Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于高效过硫酸盐催化的碳纤维薄膜及其制备方法,其步骤为:1)将ZIF‑8纳米粒子分散在N,N‑二甲基甲酰胺溶液中,加入聚丙烯腈,水浴加热并搅拌至ZIF‑8纳米粒子和聚丙烯腈混合均匀;2)将均匀的混合溶液作为纺丝溶液,通过静电纺丝,得到ZIF‑8/PAN薄膜;3)将ZIF‑8/PAN纤维在惰性气体条件下碳化,得到中空碳纤维薄膜材料;4)将碳化后的中空碳纤维材料在硼酸‑甲醇溶液中充分搅拌后,于惰性气体下退火,得到B/N共掺杂的中空碳纤维。本发明制备的B/N共掺杂的中空碳纤维具有大的表面积,高的催化活性,且没有二次污染,在降解废水有机污染物方面表现出了很好的应用前景。

Description

一种用于高效过硫酸盐催化的碳纤维薄膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于环境纳米材料领域,具体涉及一种用于高效过硫酸盐催化的碳纤维薄膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
可持续地提供安全、清洁和充足的水资源是一项巨大的全球性的挑战。自然界的水体常常因污染而导致无法被人类利用,除生态循环自身产生的少量污染物,绝大多数污染物来自于人类社会的各大生产生活行业,而化工行业尤为突出,这些污染物的排放总量和浓度均超过了水体的自净能力,因而导致水体的理化性质发生明显变化,影响水体用水计划和使用价值,造成水质严重恶化,最终危害到人类健康和生态平衡。人为造成的有机污染物,如工业染料、洗涤剂、油类、多芳香烃、农药、药品和个人护理用品(PPCPs),由于其化学结构的多样性、毒性高、稳定性强以及排放量大,使其与无机金属污染物相比,是一类更广泛的家族,且更具危害性。
利用过渡金属与纳米技术催化活化过硫酸盐降解水中污染物是现今的研究热点之一,但金属的易浸出、不稳定性等问题严重阻碍了这类催化剂的发展;与此同时,纳米材料本征的粉末特性已造成不可回收的二次污染。因而在水处理工艺中,急需开发一类绿色的高性能材料,同时解决金属基纳米材料的两大障碍。
近年来,在地球上储量丰富又具有无金属特性的碳材料(CMs)作为多相催化剂受到了极大的推动,因其还具有较大的比表面积、可调的电子和物理化学性质以及良好的生物相容性和耐酸碱性等优点,引起了前所未有的兴趣。MOFs衍生的无金属纳米碳化物作为碳催化的新兴应用之一,已被证明是绿色修复技术的催化剂,可以克服基于金属的高级氧化工艺(AOPs)中稳定性差、金属浸出不良等固有缺陷。通过引入杂原子,如B、N、S和P等,可以改变CMs的表面性质,或者杂原子可进入sp2碳的蜂窝状结构中,产生额外缺陷位点,进一步提高过硫酸氢盐的催化性能。已有研究报道,硼原子和氮原子由于制备简单、前体物环境友好、活性高而成为最具吸引力的杂原子掺杂对。因此,在不影响反应活性和稳定性的前提下,通过绿色简便的方法来制备稳定的纳米碳催化剂是研究的热点之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于高效过硫酸盐催化的碳纤维薄膜及其制备方法。
实现本发明目的技术方案如下:一种用于高效过硫酸盐催化的碳纤维薄膜及其制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤1,在ZIF-8分散液中加入与ZIF-8的质量比为4:3的聚丙烯腈,搅拌至混合均匀,得到静电纺丝前驱液;
步骤2,控制静电纺丝环境在较低的湿度和适宜的温度,将步骤1得到的静电纺丝前驱液进行静电纺丝,得到ZIF-8/PAN纤维;
步骤3,将步骤2得到的ZIF-8/PAN纤维在N2气氛下,于600-1000℃下碳化,得到中空碳纤维材料;
