Description

Method for raising seedlings of actinidia valvata by cutting
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural planting, in particular to a method for raising seedlings of actinidia valvata dunn by cutting.
Background
The kiwi fruits are widely favored due to the unique flavor, rich in vitamin C, multiple mineral nutrients, effects of clearing intestines and invigorating stomach and the like, and become one of important fruits. China is the origin of most of Actinidia Lindl germplasm resources, and the cultivation area of Chinese kiwi fruits is the first place in the world. At present, the seedling progeny of delicious kiwi fruit is mostly adopted for breeding kiwi fruit seedlings as stocks, and the kiwi fruit seedlings have many defects, such as poor seedling growth consistency, poor saline-alkali resistance and waterlogging resistance of the seedling stocks, and the like, so that the selection of the stocks with good resistance and growth becomes a key for improving the quality of the kiwi fruit seedlings. The Actinidia valvata Dunn is a kind of Actinidia chinensis, has developed root system, has good waterlogging resistance and saline-alkali resistance, can be produced in large scale, and can be used as stock of Actinidia chinensis seedling.
The asexual propagation can maintain stable inheritance of characters, and the cuttage is one of important means for carrying out the asexual propagation. At present, in kiwi fruits, a technical method for raising seedlings by cutting is provided in actinidia arguta and other kiwi fruits, but the genetic background of the kiwi fruits is greatly different from species to species.
Therefore, providing a method for raising seedlings of actinidia valvata dunn by cutting to promote the healthy development of the actinidia valvata dunn industry is a problem to be solved urgently by technical personnel in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a method for raising seedlings of actinidia valvata by cutting, which is simple in technology and easy to popularize.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a method for raising seedlings of actinidia valvata by cutting comprises the following specific steps:
(1) preparing a cutting medium: mixing turfy soil, perlite and fine sand according to the proportion of 1: 2: 2, uniformly mixing to obtain a cutting medium; filling the cutting medium into a plug tray, and disinfecting;
(2) selection of cutting slips: selecting branches in spring or summer; selecting a plant with good growth vigor, selecting lignified or semi-lignified twig branches, and shearing the twig branches into cutting slips with the length of 10-20 cm; 3-4 buds of the cutting shoot are reserved; because the joints of the actinidia valvata are longer, the length of the cutting slips is trimmed according to the length of 3-4 buds, and at least one leaf is reserved;
(3) pre-treatment of cutting shoots: soaking the cuttings cut in the step (2) in clear water; all leaves are reserved during soaking, one leaf of the bud part at the uppermost end is reserved after soaking is finished, and the rest leaves are cut off;
(4) cuttage: quickly dipping the cuttings soaked in the step (3) with rooting powder ABT with the concentration of 50mg/L for 30 s; inserting the lower end of the cutting into the plug tray in the step (1) by 6-10cm, and ensuring that at least one bud is inserted into the substrate;
(5) managing after cuttage: the aperture disk adopts a sunshade net for shading, and the light transmittance is ensured to be 50-60%; the cuttage temperature is controlled at 20-25 ℃, the air humidity is controlled at more than 90%, and after 2-3cm of bud sprouting, the air humidity keeps normal environment humidity. After sprouting, air humidity must be reduced, otherwise, seedling vitrification is easy to occur, and seedlings are not easy to survive after transplanting.
Further, the sterilization in the step (1) is as follows: and (3) pouring 1000 times of carbendazim 50% wettable powder solution (diluting 1000 times of carbendazim 50% wettable powder) through the cutting matrix, and disinfecting for 24 hours.
Further, selecting a branch with a full bud and no disease from the cutting branches in the step (2).
Further, the depth of the clean water in the step (3) is 5-8cm, and the cutting is soaked for 12 hours.
According to the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the method for raising seedlings of actinidia valvata by cutting can be used for quickly raising the seedlings of actinidia valvata with a large number of propagation characters and consistent growth vigor of actinidia valvata, improving the quality of actinidia valvata seedlings and the waterlogging resistance and saline-alkali resistance, serving as special stocks, improving the quality of actinidia valvata seedlings and having a good application prospect; and the seedling raising method is simple in technology and easy to popularize.
