The applicant unexpectedly finds in the research process that the addition of diglycerol and polyglycerol-3 to the composition has high moisturizing performance, excellent skin permeability, improved skin softness and sticky skin feel. The reason the inventor believes is that the diglycerol and the polyglycerol-3 have 4 hydroxyl groups, and have strong hydrogen bonding action with the glycerol phosphoinositide choline salt and the D-panthenol, so that the bonding force of the composition and water is further improved, the percutaneous water loss is greatly reduced, and the composition is lubricated without forming sticky feeling. In the further research process, the applicant finds that when the mass ratio of the diglycerol to the polyglycerol-3 is 10: 1, wherein the mass ratio of the manuka honey extract to the glycerol compound is 1: 44, the composition has the best stability, and can change the permeability of the skin without causing skin irritation or secondary damage to sensitive skin, and the applicant guesses that the reason is probably that the structures of diglycerol and polyglycerol-3 can be embedded into polyhydroxy structures such as PEG-stearate, saccharide isomers, glycerophosphoinositide choline salt and the like, so that the surface tension of the skin surface is reduced, and active substances can enter the skin through the skin surface; meanwhile, due to the combined action of the saccharide isomerate and the glycerophosphoinositide choline salt, diglycerol is arranged on the surface of the skin in a specific form, and the hydroxyl groups of the diglycerol have the hydrogen bond function, so that the diglycerol is promoted to be orderly arranged to form a soft breathable film, the irritation to the skin is reduced, and the sensitive skin cannot be secondarily damaged; meanwhile, the acridity of the methylglyoxal is effectively reduced by the diglycerol and the polyglycerol-3, the methylglyoxal interacts with the glycerophosphoinositide choline salt, and excellent high-temperature stability, low-temperature stability and illumination stability can be kept in a PEG-stearate emulsifying system.

The invention has the advantages that the absorption of effective components is promoted through the synergistic effect of seven components of manuka honey extract, carnosine, glycerophosphoinositide choline salt, panthenol, saccharide isomerate, diglycerin and polyglycerol-3, and the invention has the effects of quickly relieving itching, eliminating red, relieving inflammation, fundamentally improving the symptoms of dry skin and desquamation, regulating the ecological balance of skin and strengthening the skin barrier; and the emulsion system has good stability, not only promotes the penetration and absorption of effective substances, but also can solve the problem of sticky skin feel of the product. The long-acting repairing effect and the anti-allergy repairing effect are good, the component effects are mild, the use is safe, and the secondary damage to sensitive skin in the using process is effectively avoided.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a use of the above cosmetic composition in cosmetics, wherein the cosmetics comprise one or more of face toilet, moisturizer, lotion, cream, foundation, mask, lotion, and essence.
The third aspect of the present invention provides a method for preparing the above cosmetic composition, comprising the steps of: mixing plant extract, active peptide, panthenol, saccharide isomerate, inositol structure-containing compound, glycerol compound, and water uniformly to obtain the cosmetic composition.

Evaluation of Performance
1. Stability: the cosmetic compositions described in examples 1 to 7 were added to an emulsion system containing 3% of PEG-stearate, 10% of isononyl isononanoate, 3% of fruit fat of shea butter (butyspermumparkii), 1% of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5% of carbomer, 0.45% of triethanolamine, and the balance of deionized water (the amount of the cosmetic composition described in examples 1 to 7 was 5 wt% of the total mass of the emulsion system), and the emulsion system was left at room temperature, 45 ℃, -10 ℃ and after 1 week, 2 weeks, and 1 month of storage under light irradiation, and visual observation was performed on the appearance change of the emulsion system, and the stability was evaluated based on the following criteria:
a: under the condition, no layering phenomenon is observed, and the paste is fine;
b: no delamination was observed under these conditions and a coarse paste was observed
C: the layering phenomenon is observed under the condition, and the paste body is coarse and goes out of water;
the test results are shown in tables 1 to 4, in which table 1 shows the storage stability at room temperature, table 2 shows the storage stability at 45 ℃, table 3 shows the storage stability at-10 ℃, and table 4 shows the storage stability under light conditions;

