器物,越来越受到藏家和市场的认可。
建盏的釉属于结晶釉,在窑炉烧制过程中,由于温度与气氛的原因,它会形成各种不同的花纹。由于建盏特殊的原料配方及烧成工艺的限制,建盏的成品率远低于其他瓷器。在现有的瓷器中,部分瓷器虽然配方很独特,但烧时不易出现缺陷,成品率高,可以大量生产;还有些瓷器,虽然烧成温度很高并需要还原气氛,但温度和气氛的增减对产品影响不大,其烧制难度也不大。但建盏却与它们都不相同,它要求方方面面的配合才能成就一件好的作品。
实际烧制时,往往很难掌握控制配方、烧成气氛和温度曲线,常常产生如下缺陷:坯体开裂、釉料粘底、气孔多、釉面跳釉、晶体花纹不显示或不清晰、花纹暗淡、口沿干涩等,成品率很低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供黑底银滴建盏的制备工艺,该方法流程明晰,易于掌控,烧制出的建盏斑纹清晰优美,口沿润泽,缺陷少。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
黑底银滴建盏的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)坯体制备:将红土6-8重量份、田泥1.5-2重量份、高岭土1-1.5重量份混合,淘洗,过60-80目筛,压滤、炼泥、陈腐,得到坯体原料;将所述坯体原料拉坯成型、修坯、素烧,晾干,得到坯体;
(2)主体釉制备:取釉石7-8重量份、石灰石1-1.2重量份、钾长石1.8-2.1重量份、铁红0.2-0.3重量份、草木灰0.1-0.2重量份,混合加入球磨机中,然后以料、水、研磨球重量比为1:(0.9-1.1):(0.9-1.1)加入水和研磨球,研磨5.5-6h,过80-100目筛即得到主体釉;
口沿釉制备:取釉石10-12重量份、石灰石1-1.2重量份、钾长石1.8-2.1重量份、铁红0.2-0.3重量份,混合加入球磨机中,然后以料、水、研磨球重量比为1:(0.9-1.1):(0.9-1.1)加入水和研磨球,研磨5.5-6h,过80-100目筛即得到口沿釉;
(3)施釉:坯体先施口沿釉,从口沿向下4-6mm处均施口沿釉,施釉厚度0.1-0.15mm,晾干,再施主体釉,盏底不施釉,其它部位均施釉,施釉厚度0.2-0.3mm,晾干;
(4)烧制:将施釉后的坯体放入电窑炉中,关上炉门,开始烧制;
(4-1)窑炉温度经过8-9h,从常温升温到1250-1270℃;
(4-2)1250-1270℃保温1-3min;然后保温状态下投油柴,间隔3.5-4.5min投一次油柴,共投6-7次,第一次油柴的用量为每0.15立方米的窑炉空间投放60-65g;以后每次油柴的用量为每0.15立方米的窑炉空间递增4-5g;
本阶段温度达到最高温后,短暂保温即开始投油柴,且投油柴量依次递增,可促使釉面油滴晶体饱满密实。
(4-3)投完最后一次油柴后带电降温,窑炉温度经过0.9-1.1h匀速降至1170-1185℃,再保温25-35min;
本阶段促进釉面基底黑而干净、油滴晶体厚实、均匀、饱满,油滴晶体不氧化发黑,同时釉面气孔少。
(4-4)断电,窑炉温度降至1140-1150℃,再保温25-35min;
本阶段进一步提升釉面晶体效果,且釉面气孔进一步减少。
(4-5)断电,窑炉温度降至1090-1110℃时,投油柴,间隔4.5-5min投一次油柴,共投3-4次,每次油柴的用量为每0.15立方米的窑炉空间投放48-52g;
本阶段促使油滴晶体银亮。
(4-6)降温冷却,出窑。
代表性地,所述黑底银滴建盏的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)坯体制备:将红土7重量份、田泥2重量份、高岭土1重量份混合,淘洗,过70目筛,压滤、炼泥、陈腐,得到坯体原料;将所述坯体原料拉坯成型、修坯、素烧,晾干,得到坯体;

