Abstract
本发明公开了一种采用铂金浮雕花纹制备的接装纸及其制备工艺。一种采用铂金浮雕花纹制备接装纸的工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)设计包装花纹图案;(2)将设计好的花纹图案信息输入到铂金浮雕机中,利用激光器将花纹图案信息激光刻蚀在光刻胶版上并制成光刻母片;(3)将光刻母片电铸成镍板,并对镍板进行镀膜;(4)将经过镀膜后的镍板进行排版后送至UV模压机,使镍板包覆在UV模压机的版辊上,利用UV模压机将花纹图案转压印在涂覆有UV光油的基膜上;(5)将基膜在真空镀铝机内进行镀铝形成真空镀铝层;(6)将经过镀铝后的基膜涂上胶粘剂后与接装纸贴合,烘干干燥后将基膜剥离,即得铂金浮雕花纹接装纸。

本发明涉及烟用包装纸技术领域,
尤其是,本发明涉及一种采用铂金浮雕花纹制备的接装纸及其制备工艺。
背景技术
铂金浮雕技术是一种直观的防伪技术,其采用镭射浮雕制版工艺结合模压技术,制备出的铂金浮雕花纹具有立体感强、标识亮度好、精度等级高的优点。铂金浮雕的直写条纹和纹路深度可以构筑出完美的金属光感,更易于与各种印刷油墨结合使用,可以克服传统镭射全息的彩虹光对印刷油墨要求高的缺陷。此外,铂金浮雕花纹既能表现出强烈的浮雕效果,还能适应现有成熟的模压工艺,适应于各种材料的生产,应用成本相对深条纹专用的UV模压工艺成本更低,应用面更广,容易大规模量产和品质控制。铂金浮雕花纹的选用可以增强印刷质感,凸显包装品牌重点区域效果,强烈的浮雕效果和金属质感可以取代部分击凸烫金工艺,实现一些自动化连续包装无法做出的击凸效果的工艺突破,其超高的光学分辨率可以模拟特色丝网印刷效果,达到印包环保要求。铂金浮雕花纹的分辨率可以达到62.5万dpi,可以使创作出的花纹图案更加细致,图案的边缘更加光滑美观。
烟用接装纸,是将烟支滤嘴与卷烟烟支接装起来,与卷烟纸配合使用的纸张。接装纸不同于常规的外包装纸,接装纸的纸张较薄,纸质柔软,空隙较大,吸水性强。目前,铂金浮雕技术在烟支的包装纸上的应用已不鲜见,主要是用在烟盒的外包装这种纸张较厚、纸质较硬的包装纸上,而尚无将铂金浮雕技术应用到烟支接装纸上的应用研究。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种采用铂金浮雕花纹制备的接装纸及其制备工艺。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种采用铂金浮雕花纹制备接装纸的工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)设计包装花纹图案;
(2)将设计好的所述花纹图案信息输入到铂金浮雕机中,利用激光器将所述花纹图案信息激光刻蚀在光刻胶版上并制成光刻母片;
(3)将所述光刻母片电铸成镍板,并对所述镍板进行镀膜;
(4)将经过镀膜后的所述镍板进行排版后送至UV模压机,使所述镍板包覆在UV模压机的版辊上,利用UV模压机将所述花纹图案转压印在涂覆有UV光油的基膜上;
(5)将所述基膜在真空镀铝机内进行镀铝形成真空镀铝层;
(6)将经过镀铝后的所述基膜涂上胶粘剂后与接装纸贴合,烘干干燥后将所述基膜剥离,即得铂金浮雕花纹接装纸。
优选地,UV模压机进行模压时的温度为130℃~140℃,模压速度为40m/min~45m/min,模压压力为0.3~0.35MPa。
优选地,所述基膜为PET光学薄膜。
优选地,所述接装纸按以下方法制备:
将针叶浆、阔叶浆分别进行打浆,之后进行配浆;打浆后针叶浆叩解度为62°SR ~68°SR,湿重为6g~8g,配浆中针叶浆与阔叶浆的重量配比为(35%~45%):(65%~55%);
向配浆中加入纸张强度改善剂、湿强剂填料后进行纸机成型、压榨、前干工艺处理;
