本发明属于功能性饮品技术领域,特别是涉及一种红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代人生活中充满了各种各样的交际,免不得要喝酒。中国是白酒大国,有独特的酒文化,酒桌上劝酒灌酒现象时有发生。经常会有人出于各种原因舍命陪君子,喝得烂醉如泥,喝得胃出血,喝成酒精肝。坊间也开始流行各种解酒良方,实际上离不了葛根、郁金、姜黄、枳椇子、水飞蓟,牡蛎等,实际上起的作用仅仅是酒后保肝护肝,没有从整个过程参与酒精的吸收和代谢。通常各个解酒配方只是从人体醉酒影响因素的单方面来做的解酒配方,目前现有技术中还没有对醉酒的形成进行系统性的研究。申请人通过对人体醉酒形成原因的系统性研究分析,从人体醉酒形成的各个影响因素,整体出发,研发出了一种解酒效果更好,效率更高,对人体损害更小的红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品。

本发明提供了一种红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品,解决了现有技术中的解酒产品,解酒效果差,时间久,副作用大的技术问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施例提供了,一种红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品,包括以下重量份数的原料,红枣浓缩汁240-260份、红枣富集汁75-83份、玉米低聚肽粉38-42份、沙棘浓缩汁19-25份、姜黄粉5-7份、枳椇子粉2.5-3.5份、葛根粉0.8-1.2份、酵母粉1-1.3份、γ-环状糊精4-6份、三氯蔗糖0.1-0.13份、黄原胶0.8-1份、柠檬酸0.2-0.3份和590-600份的水。

本发明实施例的另一个方面,提供了一种红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤,(1)原料制备称取;(2)将黄原胶、姜黄粉、γ-环状糊精进行干混,得到预混料;(3)在化料罐中加入水,加热至40-45℃,然后依次加入预混料、酵母粉、枳椇子粉、葛根粉、三氯蔗糖、柠檬酸、玉米低聚肽粉、红枣富集汁和沙棘浓缩汁,搅拌至辅料完全溶解、分散均匀,得到辅料溶液;(4)将辅料溶液加入调配罐,搅拌状态下加入红枣浓缩汁,用水定容至28.6±0.2°Brix;调整PH至4.10±0.03;(5)55-60℃灌装封存,杀菌,贴码包装得到成品。
本发明实施例相比现有技术的有益效果是:通过对人体醉酒影响因素的研究和醒酒因素的综合分析,通过玉米低聚肽、姜黄粉、枳椇子粉、葛根粉、酵母粉和红枣富集汁的协同作用,从而从促进人体三羧酸循环角度、羟基自由基的清除角度、乙醇脱氢酶的激活角度、肝细胞脂肪的变性抑制角度、坏死性调亡肝细胞释放的HMBG1对HSC活化的抑制阻断角度、抗脂质过氧化和保护肝损伤角度、脑SOD的活性促进角度、已经引起的海马突触界面细微结构的衰退性变逆转角度以及乙醇的加速代谢角度,综合作用,来实现对醉酒患者的快速有效的解酒。并通过相关试验证明了,本申请所述红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品相比现有技术中的解酒制剂,解酒所用时间更短,效果更好,并且通过了人体安全性测试试验,对人体损伤也更小,副作用也更小,而且具有较好的适口感。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
申请人经过对醉酒起因及人体能够醒酒的各方面因素的综合试验分析,发现人体在醉酒后三羧酸循环会受到影响,乙醇脱氢酶ADH和乙醛脱氢酶是人体分解乙醇最中药的2种酶,而乙醇会使这两种酶的合成效率大大降低;另外人在醉酒后人体的肝细胞脂肪会发生变性,同时大量出现干细胞坏死凋亡,在干细胞变性凋亡后会释放HMBG1,而HMBG1会进一步抑制肝星状细胞HSC的活性,进一步降低肝脏对乙醇乙醛的降解能力。乙醇在人体内会对肝脏造成一定损伤,影响人体的脂质过氧化过程,通过提供人体一定的抗脂质过氧化物质也可对醒酒具有一定效果。而乙醇在人体内还会影响人体各种激素的第二信使的合成,从而通过促进人体内代谢激素的第二信使以及各种调节因子的合成,也有助于醒酒。

