Further, the cardboard conveying driving component further comprises a conveying belt driving motor 213 and two groups of driving belt wheels 214 driven by the conveying belt driving motor 213, wherein the two groups of driving belt wheels 214 are arranged side by side and are respectively connected with the main conveying belt 211; the main conveyor belt is further connected with at least one driven pulley 216, the driven pulley 216 is mounted on a driven pulley shaft, the intermediate conveyor belt 212 is connected with an intermediate pulley, the intermediate pulley is mounted on an intermediate pulley shaft, one of the intermediate pulley shafts and one of the driven pulley shafts are separately arranged and fixedly connected, or one of the intermediate pulley shafts and one of the driven pulley shafts are integrally arranged, and the corresponding intermediate pulley and the driven pulley are integrally arranged.
In order to realize the arrangement of the middle conveyor belt, the paperboard conveying driving component is provided with a middle bracket 215 between the two main conveyor belts, the middle bracket 215 protrudes out of the front ends of the two main conveyor belts, two middle pulley shafts are arranged in total, the first middle pulley shaft is rotatably supported at the rear part of the middle bracket, and the second middle pulley shaft is rotatably supported at the front part of the middle bracket. Two middle conveying belts are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the middle bracket. A conveying surface of a large width is formed at a position between the two main conveyor belts 211, thereby maintaining stable conveyance of the cardboard at the latter half of the cardboard conveying rail 23.
Specifically, the puck group 22 includes two rows of pucks 221 mounted side-by-side to a puck frame 222. The pinch roller support top is equipped with fixed bolster 223, be equipped with the uide bushing on the fixed bolster, the uide bushing is connected with guide bar 224, the lower extreme and the pinch roller support of guide bar are fixed, be equipped with adjusting nut on the fixed bolster, adjusting nut is connected with adjusting screw 225, adjusting screw is connected with two guide bars through connecting horizontal pole 226. After the adjusting nut is adjusted, the adjusting screw rod drives the two guide rods to lift along the guide sleeves through the connecting cross rod 226, so that the height of the two rows of pinch rollers 221 is adjusted, and finally the position of the adjusting screw rod 225 can be locked through the locking nut. Therefore, the distance between the pressing wheel 221 and the horizontal conveying surface can be adjusted, and the device is suitable for conveying packing paper boards with different thicknesses.
Further, a guide pressing plate 227 is arranged in front of the pinch roller bracket and matched with the protruding part of the middle conveying belt 212 to guide the conveying of the packing material paperboard. The guide pressing plate 227 is connected with a height adjusting mechanism for adjusting the height of the guide pressing plate, so that the paper packaging machine can be suitable for paper packaging boards with different thicknesses. The height adjustment mechanism can be referred to in the art, for example, similar to the height adjustment mechanism of puck group 22.
As shown in fig. 7, the cardboard conveying rail 23 includes lateral rails 231 disposed side by side and a middle rail 232 disposed between the lateral rails 231 of both sides. The middle rail 232 is located on the side of the paper board conveying driving assembly, extends to the upper side of the boxing station from the side of the paper board conveying driving assembly and corresponds to the bending position of the packing material paper board, so that the middle rail is matched with the lateral rail 231 to ensure that the packing material paper board keeps stable posture in conveying, and is matched with the packing material forming process to guide one side face of the packing material paper board to enable the side face to be turned over along the bending position.
Further, the lateral track 231 includes a conveying section 2311 corresponding to the horizontal conveying surface of the conveyor belt and an output section 2312 connected to the conveying section 2311 and extending above the boxing station. The conveying section is provided with a limiting channel formed by enclosing an upper limiting wall layer, a lower limiting wall layer and side limiting walls, and the upper side, the lower side and the side face of the edge of the packing material paperboard are limited. Therefore, the packing material paperboard can be conveyed in a stable posture. The output section is provided with a conveying surface arranged in the extending direction of the lower limiting wall and a side blocking wall arranged in the extending direction of the side limiting wall, and a positioning plate 2313 extending inwards is arranged at the position, close to the output end, of the output section 2312. The structure similar to the upper limiting wall is not arranged above the output section, because in the packing material forming process, the edge of the packing material paperboard has an upward turning action, and the arrangement of the upper limiting wall can influence the action process. The positioning plate 2313 prevents the wrapping paper board from being conveyed further after the wrapping paper board is conveyed in place.
Referring to the product carrying member 3 shown in fig. 9, the product 400 is carried from the product carrying surface 4 to above the packing station, and the product carrying surface is disposed horizontally and laterally of the packing station. The product carrying component 3 comprises a carrying sucker component 31, a sucker overturning component 33 and a sucker posture maintaining component 32, wherein the sucker overturning component 33 is provided with an overturning arm 333, the overturning arm 333 rotates to drive the carrying sucker component 31 to overturn, so that a product is carried to the upper part of a boxing station through a product carrying surface, and the posture maintaining component 32 maintains the posture of the carrying sucker component 31 in the rotating process of the overturning arm 333.
In order to realize the rotation of the turning arm 333, the suction cup turning assembly 33 is further provided with a turning drive shaft 334 connected with the turning arm, and the turning drive shaft 334 is driven by a turning drive motor 331. It will be appreciated that a speed reducer 332 may be further provided, and an input shaft of the speed reducer 332 is connected to an output shaft of the tumble drive motor 331, and an output shaft of the speed reducer 332 is connected to the tumble drive shaft 334, or may be provided integrally with the tumble drive shaft. Of course, the tumble drive shaft may be directly driven by the tumble drive motor 331, or the motor shaft may be provided integrally with the tumble drive shaft.
In one embodiment, the attitude keeping assembly 32 includes a rotating shaft 321, the rotating shaft 321 is rotatably connected to the flipping arm 333, and the rotating shaft rotates to drive the handling chuck assembly to rotate during the rotation of the flipping arm to keep the attitude. For example, the product is placed horizontally on the product supporting surface, and thus, is kept in a horizontal state during the transportation, which is also a boxed state.
Further, the reversing drive motor 331 may also serve as a power source for rotating the rotating shaft 321, the first timing pulley 335 may be fixed to the reversing drive shaft 333, the second timing pulley 322 may be fixed to the rotating shaft 321, and the timing belt 323 may be connected between the first timing pulley 335 and the second timing pulley 322. On one hand, the cost can be saved, and on the other hand, the coordinated action of the turning driving shaft 333 and the rotating shaft 321 can be ensured, namely, the rotating angle of the rotating shaft 321 is coordinated with the rotating angle of the turning driving shaft 333, so that the carrying sucker component always keeps the posture.
The carrying suction cup assembly 31 is provided with a suction cup mounting plate 311 on which a plurality of suction cups are arranged in a rectangular array. The sucking disc mounting plate 311 is connected with a driving bracket 312, the driving bracket 312 is fixedly connected with a shaft connecting piece 313 through a hoop structure, and the shaft connecting piece 313 is connected with a rotating shaft 321.
While the foregoing is directed to embodiments of the present invention, the scope of the invention should not be limited thereby, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the invention includes, but is not limited to, those illustrated in the drawings and described in the foregoing detailed description. Any modification which does not depart from the functional and structural principles of the invention is intended to be included within the scope of the claims.