之后进行表面施剂、后干、压光、卷取、包装入库。
优选地,所述纸张强度改善剂为立方氮化硼或氮化碳粉末,所述纸张强度改善剂的添加量占配浆重量的5%~10%。
优选地,所述表面施剂为干强剂,所述干强剂为聚乙烯醇与氧化淀粉的混合物,所述聚乙烯醇与氧化淀粉的质量比为1:(0.8~1.5),所述干强剂的添加量为10 kg/t ~11 kg/t;所述湿强剂为聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷,所述湿强剂的添加量为5 kg/t ~10 kg/t。
优选地,所述压光工艺中压光机压力为120kN/m~160kN/m。
优选地,所述基膜上UV光油的涂覆厚度为0.2mm~0.25mm。
优选地,所述胶粘剂为丙烯酸胶粘剂。

(1)设计包装花纹图案:设计选用中华传统的图腾“海浪漩涡底纹”,一方面代表的是中华文明的薪火传承、凝练着荆楚文明的精粹,锻造着品牌至境的时代传说;另一方面唯美的线条犹如烟雾般缠绕延伸,突出烟气细腻绵长、飘柔淡雅的口味。
(2)将设计好的花纹图案信息输入到铂金浮雕机中,利用激光器将花纹图案信息激光刻蚀在光刻胶版上并制成光刻母片:具体地,将步骤(1)中设计好的花纹图案利用绘图软件,如photoshop、coreldraw等转制成铂金浮雕机可读的点阵图档案,铂金浮雕机将接收到的点阵图档案信息传送给激光器,激光器将花纹图案信息激光刻蚀在光刻胶版上,之后经过显影液显影出图像,即成为光刻母片;
(3)将光刻母片送至电铸槽电铸成镍板,并利用真空镀膜或者化学电镀对镍板进行镀膜,以提高镍板的机械性能;同时,在镍板表面镀膜(利用真空镀膜或者化学电镀在镍板表面镀上一层金或银)可以凸显出铂金浮雕的效果;之后,可以对镀膜表面进行清漆或者电晕处理,以改善镍板的印刷适应性;
(4)将经过镀膜后的镍板进行排版后送至UV模压机,使镍板包覆在UV模压机的版辊上,利用UV模压机将花纹图案转压印在涂覆有UV光油的基膜上, UV模压机进行模压时的温度为130℃~140℃,模压速度为40m/min~45m/min,模压压力为0.3~0.35MPa;可以选用PET光学薄膜作为基膜,使用凹印工艺在PET光学薄膜上涂布UV涂料,基膜上UV光油的涂覆厚度为0.2mm~0.25mm;UV涂料的涂布过程应在密封、无尘、恒温、恒湿、空气无对流的环境中进行,一般控制环境温度为18~20℃,环境湿度为50%~70%;
(5)将基膜在真空镀铝机内进行镀铝形成真空镀铝层,以增强花纹图案的金属光泽和金属质感;
(6)将经过镀铝后的基膜涂上丙烯酸胶粘剂后与接装纸贴合,烘干干燥后将基膜剥离,即得铂金浮雕花纹接装纸。制备的接装纸具有非常明显的视觉层次感和立体浮雕金属质感,这种独特的视觉效果具有不可仿制的防伪作用,而且铂金浮雕花纹更细腻、润滑,接装纸表面彰显出一种时尚的太空金属质感,给香烟抽吸者一种低调奢华、成熟稳重、尊贵不凡的气质感。
本发明的一种采用铂金浮雕花纹制备接装纸的工艺将铂金浮雕技术与烟用接装纸完美结合,制备出带铂金浮雕花纹的烟用接装纸,丰富了烟用接装纸的品类,且制备出的烟用接装纸花纹更加细腻、光滑,更加具有立体美感。
利用铂金浮雕技术在常规接装纸上制作铂金浮雕花纹图案时,制作过程中发现存在以下问题:接装纸的铂金浮雕花纹的镀铝层不牢固或者不明亮。分析出现这种现象的原因在于常规接装纸的纸张较薄,纸质柔软,其在与基膜胶粘贴合时,接装纸的平整度不够造成的。本发明针对常规接装纸存在的问题,对常规接装纸的生产工艺进行优化,具体地,接装纸按以下方法制备:
(10)将针叶浆、阔叶浆分别进行打浆,之后进行配浆,针叶浆可以是马尾松、落叶松、红松、云杉等的叶浆,阔叶浆可以是桦木、杨木、椴木、桉木、枫木等的叶浆;接装纸生产中阔叶浆采用轻度打浆,主要打浆操作集中在针叶浆,控制打浆后针叶浆叩解度为62°SR ~68°SR,湿重为6g~8g,配浆中针叶浆与阔叶浆的重量配比为(35%~45%):(65%~55%),这样获得的接装纸的纸张抗张强度和纸面匀度较好;