(3)施釉:坯体先施口沿釉,从口沿向下4-6mm处均施口沿釉,施釉厚度0.1-0.15mm,晾干,再施主体釉,盏底不施釉,其它部位均施釉,施釉厚度0.2-0.3mm,晾干;
(4)焙烧:将施釉后的坯体放入电窑炉中,关上炉门,开始焙烧;所述焙烧包括步骤:
(4-1)窑炉温度经过8h,从常温升温到1260℃;
(4-2)1260℃保温1min;然后保温状态下投油柴,间隔4min投一次油柴,共投6次,第一次油柴的用量为每0.15立方米的窑炉空间投放60g;以后每次油柴的用量为每0.15立方米的窑炉空间递增5g;
(4-3)投完最后一次油柴后带电降温,窑炉温度经过1h匀速降至1180℃,再保温30min;
(4-4)断电,窑炉温度降至1150℃,再保温30min;
(4-5)断电,窑炉温度降至1110℃时,投油柴,间隔5min投一次油柴,共投3次,每次油柴的用量为每0.15立方米的窑炉空间投放50g;
(4-6)降温冷却,出窑。
进一步地,所述红土、田泥、高岭土均取自福建省南平市建阳区水吉镇;所述釉石取自福建省南平市建阳区南林村。
优选地,所述步骤(4-1)为:窑炉温度经过1h,从常温匀速升温到300℃;再经过1h,从300℃匀速升温到600℃;再经过3h,窑炉温度从600℃匀速升温到1000℃;再经过3h,窑炉温度从1000℃匀速升温到1260℃。
优选地,所述草木灰的制备方法为:取柚子树木5-6重量份、毛竹1-1.5重量份混合,燃烧,收集灰烬研磨成粉末,过80-90目筛。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有如下优点:
本发明建盏烧制的配方、烧成气氛和温度曲线的工艺流程明晰,易于掌控,稳定性好,缺陷少。坯体经得住高温烧制,不易变形和起泡,烧制成的建盏,釉面基底黑而干净,气孔少,口沿润泽,同时釉面上散布银色光泽的油滴晶斑,油滴晶斑饱满密实均匀、质感强烈,兼有古朴与华丽之美,具有很好的艺术美感。

在本发明中,若非特指,所有的份、百分比均为重量单位,所有的设备和原料等均可从市场购得或是本行业常用的。下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域的常规方法。
实施例1
黑底银滴建盏的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)坯体制备:将红土7重量份、田泥2重量份、高岭土1重量份混合,淘洗,过70目筛,压滤、炼泥、陈腐,得到坯体原料;将所述坯体原料拉坯成型、修坯、素烧,晾干,得到坯体;
(2)主体釉制备:取釉石8重量份、石灰石1重量份、钾长石2重量份、铁红0.3重量份、草木灰0.1重量份,混合加入球磨机中,然后以料、水、研磨球重量比为1:1:1加入水和研磨球,研磨6h,过100目筛即得到主体釉;
口沿釉制备:取釉石10重量份、石灰石1重量份、钾长石2重量份、铁红0.3重量份,混合加入球磨机中,然后以料、水、研磨球重量比为1:1:1加入水和研磨球,研磨6h,过100目筛即得到口沿釉;
所述红土、田泥、高岭土均取自福建省南平市建阳区水吉镇;所述釉石取自福建省南平市建阳区南林村。
所述草木灰的制备方法为:取柚子树木5重量份、毛竹1.2重量份混合,燃烧,收集灰烬研磨成粉末,过80目筛。
(3)施釉:坯体先施口沿釉,从口沿向下4-6mm处均施口沿釉,施釉厚度0.1-0.15mm,晾干,再施主体釉,盏底不施釉,其它部位均施釉,施釉厚度0.2-0.3mm,晾干;
(4)焙烧:将施釉后的坯体放入电窑炉中,关上炉门,开始焙烧;所述焙烧包括步骤:
(4-1)窑炉温度经过1h,从常温匀速升温到300℃;再经过1h,从300℃匀速升温到600℃;再经过3h,窑炉温度从600℃匀速升温到1000℃;再经过3h,窑炉温度从1000℃匀速升温到1260℃;