Claims (10)

1. A boxing apparatus is characterized by comprising a boxing conveying component, a paperboard conveying component and a product carrying component,
the boxing conveying component is provided with a horizontally extending packing material conveying channel, the boxing conveying component comprises a packing material driving assembly with an annular movement path and a push plate, the push plate is mounted on the packing material driving assembly, the packing material driving assembly drives the push plate to pass through the packing material conveying channel, the boxing conveying component is provided with a boxing station corresponding to the packing material conveying channel, and a packing material forming guide structure for guiding the packing material to be formed is arranged corresponding to the boxing station; a packing material bearing platform assembly is arranged below the boxing station, the packing material bearing platform assembly comprises a packing material bearing platform and a lifting driver for driving the packing material bearing platform to lift, and a plurality of suckers are arranged on the packing material bearing platform;
the paper board conveying component comprises a paper board conveying track for carrying horizontal conveying of the packing paper boards and a paper board conveying driving assembly for driving the packing paper boards to be conveyed along the paper board conveying track, and the paper board conveying track extends to the position above the boxing station and is intersected with the horizontal movement path of the boxing conveying component;
the product carrying component carries a product to the upper part of a boxing station from a product carrying surface, the product carrying surface is horizontally arranged and is positioned on the side of the boxing station, the product carrying component comprises a carrying sucker assembly, a sucker overturning assembly and a sucker posture maintaining assembly, the sucker overturning assembly is provided with an overturning arm which rotates in the horizontal direction perpendicular to the horizontal direction, the overturning arm rotates to drive the carrying sucker assembly to overturn, so that the product is carried to the upper part of the boxing station from the product carrying surface, and the posture maintaining assembly maintains the posture of the carrying sucker assembly in the rotating process of the overturning arm.
2. A boxing apparatus in accordance with claim 1, wherein the package material forming guide structure includes corner positioning blocks corresponding to four corners of the formed package material, the corner positioning blocks having first and second lateral guide surfaces intersecting each other; the packing material forming guide structure also comprises a rear limiting plate which is arranged at the rear side of the boxing station and correspondingly guides the forming of the rear side surface of the packing material; the packing material forming guide structure comprises a front limiting plate which is arranged on the front side of the packing station and correspondingly guides the forming of the front side surface of the packing material, and the front limiting plate is driven by a packing material driving assembly to move unidirectionally along an annular path.

