本发明公开了一种仿羊皮纸制备工艺,属于造纸工艺技术领域。包括以下步骤:S1:制备原浆,配浆采用针叶浆重量含量为30‑45%、阔叶浆重量含量为55‑70%组成的化学木浆,经打浆和配浆形成浆料;S2:抄造;S3:压榨脱水,将上述湿纸页经压榨脱水、烘缸干燥脱水形成原纸;S4:原纸施胶上色,将上述原纸通过表面施胶机进行表面施胶,表面施胶液中加有染料进行上色;S5:压光和裁切,将上述经施胶上色的原纸经干燥后压光和裁切形成仿羊皮纸成品。其有益效果在于,本发明浆料和添加剂的配备添加、纸机抄造、表面施胶在机内一次性生产完成,在纸张生产过程中一次性完成花纹构成、染色工艺,得到纸面柔质感好、颜色鲜艳、立体感强的彩色仿羊皮纸。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于造纸工艺技术领域,具体涉及一种仿羊皮纸制备工艺。
背景技术
众所周知,羊皮纸是以羊皮或小牛皮经石灰处理,再剪去毛,软化后制成的一种昂贵的书写材料,古欧洲大部分重要的法律文件或珍贵文典使用羊皮纸制作,成为留传后世的羊皮典籍。羊皮纸从公元前2世纪开始使用,直至14世纪后被中国出现的纸张取代。仿羊皮纸色彩鲜艳,由于外表具有类似古老羊皮纸的浓淡相间的花纹而得名。该纸纸质坚挺、印刷适性好,又因其独有的类似古老羊皮纸的外观花纹,而被赋予一种特异的历史、文化沉积的韵味与美感,是一种典型的彩色艺术纸。其广泛用于挂历、贺卡、宣传画册等精美印刷;礼盒、化妆品盒、高档箱包等艺术包装;各类标牌、服装吊牌制作等领域。目前,市场上使用的仿羊皮纸主要依赖进口,价格非常昂贵。中国专利申请公开号CN101768896A,公布了一种帝凡羊皮纸的制备方法,其工艺步骤为在原纸开发生产过程中采用30~50%商品阔叶木浆+50~70%商品针叶木浆进行配浆、在4.0~5.0%浓度下进行,打浆度34~42°SR,打浆后的浆料经抄造制成,然后原纸通过配制增加有5%~25%的增稠剂和5%~25%的渗透剂染料上色、涂步、压光和裁切后制成。该方法是采用机内抄造原纸,再通过机外涂布染料的方式生产而成,这种方式的缺点是生产工序多、操作复杂、涂布配方复杂,成本高、纸张颜色不易精确控制,易褪色、立体感差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的状况,提供一种仿羊皮纸制备工艺。
本发明采用以下技术方案,所述一种仿羊皮纸制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:制备原浆,配浆采用针叶浆重量含量为30-45%、阔叶浆重量含量为55-70%组成的化学木浆,经打浆和配浆形成浆料;
S2:抄造,将上述浆料用抄纸机进行抄造,所述抄造过程中浆料由流浆箱至网部,浆料为高液位、低唇板开口,浆网速比为1:0.8,通过控制浆网速比,形成匀度差的带有高、低错落有致的花纹絮团的湿纸页;纸张低点厚度与高点厚度比在60-70%;
S3:压榨脱水,将上述湿纸页经压榨脱水、烘缸干燥脱水形成原纸;
S4:原纸施胶上色,将上述原纸通过表面施胶机进行表面施胶,表面施胶液中加有染料进行上色;
S5:压光和裁切,将上述经施胶上色的原纸经干燥后压光和裁切形成仿羊皮纸成品。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述步骤S2中抄造过程中浆料添加有助留剂,助留剂的用量为150-250ppm。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,步骤S4中染料中添加增稠剂、渗透剂和固色剂,它们的用量配比为染料0.01%~0.1%,增稠剂5%~25%,渗透剂5%~25%,固色剂1%~6%。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述增稠剂为聚乙烯醇、乳胶、羧甲基纤维素或连结料。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述渗透剂为甲醇、工业酒精或异丙醇。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述步骤S4中表面施胶机中设有表面施胶液,所述表面施胶机通过其内部的表面施胶液对原纸进行施胶。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述表面施胶液的主要的成分为表面施胶淀粉、胶粘剂、表面增强剂,三种成分的质量含量为表面施胶淀粉70%,胶粘剂20%,表面增强剂10%。
本发明公开的一种仿羊皮纸制备工艺,其有益效果在于,本发明浆料和添加剂的配备添加、纸机抄造、表面施胶在机内一次性生产完成,在纸张生产过程中一次性完成花纹构成、染色工艺,得到纸面柔质感好、颜色鲜艳、立体感强的彩色仿羊皮纸。对照现有技术,特别是与机外涂布的生产工艺相比,本发明减少多道制备程序,缩短工艺流程,生产工艺稳定可靠,操作灵活、简便;表面胶配方简单,易操作控制;污染小,产生的损纸容易脱色便于回抄等优点,生产出来的羊皮纸具有非常强的立体感和艺术效果。纸面柔质感好、颜色鲜艳、立体感强,具有很强的羊皮的视觉效果。