本发明提供了一种红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品,包括以下重量份数的原料,红枣浓缩汁240-260份、红枣富集汁75-83份、玉米低聚肽粉38-42份、沙棘浓缩汁19-25份、姜黄粉5-7份、枳椇子粉2.5-3.5份、葛根粉0.8-1.2份、酵母粉1-1.3份、γ-环状糊精4-6份、三氯蔗糖0.1-0.13份、黄原胶0.8-1份、柠檬酸0.2-0.3份和590-600份的水。

示例性的,本申请所述的红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品,还包括知母0.8kg,从而通过知母与葛根粉粉的协同,来促进抗利尿激素ADH的分泌,从而减少醉酒者尿排量,稀释血液中得到乙醇浓度,提高血液活性降低醉酒影响。
同时由于乙醇会抑制人体抗利尿激素ADH的产生,从而引起人体大量排尿,从而导致人体血液中乙醇浓度的进一步提高及降低血液活性,加重醉酒,因此本申请中通过利用葛根粉与知名的协同作用,来促进利尿激素ADH的产生,减少醉酒者尿排量,稀释血液中得到乙醇浓度,提高血液活性降低醉酒影响。
示例性的,所述红枣浓缩汁为复合杆菌发酵浓缩汁,所述复合杆菌由瑞士乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌和鼠李糖乳杆菌以2:3:1的重量比组成;所述环磷酸腺苷含量为11.4μg/mL。
示例性的,酵母粉为含B族维生素酵母粉。
一种红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤,(1)制备红枣浓缩汁250kg、红枣富集汁80kg和沙棘浓缩汁20kg,称取玉米低聚肽粉40kg、姜黄粉6kg、枳椇子粉3kg、葛根粉1kg、酵母粉1.2kg、γ-环状糊精5kg、三氯蔗糖0.12kg、黄原胶0.8kg、柠檬酸0.2kg;(2)将黄原胶0.8kg、姜黄粉6kg、γ-环状糊精5kg进行干混,得到预混料;(3)在化料罐中加入水200kg,加热至40-45℃,然后依次加入上述制备的预混料、酵母粉1.2kg、枳椇子粉3kg、葛根粉1kg、三氯蔗糖0.12kg、柠檬酸0.2kg、玉米低聚肽粉40kg、红枣富集汁80kg和沙棘浓缩汁20kg,搅拌至辅料完全溶解、分散均匀,得到辅料溶液;(4)将辅料溶液加入调配罐,搅拌状态下加入红枣浓缩汁250kg,用水定容至28.6±0.2°Brix;调整PH至4.10±0.03;(5)55-60℃灌装封存,杀菌,贴码包装得到成品。
发明所述红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品:
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品还包括N-乙酰半胱氨酸和丝素蛋白混合物。所述N-乙酰半胱氨酸和丝素蛋白混合物,通过将N-乙酰半胱氨酸与家蚕丝素蛋白以14:84混合后,细磨过筛加入到红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品中。从而通过N-乙酰半胱氨酸和丝素蛋白混合物为机体提供充足的丙氨酸,加快肝脏对乙醇的分解,同时由于N-乙酰半胱氨酸的单肽成份,更易于进入细胞内,维持机体氧化还原平衡,同时有效补充细胞内降低的还原态谷胱氨酸。同时可以作为氧自由基清除剂,促进肝糖原再生和受损干细胞的再生。
通过玉米低聚肽:玉米低聚肽的醒酒机理是因为玉米低聚肽能够提高血清中的支链氨基酸丙氨酸、亮氨酸浓度,而这两种氨基酸能够促进辅酶(NAD+)的产生,以维持三羧酸循环的正常运行,从而达到抑制血液中乙醇浓度升高的效果。玉米肽在可以激活ADH,并且具有良好地抑制-OH能力,玉米低聚肽的醒酒作用机制不仅与玉米低聚肽含有高比例的丙氨酸、亮氨酸有关,还与其能激活ADH、清除-OH有重要的关系。
