眼睛是人的重要组成部分,看世界万物全靠它。因此,人们的眼睛好坏对于人的工作、学习和生活至关重要,如何保护和治疗眼疾病也是人们非常关心的问题,特别是,随着科学技术的快速发展,人们工作效率的提高及生活节奏的加快,近视、远视、弱视、老视以及眼疲劳引起眼部疼痛者也出现增多之趋势,这无形中给患者生活、工作和学习带来很大的痛苦和诸多不便,现虽有诸多药物及治疗器械,如各种眼药水、中药丸、眼部按摩器等,但由于种种原因,如使用麻烦,费用高,效果欠佳等,并不能满足人们对治疗眼疾病的实际需要。
综上,一种温和,且疗效更稳定的舒缓疲劳、淡化细纹、具有护眼功效的冷热药灸有待研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的问题,而提出的一种舒缓疲劳、淡化细纹、具有护眼功效的冷热药灸及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种舒缓疲劳、淡化细纹、具有护眼功效的冷热药灸,包括冷热袋和药剂贴,所述药剂贴包括药剂袋和药剂,所述药剂包括药剂组合物I和药剂组合物II,所述药剂组合物I的原料以重量份计包括有以下组分:野菊花10-16份,枸杞叶6-12份,薰衣草8-12份,复合精油12-14份和醇质体基质16-20份;所述药剂组合物II以重量份计包括有以下组分:金银花12-14份,决明子6-8份,艾叶5-7份,薄荷4-6份和微乳基质体18-22份。
优选的,所述醇质体基质以重量份计包括异丙醇8-12份、乙醇8-12份、羟丙基甲基纤维素4-5份、卵磷脂8-10份、胆固醇5-7份、透明质酸6-8份、甘油10-14份和海藻酸钠14-16份。
优选的,所述微乳基质体以重量份计包括油酸10-12份、丙二醇5-9份、黄原胶4-8份、聚氧乙烯蓖麻油10-20份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯8-10份、柠檬酸6-8份和水16-20份。
优选的,所述冷热袋包括冷敷袋和热敷袋,所述热敷袋包括料袋和发热剂,所述发热剂以重量份计包括有以下组分铁粉40-80份,凝水胶体10-30份,辅助分散剂4-10份,催化剂10-20份,耦合剂5-10份;所述冷敷袋包括料袋和制冷剂,所述制冷剂为高分子凝胶。
优选的,所述凝水胶体以重量份计包括有以下组分:高分子吸水树脂1-2份,盐2-4份,水10-20份。
优选的,所述高分子吸水树脂为聚丙烯酸系吸水树脂或PVA树脂。
优选的,所述催化剂为碳化合物,所述辅助分散剂为蛭石、木屑、漂珠和硅藻土中的一种或多种。催化剂的选择可以依据现有技术做适应性调整。
优选的,所述耦合剂以重量份计包括有以下组分:丙二醇1-2份,凡士林10-30份,单甘酯10-20份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5-1份和羊毛脂10-15份。
优选的,所述冷敷袋或热敷袋和药剂贴相互粘黏;所述药剂袋和料袋均由两层薄布缝制而成,其中一层均由淋膜无纺布构成,另一层均由透气薄膜构成;所述料袋由淋膜无纺布构成的一面与药剂袋由淋膜无纺布构成一面相互粘合;所述药剂袋设有透气薄膜的一面设置压敏胶,并配置离型纸,所述料带设有透气薄膜的一面四周边缘设有压敏胶,并配置有离型纸。
优选的,药剂组合物I的制备方法为:
1)将野菊花,枸杞叶和薰衣草置入超微细气流粉碎机,进行粉碎;然后置于中药超声萃取机内,加入去离子水萃取;将超声萃取机内中药液进行过滤,制得纳米中药超声萃取液;
2)将纳米中药超声萃取液置于真空高速分散罐中,依次加入异丙醇、乙醇、羟丙基甲基纤维素、卵磷脂、胆固醇和透明质酸,分散均匀,即形成纳米中药醇质体;
3)将纳米中药醇质体置于真空高速分散罐中,依次加入复合精油、海藻酸钠、甘油和去离子水,分散均匀,制得药剂组合物I。
优选的,制备药剂组合物I的步骤1)中粉碎过程中,设置进药速度为60g/分钟,调整粉碎粒度为30-40nm,将中药进行微细粉碎;萃取过程中,去离子水用量为原料药重量的6-8倍,萃取时间为30-40min。上述范围值可以依据被处理的中药重量做适应性修改,比如物料多时,可以适当延长处理时间。