(4-2)1260℃保温1min;然后保温状态下投油柴,间隔4min投一次油柴,共投6次,第一次油柴的用量为每0.15立方米的窑炉空间投放60g;以后每次油柴的用量为每0.15立方米的窑炉空间递增5g;
(4-3)投完最后一次油柴后带电降温,窑炉温度经过1h匀速降至1180℃,再保温30min;
(4-4)断电,窑炉温度降至1150℃,再保温30min;
(4-5)断电,窑炉温度降至1110℃时,投油柴,间隔5min投一次油柴,共投3次,每次油柴的用量为每0.15立方米的窑炉空间投放50g;
(4-6)降温冷却,出窑。
本发明所述油柴,又称为松木根、松树根,高温可剧烈燃烧。投油柴从窑炉门的投柴口投,投柴口只有投油柴时打开,其它时候封闭。投柴口的孔口直径为10-15cm。
参考图1,本实施例得到的建盏,釉面基底黑而干净,气孔少,同时釉面上散布银色光泽的油滴晶斑,油滴晶斑饱满密实均匀、质感强烈,兼有古朴与华丽之美,具有很好的艺术美感。
建盏对烧制工艺步骤和参数非常敏感,工艺步骤或参数很小范围变化也可能会对建盏最终产品的外观等特性造成很大不利影响,甚至导致建盏制备失败,发明人在制备建盏过程中,经过了大量的实验筛选和优选如对坯釉原料组分选择、焙烧过程中的温度烧制曲线、投柴原料选择和投柴时机的优选等,才制备出优美的建盏。以下,仅举几例对比例进行说明。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:
步骤(4-2):1260℃保温1min;然后保温状态下投油柴,间隔4min投一次油柴,共投6次,每次油柴的用量为每0.15立方米的窑炉空间投放60g;
本对比例得到的建盏,油滴晶体出现较多凹瘪现象。
对比例2
本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:
(4-3)投完最后一次油柴后,停电降温,窑炉温度降至1180℃,再保温30min;
本对比例得到的建盏,油滴晶体的厚实饱满度较实施例1差,晶体较单薄。

本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:省略步骤(4-4)。
本对比例得到的建盏,油滴晶体的厚实饱满度较实施例1差,釉面气孔较实施例1多。

本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:未配制口沿釉;步骤(2)和(3)为:
(2)主体釉制备:取釉石7-8重量份、石灰石1-1.2重量份、钾长石1.8-2.1重量份、铁红0.2-0.3重量份、草木灰0.1-0.2重量份,混合加入球磨机中,然后以料、水、研磨球重量比为1:(0.9-1.1):(0.9-1.1)加入水和研磨球,研磨5.5-6h,过80-100目筛即得到主体釉;
(3)施釉:坯体施主体釉,盏底不施釉,其它部位均施釉,施釉厚度0.2-0.3mm,晾干。
本对比例得到的建盏,口沿干涩无光,唇感粗糙。
对比例5
本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:
口沿釉与基础釉成分一致,制备方法一致。
本对比例得到的建盏,口沿的润泽平滑度较实施例1差。

Claims (5)
1.黑底银滴建盏的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)坯体制备:将红土6-8重量份、田泥1.5-2重量份、高岭土1-1.5重量份混合,淘洗,过60-80目筛,压滤、炼泥、陈腐,得到坯体原料;将所述坯体原料拉坯成型、修坯、素烧,晾干,得到坯体;
(2)主体釉制备:取釉石7-8重量份、石灰石1-1.2重量份、钾长石1.8-2.1重量份、铁红0.2-0.3重量份、草木灰0.1-0.2重量份,混合加入球磨机中,然后以料、水、研磨球重量比为1:(0.9-1.1):(0.9-1.1)加入水和研磨球,研磨5.5-6h,过80-100目筛即得到主体釉;