(20)向配浆中加入纸张强度改善剂、湿强剂填料后进行纸机成型、压榨、前干工艺处理;
(30)之后进行表面施剂、后干、压光、卷取、包装入库。
步骤(20)中通过在配桨中添加纸张强度改善剂来改善制备的接装纸的纸张强度,使其在与基膜胶粘贴合时更加平整,进而能够更好地适应铂金浮雕技术,制备出性能更加优越的铂金浮雕花纹接装纸。纸张强度改善剂可以选用立方氮化硼或氮化碳粉末,纸张强度改善剂的添加量占配浆重量的5%~10%。湿强剂为聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷,湿强剂的添加量为5 kg/t ~10 kg/t。立方氮化硼或氮化碳粉末均为无机化合物,在接装纸的燃烧过程中不会产生有毒有害的污染物,使用安全环保;且立方氮化硼或氮化碳粉末的硬度高,磨蚀性低,加入到配浆中后,在压光辊的压力作用下,较细的粉末颗粒倾向于重新定向并填充针叶浆或阔叶浆纤维的空隙,使制备的接装纸纸张表面更加平滑。
步骤(30)中的表面施剂为干强剂,干强剂为聚乙烯醇与氧化淀粉的混合物,聚乙烯醇与氧化淀粉的质量比为1:(0.8~1.5),干强剂的添加量为10 kg/t ~11 kg/t;压光工艺中压光机压力为120kN/m~160kN/m。通过控制压光机的压力,可以改善制备的接装纸的纸张平整度,提高纸张的光泽度、平滑度及紧度,并使纸张具有均匀一致的厚度。表面施剂工艺可以提高原纸的印刷表面强度与内部结合强度,赋予纸张良好的印刷适应性。
其中,立方氮化硼可以通过市购获得;氮化碳粉末可以选用价格低廉、供应广泛的三聚氰胺为原料进行制备,具体可以按照以下过程进行制备:在氮气保护下,将三聚氰胺原料在550℃~600℃(控制升温速率为2℃/min)焙烧3h~6h,之后自然冷却到室温即可获得淡黄色的氮化碳粉末。
本发明通过对接装纸的打浆工艺参数进行优化,并在配浆中添加纸张强度改善剂、湿强剂填料,同时在表面施剂工艺时添加合适的干强剂,多种措施协同作用,使得生产出的接装纸能够更好地适应铂金浮雕技术应用的要求。
以下结合具体实施例做进一步说明:
实施例1
本发明实施例1提供一种采用铂金浮雕花纹制备的接装纸及其制备工艺,具体如下:
(1)设计包装花纹图案:设计选用中华传统的图腾“海浪漩涡底纹”;
(2)将步骤(1)中设计好的花纹图案利用photoshop绘图软件转制成铂金浮雕机可读的点阵图档案,铂金浮雕机将接收到的点阵图档案信息传送给激光器,激光器将花纹图案信息激光刻蚀在光刻胶版上,之后经过显影液显影出图像,即成为光刻母片;
(3)将光刻母片送至电铸槽电铸成镍板,并利用真空镀膜对镍板进行镀金膜;之后,对镀金膜表面进行电晕处理;
(4)将经过镀膜后的镍板进行排版后送至UV模压机,使镍板包覆在UV模压机的版辊上,利用UV模压机将花纹图案转压印在涂覆有UV光油的PET基膜上, UV模压机进行模压时的温度为130℃,模压速度为40m/min,模压压力为0.3MPa;PET基膜上UV光油的涂覆厚度为0.2mm,UV涂料的涂布时,控制环境温度为18~20℃,环境湿度为50%~70%;
(5)将基膜在真空镀铝机内进行镀铝形成真空镀铝层;
(6)制备接装纸:将针叶浆、阔叶浆分别进行打浆,之后进行配浆,控制打浆后针叶浆叩解度为66°SR,湿重为6g,配浆中针叶浆与阔叶浆的重量配比为35%:65%;向配浆中加入占配浆重量5%的立方氮化硼粉末、5 kg/t的聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷后进行纸机成型、压榨、前干工艺处理;之后加入10 kg/t的聚乙烯醇与氧化淀粉的混合物,聚乙烯醇与氧化淀粉的质量比为1:0.8,之后经过后干、120kN/m进行压光、卷取、包装入库;
