Abstract
本发明涉及纺织品制备领域,具体关于一种易透气排汗的亲肤面料及其制备方法;包括:面料混纺,面料整理,面料染色和面料定型等步骤;本发明制备的易透气排汗的亲肤面料相比与目前市场上的排汗的面料具有以下优势:本发明的排汗面料采用经过表面棉纤维与其他纤维混纺制备而成,主要成分为天然棉纤维,具有非常好的亲肤性能,触感柔软,织物外观风格好;本发明所采用的一种快干改性棉纤维是在天然棉纤维表面用聚合物和快干长链烷烃进行快干改性,覆盖部分亲水基团,降低材料的吸湿性,增强织物的排汗性能,达到快干的目的;本发明优势在于织物的棉含量高,符合现代人对高档织物的诉求,提高人们的生活质量。

背景技术
随着经济的发展与人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对健康的生活方式愈加关注,从而促使越来越多的人参加到体育运动中。尤其是年我国成功举办北京奥运会后,“运动风”席卷全国。全民运动热情空前高涨,健身性体育运动逐渐成为人们一种重要的休闲方式,运动产业快速发展,运动服装逐步走进了人们的日常生活。
CN205044256U公开了一种运动面料,其技术方案要点是:包括面料本体,所述面料本体由尼龙纺织而成,所述面料本体外表面设有耐磨层,所述面料本体内表面设有纳米远红外保暖织物层,所述面料本体与纳米远红外保暖织物层之间设有防水层由尼龙制成的面料本体,其本身就具有十分好的耐磨性能,在面料本体外表面再设一层耐磨层,极大的增强了面料本体的耐磨性能,通过在面料本体的内侧面设置了防水层,防水层可以防止水或者其他液体渗入面料本体内部,从而进入衣物内部,面料本体具有一定的防水性能,在面料本体的最内侧设置纳米远红外保暖织物层,纳米远红外保暖织物层具有十分优异的保暖透气性能。
CN102477641A涉及一种户外运动面料,由经纱和纬纱交织而成,其特征在于:所述的经纱为75D/72F涤低弹吸湿排汗纤维,所述的纬丝为两种,其甲为:150D/64F PET/PTT复合弹性纤维,其乙为:32S/1天丝纤维,该面料以纬面作为面料的正面,纬纱浮点在面料正面;经纱浮点在面料反面。该发明结构简单,合理,布面均匀色泽好、纹路清晰、颗粒保面、立体感强,不仅具有吸湿性好,柔软舒适的特点,还具有天丝纤维光滑,悬垂性好和抗静电性能的优点,是一种理想的户外运动面料。
CN109733027A公开了一种运动面料,包括复合在一起的里层和TPU防水透气膜,所述里层由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述经纱为棉纤维,所述纬纱由氨纶和锦纶按1:1的顺序交替排列,所述氨纶外围设有竹纤维,氨纶和竹纤维加捻在一起,所述锦纶的外壁设有抗紫外涂层。该发明的运动面料的吸湿透气性好,弹性、耐磨性、防紫外线性能均较好,同时穿着舒适并具备抗菌功能。
目前专利以及现有技术制备的运动面料往往使用棉纤维等天然纤维与吸湿排汗涤纶混纺纱,制成针织物,这使得混纺面料可保持干爽、透气,且服用舒适性能稳定。但是,吸湿性较好的天然纤维如棉、毛、丝,含有较多的亲水基团,有较高的吸湿性,吸湿后滞留水的能力很强,排汗能力较差。纤维吸湿后较高的膨胀率填充了织物的空隙,限制了空气的通透,导致水汽和热量的集结,使服装热舒适性下降,不适合作为人体在大量出汗情况的运动面料。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种易透气排汗的亲肤面料及其制备方法。
一种易透气排汗的亲肤面料及其制备方法,其方法操作如下:
步骤一:面料混纺,将25-30重量份改性棉纤维,2-8重量份的Cloomax纤维,0.5-3份的天丝纤维,4-8份的莫代尔纤维与2-4重量份氨纶纤维使用针织纬编大圆机进行针织织造,得到面料;
步骤二:面料整理,将0.5-1.2重量份表面活性剂、0.1-0.6重量份乙二胺四乙酸铵、0.05-0.2重量份氢氧化钠加入80-110重量份水中混合均匀,最后加入0.5-1.6重量份整理剂混合均匀,将得到的面料放入溶液中,慢慢升温到80-95℃,保温20-45min,取出在冷水中,浸泡5-15min,拧干;
步骤三:面料染色,将面料进行染色,染色后在50-70℃下烘5-10h;
步骤四:面料定型,将面料在定型机中以温度为150-180下高温焙烘15-35s,车速12-18m/min,得到预定型面料;然后在气体压强为35-45Pa,等离子体射频功率为80-120W,气等离子体处理60-180s;完成后电晕处理即可得到所述的一种易透气排汗的亲肤面料。
步骤一所述的改性棉纤维为一种快干改性棉纤维,其制备方法如下:
按照质量份数,将1.3-1.7份的二甲基亚砜,加入到120-180份的化妆级白油中,搅拌混合均匀后将60-72份的棉纤维加入到化妆级白油溶液中,50-70℃下反应18-36h,完成后将棉纤维用化妆级白油清洗干净,
然后棉纤维加入到150-180份的含有3-8份的月桂醇甲基丙烯酸酯的化妆级白油溶液中,氮气保护下将0.05-0.2份的聚氧乙烯双胺加入到反应液中,55-72℃下反应0.5-2h,再加入5-异氰酸酯-异酞酰氯1-5份,在60-70℃下反应1-4h,完成后取出棉纤维,化妆级白油清洗干净后干燥,即可得到所述的一种快干改性棉纤维。

