本发明涉及印染技术领域,公开了一种棉布的高效环保仿丝光染整工艺,包括如下步骤:棉布烧毛处理、润湿;用1.5~5g/L的碱液喷淋后再用160~200g/L的碱液对胚布喷淋,期间采用风机将布面吹开;布面后经水洗、漂白、煮布、染色、成定、蒸尼得到成品布面,本发明中对布面碱缩、水洗、漂白和染色均在染缸中完成,染色碱缩一体化,采用碱液浓度为160~200g/L,棉布在瞬间快速收缩,无需堆置过程,简化生产设备,大幅度节约生产成本,连续化生产,且制备的成品布料具有仿丝光的效果,布面光泽,无头尾色差,手感蓬松,回弹性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及印染技术领域,具体涉及一种棉布的高效环保仿丝光染整工艺。
背景技术
棉布的丝光染整工艺,可以提高棉布成品的手感,光泽,缩水稳定性等。但使用丝光机投资成本高,传统的丝光染色工艺包括烧毛、丝光处理、蚀毛、染色、皂洗及定型等步骤,工艺流程繁琐,加工成本大。轻丝光染色工艺具有普通丝光面料的良好的吸湿透气以及光泽度等特点,其还具有普通丝光面料所不具备的无痕、无尘、顶破强力好、能耗低等特点,如CN 107435199 A中公开了一种轻丝光染色工艺,其处理步骤包括:烧毛、碱缩、平福煮布、冷染、清洗烘干,相对于传统染色工艺,本发明的染色工艺具有工艺简单、耗水量低、染色效果好的特点。但棉布收缩轻微,成品手感和光泽略差。
为改善棉针织物的品质,对织物进行碱缩是一种性价比更高的工艺,CN111118719A提出了一种外观光洁纯棉及棉混纺针织面料生产工艺,包括以下操作步骤:烧毛、碱缩、堆置、染色、定型,具体为,将纯棉及棉混纺针织物经过平幅烧毛机进行烧毛处理,布面双火口、布底单火口;将已经烧毛处理过的纯棉及棉混纺针织物经过碱缩机进行碱缩处理,上卷至布架;将布架上的布料密封包装后进行堆置;堆置结束后,将布料洗净后进行常规染色,染色完成后脱水烘干;烘干后,对布料进行定型制软,最后定型出机。采用该设备能够改善棉针织物的染料吸着能力,布面毛羽少有光泽,回弹性和挺括性有明显提升,性价比高。
但采用专利CN111118719A的碱缩设备,碱液浓度低,收缩需要放置,进染缸洗碱因棉布带碱容易发硬,造成成品布面折痕,鸡爪印,擦伤。因此为了提高和改善棉布的成品质量,同时高效便捷的生产,降本增效,对此本申请提出一种棉布的高效碱缩染整工艺,满足生产和客户的要求。
发明内容
本发明提供一种棉布的高效碱缩染整工艺,可连续化生产,成品布面光泽,无头尾色差,手感蓬松,回弹性好。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种棉布的高效环保仿丝光染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)棉布烧毛处理,除去布面毛羽得到胚布;
(2)将胚布打入含有高耐碱性渗透剂的气流染缸中润湿;
(3)将润湿后的胚布在染缸内用1.5~5g/L的碱液雾化喷淋;
(4)在染缸内再用160~200g/L的碱液对胚布雾化喷淋,喷淋期间开风机将布面吹开;避免胚布因碱缩产生布面折痕;
(5)排出染缸内的碱液,缸内加入热水对布面水洗,至布面pH为10~11;
(6)向染缸加入双氧水,对水洗后的布面进行漂煮和染色;
(7)将染色后的湿布脱水开幅,定型烘干,硅油成定,蒸尼得到成品布面。
步骤(1)中,棉布的速度为30~70m/min。
步骤(2)中,缸内浴比为1:3~4,设定较小浴比,可节约后期片碱用量,节约生产成本。
步骤(2)中,高耐碱性渗透剂的质量浓度为5~10g/L。
步骤(3)中碱液喷淋的速度为10~15L/min,雾化喷淋至少20min。
步骤(3)中先采用低浓度的碱对胚布预湿,避免胚布在步骤(4)中经高浓度的碱喷淋时发生直接剧烈收缩,造成棉纤维的结晶区转变为非结晶区的不均匀,而染色主要是在非结晶区进行。最终导致染色色花,布面克重,门幅的不稳定等。
步骤(4)中碱液喷淋的速度为3~6L/min,雾化喷淋60~70min。
步骤(4)中采用相对较高浓度的碱液对胚布喷淋,可使布面瞬间快速收缩,相对现有技术,无需堆置过程,节约了大量的生产时间和生产成本。棉纤维遇到160g/L以上浓碱,纤维迅速收缩,迅速退捻,纤维开始膨胀,棉纤维的结晶度开始下降,但碱液浓度过高,纤维会过分收缩,即丝光工艺,必须采用丝光的设备,这样成本会大幅度增高。
步骤(4)中,染缸内碱液温度为20~30℃,在染缸外设定冷却水循环,确保染缸内的碱液温度保持在20~30℃范围内。因烧碱与棉纤维的作用为放热反应,所以提高温度有减弱纤维溶胀的作用,从而会降低丝光效果,变现在收缩率和上染率下降。但温度不是越低越好,考虑到经济效益,过低的温度会造成浓碱黏度增加,无法渗透到纱线和织物内部,因此温度保持在20~30℃范围内,纤维碱缩的效果最好。
步骤(4)中,风机的频率为50~55Hz,对正在碱缩的布面用风机吹开是本发明中仿丝光的关键步骤,利用风机的力量使布经过喷嘴时彻底舒展开,避免布料在无张力碱缩过程中收缩不匀,缸底堆积造成积压痕和折痕,从而可以使得布面后期染色无头尾色差,且布面的光泽感较好,手感蓬松。
步骤(4)的碱液回收用于下一缸胚布,提高碱液的利用率,在下一缸胚布使用时,仅需补碱至设定浓度即可。
步骤(5)中水洗的温度为60~80℃,采用溢流水洗。
步骤(7)中,蒸尼时布面张力40~80,蒸汽辊张力1~2.2,布面蒸尼后,具有更好的光泽感。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明中对布面碱缩、水洗、漂白和染色均在染缸中完成,染色碱缩一体化,简化生产设备,大幅度节约生产成本,连续化生产,且制备的成品布料具有仿丝光的效果,布面光泽,无头尾色差,手感蓬松,回弹性好。
(2)本发明中采用碱液浓度为160~200g/L,棉布在瞬间快速收缩,无需堆置过程,节约生产成本和生产时间,实现连续化生产。
(3)本发明在染缸内对布面采用梯度浸润碱液,并通过气流机的喷嘴将碱液雾化后均匀喷到棉布上,期间将气流机的风机开大,保证布面没有因快速收缩造成的折痕。
(4)在生产过程中的高浓度碱液可回收至计量槽,用于下一次补碱后使用,在清洗布面时碱液控制pH,节约后面氧漂煮布工序成本。