步骤4,将步骤3得到的中空碳纤维材料在硼酸的甲醇溶液中充分搅拌均匀后,于800-1200℃的N2条件下退火,得到B/N共掺杂的中空碳纤维。
较佳的,ZIF-8分散液的浓度为0.06-0.14 g/mL,溶剂为N, N-二甲基甲酰胺。
较佳的,步骤1中,搅拌温度为50-70℃,保证静电纺丝前驱液的粘度适宜。
较佳的,步骤2中,设置静电纺丝电压的正压为10-12千伏,负压为1-3千伏,推注速率为0.08-0.1 mm/min。
较佳的,步骤2中,静电纺丝环境湿度控制在10-30%,温度控制在30-50℃。
较佳的,步骤3中,升温速率为3-8℃/min。
较佳的,步骤4中,中空碳纤维材料与硼酸的质量比为1:5,硼酸的甲醇溶液的浓度为0.05 g/mL。
与现有技术相比,本发明方法简单,制得的B/N共掺杂碳纳米纤维不仅解决了金属有机骨架材料本征粉末特性带来的易团聚、不易回收的难题,还解决了金属基MOFs材料造成的金属浸出、大量污泥产生的二次污染问题,而且仍然具有良好的催化活性。因此,在降解废水中有机污染物的应用方面具有很大的应用潜能。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明通过静电纺丝和碳化技术,将金属有机骨架材料ZIF-8制备成纤维,经碳化得到中空碳纤维材料,再经B掺杂后高温退火得到B/N共掺杂的中空碳纤维。该方法制得的中空碳纤维材料具有双杂原子掺杂的协同效应,一维中空结构,更有利于产生活性位点,从而提高过硫酸氢盐对水体中微污染物的去除效率。实施例1
步骤1,将0.6 g ZIF-8粉末溶于5.5 mL的N, N-二甲基甲酰胺,超声使其完全分散,加入0.8 g的聚丙烯腈,在60℃水浴下,磁力搅拌使ZIF-8纳米粒子和PAN混合均匀。
步骤2,将步骤1得到的混合溶液倒入5 mL的注射器中,利用静电纺丝技术,正压为10 kV,负压为2 kV,推注速率为0.08 mm/min,得到ZIF-8/PAN纤维。
步骤3,在惰性气氛下,将ZIF-8/PAN纤维于900℃下碳化,升温速率为3℃/min,得到中空碳纤维材料;
步骤4,将1 g硼酸溶解于20 mL甲醇中,取0.2 g步骤3得到的中空碳纤维材料放入该溶液,于室温下充分搅拌24 h,待甲醇挥发后,将剩余固体于900℃下碳化,升温速率为3℃/min,得到B/N共掺杂的中空碳纤维;
图1中可以看到B/N共掺杂中空碳纤维材料呈清晰的中空结构,纤维上的中空立方结构是由ZIF-8在碳化过程中形成的,纤维上部分ZIF-8颗粒有破碎,能大大提高其比表面积。图2为制备的ZIF-8的透射电镜图,图中可以看到合成的ZIF-8纳米粒子大小均一。
实施例2
步骤1,将1.2 g ZIF-8粉末溶于10 mL的N, N-二甲基甲酰胺,超声使其完全分散,加入1.6 g的聚丙烯腈,在60℃水浴下,磁力搅拌使ZIF-8纳米粒子和PAN混合均匀。
步骤2,将步骤1得到的混合溶液倒入10 mL的注射器中,利用静电纺丝技术,正压为10 kV,负压为2 kV,推注速率为0.08 mm/min,得到ZIF-8/PAN纤维。
步骤3,在惰性气氛下,将ZIF-8/PAN纤维于900℃下碳化,升温速率为3℃/min,得到中空碳纤维材料;
步骤4,将1 g硼酸溶解于20 mL甲醇中,取0.2 g步骤3得到的中空碳纤维材料放入该溶液,于室温下充分搅拌24 h,待甲醇挥发后,将剩余固体于900℃下碳化,升温速率为3℃/min,得到B/N共掺杂的中空碳纤维。
实施例3
步骤1,将0.6 g ZIF-8粉末溶于5 mL的N, N-二甲基甲酰胺,超声使其完全分散,加入0.8 g的聚丙烯腈,在60℃水浴下,磁力搅拌使ZIF-8纳米粒子和PAN混合均匀。
