本发明涉及一种裂纹釉陶瓷制品用坯料,按照重量份数计,它包括(1)长石粉12‑20份,(2)水洗土50‑80份,(3)滑石粉1‑5份,(4)叶蜡石8‑18份,(5)粘土2‑6份,(6)熔块5‑10份;其制备方法,它包括将料:球:水按照质量比1:1.5:1.1‑1.2配比,球磨24小时,当泥浆细度达到120目筛筛余为0.4‑0.6%即可,加水稀释至50‑60波美度制得泥浆。本发明节能,成品裂纹效果好。

技术领域
本发明属于陶瓷技术领域,具体涉及一种裂纹釉制品用坯料。
背景技术
裂纹釉是指陶瓷制品的釉层上具有细小的裂纹,它使陶瓷制品具有特定的艺术效果而得到人们的青睐。一般在烧釉时,1100℃左右属于低温烧成,1200℃左右属于中温烧成,1300℃左右属于高温烧成,目前大多数的裂纹釉烧成时均属于中高温烧成。高温烧成可以保证良好的裂纹效果,其主要依靠坯料和釉料的结合使用,另外坯料的膨胀系数起决定作用。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种节能,成品裂纹效果好的裂纹釉陶瓷制品用坯料。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种裂纹釉陶瓷制品用坯料,按照重量份数计,它包括以下组分,
(1)长石粉 12-20份,
(2)水洗土 50-80份,
(3)滑石粉 1-5份,
(4)叶蜡石 8-18份,
(5)粘土 2-6份,
(6)熔块 5-10份,
所述熔块,按照重量份数计,它包括石英20-30份、长石55-65份、硼砂12-20份;
其制备方法,它包括将料:球:水按照质量比1:1.5:1.1-1.2配比,球磨24小时,当泥浆细度达到120目筛筛余为0.4-0.6%即可,加水稀释至50-60波美度制得泥浆。
进一步地,按照重量份数计,它包括以下组分,
(1)长石粉 15份,
(2)水洗土 60份,
(3)滑石粉 2份,
(4)叶蜡石 10份,
(5)粘土 5份,

进一步地,由本坯料制成的坯体的膨胀系数为5.2×10-7-6.5×10-7
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明通过在坯料中加入叶蜡石和熔块,两者结合使用,使坯体的膨胀系数达到5.2×10-7-6.5×10-7,烧成后釉面裂纹效果好,并且无针孔、薄釉、缩釉等缺陷,有效降低次品率,提高生产效率,同时降低了生产成本,本产品外观精美度,适用于高档陶瓷酒瓶等高档陶瓷制品。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
本发明所述的一种裂纹釉陶瓷制品用坯料,按照重量份数计,它包括以下组分,
(1)长石粉 14.7份,
(2)水洗土 58.2份,
(3)滑石粉 2.5份,
(4)叶蜡石 10.3份,
(5)粘土 3.7份,
(6)熔块 6.9份,
所述熔块,按照重量份数计,它包括石英22.8份、长石56.1份、硼砂15.5份;
其制备方法,它包括将料:球:水按照质量比1:1.5:1.1配比,球磨24小时,当泥浆细度达到120目筛筛余为0.5%即可,加水稀释至55波美度制得泥浆。
实施例2
本发明所述的一种裂纹釉陶瓷制品用坯料,按照重量份数计,它包括以下组分,
(1)长石粉 18.9份,
(2)水洗土 74.5份,
(3)滑石粉 3.7份,
(4)叶蜡石 16.4份,
(5)粘土 5.6份,
(6)熔块 8.3份,
所述熔块,按照重量份数计,它包括石英27.1份、长石62.8份、硼砂18.4份;
其制备方法,它包括将料:球:水按照质量比1:1.5:1.2配比,球磨24小时,当泥浆细度达到120目筛筛余为0.5%即可,加水稀释至58波美度制得泥浆。
本发明通过在坯料中加入叶蜡石和熔块,两者结合使用,使坯体的膨胀系数达到5.2×10-7-6.5×10-7,烧成后釉面裂纹效果好,并且无针孔、薄釉、缩釉等缺陷,有效降低次品率,提高生产效率,同时降低了生产成本,本产品外观精美度,适用于高档陶瓷酒瓶等高档陶瓷制品。
在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围,本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

(1)长石粉 12-20份,
(2)水洗土 50-80份,
(3)滑石粉 1-5份,
(4)叶蜡石 8-18份,

(6)熔块 5-10份,
