Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of animal health care. More specifically, the invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for chickens and a preparation method thereof.
Background
China is a chicken raising country and is also a chicken consuming country in the world. With the economic development of China and the change of residential consumption habits, the consumption of poultry meat is expected to be continuously high. From the aspect of poultry meat consumption structure in China, the fast white feather broiler accounts for nearly 60% of poultry meat, and is the largest engine for the increase of poultry meat consumption in the future.
The fast white feather broiler is a broiler variety bred by foreign well-known poultry breeding companies, has the advantages of being fast in growth, low in feed conversion ratio and the like, can reach 2.5 kg in weight in 6 weeks under the condition that daily feed intake and feed nutrition reach standards, has a feed conversion ratio of about 2:1, is short in breeding period and huge in breeding benefit, and is a main broiler variety bred in countries of the world.
However, the broiler chickens of this variety have a significant disadvantage over the advantage of the rapid white feather in terms of good long-term performance, namely, the rapid weight gain, and the severe retardation of cardiopulmonary development. The fast white feather broilers can be put on the market in the field usually at the age of 6 weeks, and compared with chickens, the fast white feather broilers are still in a brooding stage, and the heart and lung functions of the young chickens are difficult to bear the weight of adult chickens. The chicken is particularly easy to be stressed by various stimuli, such as sudden temperature and sudden heat of a chicken house, poor sanitary conditions of the chicken house, high feeding density, noise, immunity and the like, can generate poor stress on the fast white feather broiler, once the stress is generated, the light people show anorexia, dysphoria, slow growth and the like, the heavy people can generate symptoms such as diseases, increased mortality and the like, even slightly touch, fly in full and die in a reverse way. The suddenly dead chicken is dissected, other organs are basically free from lesions, and the heart or lung blood vessels are ruptured and bleeding to death, which is that the chicken is frightened by strong stress, and the blood vessels are ruptured due to the short-time blood supply and the supply pressure surge of the heart and the lung. The white feather broiler breeding industry in China is greatly lost annually due to stress or diseases and death caused by the stress.
For a long time, the main means for preventing and treating various stress diseases of chicken flocks is to use various antibiotics and chemical synthesis medicines, and the antibiotics are used for raising chickens at reasonable dosages, so that the chickens can be effectively prevented from suffering from diseases, and the growth of the chickens can be promoted. For many years, this has been a low cost means of promoting growth and disease resistance in livestock farming. However, this is a potential problem of antibiotic abuse and residue of antibiotics in chicken, which is particularly serious in fast white broilers. The nonstandard use of antibiotics in the breeding industry is also a very important problem facing the current breeding industry in China.
Therefore, the development of the tie-bar product which is green and environment-friendly, has remarkable effect, stable effect and convenient use has very important significance.

Table 2 survival rate of test chickens from each test group, blank group, and antibiotic control group
Remarks: number of columns at 42 days of age
As can be seen from tables 1 to 2, the test drug of example 1 has advantages in weight gain and survival rate of white feather broilers compared with the antibiotic control group and other comparison groups, because pine needles, astragalus mongholicus, pomelo peel, cinnamon, dyers woad leaf, dwarf lilyturf tuber and dried rehmannia root are used as main components of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for chickens, seven traditional Chinese medicines are synergistically increased, immunity of the white feather broilers and digestion capacity of the white feather broilers to feed are improved, absorption capacity of the beneficial components in the feed is improved, further the growth of the beneficial components is better on the basis of improving survival rate, and finally weight of white feather broilers is improved; in the comparative examples 1 and 2, radix Ophiopogonis and radix rehmanniae are used as harmonizing agent and menstruation inducing agent respectively, and the whole Chinese medicinal composition has promotion effect, if no two medicinal materials are used, the medicinal effect is greatly reduced, and if no cinnamon is used, the Chinese medicinal composition has cold and heat property, and if no cinnamon is used, the Chinese medicinal composition is used for a long time, the chicken group is easy to produce diarrhea and other diseases, and the chicken group is easy to be weak, has low resistance and greatly influences the growth of the chicken group; in comparative examples 3 to 4, the freeze-thawing matter and brown sugar are naturally fermented, and the first fermentation residue, bacillus and saccharomycetes are subjected to secondary fermentation, so that the two fermentation forms a synergistic effect, the escape of beneficial components in the medicinal materials can be further improved, more beneficial components are produced at the same time, the medicinal effect of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is improved, and the medicinal effect of the traditional Chinese medicine can be greatly influenced if one of the two fermentation steps is not adopted; in comparative examples 6 to 7, the jujube oligosaccharides can improve the immunity of white-feather chickens, the chitosan oligosaccharides can improve the absorption of the white-feather chickens to various minerals, the synergistic effect of the jujube oligosaccharides and the chitosan oligosaccharides can promote the healthy growth of the white-feather chickens, and if one of the two prebiotics is not present, the efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is greatly affected, the absorption of beneficial components by chicken flocks is reduced, and finally the weight and the survival rate of the chicken flocks are affected.
Table 3 feed to meat ratio profile for each test, blank, and antibiotic control group
As can be seen from Table 3, the chicken traditional Chinese medicine composition can effectively reduce the feed conversion ratio, further reduce the production cost and improve the economic benefit.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed above, it is not limited to the details and embodiments shown, it is well suited to various fields of use for which the invention is suited, and further modifications may be readily made by one skilled in the art, and the invention is therefore not to be limited to the particular details and examples shown and described herein, without departing from the general concepts defined by the claims and the equivalents thereof.