优选的,制备药剂组合物I的所述步骤2)中,分散罐转速为3000转/分钟,高速分散15分钟。制备药剂组合物I的所述步骤3)中,分散罐转速调整为1400转/分钟,高速分散20分钟。具体参数可以依据实际情况做适应性调整。步骤3)中还添加有去离子水,具体含量可以依据高速分散的现有技术做适应性调整。
优选的,药剂组合物II的制备方法为:
1)将金银花,决明子,艾叶和薄荷粉碎至细粉状,制得药物混合物;
2)油相:将药物混合物、油酸、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯和聚氧乙烯蓖麻油在冰水浴中混合,均匀搅拌20~50min,构成油相;
3)水相:将黄原胶、丙二醇与柠檬酸在水中溶解,于冰水浴中混合搅拌10~50min,构成水相;
4)微乳液聚合:将所述油相与所述水相混合,无氧条件下,升温至70~90℃,超声分散后,以400~800转/min的速度机械搅拌,进行微乳液聚合3~7h,然后降到室温,制得药剂组合物II。
优选的,舒缓疲劳、淡化细纹、具有护眼功效的冷热药灸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)药剂贴的制备:分别制备药剂组合物I和药剂组合物II,然后混合均匀,放入药剂袋中,制得药剂贴;
2)热敷袋的制备:
A.按配比称取高分子吸水树脂、盐和水,混合均匀后制得凝水胶体;
B.按配比称取丙二醇、凡士林、单甘酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和羊毛脂,混合均匀后制得耦合剂;
C.按配比称取铁粉、凝水胶体、辅助分散剂、催化剂和耦合剂,混合均匀后制得发热剂;
D.将步骤C中制得的发热剂放入料带中密封,制得热敷袋;
3)冷敷袋的制备:
将高分子凝胶放入料带中密封,制得冷敷袋;
4)将步骤1)制得的药剂贴分别与步骤2)和3)制得的热敷袋和冷敷袋相互粘合,制得舒缓疲劳、淡化细纹、具有护眼功效的冷热药灸。
具体的,步骤1)制得的两组药剂贴,一组与热敷袋粘合,一组与冷敷袋粘合,制得热敷药灸和冷敷药灸,即冷热药灸。
本发明还提供了一种冷热药灸的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
1、将热敷药灸覆盖于双眼上,热敷10-15min后取下热敷药灸;
2、将冷敷药灸敷贴于双眼上,敷贴10-15min;
3、将步骤1取下的热敷药灸覆盖于步骤2的冷敷药灸上,共同敷贴10-15min后取下,即可。
制冷剂高分子凝胶的用量和种类可以依据现有技术做适应性调整。
野菊花全草含多种挥发油,包括樟烯、樟脑、葛缕酮、柠檬烯等,也含有蒙花甙、木犀草素甙,矢车菊甙、菊黄质、多糖、香豆精类、野菊花内酯等。清热解毒,消肿。对金黄色葡萄球菌、白喉杆菌、链球菌、绿脓杆菌、蒺疾杆菌、流感病毒,均有抑制作用。
枸杞叶为茄科植物枸杞或宁夏枸杞的嫩茎叶。性味苦甘,凉。归入心、肺、脾、肾四经。功能主治:补虚益精,清热,止渴,祛风明目。治虚劳发热,烦渴,目赤昏痛,障翳夜盲,崩漏带下,热毒疮肿。
薰衣草为唇形科植物熏衣草的全草。性味味辛;性凉。功能主治:清热解毒;散风止痒。主头痛;头晕;口舌生疮;咽喉红肿;水火烫伤;风疹;疥癣。
茶树精油:茶树的提取物,具有杀菌消炎、收敛毛孔、治疗伤风感冒、咳嗽、鼻炎、哮喘,以及改善痛经、月经不调和生殖器感染的功效。
柠檬精油:具有改善循环系统功能、增强免疫系统、净化身体、改善消化系统功能、治疗消化不良和便秘的功效。
薰衣草精油:由薰衣草提炼而成,具有舒缓压力、放松肌肉等功效。
金银花为忍冬科植物忍冬、红腺忍冬、山银花(毛萼忍冬)或毛花柱忍冬.的干燥花蕾或带初开的花。性味甘,寒。归肺、心、胃经。功能主治:清热解毒,凉散风热。用于痈肿疔疮,喉痹,丹毒,热毒血痢,风热感冒,温病发热。
决明子为豆科植物决明或小决明的干燥成熟种子。性味甘、苦、咸,微寒。归肝、大肠经。功能主治:清热明目,润肠通便。用于目赤涩痛,羞明多泪,头痛眩晕,目暗不明,大便秘结。
艾叶为菊科植物艾的干燥叶。性味辛、苦,温;有小毒。归肝、脾、肾经。功能主治:散寒止痛,温经止血。用于少腹冷痛,经寒不调,宫冷不孕,吐血,衄血,崩漏经多,妊娠下血;外治皮肤瘙痒。醋艾炭温经止血。用于虚寒性出血。
薄荷为唇形科薄荷属植物薄荷的干燥地上部分。性味辛,凉。归肺、肝经。
功能主治:宣散风热。清头目,透疹。用于风热感冒,风温初起,头痛,目赤,喉痹,口疮,风疹,麻疹,胸胁胀闷。
