The push rod 54 is fixed on the torque hinge 55, in a natural state, the push rod 54 is subjected to clockwise torsion of the torque hinge 55 and supporting force of the push rod connecting plate 59, the push rod 54 is higher than the lower plane of the fruit tray, and when the piston rod 58 moves forwards, the push rod 54 of the air cylinder 57 pushes the fruit tray positioned at the 801 tray to the 802 tray forwards (as shown in fig. 4); when the fruit tray behind the 801 tray moves forwards and passes through the push rod 54, the push rod 54 slides relatively against the lower surface of the fruit tray under the torque action of the torque hinge 55; when the fruit tray passes over the push rod 54 to reach the tray position 801, the push rod 54 is immediately restored to a state that the upper surface of the push rod 54 is higher than the lower plane of the fruit tray under the torsion action, so that the fruit tray is pushed forward again.
As shown in fig. 1, the carton conveying device 33 includes a second frame 35, side walls 38 on two sides are supported above the second frame 35, a second motor 36 is installed at the right end of the side walls 38, the second motor 36 drives a roller shaft 37 to drive a partition belt 40 to move, and the partition belt 40 is used for conveying empty cartons to the position right below the lifting fruit sucking and misplacing boxing device 16 and conveying the boxed cartons away. A carton opening mechanism 27 is arranged at the entry end of the tray position below the lifting type fruit sucking misplacement boxing device 16 and is used for fully opening the paperboards around the carton opening and keeping the fully opened state; the carton opening mechanism 27 is secured to the side walls 38 and is located directly above the spacer belt 40 slightly above the cartons. The distance between the partition plates on the partition plate belt 40 is slightly larger than the length of the paper box, the paper box limiting plates 39 are fixed on the side walls 38 on the two sides through the paper box limiting plate supports 34, and the distance between the paper box limiting plates 39 on the two sides is adjustable and slightly larger than the width of the paper box.
As shown in fig. 1, a first photoelectric sensor 11, a second photoelectric sensor 12 and a third photoelectric sensor 13 are arranged right below the lifting fruit sucking misplacement boxing device 16; the first photoelectric sensor 11 is used for detecting the fruit tray, and the signal output end of the first photoelectric sensor 11 is connected to the controller 2; the second photoelectric sensor 12 is used for detecting that the sucker 26 is lifted, and the lifting type fruit sucking misplaced boxing device 16 has no signal of the sucker or fruit tray at the position right below the device; the third photoelectric sensor 13 is used for detecting a signal that the fruit tray is pushed away from the position right above the carton. A fourth photosensor 30 is arranged on one side of the partition belt 40 below the lifting fruit sucking, misplacing and boxing device 16, and the fourth photosensor 30 is used for detecting a signal of the movement of the paper box to the position.
The working process of the invention comprises the following steps: as shown in fig. 1, the fruits at the feeding table 1 slide onto the first fruit tray 8, excess fruits are manually removed, and the first fruit tray 8 sequentially advances forward along the first flow strip 10 from one side of the feeding table 1 to convey the fruits to the position right below the lifting type fruit sucking, misplacing and boxing device 16. After the first photoelectric sensor 11 detects the fruit tray, a signal is sent to the controller 2, and the programmable logic controller 3 sends an instruction, the third motor 41 stops rotating, and the fruit tray stops to be right below the lifting fruit sucking misplaced boxing device 16, namely right above the paper box (a tray position 801 shown in fig. 4). The first motor 14 receives the action instruction to rotate, drives the gear 20 and the rack 17 to move relatively, the rack 17 is fixedly connected with the square tube 19, the sliding block 22 is fixedly connected on the motor fixing plate 15 through the sliding block fixing plate 21, the sliding rail 18 is limited by the sliding block 22, the square tube 19 moves downwards, and the sucker fixing plate 25 fixedly connected below the square tube 19 is driven to move downwards. After sucking fruits, the sucker 26 is installed on the sucker fixing plate 25, the sucker 26 moves upwards, the push rod mechanism 28 located at the rear lower side of the fruit tray receives instruction action, the fruit tray is pushed away from the position right above the paper box through the push rod 54 (a tray position 802 shown in fig. 4), when the third photoelectric sensor 13 detects that the fruit tray is completely pushed away from the position right above the paper box, the sucker 26 moves downwards to the paper box with the fruits, and after boxing is completed, the sucker 26 moves upwards again. When the second photoelectric sensor 12 detects that the suction cup 26 has completely risen and the cup position 801 has neither fruit tray nor suction cup 26, the third motor 41 rotates again to drive the fruit tray carrying the next layer of fruit to move to the position right below the lifting type fruit sucking and misplacing boxing device 16 (the cup position 801 is shown in fig. 4), and after the suction cup 26 changes the shape, the next layer of fruit can be sucked and boxed, so that the layered misplacing boxing of the fruit is realized. After the suction cup 26 finishes the action instruction of the fruit boxing with the designated layer number, the second motor 36 receives the action instruction to rotate, the paper box fully loaded with fruits moves forward under the drive of the baffle belt 40, the empty paper box at the rear is manually placed on the baffle belt 40, when the paper box passes through the paper box opening mechanism 27, the paper plates around the paper box opening are completely opened and kept in the state until the paper box opening mechanism 27 is separated, and when the fourth photoelectric sensor 30 detects that the paper box moves to the position, the second motor 36 receives the instruction to stop rotating, so that the paper box is stopped under the suction cup 26 for boxing.
