技术领域
本发明涉及废旧橡胶回收技术领域,具体提出了一种利用废旧橡胶制品生产再生橡胶的制备工艺。
背景技术
橡胶产业是国民经济的重要基础产业之一,其产品遍及工业及日常生活的方方面面。在此可以将橡胶产品简单做个分类列举,如橡胶轮胎、机械传送带、橡胶管、橡胶缓冲材料、橡胶密封材料、衣帽饰品配件、鞋、玩具、家电配件等;橡胶产品所涉及的应用领域广泛,如交通运输、采矿选矿、建筑装饰、机械设备、航空航天、电工电子、军工国防等。
每年生产大量橡胶制品的同时,也同样产生了大量的废旧橡胶制品,为了减小废旧橡胶制品的“黑色污染”对环境的破坏,同时提高对资源的再回收利用率,现如今都在推动对废旧橡胶制品的回收利用,废旧橡胶制品回收后可以制成胶粒、胶粉等再生胶原料用于新橡胶制品的加工制造,可以作为骨料添加剂生产橡胶混凝土,也可以作为沥青改性剂等,因此废旧橡胶回收同样可以物尽其用,有着广泛的用途。
每年生产大量汽车橡胶轮胎的同时,也同样生产着大量的汽车橡胶内胎,每年也会产生大量的废旧的橡胶内胎,大批量的废旧橡胶内胎可以进行集中回收利用处理,废旧橡胶内胎和废旧橡胶轮胎一样,在回收处理的过程中一般都要经过切割、水洗、干燥、破碎等加工处理步骤,橡胶内胎相比较橡胶轮胎而言质地更软,在传统的切割环节,一般都是直接通过绞碎切割,切割获得的橡胶块大小不均匀,继而影响后续的加工处理。
基于上述问题,本发明提供了一种利用废旧橡胶制品生产再生橡胶的制备工艺,具体涉及到一种利用废旧橡胶制品生产再生胶的装置。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种利用废旧橡胶制品生产再生橡胶的制备工艺,用于解决上述背景技术中提到的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案来实现:一种利用废旧橡胶制品生产再生橡胶的制备工艺,其工艺具体包括以下步骤:
S1、内胎分割:将废旧的车轮橡胶内胎进行分割,使得环状的内胎成为长筒状;
S2、条状切割:将步骤S1中得到的长筒状的废旧内胎通过分条切割机构切割成一个个橡胶条;
S3、胶条压平:将步骤S2中切割得到的橡胶条通过平压机构进行压平;
S4、块状切割:将步骤S3中进行预先压平的橡胶条通过切块机构进行切割,使得橡胶条进一步被分切成橡胶块;
采用上述步骤S1-S4的利用废旧橡胶制品生产再生橡胶的制备工艺在对废旧的橡胶车轮内胎进行再生胶生产加工的过程中还具体涉及到一种利用废旧橡胶制品生产再生胶的装置,包括工作台、用于将橡胶内胎分切成橡胶条的分条切割机构、用于对橡胶条进行下压输送导向的压料导向机构、用于将橡胶条压平的平压机构和用于将橡胶条分切成橡胶块的切块机构,所述工作台台面上设有长条状的路径板,在所述工作台台面上沿所述路径板路径直线方向依次设置有所述分条切割机构、所述压料导向机构、所述平压机构和所述切块机构;其中:
所述分条切割机构包括驱动电机、两个一号旋转轴、两个二号旋转轴、两个传动链条、两个侧压辊、分切主动辊和分切配合辊,所述驱动电机通过电机固定座固定安装在所述工作台台面的底端,两个所述一号旋转轴竖直转动安装在所述工作台上且分布在所述路径板的两侧,其中一个所述一号旋转轴与所述驱动电机的输出轴固定连接,所述一号旋转轴上设有齿轮和一号链轮,两个所述一号旋转轴上的两个所述齿轮相互啮合,两个所述侧压辊一一对应固定安装在两个所述一号旋转轴的顶端,且两个所述侧压辊位于所述路径板的上方,两个所述二号旋转轴竖直转动安装在所述工作台上且分布在所述路径板的两侧,所述二号旋转轴上设有二号链轮,分布在所述路径板同一侧的所述一号链轮和所述二号链轮之间通过所述传动链条啮合传动,所述分切主动辊和所述分切配合辊一一对应固定安装在两个所述二号旋转轴的顶端,所述分切主动辊和所述分切配合辊均位于所述路径板的上方且位于所述侧压辊和所述压料导向机构之间;

S3、胶条压平:将步骤S2中切割得到的橡胶条通过平压机构4进行压平;
S4、块状切割:将步骤S3中进行预先压平的橡胶条通过切块机构5进行切割,使得橡胶条进一步被分切成橡胶块;

分条切割机构2包括驱动电机21、两个一号旋转轴22、两个二号旋转轴23、两个传动链条24、两个侧压辊25、分切主动辊26和分切配合辊27,驱动电机21通过电机固定座固定安装在工作台1台面的底端,两个一号旋转轴22竖直转动安装在工作台1上且分布在路径板12的两侧,其中一个一号旋转轴22与驱动电机21的输出轴固定连接,一号旋转轴22上设有齿轮221和一号链轮222,两个一号旋转轴22上的两个齿轮221相互啮合,两个侧压辊25一一对应焊接在两个一号旋转轴22的顶端,且两个侧压辊25位于路径板12的上方,两个二号旋转轴23竖直转动安装在工作台1上且分布在路径板12的两侧,二号旋转轴23上设有二号链轮231,分布在路径板12同一侧的一号链轮222和二号链轮231之间通过传动链条24啮合传动,分切主动辊26和分切配合辊27一一对应焊接在两个二号旋转轴23的顶端,分切主动辊26和分切配合辊27均位于路径板12的上方且位于侧压辊25和压料导向机构3之间;