从中药的化学有益成分来分析,野菊花,枸杞叶,薰衣草,金银花,决明子均属于清热解毒中药,具各中药成分可以有效地增强眼部各毛细血管内血液循环,以增强对眼部各肌体的供氧,能很好地改善眼部疲劳肌体,成本低廉,效果显著。
从功能角度分析,本方案通过复合精油和中药载体制备得到了醇质体,有效利用所述醇质体和艾灸热疗的协同作用来提高药物成分的渗透效果,具体是当醇质体在膜相变温度以上环境时,局部的高温使磷脂分子运动加强,脂质体膜的结构发生变化,此时排列整齐致密的胶晶态磷脂双分子层在较高温度下变成疏松混乱的液晶态,使得药物被释放出来,从而达到了提高疗效、降低毒副作用和增强靶向性的效果。
同时,本方案利用药灸在使用时会释放热量并且快速升温的特点,在所述醇质体中添加复合精油。一方面,能够使所述药灸按照升温时的温度高低自动调节不同组分精油(即茶树精油、柠檬精油和薰衣草精油)的挥发和释放,达到了各组分精油依次对患者进行作用的效果;另一方面,当升温过快时,各组分精油的挥发能够带走一部分体表热量,达到了有效控制使用温度,从而避免高温为患者带来不适或伤害的效果。
而且本方案添加有异丙醇、乙醇、羟丙基甲基纤维素和透明质酸,以及微乳基质体,通过醇质体和微乳搭载药物,提高药物的吸收效率。药物经皮传递系统是将治疗药物通过皮肤吸收的一种有效的给药方式,治疗药物应用于皮肤上后,通过穿过皮肤角质层,扩散进入皮肤各层后,由皮肤组织内的毛细血管吸收进入体循环。醇质体的整个制备过程在常温下即可完成,可以包载药物,并能达到较高的包封率。包含中药的醇质体具有可变形性、流动性好、皮肤刺激性小和透皮效果好、皮肤滞留量大、可以进行细胞内传递药物等特点。包含药物的微乳作为经皮给药制剂的载体,药物透皮效果显著。其机制是:1.增加药物的溶解度;2.改变角质层结构;3.以完整结构通过毛囊;4.药物从微乳中析出后透过皮肤。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种舒缓疲劳、淡化细纹、具有护眼功效的冷热药灸及其制备方法,具备以下有益效果:
1、本方案的舒缓疲劳、淡化细纹、具有护眼功效的冷热药灸,各中药成分可以有效地增强眼部各毛细血管内血液循环,以增强对眼部各肌体的供氧,能很好地改善眼部疲劳肌体,提升泪腺组织。本发明中药组合物采用纯中药成份,对人体无任何副作用,本发明产品使用方便、舒适、简单,可在工作、学习等用眼间隙使用,睡眠时使用效果佳,适合用眼过度族和工作压力较大族人群使用。
2、醇脂质体中乙醇包含在脂质体中,且磷脂是醇脂质体双分子层结构中的主要化学成分,同时醇质体含有相对较高体积分数的乙醇,即在脂质体的基础上再加入高浓度低分子量的醇。正是因为乙醇的存在,增强脂质体的柔性,而且加入低分子量的醇后,乙醇取代了脂质双分子层头基附近的水分,从而增加和提高了双分子层的流动性,且乙醇分子也改变皮肤角质层间磷脂分子的紧密排列,促进药物透过皮肤屏障,提高透皮吸收效果。
醇质体可与生物的细胞膜融合,将包裹的内容物传递进入细胞膜内;醇质体易于变形从而穿透皮肤屏障的各种孔隙,如穿透角质层间的磷脂层以及毛囊皮脂腺等;醇质体是一个两性离子型表面活性剂,具有亲油亲水性,可以有效地包封各种化合物(脂溶性、水溶性分子包括蛋白质多肽类分子)渗透到达皮肤深层。因此,可以说,柔性脂质体和醇质体,其膜柔性增加,在穿越皮肤屏障的时候,变形能力增加,更适合穿越角质细胞间隙,是携载大分子的理想载体。
3、微乳具有低黏度、各向同性、热力学稳定的特性,微乳为呈现透明或半透明的油水混合体系。微乳可以增加药物溶解度、增加药物透皮速率、提高药物稳定性、延长药物作用时间、维持恒定血药浓度、制备工艺简单等优点。
4、本方案通过醇质体和微乳两种促进皮肤吸收药物的方法,进一步提升药物的吸收效率,见效快,针对性强,治疗效果好。
5、发热剂中添加有耦合剂,耦合剂通常在医用检查中的涂膜剂或是药膏中有添加,本方案将其创造性添加在凝胶类发热剂,耦合剂具有耦合、传导、渗透的作用,使产品与皮肤接触更紧密,从而使能量高效均匀地被皮肤及组织吸收,达到耦合、传导、渗透的增效作用,加速了治疗的速度,起效快,克服了市场上贴剂普遍采用传统工艺及简单的皮肤渗透吸收原理的不足。