(7)将经过镀铝后的基膜涂上丙烯酸胶粘剂后与制备的接装纸贴合,烘干干燥后将基膜剥离,即得铂金浮雕花纹接装纸。
实施例2
本发明实施例2提供一种采用铂金浮雕花纹制备的接装纸及其制备工艺,具体如下:
(1)设计包装花纹图案:设计选用中华传统的图腾“海浪漩涡底纹”;
(2)将步骤(1)中设计好的花纹图案利用photoshop绘图软件转制成铂金浮雕机可读的点阵图档案,铂金浮雕机将接收到的点阵图档案信息传送给激光器,激光器将花纹图案信息激光刻蚀在光刻胶版上,之后经过显影液显影出图像,即成为光刻母片;
(3)将光刻母片送至电铸槽电铸成镍板,并利用真空镀膜对镍板进行镀金膜;之后,对镀金膜表面进行电晕处理;
(4)将经过镀膜后的镍板进行排版后送至UV模压机,使镍板包覆在UV模压机的版辊上,利用UV模压机将花纹图案转压印在涂覆有UV光油的PET基膜上, UV模压机进行模压时的温度为140℃,模压速度为45m/min,模压压力为0.35MPa;PET基膜上UV光油的涂覆厚度为0.25mm,UV涂料的涂布时,控制环境温度为18~20℃,环境湿度为50%~70%;
(5)将基膜在真空镀铝机内进行镀铝形成真空镀铝层;
(6)制备接装纸:将针叶浆、阔叶浆分别进行打浆,之后进行配浆,控制打浆后针叶浆叩解度为62°SR,湿重为8g,配浆中针叶浆与阔叶浆的重量配比为45%:55%;向配浆中加入占配浆重量10%的氮化碳粉末、10 kg/t的聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷后进行纸机成型、压榨、前干工艺处理;之后加入11 kg/t的聚乙烯醇与氧化淀粉的混合物,聚乙烯醇与氧化淀粉的质量比为1:1.5,之后经过后干、160kN/m进行压光、卷取、包装入库;
(7)将经过镀铝后的基膜涂上丙烯酸胶粘剂后与制备的接装纸贴合,烘干干燥后将基膜剥离,即得铂金浮雕花纹接装纸。
实施例3
本发明实施例3提供一种采用铂金浮雕花纹制备的接装纸及其制备工艺,具体如下:
(1)设计包装花纹图案:设计选用中华传统的图腾“海浪漩涡底纹”;
(2)将步骤(1)中设计好的花纹图案利用photoshop绘图软件转制成铂金浮雕机可读的点阵图档案,铂金浮雕机将接收到的点阵图档案信息传送给激光器,激光器将花纹图案信息激光刻蚀在光刻胶版上,之后经过显影液显影出图像,即成为光刻母片;
(3)将光刻母片送至电铸槽电铸成镍板,并利用真空镀膜对镍板进行镀金膜;之后,对镀金膜表面进行电晕处理;
(4)将经过镀膜后的镍板进行排版后送至UV模压机,使镍板包覆在UV模压机的版辊上,利用UV模压机将花纹图案转压印在涂覆有UV光油的PET基膜上, UV模压机进行模压时的温度为135℃,模压速度为40m/min,模压压力为0.3MPa;PET基膜上UV光油的涂覆厚度为0.25mm,UV涂料的涂布时,控制环境温度为18~20℃,环境湿度为50%~70%;
(5)将基膜在真空镀铝机内进行镀铝形成真空镀铝层;
(6)制备接装纸:将针叶浆、阔叶浆分别进行打浆,之后进行配浆,控制打浆后针叶浆叩解度为68°SR,湿重为7g,配浆中针叶浆与阔叶浆的重量配比为40%:60%;向配浆中加入占配浆重量8%的立方氮化硼粉末、8 kg/t的聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷后进行纸机成型、压榨、前干工艺处理;之后加入10 kg/t的聚乙烯醇与氧化淀粉的混合物,聚乙烯醇与氧化淀粉的质量比为1:1,之后经过后干、160kN/m进行压光、卷取、包装入库;
(7)将经过镀铝后的基膜涂上丙烯酸胶粘剂后与制备的接装纸贴合,烘干干燥后将基膜剥离,即得铂金浮雕花纹接装纸,如图1所示。
