step 2: respectively placing the dyed warp yarn blended product and the dyed weft yarn blended product in a centrifugal dehydrator for dehydration for 30min, performing secondary dehydration after backwashing, adding a softening agent in the backwashing process, and keeping the temperature at 30-40 ℃ for 30 min;
and step 3: forming a warp mixed strip and a weft mixed strip after the dehydrated dyed warp blended product and the dyed weft blended product are subjected to needle combing by a gilling machine;
and 4, step 4: preparing single warp yarns and single weft yarns from the mixed warp and weft yarns through a spinning machine, wherein the single warp yarns and the single weft yarns are 30tex single yarns, and the twist is 950T/m;
and 5: the warp single yarn and the weft single yarn are double-twisted by a double-twisting machine to obtain warp yarn and weft yarn;
step 6: preparing cloth by using the warp yarns and the weft yarns through a loom;
and 7: steaming the obtained cloth for 40 min;
and 8: dehydrating, drying and shaping.

step 2: respectively placing the dyed warp yarn blended product and the dyed weft yarn blended product in a centrifugal dehydrator for dehydration for 30min, performing secondary dehydration after backwashing, adding a softening agent in the backwashing process, and keeping the temperature at 30-40 ℃ for 30 min;

step 1: adding 30-35 parts by weight of cotton fiber, 45-55 parts by weight of bamboo charcoal fiber, 10-15 parts by weight of sea island filament and 2-5 parts by weight of metal fiber into a mixer, adding a dye into the mixer, mixing for 1 hour at normal temperature to obtain a dyed warp yarn blended product, adding 50-60 parts by weight of cotton fiber, 30-45 parts by weight of soybean protein fiber and 2-5 parts by weight of metal fiber into another mixer, adding a dye into the mixer, and mixing for 1 hour at normal temperature to obtain a dyed weft yarn blended product;
step 2: respectively placing the dyed warp yarn blended product and the dyed weft yarn blended product in a centrifugal dehydrator for dehydration for 30min, performing secondary dehydration after backwashing, adding a softening agent in the backwashing process, and keeping the temperature at 30-40 ℃ for 30 min;
and step 3: forming a warp mixed strip and a weft mixed strip after the dehydrated dyed warp blended product and the dyed weft blended product are subjected to needle combing by a gilling machine;
and 4, step 4: preparing single warp yarns and single weft yarns from the mixed warp and weft yarns through a spinning machine, wherein the single warp yarns and the single weft yarns are 25-30tex single yarns, and the twist is 950T/m;
and 5: the warp single yarn and the weft single yarn are double-twisted by a double-twisting machine to obtain warp yarn and weft yarn;
step 6: preparing cloth by using the warp yarns and the weft yarns through a loom;
and 7: steaming the obtained cloth for 40-50 min;
and 8: dehydrating, drying and shaping.
3. The fabric with the radiation protection function as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the dye consists of 30-40g/L synthetic dye, 20-35g/L disperse dye, 8-9g/L penetrating agent and 2-3g/L biological surfactant.

The fabric with the radiation protection function as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the softening agent comprises 6-7 parts by weight of sodium benzoate, 6-7 parts by weight of octamethyltetrasiloxane, 1-2 parts by weight of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 2-3 parts by weight of sodium tripolyphosphate and 4-5 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl sulfate.

The fabric with the radiation protection function as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the penetrating agent comprises 3-4 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 1-2 parts by weight of sodium dipropyl naphthalene sulfonate, 23-25 parts by weight of ethanol and 4-5 parts by weight of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether.