6、冷热袋使患处局部升温和降温,毛细血管扩张和收缩,加快血液循环及组织新陈代谢;应用耦合剂,使能量高效均匀地被皮肤及组织吸收,具有耦合、传导、渗透的作用;作用于皮肤及皮下组织,使细胞中分子运动加剧,新陈代谢加快,促进药物吸收,快速运输至患处,提高快速治疗效果。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1:
一种舒缓疲劳、淡化细纹、具有护眼功效的冷热药灸及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1、药剂贴的制备:
A药剂组合物I的制备方法为:
1)按配比称取野菊花10份,枸杞叶6份,薰衣草8份,复合精油12份和醇质体基质16份;将野菊花,枸杞叶和薰衣草置入超微细气流粉碎机,进行粉碎,进药速度为60g/分钟,调整粉碎粒度为30nm;然后置于中药超声萃取机内,加入去离子水萃取,去离子水用量为原料药重量的6倍,萃取时间为30min;将超声萃取机内中药液进行过滤,制得纳米中药超声萃取液;
2)将纳米中药超声萃取液置于真空高速分散罐中,依次加入异丙醇8份、乙醇8份、羟丙基甲基纤维素4份、卵磷脂8份、胆固醇5份和透明质酸6份,分散均匀,即形成纳米中药醇质体,分散罐转速为3000转/分钟,高速分散15分钟;
3)将纳米中药醇质体置于真空高速分散罐中,依次加入复合精油12份、甘油10份、海藻酸钠14份、去离子水800份,分散均匀,制得药剂组合物I,分散罐转速调整为1400转/分钟,高速分散20分钟;
B药剂组合物II的制备方法为:
1)按配比称取金银花12份,决明子6份,艾叶5份,薄荷4份和微乳基质体18份,将金银花,决明子,艾叶和薄荷粉碎至细粉状,制得药物混合物;
2)油相:按配比称取油酸10份、丙二醇5份、黄原胶4份、聚氧乙烯蓖麻油10份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯8份、柠檬酸6份和水16份;将药物混合物、油酸、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯和聚氧乙烯蓖麻油在冰水浴中混合,均匀搅拌20min,构成油相;
3)水相:将黄原胶、丙二醇与柠檬酸在水中溶解,于冰水浴中混合搅拌10min,构成水相;
4)微乳液聚合:将所述油相与所述水相混合,无氧条件下,升温至70℃,超声分散后,以400转/min的速度机械搅拌,进行微乳液聚合3h,然后降到室温,制得药剂组合物II;
C将制得的药剂组合物I和药剂组合物II混合均匀,放入药剂袋中,制得药剂贴。
2、热敷袋的制备:
A.按配比称取1份高分子吸水树脂、2份盐和10份水,混合均匀后制得凝水胶体;
B.按配比称取1份丙二醇、10份凡士林、10份单甘酯、0.5份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和10份羊毛脂,混合均匀后制得耦合剂;
C.按配比称取40份铁粉、10份凝水胶体、10辅助分散剂、10份催化剂和5份耦合剂,混合均匀后制得发热剂;
D.将步骤C中制得的发热剂放入料带中密封,制得热敷袋;
3、冷敷袋的制备:
将高分子凝胶放入料带中密封,制得冷敷袋;
4、将步骤1制得的药剂贴分别与步骤2和3制得的热敷袋和冷敷袋相互粘合,制得舒缓疲劳、淡化细纹、具有护眼功效的冷热药灸。
实施例2:
一种舒缓疲劳、淡化细纹、具有护眼功效的冷热药灸及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1、药剂贴的制备:
A药剂组合物I的制备方法为:
1)按配比称取野菊花16份,枸杞叶12份,薰衣草12份,复合精油14份和醇质体基质20份;将野菊花,枸杞叶和薰衣草置入超微细气流粉碎机,进行粉碎,进药速度为60g/分钟,调整粉碎粒度为40nm;然后置于中药超声萃取机内,加入去离子水萃取,去离子水用量为原料药重量的8倍,萃取时间为40min;将超声萃取机内中药液进行过滤,制得纳米中药超声萃取液;
2)将纳米中药超声萃取液置于真空高速分散罐中,依次加入异丙醇12份、乙醇12份、羟丙基甲基纤维素5份、卵磷脂10份、胆固醇7份和透明质酸8份,分散均匀,即形成纳米中药醇质体,分散罐转速为3000转/分钟,高速分散15分钟;
3)将纳米中药醇质体置于真空高速分散罐中,依次加入复合精油14份、甘油14份、海藻酸钠16份、去离子水800份,分散均匀,制得药剂组合物I,分散罐转速调整为1400转/分钟,高速分散20分钟;
