Abstract
本发明属于剪切台领域,公开了一种夹层玻璃加工用胶垫裁剪装置,用于解决现有胶垫切割不方便的问题。其包括剪切台,其特征在于:所述剪切台的顶部依次设有拉板、切割板和压块,拉板、切割板和压块相互平行设置,拉板和切割板之间通过搭扣锁连接,拉板上滑动连接有夹持胶垫的压板一,切割板上滑动连接有底端位于其下方的刀架,刀架底部安装有沿剪切台宽度方向设置的切割刀,切割板的侧壁通过滑板固定有刀片,刀片沿剪切台长度方向设置,压块在剪切台顶部竖直方向上下移动。本发明结构简单,操作方便,胶垫切割高效,大大降低了工作人员的劳动强度,提高了夹层玻璃的切割效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及剪切台技术领域,尤其涉及一种夹层玻璃加工用胶垫裁剪装置。
背景技术
夹层玻璃是由两片或多片玻璃,之间夹了一层或多层有机聚合物中间膜,经过特殊的高温预压(或抽真空)及高温高压工艺处理后,使玻璃和中间膜永久粘合为一体的复合玻璃产品。常用的夹层玻璃中间膜有:PVB、SGP、EVA、PU等。
现有的夹层玻璃通常次将对胶垫进行裁剪,并将胶垫至于两篇玻璃之间。而传统胶垫通常是将卷装的胶垫铺设于剪切台上,先沿宽度方向将胶垫裁剪下来,在通过直尺对胶垫进行二次裁剪成需要的形状。此过程中,需要胶垫裁剪精度低,胶垫裁剪效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的胶垫切割不方便的问题,而提出的一种夹层玻璃加工用胶垫裁剪装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种夹层玻璃加工用胶垫裁剪装置,包括剪切台,所述剪切台的顶部依次设有拉板、切割板和压块,拉板、切割板和压块相互平行设置,拉板和切割板之间通过搭扣锁连接,拉板上滑动连接有夹持胶垫的压板一,切割板上滑动连接有底端位于其下方的刀架,刀架底部安装有沿剪切台宽度方向设置的切割刀,切割板的侧壁通过滑板固定有刀片,刀片沿剪切台长度方向设置,压块在剪切台顶部竖直方向上下移动。
优选的,所述剪切台的顶部两侧边缘处均设有沿其长度方向设置的滑槽,拉板的底部两端和切割板底部两端均设有滑块,滑块滑动连接于滑槽内。
优选的,所述拉板的侧壁设有水平设置的置物通道一,压板一在竖直方向上滑动连接于置物通道一内,压板一的顶部固定有连接杆一,连接杆一的顶部贯穿置物通道一并固定有位于拉板上方的压板二,压板二底部和拉板顶部之间连接有拉簧一。
优选的,所述切割板的顶设有置物通道二,刀架在水平方向滑动连接于置物通道二内,置物通道二的内壁上胶合有橡胶条,刀架通过橡胶条固定于切割板上。
优选的,所述刀架顶部贯穿有刀模,切割刀固定于刀模底部,刀模和刀架之间通过限位凸起卡接。
优选的,所述剪切台的侧壁上设有安装通道一,剪切台的顶部设有与安装通道一连通的安装通道二,安装通道一内在水平方向上滑动连接有推板,推板的顶部固定有梯形块,梯形块的一侧设有滑动连接于安装通道二内的连接杆二,连接杆二的底部倾斜设置,连接杆二的顶部固定于压块的底部,压块的竖截面为T形结构,压块的底部两端均通过拉簧二固定于剪切台顶部。
优选的,所述剪切台的侧壁固定有外罩,外罩内安装驱动推板在水平方向移动的驱动电机。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、针对不同大小的玻璃,先通过滑板带动刀片在长度方向对胶垫进行切割,随后,刀模下移,切割刀在宽度方向对胶垫进行切割,使胶垫在剪切台上一次剪切成型,解决了传统胶垫需要两步切割的问题,大大提高了胶垫的剪切效率;
2、装置结构简单,便于将胶垫夹持于压板一和拉板之间,胶垫在移动过程中处于平直状态,避免了手工拉动胶垫使胶垫产生扭曲、折痕而导致胶垫切割不平整的情况,提高了夹层玻璃的成型质量;
3、通过驱动电机驱动推板工作,使梯形块朝连接杆二移动并将连接杆二顶起,不影响胶垫的移动,同时,驱动电机驱动推板复位,胶垫夹持于胶垫和剪切台之间,便于胶垫的固定,胶垫不易移位,便于切割刀和刀片对胶垫进行裁剪,位于压块和切割板之间的胶垫便于下次剪切时,拉板的固定,操作方便。

