Abstract
本发明涉及洗涤剂领域,本发明公开了一种抗微生物洗涤剂组合物,以质量百分比数计,包括:占组合物0.1‑10%的聚酯聚醚聚合物,占组合物0.01‑2%的具有卤代苯酚结构的抗微生物剂,占组合物10‑50%的表面活性剂,溶剂;且洗涤剂组合物的1%去离子水溶液的pH值为7.0‑9.0。本发明通过在组合物中引入聚酯聚醚聚合物,可提高具有卤代苯酚结构的抗微生物剂在织物上的沉积效率,可减弱洗涤剂中表面活性剂的增溶作用,进而实现更为显著、更为持久的抗微生物效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗涤剂领域,尤其涉及一种抗微生物洗涤剂组合物。
背景技术
随着消费者生活水平的提高,对洗涤剂除了常规的去污需求外,还注重洗涤剂的功能性。新冠肺炎疫情的爆发,让消费者对洗涤剂的抗微生物功能尤为注重。而除了在洗涤过程中将织物上的微生物即时杀灭、洗除之外,消费者还希望洗后的织物能保持长时间的抗/抑微生物的效果。这就需要洗涤剂中的抗微生物剂能在洗涤过程中有效地沉积到织物上。但洗涤剂的基本功能是去污,其中的主要活性成分表面活性剂会将织物上的物质洗脱,再经过漂洗过程随着漂液而排走。这与抗微生物剂在织物上的沉积有所矛盾,使得抗微生物剂在织物上的沉积效率偏低,大部分抗微生物剂未沉积而随漂液排走,不仅影响洗涤剂组合物的长效抗微生物效果,还会造成大量浪费,并且可能会对环境造成负担。包含卤代苯酚结构的抗微生物剂如氯二甲基苯酚等的抗微生物的功效是已知的,该类物质的水溶性通常较差,有从溶液中析出沉积到织物上的倾向。但由于表面活性剂的增溶作用,会极大的影响其沉积效率。因此,需要开发一类能提高包含卤代苯酚结构的抗微生物剂在织物上沉积效率的洗涤剂组合物。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种抗微生物洗涤剂组合物。本发明通过在组合物中引入聚酯聚醚聚合物,可提高具有卤代苯酚结构的抗微生物剂在织物上的沉积效率,可减弱洗涤剂中表面活性剂的增溶作用,进而实现更为显著、更为持久的抗微生物效果。
本发明的具体技术方案为:
第一方面,本发明提供了一种抗微生物洗涤剂组合物,包括以下质量百分比数的组分:
占组合物0.1-10%的聚酯聚醚聚合物,
占组合物0.01-2%的具有卤代苯酚结构的抗微生物剂,
占组合物10-50%的表面活性剂,
溶剂。
且洗涤剂组合物的1%去离子水溶液的pH值为7.0-9.0。
已知具有卤代苯酚结构的抗微生物剂具有优异的抗微生物效果,但该类抗微生物剂水溶性较差。洗涤剂中的表面活性剂会增溶上述抗微生物剂,从而会影响抗微生物剂在织物上的沉积效率。聚酯聚醚聚合物是一类能沉积到聚酯布上的两亲性共聚物,其疏水链段含有大量苯环。本申请发明人发现,当将聚酯聚醚聚合物与具有卤代苯酚结构的抗微生物剂按照特定浓度在洗涤剂中复配时,具有卤代苯酚结构的抗微生物剂能与聚酯聚醚聚合物既可通过疏水相互作用,又可通过π-π堆积与抗微生物剂发生作用。当聚酯聚醚聚合物高效沉积到织物上的同时也将帮助抗微生物剂在织物上的沉积,提高其沉积效率。
作为优选,所述聚酯聚醚聚合物和具有卤代苯酚结构的抗微生物剂预先按照如下步骤进行混合:
a)将具有卤代苯酚结构的抗微生物剂溶解到醇醚中,配制得到浓度为20-40wt%的溶液A;
b)将聚酯聚醚聚合物溶解到醇醚中,配制得到浓度为40-70wt%的溶液B;
c)将溶液A和溶液B搅拌混合,得到均匀溶液;
d)将水缓慢加入搅拌到步骤c)所得均匀溶液中,得到均匀的复合物溶液。
本发明人还进一步发现,预先将两者在上述特定条件下进行混合,先将两者在醇醚溶剂中混合均匀,再缓慢滴加抗微生物剂的不良溶剂-水,控制条件,使抗微生物剂与聚酯聚醚聚合物通过疏水相互作用和苯环间的π-π堆积作用充分加强,先形成复合物,再将该复合物添加到洗涤剂组合物中,能进一步大幅提高抗微生物剂的沉积效率。这可能是因为两者形成的复合物相对稳定,能进一步减少表面活性剂对抗微生物剂的增溶,有利于抗微生物剂随聚酯聚醚聚合物沉积到织物上。复合物的制备条件要进行控制,否则会使抗微生物剂从体系中明显析出而沉淀,无法形成稳定的复合物溶液。
作为优选,步骤a)和步骤b)中,所述醇醚为异丙醇、1,2-丙二醇、二丙二醇、二乙二醇丁醚、乙二醇中的一种或多种;
作为优选,步骤c)中,所述聚酯聚醚聚合物与抗微生物剂的质量比为1∶1-20∶1,且醇醚与抗微生物剂的质量比为3∶1-10∶1;
作为优选,步骤d)中,醇醚与水的质量比为1∶1-3∶1。
作为优选,聚酯聚醚聚合物是一类能从洗涤溶液沉积到聚酯布上的一类聚合物,是本领域已知的并可商购得到的产品。优选的,聚酯聚醚聚合物具有由对苯二甲酸酯和二醇经缩合反应形成的亲织物链段,且进一步包含亲水性链段,亲水性链段包含由环氧乙烷重复单元组成的链段。优选的,二醇为乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二中醇的一种或多种。特别有效的聚酯聚醚聚合物可以为索尔维公司的Reple-O-Tex系列产品,科莱恩公司的TexCare SRN系列产品。
作为优选,所述具有卤代苯酚结构的抗微生物剂具有如下结构:

进一步优选地,所述抗微生物剂选自5-氯-2-(2,4-二氯苯氧基)苯酚,氯二甲基苯酚,5-氯-2-(4-氯苯氧基)苯酚中的一种或多种。更优选的,抗微生物剂为5-氯-2-(4-氯苯氧基)苯酚,可以为BASF公司商品名为Tinosan HP100的产品。
作为优选,所述表面活性剂包括阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂中的一种或多种。
进一步地,阴离子表面活性剂包括但不限于:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐,直链烷基苯磺酸盐,烯烃磺酸盐,脂肪酸盐,脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐,月桂酸单甘油酯硫酸盐,月桂酰肌氨酸盐,十二烷基硫酸盐中的一种或多种。
进一步地,非离子表面活性剂包括但不限于:烷基糖苷,椰油酰胺单乙醇胺,椰油酰胺二乙醇胺,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物,油酯乙氧基化物,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。
进一步地,两性离子表面活性剂包括但不限于:烷基二甲基甜菜碱,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,烷基二甲基磺乙基甜菜碱,烷基氨基丙酸,烷基二甲基氧化胺中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述洗涤剂组合物还包括螯合剂、增白剂、抗再沉积剂、酶制剂、防腐剂、无机盐、抗染料转移剂、香精和色素中的一种或多种。
第二方面,本发明还提供了一种预处理或处理织物的方法,
将上述抗微生物洗涤剂组合物按照至少300倍的稀释倍数添加到水中形成洗涤液,然后使洗涤液与织物接触。
作为优选,所述的织物含有化学纤维。进一步地,所述化学纤维为聚酯纤维。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下技术效果:本发明的抗微生物洗涤剂组合物中,通过将聚酯聚醚聚合物和具有卤代苯酚结构的抗微生物剂组合使用,可提高抗微生物剂在织物上的沉积率,而若预先将两者按照特定的方式进行混合形成复合物,则能进一步提高抗微生物剂的沉积效率,洗涤剂组合物的抗微生物效果得到进一步加强。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
总实施例
一种抗微生物洗涤剂组合物,包括以下质量百分比数的组分:
占组合物0.1-10%的聚酯聚醚聚合物,
占组合物0.01-2%的具有卤代苯酚结构的抗微生物剂,
占组合物10-50%的表面活性剂,
溶剂。
且洗涤剂组合物的1%去离子水溶液的pH值为7.0-9.0。
作为优选,所述聚酯聚醚聚合物和具有卤代苯酚结构的抗微生物剂预先按照如下步骤进行混合:
a)将具有卤代苯酚结构的抗微生物剂溶解到醇醚中,配制得到浓度为20-40wt%的溶液A;
b)将聚酯聚醚聚合物溶解到醇醚中,配制得到浓度为40-70wt%的溶液B;
c)将溶液A和溶液B搅拌混合,得到均匀溶液;
d)将水缓慢加入搅拌到步骤c)所得均匀溶液中,得到均匀的复合物溶液。
作为优选,所述醇醚为异丙醇、1,2-丙二醇、二丙二醇、二乙二醇丁醚、乙二醇中的一种或多种;所述聚酯聚醚聚合物与抗微生物剂的质量比为1∶1-20∶1,且醇醚与抗微生物剂的质量比为3∶1-10∶1;醇醚与水的质量比为1∶1-3∶1。

