Abstract
本发明提供一种大衣面料,包括由内至外依次包括网眼布层、杀菌层、保暖棉层、植绒层,所述杀菌层为由竹纤维以及纳米级抗菌银离子母粒原生纤维呈经纬编织而成编织网,所述保暖棉层以重量百分比计,由30%Sorona聚合物纤维、30%超细保暖纤维、30%三维中空保暖纤维、10%原生棉纤维混合制造而成,所述植绒层包括弹性基布、通过3D植绒的方式设置于所述弹性基布表面的3D植绒面层,透气性好,而且具有一定的杀菌功能,而且保暖效果更优。

技术领域
本发明涉及大衣面料。
背景技术
在服装的大千世界里,服装的羊绒面料形形色色,一日千里。从总体上来讲,优质、高级的布料大都具有穿著舒服、吸汗透气、悬垂挺阔、视觉尊贵等几方面的特色。传统的羊绒大衣舒适性较好,但存在透气性差、易滋生细菌、易发霉虫蛀等问题。。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,从而提供一种大衣面料,透气性好,而且具有一定的杀菌功能,而且保暖效果更优。
发明所采用的技术方案是这样的:一种大衣面料,包括由内至外依次包括网眼布层、杀菌层、保暖棉层、植绒层,所述杀菌层为由竹纤维以及纳米级抗菌银离子母粒原生纤维呈经纬编织而成编织网,所述保暖棉层以重量百分比计,由30%Sorona聚合物纤维、30%超细保暖纤维、30%三维中空保暖纤维、10%原生棉纤维混合制造而成,所述植绒层包括弹性基布、通过3D植绒的方式设置于所述弹性基布表面的3D植绒面层。
进一步改进的是:所述植绒层的表面涂有疏水性的氟季胺硅烷耦合剂涂层。
进一步改进的是:所述植绒层表面还设置有耐磨纤维层,所述耐磨纤维层由海岛纤维、涤纶纤维混纺而成。
进一步改进的是:所述保暖棉层与所述植绒层的所述弹性基布之间通过粘胶进行粘结,所述粘胶内加入透气助剂,所述透气助剂包括以下重量百分比的组分:2,5-二氨基甲基呋喃:18 -30,碳酸亚丙酯:18 -30,C12-C14烷基缩水甘油醚:8 -16,三缩水甘油基对氨基苯酚:8 - 16,二环戊二烯二环氧化物:8 -16,乙醇:18 -30,苯甲酸钠:1 - 3,三羟甲基丙烷三缩水甘油醚:1-3,水:45-80。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:通过采用网眼布层具有良好的透气效果,而且在粘胶中加入了透气助剂进一步提高透气效果,通过使用杀菌层能够大大提高杀菌防虫效果,保暖棉层提供了更优的保暖效果。

以下结合具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明。
本发明公开一种大衣面料,包括由内至外依次包括网眼布层、杀菌层、保暖棉层、植绒层,所述杀菌层为由竹纤维以及纳米级抗菌银离子母粒原生纤维呈经纬编织而成编织网,所述保暖棉层以重量百分比计,由30%Sorona聚合物纤维、30%超细保暖纤维、30%三维中空保暖纤维、10%原生棉纤维混合制造而成,所述植绒层包括弹性基布、通过3D植绒的方式设置于所述弹性基布表面的3D植绒面层。
所述植绒层的表面涂有疏水性的氟季胺硅烷耦合剂涂层,纳米硅粒子层和疏水性氟季胺硅烷耦合剂层的结合,水分子不容易通过,而气体分子可以通过,从而使织物具有拒水透气的效果,使人们在穿着的过程中感觉舒服。
为了提高耐磨效果,所述植绒层表面还设置有耐磨纤维层,所述耐磨纤维层由海岛纤维、涤纶纤维混纺而成。
所述保暖棉层与所述植绒层的所述弹性基布之间通过粘胶进行粘结,所述粘胶内加入透气助剂,所述透气助剂包括以下重量百分比的组分:2,5-二氨基甲基呋喃:18 -30,碳酸亚丙酯:18 -30,C12-C14烷基缩水甘油醚:8 -16,三缩水甘油基对氨基苯酚:8 - 16,二环戊二烯二环氧化物:8 -16,乙醇:18 -30,苯甲酸钠:1 - 3,三羟甲基丙烷三缩水甘油醚:1-3,水:45-80。
银的抗菌机理,为金属离子作用和光催化作用:
1、银的化学结构决定了银具有较高的催化能力,高氧化态银的还原势极高,足以使其周围空间产生原子氧。原子氧具有强氧化性可以灭菌;
2、Ag+可以强烈地吸引细菌体中蛋白酶上的巯基(-SH),迅速与其结合在一起,使蛋白酶丧失活性,导致细菌死亡。
3、当细菌被Ag+杀后,Ag+又由细菌尸体中游离出来,再与其它菌落接触,周而复始地进行上述过程,这也是银杀菌持久性的原因。
4、经权威机构(SGS)检测,该产品对金黄色葡萄球菌,大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抗菌率可达99%以上,且经150次洗涤后,抗菌率不变。

1.大衣面料,其特征在于:包括由内至外依次包括网眼布层、杀菌层、保暖棉层、植绒层,所述杀菌层为由竹纤维以及纳米级抗菌银离子母粒原生纤维呈经纬编织而成编织网,所述保暖棉层以重量百分比计,由30%Sorona聚合物纤维、30%超细保暖纤维、30%三维中空保暖纤维、10%原生棉纤维混合制造而成,所述植绒层包括弹性基布、通过3D植绒的方式设置于所述弹性基布表面的3D植绒面层。
2.如权利要求1所述大衣面料,其特征在于:所述植绒层的表面涂有疏水性的氟季胺硅烷耦合剂涂层。
3.如权利要求1所述大衣面料,其特征在于:所述植绒层表面还设置有耐磨纤维层,所述耐磨纤维层由海岛纤维、涤纶纤维混纺而成。
4.如权利要求1所述大衣面料,其特征在于:所述保暖棉层与所述植绒层的所述弹性基布之间通过粘胶进行粘结,所述粘胶内加入透气助剂,所述透气助剂包括以下重量百分比的组分:2,5-二氨基甲基呋喃:18 -30,碳酸亚丙酯:18 -30,C12-C14烷基缩水甘油醚:8 -16,三缩水甘油基对氨基苯酚:8 - 16,二环戊二烯二环氧化物:8 -16,乙醇:18 -30,苯甲酸钠:1 - 3,三羟甲基丙烷三缩水甘油醚:1-3,水:45-80。