B药剂组合物II的制备方法为:
1)按配比称取金银花14份,决明子8份,艾叶7份,薄荷6份和微乳基质体22份,将金银花,决明子,艾叶和薄荷粉碎至细粉状,制得药物混合物;
2)油相:按配比称取油酸12份、丙二醇9份、黄原胶8份、聚氧乙烯蓖麻油20份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯10份、柠檬酸8份和水20份;将药物混合物、油酸、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯和聚氧乙烯蓖麻油在冰水浴中混合,均匀搅拌50min,构成油相;
3)水相:将黄原胶、丙二醇与柠檬酸在水中溶解,于冰水浴中混合搅拌50min,构成水相;
4)微乳液聚合:将所述油相与所述水相混合,无氧条件下,升温至90℃,超声分散后,以800转/min的速度机械搅拌,进行微乳液聚合7h,然后降到室温,制得药剂组合物II;
C将制得的药剂组合物I和药剂组合物II混合均匀,放入药剂袋中,制得药剂贴。
2、热敷袋的制备:
A.按配比称取2份高分子吸水树脂、4份盐和20份水,混合均匀后制得凝水胶体;
B.按配比称取2份丙二醇、30份凡士林、20份单甘酯、1份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和15份羊毛脂,混合均匀后制得耦合剂;
C.按配比称取80份铁粉、30份凝水胶体、30辅助分散剂、20份催化剂和10份耦合剂,混合均匀后制得发热剂;
D.将步骤C中制得的发热剂放入料带中密封,制得热敷袋;
3、冷敷袋的制备:
将高分子凝胶放入料带中密封,制得冷敷袋;
4、将步骤1制得的药剂贴分别与步骤2和3制得的热敷袋和冷敷袋相互粘合,制得舒缓疲劳、淡化细纹、具有护眼功效的冷热药灸。
实施例3:
一种舒缓疲劳、淡化细纹、具有护眼功效的冷热药灸及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1、药剂贴的制备:
A药剂组合物I的制备方法为:
1)按配比称取野菊花13份,枸杞叶9份,薰衣草10份,复合精油13份和醇质体基质18份;将野菊花,枸杞叶和薰衣草置入超微细气流粉碎机,进行粉碎,进药速度为60g/分钟,调整粉碎粒度为35nm;然后置于中药超声萃取机内,加入去离子水萃取,去离子水用量为原料药重量的7倍,萃取时间为35min;将超声萃取机内中药液进行过滤,制得纳米中药超声萃取液;
2)将纳米中药超声萃取液置于真空高速分散罐中,依次加入异丙醇10份、乙醇10份、羟丙基甲基纤维素4份、卵磷脂9份、胆固醇6份和透明质酸9份,分散均匀,即形成纳米中药醇质体,分散罐转速为3000转/分钟,高速分散15分钟;
3)将纳米中药醇质体置于真空高速分散罐中,依次加入复合精油13份、甘油12份、海藻酸钠15份、去离子水800份,分散均匀,制得药剂组合物I,分散罐转速调整为1400转/分钟,高速分散20分钟;
B药剂组合物II的制备方法为:
1)按配比称取金银花13份,决明子7份,艾叶6份,薄荷5份和微乳基质体20份,将金银花,决明子,艾叶和薄荷粉碎至细粉状,制得药物混合物;
2)油相:按配比称取油酸11份、丙二醇7份、黄原胶6份、聚氧乙烯蓖麻油15份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯9份、柠檬酸7份和水18份;将药物混合物、油酸、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯和聚氧乙烯蓖麻油在冰水浴中混合,均匀搅拌35min,构成油相;
3)水相:将黄原胶、丙二醇与柠檬酸在水中溶解,于冰水浴中混合搅拌30min,构成水相;
4)微乳液聚合:将所述油相与所述水相混合,无氧条件下,升温至80℃,超声分散后,以600转/min的速度机械搅拌,进行微乳液聚合5h,然后降到室温,制得药剂组合物II;
C将制得的药剂组合物I和药剂组合物II混合均匀,放入药剂袋中,制得药剂贴。
2、热敷袋的制备:
A.按配比称取1.5份高分子吸水树脂、3份盐和15份水,混合均匀后制得凝水胶体;