一种预处理或处理织物的方法,将上述抗微生物洗涤剂组合物按照至少300倍的稀释倍数添加到水中形成洗涤液,然后使洗涤液与织物接触。作为优选,所述的织物含有化学纤维。进一步地,所述化学纤维为聚酯纤维。
具体实施例及测试实验
本发明所用的布样为纯棉白布和聚酯白布。使用前分别对布样进行预处理,除去织物上的有机物。将白布裁剪成6cm×6cm大小的布片,在5g/L的纯碱溶液中煮沸处理1h,漂洗多次,再用异丙醇进行回流处理3小时,漂洗后再烘干备用。
抗微生物剂采用UPLC-PDA技术进行测定,采用纯水、乙腈、200mmol/L乙酸铵作为流动相,C18柱为分离柱,采用梯度淋洗程序分离出抗微生物剂,并在PDA模式下检测抗微生物剂。以5-氯-2-(4-二氯苯氧基)苯酚为例,其出峰时间为10.5min,最大紫外吸收波长为278nm。抗微生物剂的标准曲线按照同样的程序进行制定,浓度范围为0.5ppm-50ppm。
织物上沉积的抗微生物剂采用如下方法进行测定:
1.用硬度为250ppm(Ca2+∶Mg2+=3∶2)的硬水配制1L浓度为0.2%的抗微生物洗涤剂溶液,放入10g布样,于立式去污机中120rpm、30℃洗涤20min,再漂洗2次,将布样取出晾干。重复洗涤5次。
2.称取5g经过步骤1处理的布样,用25ml异丙醇对布样上的抗微生物剂进行超声萃取收集。
3.将步骤2的萃取液用0.22μm的油性滤头过滤,再使用UPLC-PDA进行检测,根据标准曲线进行定量,并换算得到织物上沉积的抗微生物剂的质量。
抗微生物剂的沉积率按照如下公式进行计算:
洗涤剂组合物的抗微生物性能测试:
A.将聚酯白布裁剪成直径为20mm的圆布片,经压力蒸汽灭菌15min,备用。用已灭菌的250ppm硬水于灭菌锥形瓶中配制0.2%的100ml洗涤剂溶液,放入3片圆布片,于恒温震荡箱中30℃模拟洗涤20min。之后弃去洗涤溶液,用100ml灭菌蒸馏水漂洗2次,取出圆布片,室温干燥24h。重复洗涤5次。
B.制备带菌培养基,称取25g胰蛋白胨大豆琼脂培养基,凝固,吸取1ml金黄色葡萄球菌菌液(106cfu/ml)于培养基上,来回晃动培养皿使菌液完全且均匀覆盖于表面,干燥15min,备用。
C.将步骤A中干燥的圆布片贴于带菌的培养基表面,于37℃培养24h。用游标卡尺测量抑菌环的直径(包括圆布片直径)并记录,试验重复3次取平均。
实施例中用到的部分试剂信息如下:
LAS:直链烷基苯磺酸;
AES:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠;
AEO-9:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,平均聚氧乙烯化程度为9;
CAB:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱;
EDTA-2Na:乙二胺四乙酸二钠;
CBS:二苯乙烯联苯二磺酸钠;
SRP:聚酯聚醚聚合物;
OA-12:十二烷基二甲基氧化胺;
OIT:正辛基异噻唑啉酮。
复合物1溶液的制备过程如下:先用1,2-丙二醇为溶剂分别将5-氯-2-(4-氯苯氧基)苯酚和SRP配制成质量分数为30%和50%的溶液;称取10g 30%的5-氯-2-(4-氯苯氧基)苯酚溶液和30g 50%的SRP溶液,搅拌均匀;缓慢滴加20g去离子水到上述混合物溶液中,搅拌均匀得到复合物1溶液。
复合物2溶液的制备过程如下:先用1,2-丙二醇为溶剂分别将5-氯-2-(4-氯苯氧基)苯酚和SRP配制成质量分数为20%和70%的溶液;称取10g 20%的5-氯-2-(4-氯苯氧基)苯酚溶液和10g 70%的SRP溶液,搅拌均匀;缓慢滴加5g去离子水到上述混合物溶液中,搅拌均匀得到复合物2溶液。

