本发明涉及针织面料技术领域,具体为一种易去污吸湿速干针织面料的制备工艺。
背景技术
随着时代进步以及人们生活水平和品质的提高,人们对服饰面料的舒适、健康性要求越来越高。
传统的针织面料多为全棉面料,虽然具有良好的吸湿性,但是速干性不好,而且去污性比较差。特别是在人体经过大量运动之后,很快会浸湿衣物,不能快速干燥,贴在身体上,十分不舒服,还会有湿冷的感觉,长时间穿着运动也会对身体健康造成一定损伤。同时,传统针织面料多采用吸湿速干整理,但是随着洗涤次数的增多,针织面料的吸湿速干性逐渐下降,易去污性就显得更差,更不能满足人们的需求。
因此,如何改变传统针织面料的原料,改进针织面料的整理工艺,从根本上解决吸湿速干、易去污问题,显得尤为重要。
中国专利CN104878516B公开了一种针织面料及制备方法。一种针织面料,包括表层和内层,所述内层包括面纱和地纱,并通过滞后添纱成圈的方式在面纱后面添进地纱,所述表层和内层通过所述面纱在表面的集圈相互连接。面料柔软、吸湿速干、保暖、抗起球、抗漏丝。

发明内容
本发明针对以上不足,提供一种易去污吸湿速干针织面料的制备工艺,解决目前针织面料吸湿快干性与易去污性不能结合、同时多次洗涤针织面料吸湿速干性下降,易去污性破坏以及针织面料整理工艺复杂,整理剂环保性较差,生产工艺成本较高的问题。
为了实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种易去污吸湿速干针织面料的制备工艺,包括织造工艺、易去污整理工艺和亲水柔软整理工艺;织造工艺得到的易去污吸湿速干针织面料的结构为单面珠地组织结构、单面垫纱组织结构和双面网眼组织结构中的任一种;织造工艺中,原料为T75D/72F涤纶长丝和JC40S环锭纺精梳棉纱,质量比为0.25~0.35:1。
进一步的,织造工艺中,T75D/72F涤纶长丝中还包括质量分数为10%~15%的甲壳素纤维或者竹浆纤维。
进一步的,织造工艺中,JC40S环锭纺精梳棉纱中还包括质量分数为8%~12%的亚麻纤维或者Lyocell纤维。

(2)本发明易去污吸湿速干针织面料的制备工艺将具有相斥性的功能结合在同一款面料上,后整理同时添加易去污和亲水柔软助剂,通过优化配比,使吸湿性和易去污性有机结合,发挥各自优势,既符合当前功能性针织面料的发展趋势,又在功能性领域进行了创新,增加产品的附加值,满足服饰市场对于高档功能性针织面料的需求,市场前景好;