具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种仿羊皮纸制备工艺,下面结合优选实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。
所述一种仿羊皮纸制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:制备原浆,配浆采用针叶浆重量含量为30-45%、阔叶浆重量含量为55-70%组成的化学木浆,经打浆和配浆形成浆料;
S2:抄造,将上述浆料用抄纸机进行抄造,所述抄造过程中浆料由流浆箱至网部,浆料为高液位、低唇板开口,浆网速比为1:0.8,通过控制浆网速比,形成匀度差的带有高、低错落有致的花纹絮团的湿纸页;纸张低点厚度与高点厚度比在60-70%;
S3:压榨脱水,将上述湿纸页经压榨脱水、烘缸干燥脱水形成原纸;
S4:原纸施胶上色,将上述原纸通过表面施胶机进行表面施胶,表面施胶液中加有染料进行上色;
S5:压光和裁切,将上述经施胶上色的原纸经干燥后压光和裁切形成仿羊皮纸成品。
进一步地,所述步骤S2中抄造过程中浆料添加有助留剂,助留剂的用量为150-250ppm。
进一步地,步骤S4中染料中添加增稠剂、渗透剂和固色剂,它们的用量配比为染料0.01%~0.1%,增稠剂5%~25%,渗透剂5%~25%,固色剂1%~6%。
进一步地,所述增稠剂为聚乙烯醇、乳胶、羧甲基纤维素或连结料。
进一步地,所述渗透剂为甲醇、工业酒精或异丙醇。
进一步地,所述步骤S4中表面施胶机中设有表面施胶液,所述表面施胶机通过其内部的表面施胶液对原纸进行施胶。
进一步地,所述表面施胶液的主要的成分为表面施胶淀粉、胶粘剂、表面增强剂,三种成分的质量含量为表面施胶淀粉70%,胶粘剂20%,表面增强剂10%。

1.一种仿羊皮纸制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:制备原浆,配浆采用针叶浆重量含量为30-45%、阔叶浆重量含量为55-70%组成的化学木浆,经打浆和配浆形成浆料;
S2:抄造,将上述浆料用抄纸机进行抄造,所述抄造过程中浆料由流浆箱至网部,浆料为高液位、低唇板开口,浆网速比为1:0.8,通过控制浆网速比,形成匀度差的带有高、低错落有致的花纹絮团的湿纸页;纸张低点厚度与高点厚度比在60-70%;
S3:压榨脱水,将上述湿纸页经压榨脱水、烘缸干燥脱水形成原纸;
S4:原纸施胶上色,将上述原纸通过表面施胶机进行表面施胶,表面施胶液中加有染料进行上色;
S5:压光和裁切,将上述经施胶上色的原纸经干燥后压光和裁切形成仿羊皮纸成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿羊皮纸制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中抄造过程中浆料添加有助留剂,助留剂的用量为150-250ppm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿羊皮纸制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤S4中染料中添加增稠剂、渗透剂和固色剂,它们的用量配比为染料0.01%~0.1%,增稠剂5%~25%,渗透剂5%~25%,固色剂1%~6%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种仿羊皮纸制备工艺,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为聚乙烯醇、乳胶、羧甲基纤维素或连结料。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种仿羊皮纸制备工艺,其特征在于,所述渗透剂为甲醇、工业酒精或异丙醇。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿羊皮纸制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中表面施胶机中设有表面施胶液,所述表面施胶机通过其内部的表面施胶液对原纸进行施胶。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种仿羊皮纸制备工艺,其特征在于,所述表面施胶液的主要的成分为表面施胶淀粉、胶粘剂、表面增强剂,三种成分的质量含量为表面施胶淀粉70%,胶粘剂20%,表面增强剂10%。
