Description

Processing method of grass-wood dyed tussah silk blended yarn with natural antibacterial function and fabric
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of spinning. In particular to a processing method of grass-wood dyed tussah silk blended yarn and fabric with natural bacteriostatic function.
Technical Field
With the increasing requirements of consumers in international markets and domestic on the functionality and safety of textiles, the plant dyeing technology with environmental friendliness is developed, and the textiles processed by plant dyeing have a natural antibacterial function, so that the fabrics have higher added value. Tussah silk, as a unique natural silk fabric in China, has been praised in international and domestic markets, and after being dyed by plants, the tussah silk is endowed with natural additional functions of antibiosis, bacteriostasis, ultraviolet resistance and the like, and becomes a high-end textile.
However, the plant-dyed tussah silk fiber with natural bacteriostatic function cannot be widely applied to the fields of colored spinning processing and weaving because the white cotton (raw cotton or carded raw cotton) is usually directly blended with the colored fiber in the traditional colored spinning processing of blending with the cotton fiber. In the current cotton planting process, in order to prevent pests and diseases, a large amount of pesticide is sprayed or transgenic cotton seeds are used, so that a large amount of pesticide is remained on white cotton (except organic cotton), the white cotton is directly used for colored spun yarns, and the safety of clothes and fabrics woven by the blended yarns is poor. In addition, the existing colored spun yarn blended with cotton is usually processed by adopting a ring spinning mode, and the spinning mode is not suitable for producing high-grade products. In addition, in the current weaving process, the traditional oiling and waxing process in the knitting fabric processing and the traditional sizing process in the woven fabric processing can damage the aspects of color fastness, bacteriostatic performance and the like of the plant dyed tussah silk yarn with the natural bacteriostatic function.
The invention aims to solve the technical problems at present, and is suitable for producing blended colored spun yarns by plant dyed tussah silk, cotton, hemp, tencel and modal on cotton spinning equipment, and weaving and ecological finishing processing of the colored spun yarns on knitted fabrics and woven fabrics.
The invention content is as follows:
aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a processing method of plant-dyed tussah silk blended yarn and fabric with natural bacteriostatic function.
In a first aspect, the invention provides a processing method of a plant-dyed tussah silk blended yarn with a natural bacteriostatic function. The blended yarn comprises the following components:
a1, obtaining ternary blended yarn of plant-dyed tussah silk with bacteriostatic function, modal (or tencel) and organic cotton (or bleached cotton), wherein the optimal proportion of the blended yarn is 5-40% of the bacteriostatic plant-dyed tussah silk, 75-30% of the modal (or tencel) and 20-30% of the organic cotton (or bleached cotton);
a2, obtaining ternary blended yarn of plant-dyed tussah silk with bacteriostatic function, organic cotton (or bleached cotton) and flax (or hemp) fiber, wherein the optimal proportion of the blended yarn is 5% of the bacteriostatic plant-dyed tussah silk, 75-80% of the organic cotton (or bleached cotton) and 20-15% of the flax (or hemp);
A3, obtaining binary blended yarn of plant-dyed tussah silk and modal (or tencel) or plant-dyed modal, wherein the optimal proportion of blended cotton is 5% -50% of the bacteriostatic plant-dyed tussah silk; the rest is modal or plant-dyed modal (or tencel);
a4, a binary blended yarn of plant-dyed tussah silk with bacteriostatic function and organic cotton (or bleached cotton) or plant-dyed cotton fiber, wherein the optimal ratio of the blended yarn is 10-50% of the bacteriostatic plant-dyed tussah silk, and the balance of the blended yarn is the organic cotton (or bleached cotton) or the plant-dyed cotton fiber.
In the invention, as a preferred technical scheme, modal (or tencel), organic cotton (or bleached cotton) and linen (or hemp) natural fiber materials are selected to be mixed with the tussah silk dyed by the vegetation to be spun into the yarns A1, A2, A3 and A4, so that the bacteriostatic function of the tussah silk dyed by the vegetation can be fully embodied, the ideal color fastness can be obtained, the cost of spinning the tussah silk fiber dyed by the vegetation only can be reduced, the brightness and the hand feeling of the fabric can be improved through different spinning modes, and the added value of the fabric can be improved.
In the invention, as a preferable technical scheme, the blended yarn has the best antibacterial effect under the condition of the fiber proportion, the physical index and the color fastness index are optimal, and more plant dyeing spinning yarn chromatographs can be obtained.
In the invention, as a preferable technical scheme, the plant-dyed tussah silk blended yarns A1, A3 and A4 with 21S-50S specifications and natural bacteriostatic functions adopt a compact spinning mode, so that the yarn index can be improved, and the loss of raw materials is minimum.
In the invention, as a preferable technical scheme, the plant-dyed tussah silk blended yarns A1, A3 and A4 with the specification of 12S-21S and the natural antibacterial function adopt an air extraction type rotor spinning mode, so that the antibacterial function of the plant-dyed tussah silk blended yarns can be ensured, the leftovers can be reused, and the cost is fully reduced.
In the invention, as a preferable technical scheme, the plant-dyed tussah silk blended yarn A2 with the specification of 30S-50S and the natural antibacterial function adopts a compact spinning or siro compact spinning mode.
The twist of the blended yarn is common knitting or tatting twist, and the indexes of yarn evenness, strength and the like meet the national standard indexes of common colored spun yarn.
The blended yarn is woven by adopting cotton spinning equipment.
Within the range of the mixture ratio, after different fiber mixed cotton is selected, except for the additional health preserving process of fibrilia, the plant-dyed tussah silk blended yarn with the natural antibacterial function of A1, A2, A3 and A4 can be obtained through the conventional processes of cotton carding, drawing, coarse sand, spun yarn and the like.