通过姜黄粉:姜黄粉中含有的姜黄素通过激活肝细胞内Nrf2改善酒精诱导的肝细胞脂肪变性以及肝细胞坏死性调亡;姜黄素通过激活HSC内Nrf2恢复活化HSC的脂肪细胞表型并抑制其活化;姜黄素通过抑制酒精诱导的坏死性调亡的肝细胞择放HMBG1阻断其对HSC活化的诱导作用;姜黄素抑制酒精性脂肪肝-酒精性肝炎-肝纤维化的疾病演进。
通过枳椇子粉:枳椇子含有黄酮类活性成分山奈酚、洋芹素、杨媚黄素、槲皮素、氢杨梅黄素和蒽醌类化合物大黄素,具有抗脂质过氧化和保护肝损伤作用。研究表明,枳椇子具有显著的解酒、保肝、抗肝纤维化及抗衰老、抗疲劳等作用。
通过葛根粉:葛根中的有效成分葛根素具有抗脂质过氧化、抗纤维化以及清除氧自由基的作用,葛根可延缓肝细胞病理性损伤,发挥保护肝脏的作用。葛根素可对抗慢性乙醇中毒引起的记忆减退,提高脑SOD活性,减少脑内脂褐素积累,逆转乙醇导致的海马突触界面细微结构的衰退性变。葛根对中毒酒精重度中毒者,在常规治疗同时加葛根素,能使患者迅速清醒,缩短病程,且效果确切可靠副作用少。同时通过葛根能降低头晕头痛、恶心呕吐,促进抗利尿激素的产生减少排尿。
通过酵母粉:酵母粉中富含的B族维生素可以促进人体乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶的合成,能帮助加快乙醇在人体内的代谢。
通过红枣富集汁:红枣富集汁中富含的环腺苷酸是一种广泛存在于生物体内的没有特异性的小分子高生物活性物质,其主要功能是作为多种激素的第二信使调节生物体细胞内一系列生物化学反应过程,是机体代谢的重要调节因子。
本申请所述红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品醒酒护肝研究实验。
1、材料与试剂
肝细胞株(L02),中国食品发酵工业研究院保存;RPMI1640含酚红培养基、Hank’s平衡盐缓冲液(Hank’s Balanced Salt Solution,HBSS)、RPMI1640无酚红培养基,迈晨科技有限公司;胎牛血清(Fetal Bovine Serum,FBS),美国Gibco;油酸(Oleic acid,OA)、DCFH-DA、二甲基亚砜(Dimethyl sulfoxide,DMSO),美国Sigma化学公司;无FFA牛血清蛋白(FFA-free bovine serum albumin,BSA),日本WAKO公司;IP裂解液、甘油三酯(TG)测定试剂盒、总胆固醇(TC)测定试剂盒、BCA蛋白浓度测定试剂盒、葡萄糖试剂盒、CCK-8试剂盒(Cell Counting Kit-8),碧云天生物技术研究所,甲醛、异丙醇,分析纯。
2、仪器与设备:倒置生物显微镜,日本OLympus公司;生物安全柜,中国济南鑫贝西生物技术有限公司;37℃CO2培养箱,日本松下公司;Spectra Max i3酶标仪,美国MD公司;分析天平,梅特勒-托利多仪器有限公司;KQ-250DE超声波清洗仪,昆山超声仪器有限公司;GL-20G-Ⅱ型高速冷冻离心机,上海安亭科学仪器厂。
3、实验方法
3.1溶液配置
3.11对照组溶液的配制:称取1.0g BSA于100mL RPMI1640无酚红培养基(预热至50℃)中,超声溶解至澄清,充分溶解后用0.22μm滤膜过滤两次,即得1%BSA的对照组溶液,于-20℃保存备用,使用前孵育至37℃。
3.12.模型组溶液的配制:称取30.44mg油酸钠(OANa)于2mL超纯水,70℃水浴溶解;称取1g BSA于10mL无酚红RPMI164010培养基中超声溶解,将溶好的OANa缓慢滴加到BSA溶液中,超声1h使油酸与BSA结合完全。将OANA-BSA混合体系滴加到88mL无酚红RPMI164010培养基中,调pH到7.4配制1mmol/L的油酸溶液。取适量无水乙醇与1mmol/L的油酸溶液混合使终浓度为30mL/L无水乙醇+100μmol/L油酸。
3.2实验分组情况如下表1:
3.3、L02细胞的体外培养与冻存
人肝细胞株L02细胞培养于含有青霉素100U/mL、链霉素100μg/ml的10%FBS的RPMI1640培养基中(下文简称1640完全培养基),于含5%CO2以及相对湿度为90%的37℃培养箱中常规培养。当细胞生长至80%~90%融合时,移除旧培养液,先用HBSS溶液润洗细胞层,再用胰蛋白酶消化细胞5min,待细胞分散后,加入3mL1640完全培养基终止胰蛋白酶消化反应。用移液枪将细胞打散形成细胞悬液,即可进行细胞传代。
人肝细胞株L02细胞需冻存时,移除旧培养液,先用HBSS溶液润洗细胞层,后用胰蛋白酶消化细胞5min,待细胞分散后,加入3mL1640完全培养基终止胰蛋白酶消化反应。用移液枪将细胞打散形成细胞悬液,收集并离心,弃培养基,向细胞中加入冻存液(基础培养基+20%FBS+8%DMSO),移入冻存管并标记。将装有细胞的冻存管先放入4℃冰箱约30min,接着置于-20℃冰箱约30-60min,再置于-80℃超低温冰箱中放置过夜,最后置于液氮罐中长期保存。
3.4、CCK-8法测定细胞存活率。
取96孔培养板,每孔加100μL浓度为1.5×105个/mL的L02细胞悬液,5%的CO2,37℃培养24h后弃去培养液,用HBSS清洗一次,每孔加入不同浓度的发酵红枣饮品各100μL,培养24h后除去培养液,加入CCK-8于37℃培养箱中避光孵育2h。用酶标仪在450nm处测定吸光值。试验结果减去本底色CCK-8的吸光值后,以对照组细胞的细胞存活率为100%计算其余组别细胞存活率。
3.5、细胞内TG含量的测定
各组细胞加样处理24h后,弃去培养液,HBSS缓冲溶液洗1次,加入IP裂解液充分裂解细胞,按TG试剂盒说明书进行细胞内TG含量的检测。结果除以蛋白含量后,换算为与对照组的百分比表示(%)。
3.6油红O染色
细胞加样处理24小时后弃掉旧培养基,用HBSS缓冲溶液润洗1次,用4%甲醛固定30min。再加入60%异丙醇冲洗,加入提前过滤好的油红O工作液,染色20min左右。染色完毕60%异丙醇清洗多余染料进行分色,弃掉异丙醇加入蒸馏水清洗,甘油固封,并用显微镜观察并采集照片。
3.7、细胞内蛋白含量的测定
L02细胞中加入IP裂解液,充分裂解后,取5μL待测裂解后的L02细胞,用BCA试剂盒测定蛋白含量,计算蛋白浓度。
3.8统计与分析
每个实验重复3次,对所得数据进行数据分析,利用Origin 8.5统计分析并绘图。差异显著水平为p<0.05。
4、实验结果与分析
4.1、图1为不同浓度的本申请所述饮品处理细胞24h后对细胞增殖的影响,试验结果表明饮品浓度为200mg/L~1000mg/L时对细胞增殖无显著影响。考虑到本申请所述饮品对酒精肝损伤细胞模型的调节作用可能与剂量有关,因此后续实验选择200mg/L、600mg/L以及1000mg/L三个浓度。
4.2、图2是本申请所述饮品对L02细胞内TG含量的影响结果。
由图可知模型组细胞内TG含量显著高于对照组,浓度为200mg/L~1000mg/L的发酵红枣饮品处理后,细胞内TG含量显著低于模型组,因此发酵红枣饮品可以通过改善肝细胞脂代谢缓解酒精肝损伤程度,从图中还看出发酵红枣饮品降低胞内TG含量不具有浓度依赖性,为600mg/L时作用效果最好。
4.3、图3是油红O染色图。油红O具有很强的脂溶性是一种常用的脂质染色剂,其特异性结合细胞内的TG等中性脂肪使脂类物质呈现橘红色,同时避免胞内其他成分与被染色,干扰实验结果。图3为各组的油红O染色结果,其中对照组细胞与模型组细胞出现明显差异,模型组细胞内发生脂质积累,出现油滴,被染为红色,加样组细胞颜色与对照组类似无明显红色出现,表明发酵红枣饮品可以抑制细胞脂代谢紊乱降低胞内脂滴积累,改善肝细胞损伤。
通过L02细胞建立肝损伤细胞模型后,选用不同浓度的本申请红枣饮品进行试验,结果表面可降低细胞内TG含量,减少胞内脂滴积累,有改善肝损伤程度,且浓度为600mg/L时作用效果最好。
本发明所述红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品解酒临床效果观察实验:
1、实验对象:受试者50例,其中男25,女25,年龄最小20,年龄最大45。
2、用法用量:平均每人引用56°太白酒300ml,喝酒前引用本发明所述红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品,150-300ml。
3、其中10人作为对照组不服用解酒药物,40人作为实验组服用不同用量的红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品,其中10人服用红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品150ml,10人服用200ml,10人服用250ml,10人服用300ml。
饮酒后20分钟,50例受试者,均出现了醉酒情况,30例平衡失调,35例语言不清,15例出现了瞌睡昏沉;经抽血检测血液中酒精浓度150mg/100ml~280mg/100ml。
实验组服用本申请所述红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品后,各组平均血液酒精含量:其中酒精含量单位为mg/100ml。结构如下表2。
同时120min后,对个对照组与实验组进行醉酒表征记录,其中对照组10人,其中8人仍旧语言表述不清,失衡;3人头疼严重,浑身肌肉酸痛;5人肠胃难受,恶心,出现了呕吐现象;对照组31人能够正常行走,语言表述清晰,7人略微有头痛感,3人反应胃部难受,37人醉酒感明显消失,问答思路清晰。
同时40人中39人反应本申请所述红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品口感较适,醉酒后喝下,肠胃舒适感明显,相比现有技术中的解酒药具有更好的适口感。
所述红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品重要成份实验:
A中不包含玉米低聚肽粉。
B中不包含沙棘浓缩汁。
C中不包含姜黄粉。
D中不包含枳椇子粉。
E中不包含葛根粉。
F中不包含酵母粉。
G中不包含红枣浓缩汁。
H海王金樽解酒饮品(吉林海王健康生物科技有限公司)。
I为空白对照纯净水。
从而形成A、B、C、D、E、F、G、H、I 8组对照,与本申请所述红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品进行解酒效果测试。相同实验条件下,各组分别饮酒200ml,饮酒后服用等量产品250ml对醒酒时间进行测试。
醒酒标准,以语言清晰,失衡消失,头痛感消失,肌肉酸痛感消失、呕吐感消失为判断标准。
测试结果如下表3。
通过上述实验结果可以看到,本申请所述红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品,在各个组份相互协同作用下,醒酒效果明显,相比现有市场上公开的售卖较好的醒酒药物,在同样饮酒条件下,能够显著缩短醉酒这的醒酒时间;同时在本申请所述红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品个别组分缺失的情况下,其醒酒效果也明显减弱,醒酒时间明显延长。本申请组分相比单品及缺失成份产品,具有预料不到的效果,平均醒酒时间缩短了将近2个小时。
另外本申请所述红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品,在饮酒前服用,也同样具有一定的解酒效果护肝的效果,经过试验过,相比不饮用本产品,饮酒这更不易醉,饮用同量的酒,肠胃及头等不适状况也相对微弱许多。
