技术领域
本实用新型属于塑料成型模具技术领域,具体涉及塑料异型材挤出定型模。
背景技术
在塑料异型材成型加工行业中,挤出工艺仍然为由塑料原料生产出制品的最常用工艺。但随着市场需求的多样化,异型材也趋于多样化,目前的一些挤出设备在挤出精密度、生产效率和经济效益等方面已经不能满足企业竞争要求。
塑料异型材挤出模具主要包括挤出模头和冷却定型模部分,塑料原料在挤出模头内经过高温加热后塑化熔融状态并逐渐变为制品形状。在挤出模头处初步成型,但此时物料在高温下仍然是非常软的,形状随时可变,因此要经过定型模部分尽可能地快速冷却才能固化成型,一般需要经过比较长的冷却距离冷却后,才可以得到需要的异型材制品,但挤出精密度较差。
目前一般采用真空外定型方法,当型坯刚出模头挤出时,型坯与定型模差异较大,且型坯与定型模之间存在缝隙,空气从定型模之间的缝隙进入真空气室,使得真空外定型吸附能力减弱,型坯与定型模腔不易贴合,影响型坯冷却效果,开机调试时间较长,浪费物料。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的不足,本实用新型提供塑料异型材挤出定型模,可以保证定型模之间的密封,使型坯与定型模快速贴附,同时可以使型坯强制冷却定型。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案如下:
塑料异型材挤出定型模,由挤出模头、定型模体组成。
其中,所述的挤出模头中间开有气流喷嘴,气流由模头分流筋内气流通道通入,用于对异型材内腔进行风冷降温。
所述的定型模体由水冷系统、真空系统及喷水系统组成,所述的水冷系统由冷却水入口、异形水槽和冷却水出口构成,用于对刚出模头的高温型坯进行冷却降温;所述的真空系统由抽气口、抽气通道和抽气孔构成,以便用于对刚进入定型模的型坯强力吸附;所述的喷水系统由喷水入口、水道和喷水孔构成,用于对型坯外表面直接进行水冷降温。
作为优选,所述的水冷系统中异形水槽为单进单出,异形水槽与定型模平行,异形水槽分布在定型模各个部位,包括异形边角等边缘地方。
在实际使用过程中,真空系统只在挤出机开机工作将物料从模头挤出准备进入定型模时运行,当物料顺利通过定型模,型坯被吸附后,可以停止真空系统工作。此时挤出模头中开启气流,使气流从气流喷嘴流向型坯内腔进行冷却降温。
本实用新型的优点和积极效果是,由于采用上述技术方案,使得塑料异型材从模头挤出后可以快速被吸附,同时冷却效果快,节约生产调试时间,挤出成型精密度高,提升了生产效率,节约物料。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的实施例中,塑料异型材挤出定型模,由挤出模头1、定型模体2组成;其中,所述的挤出模头1中间开有气流喷嘴11,气流由模头分流筋内气流通道12通入,用于对异型材内腔进行风冷降温,气流方向如图1中箭头所示。所述的定型模体2由水冷系统、真空系统及喷水系统组成,所述的水冷系统由冷却水入口21、异形水槽22和冷却水出口23构成,用于对刚出模头的高温型坯进行冷却降温,水流方向如图1中箭头所示;所述的真空系统由抽气口31、抽气通道32和抽气孔33构成,抽气气流方向如图1中箭头所示,以便用于对刚进入定型模的型坯强力吸附;所述的喷水系统由喷水入口41、水道42和喷水孔43构成,用于对型坯外表面直接进行水冷降温。
更进一步,所述的水冷系统中异形水槽22为单进单出,异形水槽22与定型模平行,异形水槽22分布在定型模各个部位,包括异形边角等边缘地方。