上述体系的pH均由32%氢氧化钠溶液调节至8.0±0.5。

从上表可看出,聚酯聚醚聚合物在纯棉白布上对抗微生物剂只有轻微的提升。而在聚酯布上,组合物中聚酯聚醚聚合物的引入能明显提升抗微生物剂的沉积率。而预先将聚酯聚醚聚合物和抗微生物剂混合形成复合物,再添加到组合物中,则能进一步显著提高HP100在聚酯布上的沉积率。这表明聚酯聚醚聚合物能帮助抗微生物剂在织物上尤其是聚酯布上的沉积。

抑菌圈越大,说明织物上的抗微生物剂的扩散范围越广,织物的持久抗微生物效果越好。纯棉布上的抗微生物剂的沉积率差别不大,因此抑菌圈的大小差异不明显。而添加有聚酯聚醚聚合物的洗涤剂组合物洗后的聚酯布上抗微生物剂的沉积率有明显增加,尤其是将聚酯聚醚聚合物和抗微生物剂进行预先混合形成复合物,可看到经其洗涤后的抑菌圈明显变大,说明织物的抗微生物效果更为优良。
复合物3溶液的制备过程如下:先用异丙醇为溶剂分别将氯二甲基苯酚和SRP配制成质量分数为40%和40%的溶液;称取10g 40%的氯二甲基苯酚溶液和10g 40%的SRP溶液,搅拌均匀;缓慢滴加4g去离子水到上述混合物溶液中,搅拌均匀得到复合物3溶液。
复合物4溶液的制备过程如下:先用二丙二醇为溶剂分别将5-氯-2-(4-氯苯氧基)苯酚和SRP配制成质量分数为20%和60%的溶液;称取10g 20%的5-氯-2-(4-氯苯氧基)苯酚溶液和30g 60%的SRP溶液,搅拌均匀;缓慢滴加10g去离子水到上述混合物溶液中,搅拌均匀得到复合物4溶液。