B.按配比称取1.5份丙二醇、20份凡士林、15份单甘酯、0.75份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和12.5份羊毛脂,混合均匀后制得耦合剂;
C.按配比称取60份铁粉、20份凝水胶体、20辅助分散剂、15份催化剂和7.5份耦合剂,混合均匀后制得发热剂;
D.将步骤C中制得的发热剂放入料带中密封,制得热敷袋;
3、冷敷袋的制备:
将高分子凝胶放入料带中密封,制得冷敷袋;
4、将步骤1制得的药剂贴分别与步骤2和3制得的热敷袋和冷敷袋相互粘合,制得舒缓疲劳、淡化细纹、具有护眼功效的冷热药灸。
实施例4:
一种舒缓疲劳、淡化细纹、具有护眼功效的冷热药灸及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1、药剂贴的制备:
A药剂组合物I的制备方法为:
1)按配比称取野菊花10份,枸杞叶12份,薰衣草8份,复合精油14份和醇质体基质18份;将野菊花,枸杞叶和薰衣草置入超微细气流粉碎机,进行粉碎,进药速度为60g/分钟,调整粉碎粒度为33nm;然后置于中药超声萃取机内,加入去离子水萃取,去离子水用量为原料药重量的6倍,萃取时间为35min;将超声萃取机内中药液进行过滤,制得纳米中药超声萃取液;
2)将纳米中药超声萃取液置于真空高速分散罐中,依次加入异丙醇9份、乙醇11份、羟丙基甲基纤维素4份、卵磷脂10份、胆固醇5份和透明质酸8份,分散均匀,即形成纳米中药醇质体,分散罐转速为3000转/分钟,高速分散15分钟;
3)将纳米中药醇质体置于真空高速分散罐中,依次加入甘油12份、海藻酸钠15份、去离子水800份,分散均匀,制得药剂组合物I,分散罐转速调整为1400转/分钟,高速分散20分钟;
B药剂组合物II的制备方法为:
1)按配比称取金银花12份,决明子8份,艾叶5份,薄荷6份和微乳基质体20份,将金银花,决明子,艾叶和薄荷粉碎至细粉状,制得药物混合物;
2)油相:按配比称取油酸11份、丙二醇6份、黄原胶5份、聚氧乙烯蓖麻油12份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯8份、柠檬酸6份和水18份;将药物混合物、油酸、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯和聚氧乙烯蓖麻油在冰水浴中混合,均匀搅拌30min,构成油相;
3)水相:将黄原胶、丙二醇与柠檬酸在水中溶解,于冰水浴中混合搅拌20min,构成水相;
4)微乳液聚合:将所述油相与所述水相混合,无氧条件下,升温至75℃,超声分散后,以500转/min的速度机械搅拌,进行微乳液聚合4h,然后降到室温,制得药剂组合物II;
C将制得的药剂组合物I和药剂组合物II混合均匀,放入药剂袋中,制得药剂贴。
2、热敷袋的制备:
A.按配比称取1.2份高分子吸水树脂、2.3份盐和12份水,混合均匀后制得凝水胶体;
B.按配比称取1.2份丙二醇、15份凡士林、12份单甘酯、0.7份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和12份羊毛脂,混合均匀后制得耦合剂;
C.按配比称取50份铁粉、16份凝水胶体、15份辅助分散剂、13份催化剂和6份耦合剂,混合均匀后制得发热剂;
D.将步骤C中制得的发热剂放入料带中密封,制得热敷袋;
3、冷敷袋的制备:
将高分子凝胶放入料带中密封,制得冷敷袋;
4、将步骤1制得的药剂贴分别与步骤2和3制得的热敷袋和冷敷袋相互粘合,制得舒缓疲劳、淡化细纹、具有护眼功效的冷热药灸。
实施例5:
一种舒缓疲劳、淡化细纹、具有护眼功效的冷热药灸及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1、药剂贴的制备:
A药剂组合物I的制备方法为:
1)按配比称取野菊花16份,枸杞叶6份,薰衣草12份,复合精油12份和醇质体基质18份;将野菊花,枸杞叶和薰衣草置入超微细气流粉碎机,进行粉碎,进药速度为60g/分钟,调整粉碎粒度为37nm;然后置于中药超声萃取机内,加入去离子水萃取,去离子水用量为原料药重量的8倍,萃取时间为38min;将超声萃取机内中药液进行过滤,制得纳米中药超声萃取液;
2)将纳米中药超声萃取液置于真空高速分散罐中,依次加入异丙醇11份、乙醇9份、羟丙基甲基纤维素5份、卵磷脂8份、胆固醇7份和透明质酸6份,分散均匀,即形成纳米中药醇质体,分散罐转速为3000转/分钟,高速分散15分钟;