实施例1
(1)棉布40m/min的速度经烧毛机烧毛处理,除去布面毛羽得到胚布;
(2)将胚布打入含有7g/L高耐碱性渗透剂的染缸中润湿,浴比为1:4;
(3)将润湿后的胚布在染缸内用2g/L的碱液喷淋,喷淋速度12.5L/min,雾化喷淋30min;
(4)在染缸内再用180g/L的碱液对胚布喷淋,喷淋速度为4.16L/min,雾化喷淋60min,喷淋期间用55Hz的风机将布面吹开;染缸外设有冷却水,保持染缸内的碱液温度在20~25℃范围内;
(5)排出染缸内的碱液,加入60~70℃的热水对布面溢流水洗,至布面pH为10.5~10.8;
(6)向染缸加入双氧水,双氧水的质量浓度为6g/L,对水洗后的布面漂白,再升温至98℃煮布45min,加入染色剂染色,浴比为1:4;
(7)将染色后的湿布脱水开幅,定型烘干,硅油成定,蒸尼得到成品布面,蒸尼时布面张力为50,蒸汽辊张力为2.0。
对比例1

对实施例1,对比例1~3得到的布料测定颜色、收缩情况、克重,并观察布面的染色、平整等外观情况,结果如表1所示。当对比例1中,减少了低浓度碱液喷淋的过程,直接高浓度喷淋,导致布面产生条花,染色效果不好;当对比例2中,高浓度碱液喷淋布面时温度升高,减弱纤维溶胀的作用,从而会降低丝光效果,收缩率和上染率下降;当对比例3中风机的力度降低,布面未完全吹开,会使其因收缩导致折痕,外观不佳。

Claims (7)

1.一种棉布的高效环保仿丝光染整工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)棉布烧毛处理,除去布面毛羽得到胚布;
(2)将胚布打入含有高耐碱性渗透剂的气流染缸中润湿;
(3)将润湿后的胚布在气流染缸内用1.5~5g/L的碱液雾化喷淋,碱液喷淋的速度10~15L/min,雾化喷淋至少20min;
(4)在染缸内再用160~200g/L的碱液对胚布雾化喷淋60~70min,喷淋期间开风机将布面吹开;染缸内碱液温度为20~30℃;风机的频率为50~55Hz;
(5)排出染缸内的碱液,缸内加入热水对布面水洗,至布面pH为10~11;
(6)向染缸加入双氧水,对水洗后的布面进行漂煮和染色;
(7)将染色后的湿布脱水开幅,定型烘干,硅油成定,蒸尼得到成品布面。
