本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种再生纤维素类织物后整理剂及后整理工艺,所述后整理剂包括防缩防皱加工树脂、催化剂、纤维保护剂、水性聚氨酯和柔软剂;所述后整理工艺为将织物浸于前述后整理剂中轧树脂,烘干后在纤维不膨化状态下焙烘交联。使用本发明后整理剂及后整理工艺能防止再生纤维素类织物湿水溶胀发硬,提高湿强强度,可大大提升再生纤维素类织物的服用性能,为再生纤维素类织物的广泛应用奠定基础。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种再生纤维素类织物后整理剂及后整理工艺。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和科学技术的不断进步,人们的环保意识逐渐增强,对纺织品的要求也呈现出天然、多样化、功能化的趋势,再生纤维素纤维因具备可生物降解的特性而受到人们的广泛青睐。再生纤维素纤维的出现也缓解了当前社会资源匮乏的局面,成为面料组成必不可少的重要成分,具有广阔的发展前景。
再生纤维素纤维是指用木材、棉短绒、麻、竹类等天然纤维素制成的纤维,包括粘胶纤维、莫代尔纤维、铜氨纤维、竹纤维、天丝纤维等,其中,以普通粘胶纤维、高湿模量粘胶纤维、竹纤维、醋酯纤维、再生麻纤维等使用较多。
以再生纤维素纤维织造的再生纤维素类织物手感柔软,悬垂飘逸、吸湿透气,舒适性能良好,适用于制作贴身衣物和床上用纺织品。但是再生纤维素类织物亦存在如下不足:由于织物再生纤维素类织物回潮率为12%-15%,在水中的的膨胀度达50%以上,最高可达140%,所以其在水洗过程中容易吸湿胀大,织物手感会发硬;在强力方面,该类织物润湿后强度会下降40%左右,小负荷下很容易变形且不易恢复,弹性也差,剧烈洗涤条件织物易受损,所以织物容易起皱,耐磨性也差。
为改善再生纤维素类织物水洗发硬、强力降低等问题,提高再生纤维素类织物的服用性能,有必要对再生纤维素类织物的整理工艺进行探究,以满足此类织物更广泛的应用范围。
发明内容
针对现有再生纤维素类织物水洗发硬、强力降低的技术问题,本发明提供一种再生纤维素类织物后整理剂及后整理工艺,使用该后整理剂及后整理工艺能防止再生纤维素类织物湿水溶胀发硬,提高湿强强度,可大大提升再生纤维素类织物的服用性能,为再生纤维素类织物的广泛应用奠定基础。
第一方面,本发明提供一种再生纤维素类织物后整理剂,所述后整理剂包括防缩防皱加工树脂、催化剂、纤维保护剂、水性聚氨酯和柔软剂。
进一步的,所述后整理剂包括防缩防皱加工树脂20-30g/L、催化剂20-30g/L、纤维保护剂30-40g/L、水性聚氨酯20-30g/L和柔软剂25-50g/L。
进一步的,所述防缩防皱加工树脂为GL-45树脂。
进一步的,所述催化剂为F-M催化剂。
第二方面,本发明提供一种再生纤维素类织物后整理工艺,所述后整理工艺为将织物浸于前述后整理剂中轧树脂,烘干后在纤维不膨化状态下焙烘交联。
进一步的,所述轧树脂步骤中,轧余率为60%-70%。该轧余率适用于车间后整理工艺,烘干时节约能源的同时,提高连续化生产的工作效率。
进一步的,所述烘干步骤中,烘干温度为80-110℃。烘干温度范围广泛,可与其他后整理工艺烘干工艺相匹配。
进一步的,所述焙烘步骤中,焙烘步骤为175℃。该温度下,树脂交联充分反应,为最佳焙烘温度。
进一步的,所述焙烘步骤中,焙烘时间为3min。此反应时间下,树脂充分交联,有利于树脂高温交联,成膜性较高。
本发明的有益效果在于,
本发明提供的再生纤维素类织物后整理剂及后后整理工艺可应用于纯纺或混纺再生纤维素类织物的后整理上,应用范围广泛,种类不限;在限定范围内,后整理剂各组分的用量及后整理工艺各步骤参数可根据具体要求作出调整,具有灵活性。
本发明提供的再生纤维素类织物后整理剂包括防缩防皱加工树脂、催化剂、纤维保护剂、水性聚氨酯和柔软剂,其中防缩防皱加工树脂能够提高再生纤维素类织物的抗皱防缩性能;催化剂能够提高树脂交联反应速率,进而提高生产效率;纤维保护剂能够防止纤维发生损伤,对再生纤维素纤维起到保护作用,提高再生纤维素织物的湿强强力;水性聚氨酯有利于在纤维表面交联成膜;柔软剂使织物手感蓬松、柔软,提高服用性能。
本发明提供的再生纤维素类织物后整理工艺,采用树脂交联工艺,使得再生纤维素类织物的纤维表面成膜,防止纤维吸水溶胀发硬,操作简单,与常规后整理工艺相比,工艺流程基本一致,无需特殊设备。
采用本发明后整理剂和后整理工艺处理后,再生纤维素类织物水洗过程中具有良好的柔软性能,可彻底改变竹纤维织物在水中吸水溶胀的现象,避免擦伤;织物具有良好的抗皱、耐磨性能,水洗后的织物具有悬垂性;织物湿强强力明显提高,纱线之间的抱合力和织物的防滑移性能得到有效提升;织物白度、颜色不受影响;