本发明织造设备选用德乐(Terrot)多面针织大圆机,针数村口为34”28G,路数为80F,总针数为2976N。

应当说明的是,本发明所述的实施方式仅仅是实现本发明的优选方式,对属于本发明整体构思,而仅仅是显而易见的改动,均应属于本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例1
一种易去污吸湿速干针织面料的制备工艺
包括织造工艺、易去污整理工艺和亲水柔软整理工艺;织造工艺得到的易去污吸湿速干针织面料的结构为双面网眼组织结构;织造工艺中,原料为T75D/72F涤纶长丝和JC40S环锭纺精梳棉纱,质量比为0.25:1;T75D/72F涤纶长丝中还包括质量分数为10%的甲壳素纤维;JC40S环锭纺精梳棉纱中还包括质量分数为8%的亚麻纤维。
上述,双面网眼组织结构织造线长为:
F1、F4:JZ50cm/SD30cm/150G;
F2、F3:XD28.5cm/150G;
F5、F7:XD28.5cm/150G。
上述,双面网眼组织结构毛坯克重为140g/cm2;双面网眼组织结构毛坯门幅为217cm。
易去污整理工艺的步骤为将针织面料在含有6.5%质量分数易去污整理剂的热蒸汽中停留5分钟,然后烘干;其中,热蒸汽的温度为95℃;其中,易去污整理剂的原料及其重量份组成为:聚苯乙烯磺酸钠0.5kg、椰子油二乙醇酰胺1kg、茶皂素0.3kg、纳米氧化钙0.8kg、丙三醇1kg,去离子水25kg。
亲水柔软整理工艺的步骤为首先将亲水柔软整理剂喷洒在针织面料上,等待15分钟后,将针织面料以30m/min的速率,在温度为85℃条件下,柔软处理30分钟,然后降温至40℃,开幅出布;其中,亲水柔软整理剂的喷洒量与针织面料的比例为5g/kg;其中,亲水柔软整理剂的原料及其重量份组成为:乙二醇单硬脂酸酯3kg、壳聚糖1.2kg、十八烷基二甲胺0.5kg、二甲基硅油0.2kg、聚乙二醇4kg。
实施例2
一种易去污吸湿速干针织面料的制备工艺
包括织造工艺、易去污整理工艺和亲水柔软整理工艺;织造工艺得到的易去污吸湿速干针织面料的结构为双面网眼组织结构;织造工艺中,原料为T75D/72F涤纶长丝和JC40S环锭纺精梳棉纱,质量比为0.35:1;T75D/72F涤纶长丝中还包括质量分数为15%的竹浆纤维;JC40S环锭纺精梳棉纱中还包括质量分数为12%的Lyocell纤维。
上述,双面网眼组织结构织造线长为:
F1、F4:JZ50cm/SD30cm/150G;
F2、F3:XD28.5cm/150G;
F5、F7:XD28.5cm/150G。
上述,双面网眼组织结构毛坯克重为150g/cm2;双面网眼组织结构毛坯门幅为219cm。
易去污整理工艺的步骤为将针织面料在含有8.5%质量分数易去污整理剂的热蒸汽中停留10分钟,然后烘干;其中,热蒸汽的温度为102℃;易去污整理剂的原料及其重量份组成为:聚苯乙烯磺酸钠0.8kg、椰子油二乙醇酰胺3kg、茶皂素0.7kg、纳米氧化钙1.2kg、丙三醇4kg,去离子水35kg。
亲水柔软整理工艺的步骤为首先将亲水柔软整理剂喷洒在针织面料上,等待30分钟后,将针织面料以65m/min的速率,在温度为95℃条件下,柔软处理45分钟,然后降温至45℃,开幅出布;其中,亲水柔软整理剂的喷洒量与针织面料的比例为15g/kg;亲水柔软整理剂的原料及其重量份组成为:乙二醇单硬脂酸酯6kg、壳聚糖1.8kg、十八烷基二甲胺0.8kg、二甲基硅油0.3kg、聚乙二醇6kg。
实施例3
一种易去污吸湿速干针织面料的制备工艺
包括织造工艺、易去污整理工艺和亲水柔软整理工艺;织造工艺得到的易去污吸湿速干针织面料的结构为双面网眼组织结构;织造工艺中,原料为T75D/72F涤纶长丝和JC40S环锭纺精梳棉纱,质量比为0.30:1;T75D/72F涤纶长丝中还包括质量分数为13%的竹浆纤维;JC40S环锭纺精梳棉纱中还包括质量分数为10%的亚麻纤维。
上述,双面网眼组织结构织造线长为:
F1、F4:JZ50cm/SD30cm/150G;
F2、F3:XD28.5cm/150G;
F5、F7:XD28.5cm/150G。
上述,双面网眼组织结构毛坯克重为145g/cm2;双面网眼组织结构毛坯门幅为218cm。
易去污整理工艺的步骤为将针织面料在含有7.5%质量分数易去污整理剂的热蒸汽中停留8分钟,然后烘干;其中,热蒸汽的温度为98℃;易去污整理剂的原料及其重量份组成为:聚苯乙烯磺酸钠0.6kg、椰子油二乙醇酰胺2kg、茶皂素0.5kg、纳米氧化钙1.0kg、丙三醇2.5kg,去离子水30kg。
亲水柔软整理工艺的步骤为首先将亲水柔软整理剂喷洒在针织面料上,等待25分钟后,将针织面料以45m/min的速率,在温度为90℃条件下,柔软处理40分钟,然后降温至43℃,开幅出布;其中,亲水柔软整理剂的喷洒量与针织面料的比例为10g/kg;亲水柔软整理剂的原料及其重量份组成为:乙二醇单硬脂酸酯4kg、壳聚糖1.5kg、十八烷基二甲胺0.7kg、二甲基硅油0.2kg、聚乙二醇5kg。
实施例4
一种易去污吸湿速干针织面料的制备工艺
包括织造工艺、易去污整理工艺和亲水柔软整理工艺;织造工艺得到的易去污吸湿速干针织面料的结构为单面珠地组织结构;织造工艺中,原料为T75D/72F涤纶长丝和JC40S环锭纺精梳棉纱,质量比为0.25:1;T75D/72F涤纶长丝中还包括质量分数为12%的竹浆纤维;JC40S环锭纺精梳棉纱中还包括质量分数为9%的Lyocell纤维。
易去污整理工艺的步骤为将针织面料在含有7.0%质量分数易去污整理剂的热蒸汽中停留6分钟,然后烘干;其中,热蒸汽的温度为97℃;易去污整理剂的原料及其重量份组成为:聚苯乙烯磺酸钠0.6kg、椰子油二乙醇酰胺1.5kg、茶皂素0.4kg、纳米氧化钙0.9kg、丙三醇2kg,去离子水27kg。
亲水柔软整理工艺的步骤为首先将亲水柔软整理剂喷洒在针织面料上,等待20分钟后,将针织面料以40m/min的速率,在温度为87℃条件下,柔软处理35分钟,然后降温至41℃,开幅出布;其中,亲水柔软整理剂的喷洒量与针织面料的比例为7g/kg;亲水柔软整理剂的原料及其重量份组成为:乙二醇单硬脂酸酯4kg、壳聚糖1.4kg、十八烷基二甲胺0.6kg、二甲基硅油0.2kg、聚乙二醇4.5kg。
实施例5
一种易去污吸湿速干针织面料的制备工艺
包括织造工艺、易去污整理工艺和亲水柔软整理工艺;织造工艺得到的易去污吸湿速干针织面料的结构为单面垫纱组织结构;织造工艺中,原料为T75D/72F涤纶长丝和JC40S环锭纺精梳棉纱,质量比为0.35:1;T75D/72F涤纶长丝中还包括质量分数为14%的甲壳素纤维;JC40S环锭纺精梳棉纱中还包括质量分数为11%的亚麻纤维。
易去污整理工艺的步骤为将针织面料在含有8.0%质量分数易去污整理剂的热蒸汽中停留8分钟,然后烘干;其中,热蒸汽的温度为100℃;易去污整理剂的原料及其重量份组成为:聚苯乙烯磺酸钠0.7kg、椰子油二乙醇酰胺2.5kg、茶皂素0.6kg、纳米氧化钙1.1kg、丙三醇3kg,去离子水33kg。
亲水柔软整理工艺的步骤为首先将亲水柔软整理剂喷洒在针织面料上,等待27分钟后,将针织面料以55m/min的速率,在温度为93℃条件下,柔软处理42分钟,然后降温至44℃,开幅出布;其中,亲水柔软整理剂的喷洒量与针织面料的比例为12g/kg;亲水柔软整理剂的原料及其重量份组成为:乙二醇单硬脂酸酯5kg、壳聚糖1.6kg、十八烷基二甲胺0.7kg、二甲基硅油0.3kg、聚乙二醇5.5kg。
实验例
测试、对本发明实施例1~5制备的易去污吸湿速干针织面料成品进行检测,检测结果见表1:

从上述表1结果可以看出,本发明实施例1~5制备的易去污吸湿速干针织面料的各方面性能符合标准规定,性能优异,特别是具有导湿速干功能,易去污等级较高,而且耐洗涤。本发明易去污吸湿速干针织面料同时具备易去污和吸湿速干功能,当服装被各种油污及顽垢沾染上后容易洗涤干净,兼顾针织面料的功能性和易护理性,易去污吸湿速干针织面料的附加值高,有广阔的市场前景。

Claims (4)

1.一种易去污吸湿速干针织面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述易去污吸湿速干针织面料的制备工艺,包括织造工艺、易去污整理工艺和亲水柔软整理工艺;所述织造工艺得到的易去污吸湿速干针织面料的结构为单面珠地组织结构、单面垫纱组织结构和双面网眼组织结构中的任一种;所述织造工艺中,原料为T75D/72F涤纶长丝和JC40S环锭纺精梳棉纱,质量比为0.25~0.35:1;所述织造工艺中,T75D/72F涤纶长丝中还包括质量分数为10%~15%的竹浆纤维;所述织造工艺中,JC40S环锭纺精梳棉纱中还包括质量分数为8%~12%的亚麻纤维;所述易去污整理工艺的步骤为将针织面料在含有6.5%~8.5%质量分数易去污整理剂的热蒸汽中停留5分钟~10分钟,然后烘干;其中,热蒸汽的温度为95℃~102℃;所述易去污整理剂的原料及其重量份组成为:聚苯乙烯磺酸钠0.5份~0.8份、椰子油二乙醇酰胺1份~3份、茶皂素0.3份~0.7份、纳米氧化钙0.8份~1.2份、丙三醇1份~4份,去离子水25份~35份;所述亲水柔软整理工艺的步骤为首先将亲水柔软整理剂喷洒在针织面料上,等待15分钟~30分钟后,将针织面料以30m/min~65m/min的速率,在温度为85℃~95℃条件下,柔软处理30分钟~45分钟,然后降温至40℃~45℃,开幅出布;其中,亲水柔软整理剂的喷洒量与针织面料的比例为5g/kg~15g/kg;所述亲水柔软整理剂的原料及其重量份组成为:乙二醇单硬脂酸酯3份~6份、壳聚糖1.2份~1.8份、十八烷基二甲胺0.5份~0.8份、二甲基硅油0.2份~0.3份、聚乙二醇4份~6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述双面网眼组织结构织造线长为:
F1、F4:JZ50cm/SD30cm/150G;
F2、F3:XD28.5cm/150G;
F5、F7:XD28.5cm/150G。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述双面网眼组织结构毛坯克重为140g/cm2~150g/cm2
4.根据权利要求2所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述双面网眼组织结构毛坯门幅为217cm~219cm。