两个侧压辊25之间的间隙为2cm,分切主动辊26的辊面上沿轴向均匀排列设置有五个分切刀261,分切配合辊27的辊面上沿轴向均匀设置有与五个分切刀261一一对应的环切刀槽271,分切刀261伸向对应设置的刀槽271中。
启动整个装置后,可将通过步骤S1内胎分割而获得的长筒状的内胎投放进进料滑板11中,内胎将顺着进料滑板11的斜坡自动向下滑动,便可执行步骤S2条状切割的操作,驱动电机21启动后将带动与之连接的一号旋转轴22转动,一方面,通过啮合的两个齿轮221的传动将实现两个一号旋转轴22相对转动,从而带动两个侧压辊25相对转动,滑落的长筒状的内胎将落向两个侧压辊25之间,两个侧压辊25在带动内胎向前输送的同时将内胎进行压扁,另一方面,位于同一侧的一号旋转轴22和二号旋转轴23在传动链条24的带动下实现同步转动,被压扁的内胎继续向前输送将从分切主动辊26和分切配合辊27之间经过,在五个分切刀261和刀槽271的配合下将把压扁的内胎分切成一个个橡胶条,橡胶条将被分切主动辊26和分切配合辊27继续带动向前输送。
路径板12上设有位于两侧且焊接在工作台1台面上的支撑侧板121,压料导向机构3、压平机构和切块机构5沿直线方向依次设置在两个支撑侧板121之间,其中:压料导向机构3包括横跨焊接固定在两个支撑侧板121之间的横跨板31、两个铰接在横跨板31上面向平压机构4一面的调节气缸32和铰接设置在两个支撑侧板121之间的导向组件33,导向组件33包括两个一一对应铰接在两个支撑侧板121内侧的辊架331和沿直线排列转动安装在两个辊架331之间的五个被动辊332,两个辊架331与两个调节气缸32的输出端对应铰接。
被分切得到的橡胶条在向前输送经过平压机构4之前通过压料导向机构3进行输送导向,具体的,可通过启动两个调节气缸32用于调节导向组件33向下倾斜的幅度,使得幅度合适,橡胶条在向前输送的过程中将从一排被动辊332下方经过,沿向下倾斜的直线方向排列的被动辊332将对橡胶条进行导向,使得橡胶条便于进入平压辊41的下方。
平压机构4包括三个平压辊41,三个平压辊41沿水平直线方向均匀排列并转动安装在两个支撑侧板121之间。具体的,平压辊41可以通过装配电机进行旋转驱动,也可以直接选用电动转辊。
在执行步骤S3胶条压平操作时,经过压料导向机构3进行输送导向的橡胶条将通过平压辊41,三个平压辊41将把橡胶条水平压扁,同时将带动压扁的橡胶条继续向前输送。
切块机构5包括焊接固定安装在两个支撑侧板121底端之间的梁架51、通过螺丝竖直固定安装在梁架51顶端的切割气缸52和焊接固定安装在切割气缸52输出端的切割刀53,路径板12上在位于切割刀53的正下方位置设有细长的避位孔122。
在执行步骤S4块状切割操作时,一方面被压扁的橡胶条将匀速地被继续向前输送,另一方面,切割气缸52将往复带动切割刀53完成对橡胶条的切割,完成切割后得到的橡胶块将落在落料滑板13中。
本领域技术人员应该理解,本领域技术人员结合现有技术以及上述实施例可以实现所述变化例,在此不予赘述。这样的变化例并不影响本发明的实质内容,在此不予赘述。
以上对本发明的较佳实施例进行了描述。需要理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述特定实施方式,其中未尽详细描述的设备和结构应该理解为用本领域中的普通方式予以实施;任何熟悉本领域的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案作出许多可能的变动和修饰,或修改为等同变化的等效实施例,这并不影响本发明的实质内容。因此,凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所做的任何简单修改、等同变化及修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案保护的范围内。

Claims (5)

1.一种利用废旧橡胶制品生产再生橡胶的制备工艺,其特征在于:其工艺具体包括以下步骤:
S1、内胎分割:将废旧的车轮橡胶内胎进行分割,使得环状的内胎成为长筒状;
S2、条状切割:将步骤S1中得到的长筒状的废旧内胎通过分条切割机构(2)切割成一个个橡胶条;
S3、胶条压平:将步骤S2中切割得到的橡胶条通过平压机构(4)进行压平;
S4、块状切割:将步骤S3中进行预先压平的橡胶条通过切块机构(5)进行切割,使得橡胶条进一步被分切成橡胶块;