3)将纳米中药醇质体置于真空高速分散罐中,依次加入复合精油12份、甘油14份、海藻酸钠14份、去离子水800份,分散均匀,制得药剂组合物I,分散罐转速调整为1400转/分钟,高速分散20分钟;
B药剂组合物II的制备方法为:
1)按配比称取金银花14份,决明子6份,艾叶7份,薄荷4份和微乳基质体19份,将金银花,决明子,艾叶和薄荷粉碎至细粉状,制得药物混合物;
2)油相:按配比称取油酸12份、丙二醇5份、黄原胶8份、聚氧乙烯蓖麻油16份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯10份、柠檬酸6份和水19份;将药物混合物、油酸、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯和聚氧乙烯蓖麻油在冰水浴中混合,均匀搅拌40min,构成油相;
3)水相:将黄原胶、丙二醇与柠檬酸在水中溶解,于冰水浴中混合搅拌40min,构成水相;
4)微乳液聚合:将所述油相与所述水相混合,无氧条件下,升温至80℃,超声分散后,以700转/min的速度机械搅拌,进行微乳液聚合6h,然后降到室温,制得药剂组合物II;
C将制得的药剂组合物I和药剂组合物II混合均匀,放入药剂袋中,制得药剂贴。
2、热敷袋的制备:
A.按配比称取1.8份高分子吸水树脂、3.5份盐和18份水,混合均匀后制得凝水胶体;
B.按配比称取1.7份丙二醇27份凡士林、18份单甘酯、0.8份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和13份羊毛脂,混合均匀后制得耦合剂;
C.按配比称取70份铁粉、25份凝水胶体、25份辅助分散剂、17份催化剂和9份耦合剂,混合均匀后制得发热剂;
D.将步骤C中制得的发热剂放入料带中密封,制得热敷袋;
3、冷敷袋的制备:
将高分子凝胶放入料带中密封,制得冷敷袋;
4、将步骤1制得的药剂贴分别与步骤2和3制得的热敷袋和冷敷袋相互粘合,制得舒缓疲劳、淡化细纹、具有护眼功效的冷热药灸。
对比例1:
本对比例1中的药剂组合物I中没有添加醇质体基质,将中药原料简单混合即可;其余步骤均匀实施例1一致。
对比例2:
本对比例2中的药剂组合物II中没有添加微乳基质体,将中药原料简单混合即可;其余步骤均匀实施例1一致。
对比例3:
本对比例3中的药剂组合物I中没有添加醇质体基质和复合精油,药剂组合物II中没有添加微乳基质体,将中药原料简单混合即可;其余步骤均匀实施例1一致。
对上述实施1-5,和对比例1-3的制备后的舒缓疲劳、淡化细纹、具有护眼功效的冷热药灸进行试验测试,测试对象为每组30组有症状的病友。疗效判定参照《临床疾病诊断依据治愈好转标准》和《中医病症诊断疗效标准》拟定疗效判定标准,依据疗效指数,结合临床诊断结果进行疗效判定。
a)痊愈:治疗2个疗程后,不适症状消失;
b)显效:治疗2个疗程后,不适症状得到明显缓解;
c)有效:治疗2个疗程后,不适症状在一定程度上有所缓解;
d)无效:治疗2个疗程后,不适症状无任何环节,甚至恶化。
结果如下表1所示:
参照上述实施例1-5,对照例1-3和表1中的实验数据可以得出,相较对照例1-3,本方案的舒缓疲劳、淡化细纹、具有护眼功效的冷热药灸,各中药成分可以有效地增强眼部各毛细血管内血液循环,以增强对眼部各肌体的供氧,能很好地改善眼部疲劳肌体,提升泪腺组织。本发明中药组合物采用纯中药成份,对人体无任何副作用,本发明产品使用方便、舒适、简单,可在工作、学习等用眼间隙使用,睡眠时使用效果佳,适合用眼过度族和工作压力较大族人群使用。