背景技术
Polo衫是一种有领子的短袖衣服,它作为休闲服饰历史上的经典传奇之一,在西方男人的衣橱中一直享有很高的占有率。因为它既不像无领T恤那样过于随便,又不像衬衫那样呆板严肃,非常适合在带有商业性的娱乐场合穿着。尽管POLO衫的款式从诞生以来便没有太大的变化,但鲜艳、亮丽的颜色,吸汗透气的质地,搭配随意的风格,让它在时装舞台上经久不衰。
但是,由于POLO衫的特点就是带有衣领,但是长期穿着或多次水洗后衣领容易造成卷边,不仅影响美观,还会降低穿衣者的气质,为了提升衣领的防皱性能,为此,提出一种POLO衫衣领的制备工艺。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种POLO衫衣领的制备工艺,可以有效解决现有技术中POLO衫在长时间穿着后容易导致衣领卷边的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种POLO衫衣领的制备工艺,所述POLO衫衣领为具有翻折效果的翻领,具体包括外领面、内领面、和领尖;
外领面为衣领翻折在外的部分织物,内领面为衣领背面的部分织物;
外领面采用针织,内领面采用梭织,领尖处设置有防卷边装置;
所述POLO衫衣领的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
1)、通过针织技术制得针织织物;
2)、通过梭织技术制得梭织织物;
3)、根据衣领的尺寸对制得的针织织物与梭织织物进行裁剪、缝制,并在内领面的领尖处预留开口;
4)、对缝制后的衣领进行压缩热定型;
5)、将防卷边装置插入开口内。
步骤1)中所制得的针织织物能在各个方向延伸,具有延伸性好、手感柔软、悬垂性好、弹性好和抗皱性能佳的优点,步骤2)中所制得的梭织织物因织法经纬交错而具有牢固性强、挺括、不易变形的特点。
优选的,所述针织织物采用如下方法制得:①纺纱:采用1条70D氨纶、2条100D涤纶和2条40支丝光棉纱合计5条纱组合而成,经过并条、粗纱以及细纱工序成为混纺纱;②针织:将混纺纱与聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维交织,得到坯布;③后整理:将坯布经过保湿整理、水洗、低温烘干,得到针织织物。
在纺纱过程中,还需要对制得的混纺纱进行漂洗以及蒸纱处理,漂洗可以去除混纺纱表面的化学剂、色素等有害物质和有害重金属,而蒸纱是指生产中用热蒸汽使毛纱和毛混纺纱定形的工艺,由于毛纺原料在被加工成纱线的过程中,因反复受力和摩擦,内部应力失衡,发生变形,产生疲劳及静电,同时加捻度后,毛纱具有极大的退捻扭力矩,将影响后道生产的进行;经过蒸纱,毛纱线在湿热条件下,纤维大分子间联系得以松弛,然后在新的位置上重新组合,从而消除纤维疲劳和静电,稳定捻度,防止在后道工序中产生小辫子扭结现象。
优选的,所述梭织织物采用如下方法制得:①选纱:采用1条70D氨纶、2条100D涤纶和2条40支丝光棉纱合计5条纱组合而成;②整经、浆纱;③梭织;将经纱与纬纱经过交织,得到坯布;④后整理:将坯布经过保湿整理、水洗、低温烘干,得到梭织织物。
在梭织过程中,整经的目的是将筒子纱按照工艺所需要的经纱根数与长度,在相同的张力下、平行、等速、整齐地卷绕到经轴上,以供经编机使用;在整经过程中不仅要求经轴成形良好,还应改善经纱的编织性能,消除整经过程中发现的经纱疵点,为织造提供良好的退绕条件,从而尽可能减少编织产生的疵点。
在梭织过程中,未经上浆的经纱表面毛羽突出,表面摩擦阻力大,纤维之间抱合力不足;在织造过程中,纤维的结构松散,断头多,影响产量,而浆纱的目的是为了提高经纱的断裂强力并保持断裂伸长,给予经纱抵御外部复杂机械力作用的能力,提高经纱的可织性,保证织造过程顺利进行。
优选的,所述低温烘干可以让氨纶涤纶和纯棉之间相互固色,所述保湿整理是指将坯布浸入保湿整理剂中,在40-50℃的温度下,浸泡20-30min,然后将其烘干;水洗是指将坯布先在30-40℃的温度下,水洗5-10min,然后再在90-100℃的温度下,水洗5-10min;低温烘干是指将坯布在30-40℃的温度下将其烘干;其中所述保湿整理剂为:芦荟提取液25-35份、聚丙烯酰胺1-2份、茶皂素6-8份、羧甲基纤维素2-3份以及丝素蛋白1-2份,混合均匀后制得。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:将具有延伸性好、手感柔软、悬垂性好、弹性好和抗皱性能好的针织织物与牢固性强、挺括、而且不易变形的梭织织物相结合,并在领尖处设置防卷边装置,不仅提升了衣领的防皱性能,防止衣领在长期穿着或多次水洗后发生卷边现象,还可以提升穿衣者的气质。

保湿整理剂的制备
保湿整理剂的制备例1:将芦荟提取液25kg、聚丙烯酰胺1kg、茶皂素6kg、羧甲基纤维素2kg以及丝素蛋白1kg,混合均匀后制得。
保湿整理剂的制备例2:将芦荟提取液30kg、聚丙烯酰胺1.5kg、茶皂素7kg、羧甲基纤维素2.5kg以及丝素蛋白1.5kg,混合均匀后制得。
保湿整理剂的制备例3:将芦荟提取液35kg、聚丙烯酰胺2kg、茶皂素8kg、羧甲基纤维素3kg以及丝素蛋白2kg,混合均匀后制得。
