本发明涉及一种抗病毒整理剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:胍类化合物30~50份;有机硅季铵盐化合物10~20份;金属盐5~10份;水50~80份。本发明通过抗病毒整理剂中三种主要成分的协同作用,经其整理后的纺织品具有常规单一组分所不具备的优良的抗病毒效果,其对甲型流感病毒H3N2的抗病毒活性率高达99.95%。

技术领域
本发明涉及织物整理技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种抗病毒整理剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
生活环境中的有害微生物(细菌/病毒)无处不在,并随时威胁着人类的健康与生命。许多纺织品不但在生产、贮存、运输过程中有可能感染各种致病细菌或病毒,而且在特种环境下(如医院、疫区或美容/桑拿等特俗行业),致病性细菌或病毒会通过纺织品(服装)感染人体。随着人们对生活品质要求的提高和对健康生活的追求,能够起到抗菌抗病毒功能的纺织品越来越受到人们的青睐。目前市面上有着众多品牌型号的抗菌纺织品,但很多纺织品只能抗菌而不能抗病毒。
而根据微生物学家的报告,病毒是通过病人说话、打嚏和/或咳嗽时的飞洙传播的。当飞洙经过空气到达一个表面例如服装系统时,如果该服装系统的表层是亲水性的就会被服装系统所吸附,由于毛细管效应而穿透该服装系统。特别是当口罩或防护服被从口或鼻出来的高湿度呼吸所弄湿时,情况就变得非常危险,此时该服装系统就可能变成病毒的收集器了。因此急需一种具有抗病毒功能的整理剂应用于纺织品(服装)行业。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗病毒整理剂及其制备方法和应用,以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:一种抗病毒整理剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:胍类化合物30~50份;有机硅季铵盐化合物10~20份;金属盐5~10份;水50~80份。
所述的胍类化合物为双胍、单胍中的至少一种。
所述的有机硅季铵盐化合物为3-三甲氧基硅丙基十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、3-二甲氧基甲基硅丙基十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、3-甲氧基二甲基硅丙基十八烷基二甲基氯化铵中的至少一种。
所述的金属盐为硬脂酰谷氨酸银、硝酸银、硫酸锌、硝酸锌中的至少一种。
上述抗病毒整理剂的制备方法:将胍类化合物、有机硅季铵盐化合物、金属盐和水混合均匀,即得抗病毒整理剂。
上述的抗病毒整理剂在制备抗病毒纺织品中的应用:将一定浓度的上述抗病毒整理剂通过浸轧或浸渍的方法整理到棉织物或化纤及其混纺织物上,随后100~110℃烘干、140~170℃焙烘0.5~2min,即得到抗病毒纺织品。
本发明的有益效果是:
通过抗病毒整理剂中三种主要成分的协同作用,经其整理后的纺织品具有常规单一组分所不具备的优良的抗病毒效果,其对甲型流感病毒H3N2的抗病毒活性率高达99.95%。

本发明对于获得的抗病毒纺织品的应用性能测试包括:

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
将30份的聚六亚甲基单胍磷酸盐、15份的3-三甲氧基硅丙基十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、6份的硬脂酰谷氨酸银、60份的去离子水混合均匀,即得抗病毒整理剂A。采用浸轧法将30g/L的抗病毒整理剂A的工作液整理到棉织物上(轧液率90%),100℃烘干,140℃焙烘2min,即得抗病毒织物A。
实施例2:
将50份的聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐、20份的3-二甲氧基甲基硅丙基十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、10份的硝酸锌、50份的去离子水混合均匀,即得抗病毒整理剂B。采用浸轧法将40g/L的抗病毒整理剂A整理到涤纶上(轧液率80%),100℃烘干,170℃焙烘30s,即得抗病毒织物B。

将51份的聚六亚甲基单胍磷酸盐和60份的水混合均匀,即得抗病毒整理剂C。采用浸轧法将30g/L的抗病毒整理剂C的工作液整理到棉织物上(轧液率90%),100℃烘干,140℃焙烘2min,即得抗病毒织物C。

将51份的3-三甲氧基硅丙基十八烷基二甲基氯化铵和60份的水混合均匀,即得抗病毒整理剂D。采用浸轧法将30g/L的抗病毒整理剂D的工作液整理到棉织物上(轧液率90%),100℃烘干,140℃焙烘2min,即得抗病毒织物D。

将51份的硬脂酰谷氨酸银和60份的水混合均匀,即得抗病毒整理剂E。采用浸轧法将30g/L的抗病毒整理剂E的工作液整理到棉织物上(轧液率90%),100℃烘干,140℃焙烘2min,即得抗病毒织物E。

将80份的聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐和50份的去离子水混合均匀,即得抗病毒整理剂F。采用浸轧法将40g/L的抗病毒整理剂F整理到涤纶上(轧液率80%),100℃烘干,170℃焙烘30s,即得抗病毒织物F。
对比例5:
将80份的3-二甲氧基甲基硅丙基十八烷基二甲基氯化铵和50份的去离子水混合均匀,即得抗病毒整理剂G。采用浸轧法将40g/L的抗病毒整理剂G整理到涤纶上(轧液率80%),100℃烘干,170℃焙烘30s,即得抗病毒织物G。
对比例6:
将80份的硝酸锌和50份的去离子水混合均匀,即得抗病毒整理剂H。采用浸轧法将40g/L的抗病毒整理剂H整理到涤纶上(轧液率80%),100℃烘干,170℃焙烘30s,即得抗病毒织物H。
对整理后的纺织品进行抗病毒性能测试,结果如下:

从表1中可以看出,抗病毒整理剂中的三种有效成分具有突出的协同作用,其对甲型流感病毒H3N2的抗病毒活性率高达99.95%。

1.一种抗病毒整理剂,其特征在于,各组分及重量份数如下:聚六亚甲基单胍磷酸盐30份;3-三甲氧基硅丙基十八烷基二甲基氯化铵15份;硬脂酰谷氨酸银6份;水50~80份。
2.一种抗病毒整理剂,其特征在于,各组分及重量份数如下:聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐50份;3-二甲氧基甲基硅丙基十八烷基二甲基氯化铵20份;硝酸锌10份;水50~80份。
3.根据权利要求1所述抗病毒整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:将聚六亚甲基单胍磷酸盐、3-三甲氧基硅丙基十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、硬脂酰谷氨酸银和水混合均匀,即得抗病毒整理剂。
4.根据权利要求2所述抗病毒整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:将聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐、3-二甲氧基甲基硅丙基十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、硝酸锌和水混合均匀,即得抗病毒整理剂。
5. 根据权利要求1或2所述抗病毒整理剂的应用,其特征在于:将一定浓度的上述抗病毒整理剂通过浸轧或浸渍的方法整理到棉织物或化纤及其混纺织物上,随后100~110℃烘干、140~170℃焙烘0 .5~2min,即得到抗病毒纺织品。