口沿釉制备:取釉石10-12重量份、石灰石1-1.2重量份、钾长石1.8-2.1重量份、铁红0.2-0.3重量份,混合加入球磨机中,然后以料、水、研磨球重量比为1:(0.9-1.1):(0.9-1.1)加入水和研磨球,研磨5.5-6h,过80-100目筛即得到口沿釉;
(3)施釉:坯体先施口沿釉,从口沿向下4-6mm处均施口沿釉,施釉厚度0.1-0.15mm,晾干,再施主体釉,盏底不施釉,其它部位均施釉,施釉厚度0.2-0.3mm,晾干;
(4)焙烧:将施釉后的坯体放入电窑炉中,关上炉门,开始焙烧;所述焙烧包括步骤:
(4-1)窑炉温度经过8-9h,从常温升温到1250-1270℃;
(4-2)1250-1270℃保温1-3min;然后保温状态下投油柴,间隔3.5-4.5min投一次油柴,共投6-7次,第一次油柴的用量为每0.15立方米的窑炉空间投放60-65g;以后每次油柴的用量为每0.15立方米的窑炉空间递增4-5g;
(4-3)投完最后一次油柴后带电降温,窑炉温度经过0.9-1.1h匀速降至1170-1185℃,再保温25-35min;
(4-4)断电,窑炉温度降至1140-1150℃,再保温25-35min;
(4-5)断电,窑炉温度降至1090-1110℃时,投油柴,间隔4.5-5min投一次油柴,共投3-4次,每次油柴的用量为每0.15立方米的窑炉空间投放48-52g;
(4-6)降温冷却,出窑。
2.如权利要求1所述黑底银滴建盏的制备工艺,其特征是:包括以下步骤:
(1)坯体制备:将红土7重量份、田泥2重量份、高岭土1重量份混合,淘洗,过70目筛,压滤、炼泥、陈腐,得到坯体原料;将所述坯体原料拉坯成型、修坯、素烧,晾干,得到坯体;
(2)主体釉制备:取釉石8重量份、石灰石1重量份、钾长石2重量份、铁红0.3重量份、草木灰0.1重量份,混合加入球磨机中,然后以料、水、研磨球重量比为1:1:1加入水和研磨球,研磨6h,过100目筛即得到主体釉;
口沿釉制备:取釉石10重量份、石灰石1重量份、钾长石2重量份、铁红0.3重量份,混合加入球磨机中,然后以料、水、研磨球重量比为1:1:1加入水和研磨球,研磨6h,过100目筛即得到口沿釉;
(3)施釉:坯体先施口沿釉,从口沿向下4-6mm处均施口沿釉,施釉厚度0.1-0.15mm,晾干,再施主体釉,盏底不施釉,其它部位均施釉,施釉厚度0.2-0.3mm,晾干;
(4)焙烧:将施釉后的坯体放入电窑炉中,关上炉门,开始焙烧;所述焙烧包括步骤:
(4-1)窑炉温度经过8h,从常温升温到1260℃;
(4-2)1260℃保温1min;然后保温状态下投油柴,间隔4min投一次油柴,共投6次,第一次油柴的用量为每0.15立方米的窑炉空间投放60g;以后每次油柴的用量为每0.15立方米的窑炉空间递增5g;
(4-3)投完最后一次油柴后带电降温,窑炉温度经过1h匀速降至1180℃,再保温30min;
(4-4)断电,窑炉温度降至1150℃,再保温30min;
(4-5)断电,窑炉温度降至1110℃时,投油柴,间隔5min投一次油柴,共投3次,每次油柴的用量为每0.15立方米的窑炉空间投放50g;
(4-6)降温冷却,出窑。
3.如权利要求1所述黑底银滴建盏的制备工艺,其特征是:所述红土、田泥、高岭土均取自福建省南平市建阳区水吉镇;所述釉石取自福建省南平市建阳区南林村。
4.如权利要求2所述黑底银滴建盏的制备工艺,其特征是:所述步骤(4-1)为:窑炉温度经过1h,从常温匀速升温到300℃;再经过1h,从300℃匀速升温到600℃;再经过3h,窑炉温度从600℃匀速升温到1000℃;再经过3h,窑炉温度从1000℃匀速升温到1260℃。
5.如权利要求1或2所述黑底银滴建盏的制备工艺,其特征是:所述草木灰的制备方法为:取柚子树木5-6重量份、毛竹1-1.5重量份混合,燃烧,收集灰烬研磨成粉末,过80-90目筛。