步骤2,将步骤1得到的混合溶液倒入5 mL的注射器中,利用静电纺丝技术,正压为10 kV,负压为2 kV,推注速率为0.08 mm/min,得到ZIF-8/PAN纤维。
步骤3,在惰性气氛下,将ZIF-8/PAN纤维于800℃下碳化,升温速率为3℃/min,得到中空碳纤维材料;
步骤4,将3 g硼酸溶解于60 mL甲醇中,取0.6 g步骤3得到的中空碳纤维材料放入该溶液,于室温下充分搅拌24 h,待甲醇挥发后,将剩余固体于900℃下碳化,升温速率为3℃/min,得到B/N共掺杂的中空碳纤维。
将实施例1中的B/N共掺杂中空碳纤维用于催化过硫酸氢盐降解有机污染物双酚A(BPA)。
利用沃特世科技(上海)有限公司Waters Alliance HPLC 高效液相色谱仪测试其活化过硫酸氢盐降解双酚A(BPA)的性能。首先配置浓度为20 ppm的BPA溶液100 mL,加入20mg过硫酸氢盐,取上述制备的B/N共掺杂中空碳纤维 20 mg作为催化剂加入到BPA溶液中。如图3所示,在120 min内,室温条件下,20 mg该材料对初始浓度为20 ppm的BPA溶液的降解效率高达70%;50 mg该材料在相同条件下3 min内即可几乎完全降解。
将实施例2中的B/N共掺杂中空碳纤维安装在过滤装置上,用于催化过硫酸氢盐降解有机污染物罗丹明B。
如图4所示,将制备B/N共掺杂中空碳纤维安装在过滤器件上,利用蠕动泵,将罗丹明B溶液经过装有纤维的过滤器件,通入到干净烧杯中,可以看到溶液颜色从明亮的粉色变为无色,明显褪去,且经过100次循环后,仍具有很好的降解效果。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于高效过硫酸盐催化的碳纤维薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
步骤1,在ZIF-8分散液中加入与ZIF-8的质量比为4:3的聚丙烯腈,搅拌至混合均匀,得到静电纺丝前驱液;
步骤2,控制静电纺丝环境在较低的湿度和适宜的温度,将步骤1得到的静电纺丝前驱液进行静电纺丝,得到ZIF-8/PAN纤维;
步骤3,将步骤2得到的ZIF-8/PAN纤维在N2气氛下,于600-1000℃下碳化,得到中空碳纤维材料;
步骤4,将步骤3得到的中空碳纤维材料在硼酸的甲醇溶液中充分搅拌均匀后,于800-1200℃的N2条件下退火,得到B/N共掺杂的中空碳纤维。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,ZIF-8分散液的浓度为0.06-0.14 g/mL,溶剂为N, N-二甲基甲酰胺。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤1中,搅拌温度为50-70℃。
4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤2中,设置静电纺丝电压的正压为10-12千伏,负压为1-3千伏,推注速率为0.08-0.1 mm/min。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤2中,静电纺丝环境湿度控制在10-30%,温度控制在30-50℃。
6.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤3中,升温速率为3-8℃/min。
7. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤4中,中空碳纤维材料与硼酸的质量比为1:5,硼酸的甲醇溶液的浓度为0.05 g/mL。
8.如权利要求1-7任一所述的方法制备的用于高效过硫酸盐催化的碳纤维薄膜。
