The boxing apparatus in the present embodiment is described below by taking the packaged product as a standing pouch and the packaging box as a carton:

The robot 3 places the self-supporting bags one by one in the carrying frame 131, and the self-supporting bags are laid horizontally and stacked. Meanwhile, when the cartons are stopped by the stop plates, the stop plates positioned at the upstream also extend into the conveying area, and the subsequent cartons in a conveying state are isolated without influencing the movement of the current cartons.
As shown in fig. 7, the cover plate 132 covers the top opening of the carrier frame after a sufficient number of free-standing pouches are placed in the carrier frame 131.
As shown in fig. 8, the pushing plate pushes the carton, the carton is in a horizontal state, the opening of the carton is in a horizontal state, and the carton moves towards the position of the carrying frame; the guide plate 133 limits the movement range of each hinge of the carton, and causes the carrying frame 131 to extend into the carton; the pallet 134 is then swung upwardly and the carton bottom is held by the pallet. At the same time, the carton conveying elements are reset.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the loading frame 131 is turned downward, and the space posture of the carton is changed to a state in which the opening is upward. Then, the connection turning device 1 drives the carton and the self-standing bag to do descending movement until the carton is placed on the boxing conveying part 5. The supporting plate 134 is reset, the carton is not supported any more, the carrying frame rises and is separated from the carton, finally the self-standing bag is loaded into the carton, and the connection turnover device 1 is reset.
Therefore, in the boxing equipment, the article conveying path, the packaging box conveying path and the boxing conveying path are distributed in the horizontal direction, the working height of the article conveying path is greater than that of the packaging box conveying path, the working height of the packaging box conveying path is greater than that of the boxing conveying path, and the connection conveying path is distributed in the vertical direction; during work, articles are conveyed to the operation range of the connecting conveying path through the article conveying path, the articles are conveyed by the conveying component and placed on the connecting conveying path, the horizontal packing boxes are conveyed on the packing box conveying path, the articles on the connecting conveying path are stacked in a stacking mode, the articles are divided into two groups in the stacking direction, and one group of stacked articles and the other group of stacked articles are arranged in a staggered mode in the stacking direction, so that more articles can be stacked in a limited space; after the articles are loaded in the connection conveying path, the connection conveying path performs descending conveying movement until the articles are opposite to the packing box which is horizontally laid on the packing box conveying path, and the opening of the packing box faces the articles; pushing the packing box until the packing box covers the article on the connection conveying path in a horizontal state; the connection conveying path continuously performs descending conveying movement after loading the packing cases and the articles, and the packing cases and the articles are overturned above the packing conveying path, so that the horizontal packing cases are enabled to change the space posture to be in a vertical state, the articles are loaded into the packing cases after changing the space posture, and the vertical packing cases are output outwards through the packing conveying path.