进一步的,进入棉纤维微孔和表面的的聚氧乙烯双胺与棉纤维的醛基发生反应,生成棉纤维的胺基化合物:
棉纤维的胺基化合物与5-异氰酸酯-异酞酰氯界面缩聚,生成一层多孔棉纤维/聚酰胺超薄功能层,
棉纤维的胺基化合物与5-异氰酸酯-异酞酰氯界面缩聚,生成一层棉纤维/聚酰胺超薄功能层,在保证和促进层间化学反应发生的同时,在层间形成分子间的互穿网络,从而使快干性进一步提高。
步骤二所述的整理升温速度为0.5-2℃/min。
步骤二所述的电晕处理采用处理电压为8-12KV,处理时间为15-35s。
步骤二所述的表面活性剂为蔗糖十二烷酸酯或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵或壬基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚。
步骤二所述的整理剂为防皱整理剂。
步骤四所述的染色染料为弱酸性染料。
所述化妆级白油为市售产品,如茂名市星燃石化有限公司生产的100号化妆级白油。
本发明的一种易透气排汗的亲肤面料及其制备方法,本发明制备的易透气排汗的亲肤面料相比与目前市场上的排汗的面料具有以下优势:本发明的排汗面料采用经过表面棉纤维与其他纤维混纺制备而成,主要成分为天然棉纤维,具有非常好的亲肤性能,触感柔软,织物外观风格好;本发明所采用的一种快干改性棉纤维是用棉纤维的胺基化合物与5-异氰酸酯-异酞酰氯界面缩聚,生成一层棉纤维/聚酰胺超薄功能层进行快干改性,覆盖部分亲水基团,降低材料的吸湿性,增强织物的排汗性能,达到快干的目的;本发明优势在于织物的棉含量高,符合现代人对高档织物的诉求,提高人们的生活质量。

步骤一:面料混纺,将28kg改性棉纤维,4kgCloomax纤维,2.3kg天丝纤维,6kg莫代尔纤维与3kg氨纶纤维使用针织纬编大圆机进行针织织造,得到面料;
步骤二:面料整理,将0.8kg表面活性剂、0.3kg乙二胺四乙酸铵、0.12kg氢氧化钠加入90kg水中混合均匀,最后加入0.9kg整理剂混合均匀,将得到的面料放入溶液中,慢慢升温到85℃,保温35min,取出在冷水中,浸泡10min,拧干;
步骤三:面料染色,将面料进行染色,染色后在60℃下烘6h;
步骤四:面料定型,将面料在定型机中以温度为160下高温焙烘25s,车速15m/min,得到预定型面料;然后在气体压强为40Pa,等离子体射频功率为100W,气等离子体处理120s;完成后电晕处理即可得到所述的一种易透气排汗的亲肤面料。
步骤一所述的改性棉纤维为一种快干改性棉纤维,其制备方法如下:
将1.8kg的二甲基亚砜,加入到150kg的化妆级白油中,搅拌混合均匀后将65kg的棉纤维加入到化妆级白油溶液中,58℃下反应22h,完成后将棉纤维用化妆级白油清洗干净,
然后棉纤维加入到160kg的含有5kg的月桂醇甲基丙烯酸酯的化妆级白油溶液中,氮气保护下将0.08kg的聚氧乙烯双胺加入到反应液中,62℃下反应1h,再加入5-异氰酸酯-异酞酰氯2kg,在68℃下反应2h,完成后取出棉纤维,化妆级白油清洗干净后干燥,即可得到所述的一种快干改性棉纤维。
步骤二所述的整理升温速度为1.2℃/min。
步骤二所述的电晕处理采用处理电压为10KV,处理时间为25s。
步骤二所述的表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵。