参照图1-6,一种夹层玻璃加工用胶垫裁剪装置,包括剪切台10,所述剪切台10的顶部依次设有拉板20、切割板30、压块40、导向辊一13和导向辊二14,拉板20、切割板30和压块40相互平行设置,拉板20和切割板30之间通过搭扣锁31连接,拉板20上滑动连接有夹持胶垫50的压板一21,切割板30上滑动连接有底端位于其下方的刀架32,刀架32底部安装有沿剪切台10宽度方向设置的切割刀35,用于在宽度方向切割胶垫50,切割板30的侧壁通过滑板36固定有刀片37,刀片37沿剪切台10长度方向设置,用于在长度方向切割胶垫50,压块40在剪切台10顶部竖直方向上下移动,压块40压住胶垫50,便于切割,所述剪切台10的顶部两侧边缘处均设有沿其长度方向设置的滑槽11,拉板20的底部两端和切割板30底部两端均设有滑块,滑块滑动连接于滑槽11内,所述拉板20的侧壁设有水平设置的置物通道一,压板一21在竖直方向上滑动连接于置物通道一内,压板一21的顶部固定有连接杆一22,连接杆一22的顶部贯穿置物通道一并固定有位于拉板20上方的压板二23,压板二23底部和拉板20顶部之间连接有拉簧一24,所述切割板30的顶设有置物通道二,刀架32在水平方向滑动连接于置物通道二内,置物通道二的内壁上胶合有橡胶条,刀架32通过橡胶条固定于切割板30上,所述刀架32顶部贯穿有刀模33,切割刀35固定于刀模33底部,刀模33和刀架32之间通过限位凸起34卡接,所述剪切台10的侧壁上设有安装通道一12,剪切台10的顶部设有与安装通道一12连通的安装通道二,安装通道一12内在水平方向上滑动连接有推板43,推板43的顶部固定有梯形块44,梯形块44的一侧设有滑动连接于安装通道二内的连接杆二42,连接杆二42的顶部倾斜设置,连接杆二42的顶部固定于压块40的底部,压块40的竖截面为T形结构,压块40的底部两端均通过拉簧二41固定于剪切台10顶部,所述剪切台10的侧壁固定有外罩45,外罩45内安装驱动推板43在水平方向移动的驱动电机,剪切台10的顶部设有于控制驱动电机工作的开关46,剪切台10的顶部设有用于标记长度的网格线。
工作原理:
S1:将胶垫50的一端夹持于压板一21和置物通道一底部内壁之间,驱动电机工作,推板43带动梯形块44朝连接杆二42移动并将连接杆二42顶起;
S2:胶垫50的一端夹持于压板一21和拉板20之间,拉板20朝远离压块40的一端移动,移动至定长距离,驱动电机使推板43复位,胶垫50夹持于压块40和剪切台10之间;
S3:刀模33下移,滑板36带动刀片37在长度方向对胶垫50进行切割,随后,刀模33下移,切割刀35在宽度方向对胶垫50进行切割。

1.一种夹层玻璃加工用胶垫裁剪装置,包括剪切台,其特征在于:所述剪切台的顶部依次设有拉板、切割板和压块,拉板、切割板和压块相互平行设置,拉板和切割板之间通过搭扣锁连接,拉板上滑动连接有夹持胶垫的压板一,切割板上滑动连接有底端位于其下方的刀架,刀架底部安装有沿剪切台宽度方向设置的切割刀,切割板的侧壁通过滑板固定有刀片,刀片沿剪切台长度方向设置,压块在剪切台顶部竖直方向上下移动;
所述剪切台的侧壁上设有安装通道一,剪切台的顶部设有与安装通道一连通的安装通道二,安装通道一内在水平方向上滑动连接有推板,推板的顶部固定有梯形块,梯形块的一侧设有滑动连接于安装通道二内的连接杆二,连接杆二的底部倾斜设置,连接杆二的顶部固定于压块的底部,压块的竖截面为T形结构,压块的底部两端均通过拉簧二固定于剪切台顶部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种夹层玻璃加工用胶垫裁剪装置,其特征在于:所述剪切台的顶部两侧边缘处均设有沿其长度方向设置的滑槽,拉板的底部两端和切割板底部两端均设有滑块,滑块滑动连接于滑槽内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种夹层玻璃加工用胶垫裁剪装置,其特征在于:所述拉板的侧壁设有水平设置的置物通道一,压板一在竖直方向上滑动连接于置物通道一内,压板一的顶部固定有连接杆一,连接杆一的顶部贯穿置物通道一并固定有位于拉板上方的压板二,压板二底部和拉板顶部之间连接有拉簧一。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种夹层玻璃加工用胶垫裁剪装置,其特征在于:所述切割板的顶设有置物通道二,刀架在水平方向滑动连接于置物通道二内,置物通道二的内壁上胶合有橡胶条,刀架通过橡胶条固定于切割板上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种夹层玻璃加工用胶垫裁剪装置,其特征在于:所述刀架顶部贯穿有刀模,切割刀固定于刀模底部,刀模和刀架之间通过限位凸起卡接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种夹层玻璃加工用胶垫裁剪装置,其特征在于:所述剪切台的侧壁固定有外罩,外罩内安装驱动推板在水平方向移动的驱动电机。