2. Irritation: 50 female subjects with sensitive skin aged 45-55 years were selected, and each of the subjects was fitted with an aqueous solution containing 10 wt% of sodium lauryl sulfate and 5 wt% of the cosmetic composition described in examples 1-7 on the forearm of a human body for 24 hours, and the clinical evaluation of irritation after removal of the patch was scored, and the statistical average (rounded to an integer), where 0 score indicates no irritation, 5 score indicates irritation, and a higher score indicates stronger irritation, and the statistical results of irritation are shown in Table 5.
3. Permeability: the cosmetic compositions described in examples 1 to 7 were subjected to a moisturizing efficacy test to determine their penetration, and the cosmetic compositions described in examples 1 to 7 were added to a marine energy supplement liquid of gram-free fries (the amount of the cosmetic composition described in examples 1 to 7 added was 2 wt%); the test method comprises the following steps: selecting 50 subjects of 25-35 years of age, and randomly dividing the subjects into 5 groups of 10 persons; the specific method comprises the following steps:
after cleansing the face, the subjects rested in a constant environment for 3 minutes, and then tested for stratum corneum moisture content using a stratum corneum moisture content tester (Corneometer CM825, Courage & Khazaka, germany); the average value is taken by 3 times of continuous tests, and the higher the parameter value, the higher the water content of the stratum corneum of the skin is. Then, uniformly smearing a test sample by using a latex glove, starting timing, and measuring each water content at each time according to the design of an experiment; wherein, the water content is more than 75% is marked as A, the water content is 65-75% is marked as B, the water content is 55-65% is marked as C, the water content is less than 55% is marked as D, and the test results are shown in Table 5.

4. Anti-allergy repairing effect: 50 volunteers, 3 wt% aqueous solution of sodium lauryl sulfate, applied to the forearm of a human body for 24 hours, and after removing the patch, the patch was applied to the forearm of a human body with 5 wt% aqueous solution of the cosmetic composition described in examples 1 to 7, respectively, without adding the cosmetic composition, for a blank test, and applied every 6 hours. The transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and skin red pigment of the skin were measured separately using 3 times (after 24 hours). The skin transepidermal water loss rate (TEWL) was measured using a skin transepidermal water loss tester (Tewameter TM300, CK corporation, Germany), and the skin red pigment content was measured using a skin red pigment tester (Mexameter MX 18). The lower the transepidermal water loss rate (TEWL) of the skin, the better the repair effect, and the lower the skin red pigment content, the better the soothing and anti-allergy effect. The results of the transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and skin red pigment tests on the skin are shown in table 6.

Claims (10)

1. A cosmetic composition with anti-allergy repairing effect is characterized by comprising 0.1-1% of plant extract, 0.5-2% of active peptide, 30-40% of panthenol and 3-10% of saccharide isomer by mass as effective components.
2. The cosmetic composition of claim 1, wherein said plant extract comprises methylglyoxal and glycolic acid.
3. Cosmetic composition according to claim 1, characterized in that said panthenol is D-panthenol and/or DL-panthenol.
4. Cosmetic composition according to claim 1, characterized in that said sugar isomers are selected from one or more of psicose, glucose, mannose, fructose, glucose, galactose, maltose.
5. The cosmetic composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the cosmetic composition further comprises, in mass percent, 0.1 to 0.5% of a compound containing an inositol structure, 11 to 33% of a glycerol compound, and the balance water.
6. The cosmetic composition of claim 5, wherein the glycerols comprise diglycerol and polyglycerin-3; the mass ratio of diglycerol to polyglycerol-3 is (5-15): 1.
7. cosmetic composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the active peptide is selected from one or more of dipeptide-1, dipeptide-2, dipeptide-4, dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate, tripeptide-6, trifluoroacetyl tripeptide-2, tripeptide-1 copper, tripeptide-10 citrulline, tripeptide-2, tripeptide-3, tripeptide-32, reduced glutathione, oxidised glutathione, L-carnosine, D-carnosine, oligopeptide-1, oligopeptide-2, oligopeptide-29, oligopeptide-3, oligopeptide-32, oligopeptide-4, oligopeptide-5, oligopeptide-6.
8. The cosmetic composition as claimed in claim 5, wherein the plant extract is derived from flowers of New Zealand Manuka tree, which is prepared by water extraction process.
9. The cosmetic composition as claimed in claim 8, wherein the mass ratio of the plant extract to the glycerin compound is 1: (33-110).
10. Use of a cosmetic composition according to any one of claims 1 to 9 in a cosmetic product comprising one or more of a facial cleanser, a moisturizer, an emulsion, a cream, a foundation, a mask, a lotion, a serum.