实施例3
一种易透气排汗的亲肤面料及其制备方法,其方法操作如下:
步骤一:面料混纺,将30kg改性棉纤维,8kgCloomax纤维,3kg天丝纤维, 8kg莫代尔纤维与4kg氨纶纤维使用针织纬编大圆机进行针织织造,得到面料;
步骤二:面料整理,将1.2kg表面活性剂、0.6kg乙二胺四乙酸铵、0.2kg氢氧化钠加入110kg水中混合均匀,最后加入1.6kg整理剂混合均匀,将得到的面料放入溶液中,慢慢升温到95℃,保温45min,取出在冷水中,浸泡15min,拧干;
步骤三:面料染色,将面料进行染色,染色后在70℃下烘10h;
步骤四:面料定型,将面料在定型机中以温度为180下高温焙烘35s,车速18m/min,得到预定型面料;然后在气体压强为45Pa,等离子体射频功率为120W,气等离子体处理180s;完成后电晕处理即可得到所述的一种易透气排汗的亲肤面料。
步骤一所述的改性棉纤维为一种快干改性棉纤维,其制备方法如下:
将1.7kg的二甲基亚砜,加入到180kg的化妆级白油中,搅拌混合均匀后将72kg的棉纤维加入到化妆级白油溶液中,70℃下反应36h,完成后将棉纤维用化妆级白油清洗干净,
然后棉纤维加入到180kg的含有8kg的月桂醇甲基丙烯酸酯的化妆级白油溶液中,氮气保护下将0.2kg的聚氧乙烯双胺加入到反应液中,72℃下反应2h,再加入5-异氰酸酯-异酞酰氯5kg,在70℃下反应4h,完成后取出棉纤维,化妆级白油清洗干净后干燥,即可得到所述的一种快干改性棉纤维。
步骤二所述的整理升温速度为2℃/min。
步骤二所述的电晕处理采用处理电压为12KV,处理时间为35s。
步骤二所述的表面活性剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚。
步骤二所述的整理剂为防皱整理剂。

实施例4
一种易透气排汗的亲肤面料及其制备方法,其方法操作如下:

织物的快干性能测试将6cm×6cm试样置于烧杯口部,匝紧,试样表面必须平整且经纬纱不能有扭曲。将其放置在温度(20±1) ℃、相对湿度(65±2)%的环境下平衡24h,然后置于精确度达0.001g的电子天平上,在滴定管口距试样表面1cm的高处,滴0.05g水于试样表面,测试12min后该水滴的水分蒸发率。水分蒸发率越高,快干性能越好,其排汗性能越优异。
织物的亲肤性能以织物的弯曲性能测试来表征,其测试方法为:采用日本的KES多台多测多指标式的织物风格仪,将尺寸为20×20cm的试样以一定张力固定在两个夹头间,夹头一个固定,一个移动,移动夹头连接扭力测试器,试验时,移动夹头沿固定轨迹作曲率移动,试样变弯曲,当夹头移动至最大曲率时返回原点。然后做反向移动至反向最大曲率时返回原点。最后给出径向弯曲刚度指标。
以上实施例样品的径向弯曲刚度和水分蒸发率的测试,其结果统计结果如下:

Claims (7)
1.一种易透气排汗的亲肤面料及其制备方法,其方法操作如下:
步骤一:面料混纺,将25-30重量份改性棉纤维,2-8重量份的Cloomax纤维,0.5-3份的天丝纤维,4-8份的莫代尔纤维与2-4重量份氨纶纤维使用针织纬编大圆机进行针织织造,得到面料;
步骤二:面料整理,将0.5-1.2重量份表面活性剂、0.1-0.6重量份乙二胺四乙酸铵、0.05-0.2重量份氢氧化钠加入80-110重量份水中混合均匀,最后加入0.5-1.6重量份整理剂混合均匀,将得到的面料放入溶液中,慢慢升温到80-95℃,保温20-45min,取出在冷水中,浸泡5-15min,拧干;
步骤三:面料染色,将面料进行染色,染色后在50-70℃下烘5-10h;
步骤四:面料定型,将面料在定型机中以温度为150-180下高温焙烘15-35s,车速12-18m/min,得到预定型面料;然后在气体压强为35-45Pa,等离子体射频功率为80-120W,气等离子体处理60-180s;完成后电晕处理即可得到所述的一种易透气排汗的亲肤面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种易透气排汗的亲肤面料及其制备方法,其特征在于:步骤一所述的改性棉纤维为一种快干改性棉纤维,其制备方法如下:
按照质量份数,将1.3-1.7份的二甲基亚砜,加入到120-180份的化妆级白油中,搅拌混合均匀后将60-72份的棉纤维加入到化妆级白油溶液中,50-70℃下反应18-36h,完成后将棉纤维用化妆级白油清洗干净;
然后棉纤维加入到150-180份的含有3-8份的月桂醇甲基丙烯酸酯的化妆级白油溶液中,氮气保护下将0.05-0.2份的聚氧乙烯双胺加入到反应液中,55-72℃下反应0.5-2h,再加入5-异氰酸酯-异酞酰氯1-5份,在60-70℃下反应1-4h,完成后取出棉纤维,化妆级白油清洗干净后干燥,即可得到所述的一种快干改性棉纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种易透气排汗的亲肤面料及其制备方法,其特征在于:步骤二所述的整理升温速度为0.5-2℃/min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种易透气排汗的亲肤面料及其制备方法,其特征在于:步骤二所述的电晕处理采用处理电压为8-12KV,处理时间为15-35s。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种易透气排汗的亲肤面料及其制备方法,其特征在于:步骤二所述的表面活性剂为蔗糖十二烷酸酯或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵或壬基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种易透气排汗的亲肤面料及其制备方法,其特征在于:步骤二所述的整理剂为防皱整理剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种易透气排汗的亲肤面料及其制备方法,其特征在于:步骤四所述的染色染料为弱酸性染料。
