Abstract
本发明公开一种定型模具,包括上模、下模,上模和下模具有型腔,上模的型腔和下模的型腔匹配形成工件的截面形状;所述上模和下模均设置冷却水套,冷却水套设置进水管和出水管;所述上模和下模均设置真空腔,所述真空腔与型腔表面间设置多条气道,所述气道为条形,且在型腔表面均匀排列;所述真空腔与真空管连接,真空管与真空泵连接。本发明的优点:可精确控制护角带的表面尺寸及精度,防止凹凸不平,且护角带内部具有一定的间隙,可使得护角带具有一定的弹性。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械领域,具体是一种护角带的定型模具。
背景技术
护角带是用来保护钢卷的边缘部分,防止运输时的钢卷受到外力所引起的损伤;随着精密多的要求越来越高,钢卷的防护也越来越受到重视。现有的护角带的表面存在凹凸不平,当捆绑钢卷时必然会对钢卷的表面带来损伤;此外,护角带的高度一般高压钢卷的表面,发生磕碰时首先是护角带位置与其他物体发生磕碰,因此,护角带应具有一定的弹性,而现有的护角带并未有弹性,因此,不能满足使用要求。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种定型模具,可精确控制护角带的表面尺寸及精度,防止凹凸不平,且护角带内部具有一定的间隙,可使得护角带具有一定的弹性;具体技术方案如下:
一种定型模具,包括上模、下模,上模和下模具有型腔,上模的型腔和下模的型腔匹配形成工件的截面形状;所述上模和下模均设置冷却水套,冷却水套设置进水管和出水管;所述上模和下模均设置真空腔,所述真空腔与型腔表面间设置多条气道,所述气道为条形,且在型腔表面均匀排列;所述真空腔与真空管连接,真空管与真空泵连接。
所述气道相互平行。
所述上模和下模通过合页连接。
本发明进一步公开了所述定型模具的使用方法,挤出机生产出的护角带首先进入所述定型模具,然后再经其他定型模具后经冷却水槽,最终产出产品。
本发明的优点是:在真空吸附的作用下,护角带的表面与型腔的表面紧密接触,形成一定的预压力,因此,随着温度的下降,护角带的表面克服了凹凸不平的缺陷;而由于护角带的两侧表面均设置真空吸附的气道,因此,由挤出模刚刚进入定型模具的护角带,其内部尚未完全冷却定型,而护角带的两侧表面由于贴紧型腔,率先冷却,因此,通过气道的吸附作用,两侧冷却的护角带边缘部分会向型腔靠近,这样就在护角带内部带来一定的间隙,随着温度的下降,最终形成护角带内部的孔隙;这些孔隙会具有一定的弹性,形成缓冲作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图具体说明本发明,如图所示,本发明包括上模6、下模7,上模和下模具有型腔8,上模的型腔和下模的型腔匹配形成工件10的截面形状(本实施例截面为n型);所述上模和下模均设置冷却水套14,冷却水套设置进水管9和出水管10;所述上模和下模均设置真空腔15,所述真空腔与型腔表面间设置多条气道13,所述气道为条形,且在型腔表面均匀排列;所述真空腔与真空管12连接,真空管12与真空泵连接。
所述气道13相互平行。
所述上模6和下模7通过合页11连接。
本发明进一步公开了所述定型模具的使用方法,自料斗1进入挤出机2的原料在挤出机内加热后,由螺杆挤出,挤出的护角带首先进入本发明所公开的定型模具,经过定型后再经其他定型模具后,再经冷却水槽,最终产出产品。这里的其他定型模具不包括本发明的真空管及气道结构。
本实施例的原料为以聚乙烯为主的复合材料,其熔点为115℃,挤出模的出口温度为120℃,因此,刚进入定型模具的护角带尚未冷却定型,当护角带的两侧边缘与型腔在真空吸力作用下紧密接触时,受到模具的影响,护角带表面快速冷却,形成“硬壳”,该“硬壳”向两边的型腔靠近,使得护角带内部形成孔隙;而“硬壳”与型腔的紧密接触,克服了凹凸不平的缺陷。

1.一种定型模具,包括上模、下模,上模和下模具有型腔,上模的型腔和下模的型腔匹配形成工件的截面形状;所述上模和下模均设置冷却水套,冷却水套设置进水管和出水管;其特征在于:所述上模和下模均设置真空腔,所述真空腔与型腔表面间设置多条气道,所述气道为条形,且在型腔表面均匀排列;所述真空腔与真空管连接,真空管与真空泵连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的定型模具,其特征在于:所述气道相互平行。
3.根据权利要求1所述的定型模具,其特征在于:所述上模和下模通过合页连接。
4.一种权利要求1所述定型模具的使用方法,其特征在于:挤出机生产出的护角带首先进入所述定型模具,然后再经其他定型模具后经冷却水槽,最终产出产品。