本发明不局限于上述具体的实施方式,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施方式所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种采用铂金浮雕花纹制备接装纸的工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)设计包装花纹图案;
(2)将设计好的所述花纹图案信息输入到铂金浮雕机中,利用激光器将所述花纹图案信息激光刻蚀在光刻胶版上并制成光刻母片;
(3)将所述光刻母片电铸成镍板,并对所述镍板进行镀膜;
(4)将经过镀膜后的所述镍板进行排版后送至UV模压机,使所述镍板包覆在UV模压机的版辊上,利用UV模压机将所述花纹图案转压印在涂覆有UV光油的基膜上;
(5)将所述基膜在真空镀铝机内进行镀铝形成真空镀铝层;
(6)将经过镀铝后的所述基膜涂上胶粘剂后与接装纸贴合,烘干干燥后将所述基膜剥离,即得铂金浮雕花纹接装纸。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种采用铂金浮雕花纹制备接装纸的工艺,其特征在于,UV模压机进行模压时的温度为130℃~140℃,模压速度为40m/min~45m/min,模压压力为0.3~0.35MPa。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种采用铂金浮雕花纹制备接装纸的工艺,其特征在于,所述基膜为PET光学薄膜。
4.如权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种采用铂金浮雕花纹制备接装纸的工艺,其特征在于,所述接装纸按以下方法制备:
将针叶浆、阔叶浆分别进行打浆,之后进行配浆;打浆后针叶浆叩解度为62°SR ~68°SR,湿重为6g~8g,配浆中针叶浆与阔叶浆的重量配比为(35%~45%):(65%~55%);
向配浆中加入纸张强度改善剂、湿强剂填料后进行纸机成型、压榨、前干工艺处理;
之后进行表面施剂、后干、压光、卷取、包装入库。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种采用铂金浮雕花纹制备接装纸的工艺,其特征在于,所述纸张强度改善剂为立方氮化硼或氮化碳粉末,所述纸张强度改善剂的添加量占配浆重量的5%~10%。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种采用铂金浮雕花纹制备接装纸的工艺,其特征在于,所述表面施剂为干强剂,所述干强剂为聚乙烯醇与氧化淀粉的混合物,所述聚乙烯醇与氧化淀粉的质量比为1:(0.8~1.5),所述干强剂的添加量为10 kg/t ~11 kg/t;所述湿强剂为聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷,所述湿强剂的添加量为5 kg/t ~10 kg/t。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种采用铂金浮雕花纹制备接装纸的工艺,其特征在于,所述压光工艺中压光机压力为120kN/m~160kN/m。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种采用铂金浮雕花纹制备接装纸的工艺,其特征在于,所述基膜上UV光油的涂覆厚度为0.2mm~0.25mm。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种采用铂金浮雕花纹制备接装纸的工艺,其特征在于,所述胶粘剂为丙烯酸胶粘剂。
10.采用权利要求1~9任一项所述的一种采用铂金浮雕花纹制备接装纸的工艺制备的铂金浮雕花纹接装纸。
