Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical test equipment, relates to an animal hypoxia/reoxygenation culture device, and particularly relates to an animal hypoxia/reoxygenation culture device which can effectively adjust the oxygen concentration in an incubator, create a hypoxia/reoxygenation culture environment required by an animal model, and ensure that the culture environment of a control group is not interfered to the maximum extent.
Background
Changes in oxygen content are one of the most important regulators throughout the life cycle, extending from embryonic development, maintenance of normal body function, to pathological processes such as disease and aging, with hypoxia being one of the most common basic environments. Hypoxic culture is a culture state when oxygen in cells or organs is lower than that in air, and plays an important role in human medical research. In the prior art, an experimental animal model needs to be established by simulating a hypoxia environment, and the experimental animal model is used for researching a series of pathological, physiological and molecular biological index changes of animals or cells under a relatively hypoxia environment. The common hypoxia incubator is a hypoxia state formed by premixing air and nitrogen according to a certain proportion, is generally simple in design, and generally has the following problems:
1. traditional animal incubator can only realize the establishment of hypoxemia environment, and the function is single, and traditional animal is cultivateed the experiment and not only can use the hypoxemia and cultivates the environment, can use reoxygenation environment more times moreover, because traditional experimental apparatus's function is single, when the reoxygenation environment is being found, often oxygen concentration recovery rate is slow, and long-time recovery process can influence the precision of experiment model moreover.
2. The traditional animal incubator has the defect of centralized culture, the animals of a control group and an experimental group are cultured together, relatively independent culture environments are lacked, some animals need to be treated in the culture process, but the animals are cultured together, so that the culture environments of other groups are inevitably influenced when the animals are treated, the nonsterile animal model construction process is caused, and the experimental result is finally influenced.
3. Traditional animal incubator lacks relative independence and long-term system of raising for, when needs put in food and water for the animal, need open the incubator, put in a certain amount of water and food toward the incubator, inevitable meeting brought the influence to the culture environment after opening the incubator, need readjust oxygen concentration, not only waste time and energy, process time is long moreover, be difficult to guarantee whole cultivation in-process, the continuity and the stability of animal culture environment, finally influence the experimental result.
4. Traditional animal incubator lacks automatic closed-loop control, and the regulation of oxygen concentration needs artificial manual intervention many times to adjust and control the inlet flow of oxygen repeatedly for a long time, whole accommodation process not only loaded down with trivial details and accuracy is low, causes the experimental efficiency low, delays the experiment progress, extravagant experiment air supply.