实施例1:一种POLO衫衣领的制备工艺,具体工艺步骤如下:
1)、通过针织技术制得针织织物;
2)、通过梭织技术制得梭织织物;
3)、根据衣领的尺寸对制得的针织织物与梭织织物进行裁剪、缝制,并在内领面的领尖处预留开口:在裁剪前需要对步骤1)与步骤2)中制得的织物进行必要的检验与测试,具体检验与测试的为原料是否含有化学剂、色素,严格控制甲醛残留、卤化染色载体、有害物质和有害重金属,同时还要将织物按排料、划样要求剪切成片,再对剪切后的片状织物进行验片、编号、捆扎;
4)、对缝制后的衣领进行压缩热定型;压缩热定型
5)、将防卷边装置插入开口内。

1.一种POLO衫衣领的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述POLO衫衣领为具有翻折效果的翻领,具体包括外领面、内领面、和领尖;
外领面为衣领翻折在外的部分织物,内领面为衣领背面的部分织物;
外领面采用针织,内领面采用梭织,领尖处设置有防卷边装置;
所述POLO衫衣领的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
1)、通过针织技术制得针织织物;
2)、通过梭织技术制得梭织织物;
3)、根据衣领的尺寸对制得的针织织物与梭织织物进行裁剪、缝制,并在内领面的领尖处预留开口;
4)、对缝制后的衣领进行压缩热定型;
5)、将防卷边装置插入开口内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种POLO衫衣领的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述针织织物采用如下方法制得:①纺纱:选用精梳纯棉纱与涤纶为原料,经过并条、粗纱以及细纱工序成为混纺纱;②针织:将混纺纱与聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维交织,得到坯布;③后整理:将坯布经过保湿整理、水洗、低温烘干,得到针织织物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种POLO衫衣领的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述梭织织物采用如下方法制得:①选纱:纱线采用精梳纯棉纱与涤纶;②整经、浆纱;③梭织;将经纱与纬纱经过交织,得到坯布;④后整理:将坯布经过保湿整理、水洗、低温烘干,得到梭织织物。
4.根据权利要求2-3所述的一种POLO衫衣领的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述低温烘干可以让氨纶涤纶和纯棉之间相互固色,所述保湿整理是指:将坯布浸入保湿整理剂中,在40-50℃的温度下,浸泡20-30min,然后将其烘干;
其中所述保湿整理剂为:芦荟提取液25-35份、聚丙烯酰胺1-2份、茶皂素6-8份、羧甲基纤维素2-3份以及丝素蛋白1-2份,混合均匀后制得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种POLO衫衣领的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤3)中裁剪前需要对步骤1)与步骤2)中制得的织物进行必要的检验与测试,具体检验与测试的为原料是否含有化学剂、色素,严格控制甲醛残留、卤化染色载体、有害物质和有害重金属。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种POLO衫衣领的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤4)中衣领压缩热定型过程中采用熨斗、烘箱或热定型机进行加热,优选热定型机。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种POLO衫衣领的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤4)中压缩热定型结束后,还需要对衣领进行质量检验。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种POLO衫衣领的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤5)中的防卷边装置为条形片状结构。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种POLO衫衣领的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤5)中的防卷边装置采用塑料材质。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种POLO衫衣领的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤5)中的防卷边装置采用聚氨酯。