采用上述步骤S1-S4的利用废旧橡胶制品生产再生橡胶的制备工艺在对废旧的橡胶车轮内胎进行再生胶生产加工的过程中还具体涉及到一种利用废旧橡胶制品生产再生胶的装置,包括工作台(1)、用于将橡胶内胎分切成橡胶条的分条切割机构(2)、用于对橡胶条进行下压输送导向的压料导向机构(3)、用于将橡胶条压平的平压机构(4)和用于将橡胶条分切成橡胶块的切块机构(5),所述工作台(1)台面上设有长条状的路径板(12),在所述工作台(1)台面上沿所述路径板(12)路径直线方向依次设置有所述分条切割机构(2)、所述压料导向机构(3)、所述平压机构(4)和所述切块机构(5);其中:
所述分条切割机构(2)包括驱动电机(21)、两个一号旋转轴(22)、两个二号旋转轴(23)、两个传动链条(24)、两个侧压辊(25)、分切主动辊(26)和分切配合辊(27),所述驱动电机(21)通过电机固定座固定安装在所述工作台(1)台面的底端,两个所述一号旋转轴(22)竖直转动安装在所述工作台(1)上且分布在所述路径板(12)的两侧,其中一个所述一号旋转轴(22)与所述驱动电机(21)的输出轴固定连接,所述一号旋转轴(22)上设有齿轮(221)和一号链轮(222),两个所述一号旋转轴(22)上的两个所述齿轮(221)相互啮合,两个所述侧压辊(25)一一对应固定安装在两个所述一号旋转轴(22)的顶端,且两个所述侧压辊(25)位于所述路径板(12)的上方,两个所述二号旋转轴(23)竖直转动安装在所述工作台(1)上且分布在所述路径板(12)的两侧,所述二号旋转轴(23)上设有二号链轮(231),分布在所述路径板(12)同一侧的所述一号链轮(222)和所述二号链轮(231)之间通过所述传动链条(24)啮合传动,所述分切主动辊(26)和所述分切配合辊(27)一一对应固定安装在两个所述二号旋转轴(23)的顶端,所述分切主动辊(26)和所述分切配合辊(27)均位于所述路径板(12)的上方且位于所述侧压辊(25)和所述压料导向机构(3)之间;
所述路径板(12)上设有位于两侧且固定设置在所述工作台(1)台面上的支撑侧板(121),所述压料导向机构(3)、所述压平机构和所述切块机构(5)沿直线方向依次设置在两个所述支撑侧板(121)之间,其中:所述压料导向机构(3)包括横跨固定在两个所述支撑侧板(121)之间的横跨板(31)、两个铰接在所述横跨板(31)上面向所述平压机构(4)一面的调节气缸(32)和铰接设置在两个所述支撑侧板(121)之间的导向组件(33),所述导向组件(33)包括两个一一对应铰接在两个所述支撑侧板(121)内侧的辊架(331)和沿直线排列转动安装在两个所述辊架(331)之间的若干被动辊(332),两个所述辊架(331)与两个所述调节气缸(32)的输出端对应铰接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用废旧橡胶制品生产再生橡胶的制备工艺,其特征在于:两个所述侧压辊(25)之间的间隙为1-2cm,所述分切主动辊(26)的辊面上沿轴向均匀排列设置有若干分切刀(261),所述分切配合辊(27)的辊面上沿轴向均匀设置有与若干所述分切刀(261)一一对应的环切刀槽(271),所述分切刀(261)伸向对应设置的刀槽(271)中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用废旧橡胶制品生产再生橡胶的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述平压机构(4)包括若干平压辊(41),若干所述平压辊(41)沿水平直线方向均匀排列并转动安装在两个所述支撑侧板(121)之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用废旧橡胶制品生产再生橡胶的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述切块机构(5)包括固定安装在两个所述支撑侧板(121)底端之间的梁架(51)、竖直固定安装在所述梁架(51)顶端的切割气缸(52)和固定安装在所述切割气缸(52)输出端的切割刀(53),所述路径板(12)上在位于所述切割刀(53)的正下方位置设有细长的避位孔(122)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用废旧橡胶制品生产再生橡胶的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述所述工作台(1)的台面上设有进料滑板(11),所述工作台(1)的台面底端设有落料滑板(13),所述进料滑板(11)的下滑口位置与所述路径板(12)连接,所述进料滑板(11)呈扇环状,所述路径板(12)的前端伸向所述落料滑板(13)的上方。
