Abstract

本发明提供了一种β‑丙氨酸的制备方法,包括:将含有富马酸和氨水的反应物在催化剂存在下制备得到β‑丙氨酸产物,其中所述催化剂包含含有天冬氨酸酶和L‑天冬氨酸‑α‑脱羧酶的催化组合物,并且在反应过程中加入富马酸,而且加入的富马酸的摩尔总量等于所述反应物中的氨水的初始摩尔量减去所述反应物中的富马酸的初始摩尔量。本发明还提供了β‑丙氨酸盐(特别是β‑丙氨酸钙、β‑丙氨酸钠、β‑丙氨酸钾)和泛酸盐(特别是泛酸钙、泛酸钠、泛酸钾)的制备方法。
