A carton opening mechanism 27 is arranged at an entrance end of a tray below the lifting type fruit sucking dislocation boxing device 16 and is used for completely opening the paper boards around the carton opening and keeping the completely opened state; the carton opening mechanism 27 is secured to the side walls 38 just above the divider belt 40, slightly above the carton. The distance between the partition boards on the partition board belt 40 is slightly larger than the length of the carton, the carton limiting boards 39 are fixed on the side walls 38 at the two sides through the carton limiting board brackets 34, and the distance between the carton limiting boards 39 at the two sides is adjustable and slightly larger than the width of the carton.
As shown in fig. 1, a first photoelectric sensor 11, a second photoelectric sensor 12 and a third photoelectric sensor 13 are arranged under the lifting type fruit sucking and misplacing boxing device 16; the first photoelectric sensor 11 is used for detecting a fruit tray, and a signal output end of the first photoelectric sensor 11 is connected to the controller 2; the second photoelectric sensor 12 is used for detecting that the suction cup 26 is lifted, and the lifting type fruit sucking and dislocation boxing device 16 is under the tray position without a fruit tray or a suction cup; the third photoelectric sensor 13 is used for detecting a signal that the fruit tray is pushed away from the position right above the carton. A fourth photoelectric sensor 30 is arranged on one side of a partition plate belt 40 below the lifting type fruit sucking and dislocation boxing device 16, and the fourth photoelectric sensor 30 is used for detecting a signal when the carton moves to the position.
The working process of the invention is as follows: as shown in figure 1, the fruits at the feeding table 1 are rolled onto the first fruit tray 8, redundant fruits are manually removed, the first fruit tray 8 sequentially moves forwards from one side of the feeding table 1 along the first circulation strip 10, and the fruits are conveyed to the position right below the lifting type fruit sucking and dislocation boxing device 16. After the first photoelectric sensor 11 detects the fruit tray, it sends a signal to the controller 2, and the programmable logic controller 3 sends a command, the third motor 41 stops rotating, and the fruit tray stops right below the lifting type fruit sucking and dislocation boxing device 16, i.e. right above the paper box (as shown in the tray position 801 in fig. 4). The first motor 14 receives the action instruction to rotate, the gear 20 drives the rack 17 to move relatively, the rack 17 is fixedly connected with the square tube 19, the sliding block 22 is fixedly connected on the motor fixing plate 15 through the sliding block fixing plate 21, the sliding rail 18 is limited by the sliding block 22, and the square tube 19 moves downwards to drive the sucker fixing plate 25 fixedly connected below the square tube 19 to move downwards. The sucking disc fixing plate 25 is provided with a sucking disc 26, after the fruit is sucked, the sucking disc 26 moves upwards, the push rod mechanism 28 positioned at the rear lower part of the fruit disc receives the instruction action, the fruit disc is pushed away from the position right above the paper box (as the disc position 802 shown in fig. 4) through the push rod 54, when the third photoelectric sensor 13 detects that the fruit disc is completely pushed away from the position right above the paper box, the sucking disc 26 drives the fruit to move downwards to the paper box, and after the fruit is packed, the sucking disc 26 moves upwards again. When the second photoelectric sensor 12 detects that the suction cup 26 has completely risen and the tray 801 has neither a fruit tray nor the suction cup 26, the third motor 41 rotates again to drive the fruit tray carrying the next layer of fruit to move to a position right below the lifting type fruit sucking and dislocating boxing device 16 (as the tray 801 shown in fig. 4), and after the suction cup 26 changes the shape, the next layer of fruit can be sucked and boxed, so that the layered dislocating boxing of the fruit is realized. When the sucking disc 26 finishes the action command of packing fruits with the specified number of layers, the second motor 36 receives the action command to rotate, the carton filled with fruits moves forward under the driving of the partition belt 40, the empty carton at the rear is manually placed on the partition belt 40, when the carton passes through the carton opening mechanism 27, the paperboards at the periphery of the opening of the carton are completely opened and kept in the state until the carton is separated from the carton opening mechanism 27, and when the fourth photoelectric sensor 30 detects that the carton moves to the position, the second motor 36 receives the command to stop rotating, so that the carton is stopped under the sucking disc 26 to be packed.
As shown in fig. 4, which is a schematic diagram of a fruit tray circular conveying, a tray 801 is located right above a carton, after receiving an instruction, a push rod mechanism 28 pushes the fruit tray located at the tray 801 to a tray 802, the fruit tray moves forward for a certain distance along with a hinge shaft 6 fixedly connected to a single-side bending plate chain 5, and then turns for 90 degrees to 803 tray positions counterclockwise for the first time under the action of gravity; the fruit tray is in a vertical state after continuously moving to 804 tray positions along with the single-side bent plate chain 5, the bottom surface of the fruit tray is in contact with the second fluent strip 31, the right side surface of the fruit tray is in contact with the fruit tray limiting plate 29, the fruit tray cannot be turned clockwise at the position, and then the fruit tray is turned for the second time by 90 degrees to 805 tray positions under the action of the hinge shaft 6 and gravity; the fruit tray is dragged under the traction of the hinge shaft 6 and is turned 90 degrees counterclockwise for the third time after passing through the position near the 806 tray; the fruit tray which reaches the disk position 807 is dragged under the traction of the hinge shaft 6, turns over 90 degrees to the disk position 808 anticlockwise for the fourth time, continues to move back to the disk position 801 along the first fluent strip 10 below, and then moves for a circle along with the single-side bent plate chain 5 and turns over 360 degrees to realize circular conveying.