从而进一步证明了,本申请所述红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品各组分之间相互协同,通过从而促进三羧酸循环的正常运行,抑制血液中的乙醇浓度的升高,消除人体代谢过程中产生的过剩羟基自由基,提供充足的丙氨酸、亮氨酸,促进辅酶I(NAD+)的生成;改善因酒精引起的肝细胞脂肪变性以及肝细胞坏死性调亡,通过激活HSC内Nrf2恢复活化HSC的脂肪细胞表型并抑制其活化抑制酒精诱导的坏死性调亡的肝细胞择放HMBG1阻断其对HSC活化的诱导作用;同时通过枳椇子来使其具有抗脂质过氧化和保护肝损伤的效果;通过葛根粉提高脑SOD活性,减少脑内脂褐素积累,逆转乙醇导致的海马突触界面细微结构的衰退性变。使得本申请,起到更好的解酒效果,效率更高,副作用更小。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (9)
1.一种红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的原料,红枣浓缩汁240-260份、红枣富集汁75-83份、玉米低聚肽粉38-42份、沙棘浓缩汁19-25份、姜黄粉5-7份、枳椇子粉2.5-3.5份、葛根粉0.8-1.2份、酵母粉1-1.3份、γ-环状糊精4-6份、三氯蔗糖0.1-0.13份、黄原胶0.8-1份、柠檬酸0.2-0.3份和590-600份的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的原料,红枣浓缩汁240份、红枣富集汁75份、玉米低聚肽粉38份、沙棘浓缩汁19份、姜黄粉5份、枳椇子粉2.5份、葛根粉0.8份、酵母粉1份、γ-环状糊精4份、三氯蔗糖0.1份、黄原胶0.8份、柠檬酸0.2份和590份的水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的原料,红枣浓缩汁250份、红枣富集汁80份、玉米低聚肽粉40份、沙棘浓缩汁20份、姜黄粉6份、枳椇子粉3份、葛根粉1份、酵母粉1.2份、γ-环状糊精5份、三氯蔗糖0.12份、黄原胶0.8份、柠檬酸0.2份和590份的水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的原料,红枣浓缩汁260份、红枣富集汁83份、玉米低聚肽粉42份、沙棘浓缩汁25份、姜黄粉7份、枳椇子粉3.5份、葛根粉1.2份、酵母粉1.3份、γ-环状糊精6份、三氯蔗糖0.13份、黄原胶1份、柠檬酸0.3份和600份的水。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一所述的红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品,其特征在于:所述玉米低聚肽粉用于促进辅酶I(NAD+)的产生,维持三羧酸循环的正常运行。
6.根据权利要求5所述的红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品,其特征在于:所述玉米低聚肽粉用于激活乙醇脱氢酶ADH和消除人体内过多的羟基自由基。
7.根据权利要求6所述的红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品,其特征在于:姜黄粉用于激活干细胞内的Nrf2,改善酒精诱导的肝细胞脂肪变性以及肝细胞坏死性调亡。
8.根据权利要求7所述的红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品,其特征在于:酵母粉为含B族维生素酵母粉。
9.一种红枣姜黄玉米低肽果蔬饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,(1)原料制备称取;(2)将黄原胶、姜黄粉、γ-环状糊精进行干混,得到预混料;(3)在化料罐中加入水,加热至40-45℃,然后依次加入预混料、酵母粉、枳椇子粉、葛根粉、三氯蔗糖、柠檬酸、玉米低聚肽粉、红枣富集汁和沙棘浓缩汁,搅拌至辅料完全溶解、分散均匀,得到辅料溶液;(4)将辅料溶液加入调配罐,搅拌状态下加入红枣浓缩汁,用水定容至28.6±0.2°Brix;调整PH至4.10±0.03;(5)55-60℃灌装封存,杀菌,贴码包装得到成品。
