Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coccidiosis resistance of livestock, in particular to an anti-coccidiosis feed additive for large-scale ecological chicken raising and a preparation method and a use method thereof.
Background
Coccidiosis in chickens is a common and very serious parasitic disease of chickens, is an acute epidemic parasitic disease caused by one or more coccidia, and can cause serious loss of poultry meat and egg production. The multiplication of parasites in the small intestine results in tissue damage, decreased feed intake and absorption of nutrients in the feed, dehydration and blood loss. The chicken coccidiosis is parasitic on caecum as the Eimeria tenella is most pathogenic, and is commonly called caecum coccidiosis. The economic losses caused by this are surprising.
Coccidiosis is found to occur frequently in 21-50 day old chicks. The feathers are upright, necked and stood at the beginning of disease, and then the disease condition is serious due to a large amount of damage of intestinal epithelial cells and organism poisoning, so that the symptoms of ataxia, diarrhea with blood and the like appear, the mortality rate is high, and even the whole group is covered. At present, all anticoccidial drugs are western drugs, which have certain influence on animal health.

the test 0-day coccidiosis infection rates (%) of examples 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3 and 3 were 100, respectively; test 3 the coccidiosis infection rate (%) was 23, 25, 20, 40, 42, 38, 100; the coccidiosis infection rate (%) at 5 days of the test is 1, 0, 12, 10, 9 and 100; the coccidiosis infection rate (%) at 7 days of the test was 0, 5, 6, 100.
The daily gain rate of the samples of example 1, example 2 and example 3 is improved by 5-10% compared with the samples of comparative example 1, comparative example 2 and comparative example 3. The daily gain rate of the embodiment 1, the embodiment 2 and the embodiment 3 is improved by 30-40 percent compared with the comparative example.
The use effect is as follows: compared with the control group and the control group, the infection rate of the coccidia in the examples 1-3 on the 3 rd day of the test is only 20-25%, the infection rate is 0-1 by the 5 th day, and the three examples can be completely cured by the seventh day, and the effect of preventing and treating the coccidia is obvious compared with the control group and the control group. Meanwhile, the daily weight gain rate is obviously improved.
Test example 2
In order to verify that the additive has no side effect on coccidiosis, 30 chicks in good state are selected for testing and randomly divided into 3 groups, the additives prepared according to the examples 1-3 are added into the conventional daily ration for feeding, and the additive is continuously used for 7 days, and the influence on immune organs is determined.
As a result, it was found that: it can effectively improve the immunity of each chicken without any other side effect or adverse effect.