As shown in fig. 4, in the schematic diagram of cyclic conveying of fruit trays, a tray position 801 is located right above a carton, after a push rod mechanism 28 receives an instruction, the fruit tray located at the tray position 801 is pushed to a tray position 802, the fruit tray moves forward for a certain distance along with a hinge shaft 6 fixedly connected to a single-side bent plate chain 5, and then is turned over for 90 degrees to 803 degrees anticlockwise for the first time under the action of gravity; the fruit tray is in a vertical state after the single-side bent plate chain 5 continues to move to 804 tray positions, the bottom surface is contacted with the second fluent strip 31, the right side surface is contacted with the fruit tray limiting plate 29, the fruit tray cannot be turned clockwise at the position, and then the fruit tray is turned for the second time for 90 degrees to 805 tray positions under the action of the hinge shaft 6 and gravity; the fruit tray is towed under the traction of the hinge shaft 6, and achieves the third anticlockwise overturning by 90 degrees after passing through the vicinity of 806 tray positions; the fruit trays from the position of 807 trays are towed under the traction of the hinge shaft 6, the fruit trays are turned over by 90 degrees to 808 degrees anticlockwise for the fourth time, the fruit trays continue to advance along the first flow strip 10 below and return to the position of 801 trays, so that the fruit trays move one circle along with the unilateral bent plate chain 5, and the fruit trays are turned over by 360 degrees to realize circulating conveying.

Fruit is carried and is absorbed vanning equipment, its characterized in that: the fruit tray conveying device comprises a fruit tray circulating conveying device (4), a lifting type fruit sucking and misplacing boxing device (16) and a paper box conveying device (33), wherein the rear of the fruit tray circulating conveying device (4) is a feeding end, the lifting type fruit sucking and misplacing boxing device (16) is positioned in front of the fruit tray circulating conveying device (4), and the paper box conveying device (33) is positioned below the lifting type fruit sucking and misplacing boxing device (16); the fruit tray circulating conveying device (4) comprises a rectangular rotary track formed by winding a bent plate chain (5), the rotary track is driven by a fruit tray circulating conveying driving mechanism to realize operation, and the bent plate chain (5) is connected with the fruit tray through a hinge shaft (6); a push rod mechanism (28) is arranged below a bent plate chain (5) above the fruit tray circulating and conveying device (4), the push rod mechanism (28) comprises an air cylinder (57), a torque hinge (55) is fixed at the movable end of a piston rod (58) of the air cylinder (57), and a push rod (54) is fixed on the torque hinge (55); in a natural state, the push rod (54) is higher than the lower plane of the fruit tray; when the piston rod (58) moves forwards, the push rod (54) can push the fruit tray at the current tray position forwards; when the fruit tray behind the front tray moves forwards and passes through the push rod (54), the push rod (54) slides relatively against the lower surface of the fruit tray under the torque action of the torque hinge (55); the lifting type fruit sucking misplacement boxing device (16) comprises a lifting component and a fruit sucking component; the lifting part comprises a lifting piece, a rack (17) is arranged on the lifting piece, the rack (17) is meshed with a gear (20), and the gear (20) is driven by a lifting driving mechanism; the fruit sucking component comprises a rotary air cylinder (24) connected to the lower end of the lifting piece, a sucker fixing plate (25) and a swing rod (47) connected to the output end of the rotary air cylinder (24), four strip holes are formed in the sucker fixing plate (25), a first connecting strip (46), a second connecting strip (51), a third connecting strip (52) and a fourth connecting strip (53) are respectively arranged in the four strip holes, suckers (26) are respectively connected to the first connecting strip (46), the second connecting strip (51), the third connecting strip (52) and the fourth connecting strip (53), and the first connecting strip (46), the second connecting strip (51), the third connecting strip (52) and the fourth connecting strip (53) can respectively slide back and forth along the length directions of the strip holes; the first connecting strip (46) and the third connecting strip (52) are in linkage, and the second connecting strip (51) and the fourth connecting strip (53) are in linkage; the second connecting strip (51) and the third connecting strip (52) are connected with a vertical short shaft (48), the short shaft (48) is matched with a long groove on the swinging rod (47), the swinging rod (47) is driven by the rotary air cylinder (24) to swing, and the short shaft (48) limited by the long groove is driven to do linear motion along the long hole.

Fruit conveying, sucking and boxing equipment as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the two sides of the partition plate belt (40) are provided with side walls (38), carton limiting plates (39) are fixed on the side walls (38), and the distance between the carton limiting plates (39) on the two sides is adjustable.