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种舒缓疲劳、淡化细纹、具有护眼功效的冷热药灸,其特征在于,包括冷热袋和药剂贴,所述药剂贴包括药剂袋和药剂,所述药剂包括药剂组合物I和药剂组合物II,所述药剂组合物I的原料以重量份计包括有以下组分:野菊花10-16份,枸杞叶6-12份,薰衣草8-12份,复合精油12-14份和醇质体基质16-20份;所述药剂组合物II以重量份计包括有以下组分:金银花12-14份,决明子6-8份,艾叶5-7份,薄荷4-6份和微乳基质体18-22份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷热药灸,其特征在于,所述醇质体基质以重量份计包括异丙醇8-12份、乙醇8-12份、羟丙基甲基纤维素4-5份、卵磷脂8-10份、胆固醇5-7份、透明质酸6-8份、甘油10-14份和海藻酸钠14-16份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冷热药灸,其特征在于,所述微乳基质体以重量份计包括油酸10-12份、丙二醇5-9份、黄原胶4-8份、聚氧乙烯蓖麻油10-20份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯8-10份、柠檬酸6-8份和水16-20份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的冷热药灸,其特征在于,所述复合精油包括茶树精油1~3份、柠檬精油2~3份和薰衣草精油1~2份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的冷热药灸,其特征在于,所述冷热袋包括冷敷袋和热敷袋,所述热敷袋包括料袋和发热剂,所述发热剂以重量份计包括有以下组分铁粉40-80份,凝水胶体10-30份,辅助分散剂4-10份,催化剂10-20份,耦合剂5-10份;所述冷敷袋包括料袋和制冷剂,所述制冷剂为高分子凝胶。
6.根据权利要求5所述的冷热药灸,其特征在于,所述凝水胶体以重量份计包括有以下组分:高分子吸水树脂1-2份,盐2-4份,水10-20份;所述高分子吸水树脂为聚丙烯酸系吸水树脂或PVA树脂。
7.根据权利要求5所述的冷热药灸,其特征在于,所述耦合剂以重量份计包括有以下组分:丙二醇1-2份,凡士林10-30份,单甘酯10-20份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5-1份和羊毛脂10-15份。
8.根据权利要求2所述的冷热药灸,其特征在于,药剂组合物I的制备方法为:
1)将野菊花,枸杞叶和薰衣草置入超微细气流粉碎机,进行粉碎;然后置于中药超声萃取机内,加入去离子水萃取;将中药超声萃取机内中药液进行过滤,制得纳米中药超声萃取液;
2)将纳米中药超声萃取液置于真空高速分散罐中,依次加入异丙醇、乙醇、羟丙基甲基纤维素、卵磷脂、胆固醇和透明质酸,分散均匀,即形成纳米中药醇质体;
3)将纳米中药醇质体置于真空高速分散罐中,依次加入复合精油、海藻酸钠、甘油和去离子水,分散均匀,制得药剂组合物I。
9.根据权利要求3所述的冷热药灸,其特征在于,药剂组合物II的制备方法为:
1)将金银花,决明子,艾叶和薄荷粉碎至细粉状,制得药物混合物;
2)油相:将药物混合物、油酸、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯和聚氧乙烯蓖麻油在冰水浴中混合,均匀搅拌20~50min,构成油相;
3)水相:将黄原胶、丙二醇与柠檬酸在水中溶解,于冰水浴中混合搅拌10~50min,构成水相;
4)微乳液聚合:将所述油相与所述水相混合,无氧条件下,升温至70~90℃,超声分散后,以400~800转/min的速度机械搅拌,进行微乳液聚合3~7h,然后降到室温,制得药剂组合物II。
10.根据权利要求7所述的冷热药灸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)药剂贴的制备:分别制备药剂组合物I和药剂组合物II,然后混合均匀,放入药剂袋中,制得药剂贴;
2)热敷袋的制备:
A.按配比称取高分子吸水树脂、盐和水,混合均匀后制得凝水胶体;
B.按配比称取丙二醇、凡士林、单甘酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和羊毛脂,混合均匀后制得耦合剂;
C.按配比称取铁粉、凝水胶体、辅助分散剂、催化剂和耦合剂,混合均匀后制得发热剂;
D.将步骤C中制得的发热剂放入料带中密封,制得热敷袋;
3)冷敷袋的制备:
将高分子凝胶放入料带中密封,制得冷敷袋;
4)将步骤1)制得的药剂贴分别与步骤2)和3)制得的热敷袋和冷敷袋相互粘合,制得舒缓疲劳、淡化细纹、具有护眼功效的冷热药灸。
