本发明提供一种天窗滑轨粘接蘑菇搭扣设备,包括底座,所述底座上设置有转盘,所述转盘通过底座内部设置的转动电机带动进行转动,所述转盘上设置有滑轨固定座,所述滑轨固定座上设置有气动卡夹,通过气动卡夹对滑轨进行夹持,所述转盘分为五个工位,分别为上料、涂胶、烘干、粘接和下料,且呈环形围绕在转盘四周,所述滑轨固定座的数量为五个,所述上料工位和下料工位之间设置有上下料机械手,通过上下料机械手进行上下料,所述涂胶工位处设置有涂胶装置,烘干工位处设置有烘干风机,通过烘干风机对胶液进行加热烘干,所述粘接工位设置有粘接机构。自动完成滑轨蘑菇搭扣固定工作。

技术领域
本发明涉及天窗滑轨制造领域,尤其涉及一种天窗滑轨粘接蘑菇搭扣设备。
背景技术
目前在对天窗进行制造时,需要在滑轨上粘接蘑菇搭扣,而目前在滑轨上粘接蘑菇搭扣时,一般是人工进行粘接,而滑轨上粘接蘑菇搭扣一般为四个,并且其间距有着精确的尺寸要求,人工进行粘接很容易造成粘接位置错误,并且在粘接时很容易出现粘接不牢的情况,导致搭扣容易松动脱落,并且目前人工粘接时,不易控制胶液量,很容易出现胶水过量的情况,影响粘接品质。因此,解决天窗滑轨蘑菇搭扣粘接工作容易造成粘接位置错误及容易粘接不牢的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供了一种天窗滑轨粘接蘑菇搭扣设备,通过转盘带动滑轨在五个工位上移动,依次进行上料、涂胶、烘干、粘接和下料工作,自动完成滑轨蘑菇搭扣固定工作,并且通过移动滑块自动确定搭扣的安装位置,提高安装精度,并且通过蠕动泵控制胶液量,避免胶液过多或过少,解决了天窗滑轨蘑菇搭扣粘接工作容易造成粘接位置错误及容易粘接不牢的问题。
本发明提供一种天窗滑轨粘接蘑菇搭扣设备,包括底座,所述底座上设置有转盘,所述转盘通过底座内部设置的转动电机带动进行转动,所述转盘上设置有滑轨固定座,所述滑轨固定座上设置有气动卡夹,通过气动卡夹对滑轨进行夹持,所述转盘分为五个工位,分别为上料、涂胶、烘干、粘接和下料,且呈环形围绕在转盘四周,所述滑轨固定座的数量为五个,所述上料工位和下料工位之间设置有上下料机械手,通过上下料机械手进行上下料,所述涂胶工位处设置有涂胶装置,烘干工位处设置有烘干风机,通过烘干风机对胶液进行加热烘干,所述粘接工位设置有粘接机构。
进一步改进在于:所述涂胶装置包括涂胶支架、涂胶枪和升降轨道,所述升降轨道设置在涂胶支架上,所述涂胶枪通过移动滑块设置在升降轨道上,通过移动滑块带涂胶枪上下移动。
进一步改进在于:所述粘接机构包括振动筛选机、送料轨道和粘接气缸,所述粘接气缸的伸缩杆上设置有搭扣放置座,送料轨道连接振动筛选机和搭扣放置座,振动筛选机将搭扣选取排列后,通过送料轨道送至搭扣放置座上,通过粘接气缸对搭扣进行粘接,所述粘接气缸下端设置有升降气缸,通过升降气缸带动粘接气缸上下移动,对滑轨上的搭扣进行粘接。
进一步改进在于:所述涂胶支架旁设置有存胶桶,所述存胶桶下端设置有电子秤,通过电子秤对存胶桶内剩余的胶液重量进行称重,所述存胶桶与涂胶枪通过送胶管连接。
进一步改进在于:所述送胶管中段设置有蠕动泵,通过蠕动泵对胶液进行输送。
进一步改进在于:所述底座内部设置的转动电机为步进电机,且每次转动的角度固定。
进一步改进在于:所述滑轨固定座内设置有接触传感器,通过接触传感器对滑轨固定座上是否存在滑轨进行检测。
本发明的有益效果是:通过转盘带动滑轨在五个工位上移动,依次进行上料、涂胶、烘干、粘接和下料工作,自动完成滑轨蘑菇搭扣固定工作,并且通过移动滑块自动确定搭扣的安装位置,提高安装精度,并且通过蠕动泵控制胶液量,避免胶液过多或过少,提高安装品质,并且通过电子秤对存胶桶内剩余的胶液重量进行称重,以便及时进行补胶。