一种再生纤维素类织物后整理剂,后整理剂以水为溶剂,包括防缩防皱加工树脂20g/L、催化剂20g/L、纤维保护剂30/L、水性聚氨酯20/L和柔软剂30/L,其中,

催化剂为F-M催化剂;
纤维保护剂为PA-6纤维保护剂;
柔软剂为重量比2:1的HF-10R和硅油CGF柔软剂。
实施例2
一种再生纤维素类织物后整理工艺,后整理工艺为将织物浸于实施例1的后整理剂中轧树脂,烘干后在纤维不膨化状态下焙烘交联,其中,
轧树脂步骤中,轧余率为60%;
烘干步骤中,烘干温度为80℃;
焙烘步骤中,焙烘步骤为175℃,焙烘时间为3min。
实施例3
一种再生纤维素类织物后整理剂,后整理剂以水为溶剂,包括防缩防皱加工树脂30g/L、催化剂30g/L、纤维保护剂40/L、水性聚氨酯30/L和柔软剂40/L,其中,

柔软剂为重量比7:1的HF-10R和硅油CGF柔软剂。
实施例4
一种再生纤维素类织物后整理工艺,后整理工艺为将织物浸于实施例3的后整理剂中轧树脂,烘干后在纤维不膨化状态下焙烘交联,其中,
轧树脂步骤中,轧余率为70%;
烘干步骤中,烘干温度为110℃;
焙烘步骤中,焙烘步骤为175℃,焙烘时间为3min。
实施例5
对竹纤维织物进行后整理,竹纤维织物的规格为:B60X40、173X102(经向60s,纬向40s,经密173根/英寸,纬密102根/英寸),后整理工艺为将织物浸后整理剂中轧树脂,烘干后在纤维不膨化状态下焙烘交联,其中,
后整理剂以水为溶剂,包括GL-45树脂28g/L、F-M催化剂26g/L、PA-6纤维保护剂33g/L、水性聚氨酯25g/L、HF-10R柔软剂27.5g/L和硅油CGF柔软剂7.5g/L;
轧树脂步骤中,轧余率为65%;
烘干步骤中,烘干温度为100℃;
焙烘步骤中,焙烘步骤为175℃,焙烘时间为3min。
后整理前后分别对竹纤维织物的强力进行测试,测试结果如下表1所示,可以看出经本发明后整理剂和后整理工艺处理后的织物强力有明显提升。

对后整理前后的竹纤维织物进行手感测试,后整理前的竹纤维经水洗柔软度下降,后整理后的竹纤维经水洗仍具有良好柔软度。

1.一种再生纤维素类织物后整理工艺,其特征在于,所述后整理工艺为将织物于后整理剂中浸轧,烘干后在纤维不膨化状态下焙烘交联;
所述后整理剂包括防缩防皱加工树脂20-30g/L、催化剂20-30g/L、纤维保护剂30-40g/L、水性聚氨酯20-30g/L和柔软剂25-50g/L;
所述防缩防皱加工树脂为Sinfinish GL-45树脂;
所述催化剂为康定素F-M催化剂;
所述纤维保护剂为PA-6纤维保护剂;
所述柔软剂为HF-10R和硅油CGF柔软剂;
所述浸轧步骤中,轧余率为60%-70%;
所述烘干步骤中,烘干温度为80-110℃;
所述焙烘步骤中,焙烘步骤为175℃,焙烘时间为3min。