上述体系的pH均由32%氢氧化钠溶液调节至8.0±0.5。

从上表可看出,具有卤代苯酚结构的抗微生物剂均能与聚酯聚醚聚合物发生相互作用,其在聚酯布上的沉积率有明显提高,尤其是形成复合物再添加。此外,为了减少洗涤过程中表面活性剂对抗微生物剂的增溶作用,组合物中低临界胶束浓度的非离子表面活性剂的量不宜过高(小于等于表面活性剂总质量的25%)。
复合物5溶液的制备过程如下:先用1,2-丙二醇为溶剂分别将5-氯-2-(4-氯苯氧基)苯酚和SRP配制成质量分数为30%和50%的溶液;称取10g 30%的5-氯-2-(4-氯苯氧基)苯酚溶液和5g 50%的SRP溶液,搅拌均匀;缓慢滴加5g去离子水到上述混合物溶液中,搅拌均匀得到复合物5溶液。
OIT具有抗微生物活性,但其结构中不含苯环。
复合物6溶液的制备过程如下:先用1,2-丙二醇为溶剂分别将OIT和SRP配制成质量分数为30%和50%的溶液;称取10g 30%的OIT溶液和30g 50%的SRP溶液,搅拌均匀;缓慢滴加20g去离子水到上述混合物溶液中,搅拌均匀得到复合物6溶液。

从上表可看出,当聚酯聚醚聚合物与具有卤代苯酚结构的抗微生物剂的重量比不在限定范围内时,难以有效提升抗微生物剂在织物上的沉积率。而OIT分子中不含有苯环,虽然可通过疏水相互作用与SRP作用,但由于体系中表面活性剂的存在,所形成的复合物稳定性差,导致最终的沉积率没有明显增加。

Claims (10)
1.一种抗微生物洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:包括以下质量百分比数的组分:
占组合物0.1-10%的聚酯聚醚聚合物,
占组合物0.01-2%的具有卤代苯酚结构的抗微生物剂,
占组合物10-50%的表面活性剂,
溶剂;
且洗涤剂组合物的1%去离子水溶液的pH值为7.0-9.0。
2.如权利要求1所述的抗微生物洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:所述聚酯聚醚聚合物和具有卤代苯酚结构的抗微生物剂预先按照如下步骤进行混合:
a)将具有卤代苯酚结构的抗微生物剂溶解到醇醚中,配制得到浓度为20-40wt%的溶液A;
b)将聚酯聚醚聚合物溶解到醇醚中,配制得到浓度为40-70wt%的溶液B;
c)将溶液A和溶液B搅拌混合,得到均匀溶液;
d)将水缓慢加入搅拌到步骤c)所得均匀溶液中,得到均匀的复合物溶液。
3.如权利要求2所述的抗微生物洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:
步骤a)和步骤b)中,所述醇醚为异丙醇、1,2-丙二醇、二丙二醇、二乙二醇丁醚、乙二醇中的一种或多种;和/或
步骤c)中,所述聚酯聚醚聚合物与抗微生物剂的质量比为1∶1-20∶1,且醇醚与抗微生物剂的质量比为3∶1-10∶1;和/或
步骤d)中,醇醚与水的质量比为1∶1-3∶1。
6.如权利要求5所述的抗微生物洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:所述抗微生物剂选自5-氯-2-(2,4-二氯苯氧基)苯酚,氯二甲基苯酚,5-氯-2-(4-氯苯氧基)苯酚中的一种或多种。
7.如权利要求1所述的抗微生物洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:所述洗涤剂组合物还包括螯合剂、增白剂、抗再沉积剂、酶制剂、防腐剂、无机盐、抗染料转移剂、香精和色素中的一种或多种。
8.一种预处理或处理织物的方法,其特征在于:将根据权利要求1至7之一所述抗微生物洗涤剂组合物按照至少300倍的稀释倍数添加到水中形成洗涤液,然后使洗涤液与织物接触。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的织物含有化学纤维。
10.如权利要求9所述的抗微生物洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:所述化学纤维为聚酯纤维。