In a second aspect, the invention provides a method for weaving a fabric by adopting the tussah silk blended yarn dyed by grass and wood with a natural bacteriostatic function. The fabric is divided into two fabrics of knitting and tatting:
b1, weaving the knitted fabric by adopting the plant dyed tussah silk blended yarn with the natural bacteriostasis function.
In B1, the knitting fabric is divided into two steps:
b11: the tussah silk blended yarn dyed by the bacteriostatic plant A1 or A2 or A3 or A4 in the first aspect of the invention is adopted to weave knitted fabric gray cloth;
b12: and (4) finishing the grey cloth of the knitted fabric to obtain the grass-wood dyed tussah silk blended knitted fabric with the natural antibacterial function.
In the present invention, as a preferred technical solution, in step B11, the yarn is directly woven without applying oil or wax on the knitting equipment. Although the traditional oiling and waxing weaving mode can improve the working efficiency, the inventor tests and finds that the contact of oil and wax with plant pigment particles without being wrapped by a chemical color fixing agent can cause the increase of free pigments, and the wrapping of the oil and the wax can reduce the bacteriostatic activity of yarns, thereby directly influencing the color fastness and the bacteriostatic efficacy.
In the present invention, as a preferable embodiment, the step B12 includes a water washing treatment (or a water washing softening treatment), a setting treatment, and a preshrinking treatment.
In the invention, as a preferable technical scheme, the water washing treatment does not need high temperature, and the inventor finds that the natural tea saponin detergent is used for hot water washing at the temperature of below 95 ℃ and preferably ultrasonic water washing at the temperature of 70-75 ℃ is an optimal treatment mode in long-term practice.
In the invention, as a preferable technical scheme, the softening treatment avoids using a silicone oil softening agent, because the silicone oil softening agent can influence the color fastness and the bacteriostatic property of the tussah silk dyed by plants. The inventor finds that the natural ricinoleic acid imidazoline softening agent is used in an amount of 2-6 g/l in long-term practice, and the softening treatment method is the best softening treatment mode for the plant-dyed tussah silk blended knitted fabric with the natural antibacterial function.
According to the invention, after washing or softening treatment, drying and sizing are carried out by a conventional process, and after conventional preshrinking treatment by a preshrinking machine, the glossiness and smooth hand feeling of the fabric are further improved, the antibacterial function and color fastness of the plant-dyed tussah silk blended knitted fabric with the natural antibacterial function are not affected, and the added value of the fabric is greatly improved.
B2, weaving the woven fabric by adopting the plant dyed tussah silk blended yarn with the natural bacteriostasis function.
In B2, the weaving of the woven fabric comprises two steps:
b21: weaving woven fabric grey cloth by adopting the bacteriostatic plant dyed tussah silk blended yarn obtained from A1 or A2 or A3 or A4 in the first aspect of the invention;
b22: and (4) after-finishing grey cloth of the woven fabric to obtain the grass-wood dyed tussah silk blended woven fabric with the natural antibacterial function.
In the present invention, as a preferable technical means, in step B21, the yarn is not sized or desized on the weaving equipment, and a non-sizing weaving method is adopted. The inventor finds that the traditional processing modes of sizing, weaving and desizing not only greatly reduce the antibacterial performance of the tussah silk dyed by plants, but also increase free pigments caused by the contact of the sizing agent and the plant pigments and directly influence the color fastness of the product in long-term practice.
In the present invention, as a preferable embodiment, the step B22 includes a water washing treatment (or a water washing softening treatment), a setting treatment, and a calendering treatment.
The inventor finds that the natural ricinoleic acid imidazoline softening agent is used in an amount of 2-6 g/l in long-term practice, and the softening treatment mode is the best softening treatment mode for the plant-dyed tussah silk blended woven fabric with the natural antibacterial function.
According to the invention, after water washing or softening treatment, drying and sizing are carried out by a conventional process, and after calendering treatment is carried out by a calender normal-temperature process, the glossiness and smooth hand feeling of the fabric are further improved, the antibacterial function and color fastness of the plant-dyed tussah silk blended woven fabric with a natural antibacterial function are not affected, and the added value of the fabric is greatly improved.

1. the dyed yarns obtained by blending and spinning the tussah silk, cotton, tencel, modal or fibrilia dyed with the grass and wood with antibacterial performance according to different fiber proportions can effectively ensure the antibacterial effect of the yarns, and the addition proportions of different plant dyed fibers can greatly widen the chromatogram of the plant dyed yarns, so that the chromatogram of the plant dye dyed textiles is more complete.
2. The method provided by the invention adopts different spinning modes, can improve yarn indexes, reduce raw material loss, and can utilize leftovers to fully reduce raw material cost.
3. By using the method provided by the invention, oiling and waxing are avoided during weaving of the knitting equipment, pulp-free weaving is avoided during weaving of the shuttle weaving equipment, and after finishing of the fabric is not subjected to high-temperature processing, so that the fabric is more environment-friendly and low-carbon, the performances of antibiosis, bacteriostasis and the like of the fabric dyed by the vegetable dye are effectively ensured, and the added value of the fabric is improved.
4. According to the method provided by the invention, the ricinoleic acid imidazoline softener with a natural base is used as the softener for the blended fabric of the tussah silk dyed by the grass and the wood, so that the use of silicone oil softeners is avoided, and the influence of the silicone oil softeners on the color fastness and the antibacterial performance of the tussah silk dyed by the grass and the wood is reduced.