The boxing apparatus in accordance with claim 2, wherein the packing material driving assembly comprises a chain and a sprocket, the chain is mounted on the sprocket and is unfolded to form an annular structure with two ends in an arc shape and a straight middle part; the packing conveying component is provided with two groups of packing material driving assemblies, a first group of chains and a second group of chains are arranged corresponding to the two groups of packing material driving assemblies, the first group of chains and the second group of chains comprise two chains and are positioned in parallel, the two groups of packing material driving assemblies share a chain wheel shaft, one chain wheel shaft is driven by a driving motor, the two chains of the first group of chains are uniformly provided with a plurality of pairs of push plates along an annular motion path, and the two chains of the second group of chains are uniformly provided with a plurality of pairs of front limiting plates along the annular motion path.

A boxing apparatus in accordance with claim 1, wherein the cardboard conveying driving assembly comprises cardboard conveying belts, the cardboard conveying belts comprise two main conveying belts arranged side by side and an intermediate conveying belt extending forward from between the two main conveying belts and protruding out of the front ends of the main conveying belts, the cardboard conveying driving assembly further comprises a conveying belt driving motor and two sets of driving pulleys driven by the conveying belt driving motor, and the two sets of driving pulleys are respectively connected to the two main conveying belts; the middle conveying belt is connected with at least one middle belt wheel, and the middle belt wheel is driven by a conveying belt driving motor.

A boxing device in accordance with claim 4, wherein the main conveyor belt is connected to at least one driven pulley mounted on a driven pulley shaft and the intermediate pulley is mounted on an intermediate pulley shaft, the intermediate pulley shaft being integral with one of the driven pulley shafts.

A carton packing apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein the sheet conveyor belt has a horizontal conveying surface, and the sheet conveyor drive assembly further comprises a pinch roller set disposed above the horizontal conveying surface, the pinch roller set comprising at least one row of pinch rollers mounted to a pinch roller support.

A boxing apparatus in accordance with claim 1, wherein the cardboard conveying tracks comprise side tracks arranged side by side and an intermediate track arranged between the side tracks, the side tracks comprising a conveying section corresponding to the horizontal conveying surface of the conveyor and an output section adjoining the conveying section and extending above the boxing station.

A boxing device in accordance with claim 7, wherein the conveying section is provided with a limit passage defined by upper and lower limit walls and side limit walls, the output section is provided with a conveying surface arranged in the extending direction of the lower limit wall and side stop walls arranged in the extending direction of the side limit walls, and the output section is provided with a positioning plate extending inwards near the output end.

A boxing apparatus in accordance with claim 1, wherein the suction cup tilting assembly further comprises a tilting drive shaft connected to the tilting arm, the tilting drive shaft being driven by a tilting drive motor, the attitude maintaining assembly comprises a rotation shaft rotatably connected to the tilting arm, the rotation shaft being connected to the carry suction cup assembly; the rotating shaft rotates to drive the carrying sucker assembly to rotate in the rotating process of the turnover arm so as to keep the posture of the carrying sucker assembly.
10. A boxing apparatus in accordance with claim 9, wherein the turning drive shaft is fixed with a first timing pulley, the turning drive shaft is fixed with a second timing pulley, and a timing belt is connected between the first timing pulley and the second timing pulley.