如图1-3所示,本实施例提供了一种天窗滑轨粘接蘑菇搭扣设备,包括底座1,所述底座1上设置有转盘2,所述转盘2通过底座1内部设置的转动电机带动进行转动,所述转盘2上设置有滑轨固定座3,所述滑轨固定座3上设置有气动卡夹4,通过气动卡夹4对滑轨进行夹持,所述转盘2分为五个工位,分别为上料、涂胶、烘干、粘接和下料,且呈环形围绕在转盘2四周,所述滑轨固定座3的数量为五个,所述上料工位和下料工位之间设置有上下料机械手5,通过上下料机械手5进行上下料,所述涂胶工位处设置有涂胶装置,烘干工位处设置有烘干风机6,通过烘干风机6对胶液进行加热烘干,所述粘接工位设置有粘接机构。所述涂胶装置包括涂胶支架7、涂胶枪8和升降轨道9,所述升降轨道9设置在涂胶支架7上,所述涂胶枪8通过移动滑块10设置在升降轨道9上,通过移动滑块10带涂胶枪8上下移动。所述粘接机构包括振动筛选机11、送料轨道12和粘接气缸13,所述粘接气缸13的伸缩杆上设置有搭扣放置座14,送料轨道12连接振动筛选机11和搭扣放置座14,振动筛选机11将搭扣选取排列后,通过送料轨道12送至搭扣放置座14上,通过粘接气缸13对搭扣进行粘接,所述粘接气缸13下端设置有升降气缸15,通过升降气缸15带动粘接气缸13上下移动,对滑轨上的搭扣进行粘接。所述涂胶支架7旁设置有存胶桶16,所述存胶桶16下端设置有电子秤17,通过电子秤17对存胶桶16内剩余的胶液重量进行称重,所述存胶桶16与涂胶枪8通过送胶管18连接。所述送胶管18中段设置有蠕动泵19,通过蠕动泵19对胶液进行输送。所述底座1内部设置的转动电机为步进电机,且每次转动的角度固定。所述滑轨固定座3内设置有接触传感器20,通过接触传感器20对滑轨固定座3上是否存在滑轨进行检测。通过转盘2带动滑轨在五个工位上移动,依次进行上料、涂胶、烘干、粘接和下料工作,自动完成滑轨蘑菇搭扣固定工作,并且通过移动滑块10自动确定搭扣的安装位置,提高安装精度,并且通过蠕动泵19控制胶液量,避免胶液过多或过少,提高安装品质,并且通过电子秤17对存胶桶16内剩余的胶液重量进行称重,以便及时进行补胶。

Claims (7)

1.一种天窗滑轨粘接蘑菇搭扣设备,包括底座(1),所述底座(1)上设置有转盘(2),所述转盘(2)通过底座(1)内部设置的转动电机带动进行转动,所述转盘(2)上设置有滑轨固定座(3),所述滑轨固定座(3)上设置有气动卡夹(4),通过气动卡夹(4)对滑轨进行夹持,其特征在于:所述转盘(2)分为五个工位,分别为上料、涂胶、烘干、粘接和下料,且呈环形围绕在转盘(2)四周,所述滑轨固定座(3)的数量为五个,所述上料工位和下料工位之间设置有上下料机械手(5),通过上下料机械手(5)进行上下料,所述涂胶工位处设置有涂胶装置,烘干工位处设置有烘干风机(6),通过烘干风机(6)对胶液进行加热烘干,所述粘接工位设置有粘接机构。
2.如权利要求1所述的天窗滑轨粘接蘑菇搭扣设备,其特征在于:所述涂胶装置包括涂胶支架(7)、涂胶枪(8)和升降轨道(9),所述升降轨道(9)设置在涂胶支架(7)上,所述涂胶枪(8)通过移动滑块(10)设置在升降轨道(9)上,通过移动滑块(10)带涂胶枪(8)上下移动。
3.如权利要求1所述的天窗滑轨粘接蘑菇搭扣设备,其特征在于:所述粘接机构包括振动筛选机(11)、送料轨道(12)和粘接气缸(13),所述粘接气缸(13)的伸缩杆上设置有搭扣放置座(14),送料轨道(12)连接振动筛选机(11)和搭扣放置座(14),振动筛选机(11)将搭扣选取排列后,通过送料轨道(12)送至搭扣放置座(14)上,通过粘接气缸(13)对搭扣进行粘接,所述粘接气缸(13)下端设置有升降气缸(15),通过升降气缸(15)带动粘接气缸(13)上下移动,对滑轨上的搭扣进行粘接。
4.如权利要求2所述的天窗滑轨粘接蘑菇搭扣设备,其特征在于:所述涂胶支架(7)旁设置有存胶桶(16),所述存胶桶(16)下端设置有电子秤(17),通过电子秤(17)对存胶桶(16)内剩余的胶液重量进行称重,所述存胶桶(16)与涂胶枪(8)通过送胶管(18)连接。
5.如权利要求4所述的天窗滑轨粘接蘑菇搭扣设备,其特征在于:所述送胶管(18)中段设置有蠕动泵(19),通过蠕动泵(19)对胶液进行输送。
6.如权利要求1所述的天窗滑轨粘接蘑菇搭扣设备,其特征在于:所述底座(1)内部设置的转动电机为步进电机,且每次转动的角度固定。
7.如权利要求1所述的天窗滑轨粘接蘑菇搭扣设备,其特征在于:所述滑轨固定座(3)内设置有接触传感器(20),通过接触传感器(20)对滑轨固定座(3)上是否存在滑轨进行检测。
