技术领域
本发明涉及皮革技术领域,具体涉及一种高物性的水性超纤绒面汽车内饰革的生产方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着人民生活水平的提高,汽车也已经成为了大家生活中的一部分。设计和开发一种应用基于水性材料的高物性汽车内饰超纤绒面革。
目前汽车内饰超纤革都是油性为主,消费者也愈来愈重视汽车内部的空气质量和安全。主机厂都希望一种环保的全水性的超纤材料且能够达到客户要求的物理性能指标,来满足客户需要。
作为水性绒面超纤汽车座椅革要经的起马丁代尔球磨常态下5万次,根据TL52310的标准评级沾色大于等于3-4级,变色大于等于3级合格,氙灯光照2个周期之后球磨1万次变色等级大于等于4级且表面触感不变化。
物理性能按照汽车革要求来做,按照汽车革的标准TL52310≥15N,气味≤3.5,雾化≤2mg,氙灯照射不变色,球磨沾色。
但是,现有的水性超纤绒面汽车内饰革很难达到上述的物性要求。
基于上述情况,本发明提出了一种高物性的水性超纤绒面汽车内饰革及其生产方法,可有效解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明针对传统工艺的浪费和污染问题,目的在于提供一种高物性的水性超纤绒面汽车内饰革及其生产方法。本发明的高物性的水性超纤绒面汽车内饰革的生产方法通过严格控制各步骤的工艺条件参数,以及调整所述水性聚氨酯含浸浆料和所述助剂浆料等的配方,制得的高物性的水性超纤绒面汽车内饰革的耐磨耗性能优异,耐氙灯光照、力学性能、气味等综合性能好,具有高物性;提升了产品价值。

A、选择克重为350-380g/m2的无纺布;
B、预含浸:通过轧机浸轧水性PVA,控制浸轧后的带液率为160-200%;然后烘干;
C、含浸:通过轧机浸轧水性聚氨酯含浸浆料,控制浸轧后的带液率为170-200%;然后烘干;
D、然后依次经碱减量,水洗,烘干,磨毛;
E、然后通过轧机浸轧助剂浆料,控制浸轧后的带液率为80-100%,最后在125-135℃条件下烘干,复合衬布后得到高物性的水性超纤绒面汽车内饰革。

本发明的高物性的水性超纤绒面汽车内饰革的生产方法通过在含浸树脂以及在后工段助剂浸轧(所述水性聚氨酯含浸浆料和所述助剂浆料)中加入蜡乳液,在纤维表面固化后使纤维变的滑爽从而提高了磨耗性能且降低了磨削量提高了布面的沾色等级。

此外,对比例1和实施例4均按照TL52310测试标准,见附图1,马丁代尔磨耗6万次的结果:对比例1(左边)有明显的的磨破痕迹,而实施例4(右边)没有任何磨破的痕迹;从布面沾色状况来看,实施例4明显好于对比例1,灰度卡评级至少高出一级;
从而说明了在发明中加入的蜡乳液明显地改善了超纤革的磨耗性能,TL52310的标准是磨耗大于5万次,实施例4的磨耗大于6万次,耐磨性能好。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,上述优选实施方式不应视为对本发明的限制,本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种高物性的水性超纤绒面汽车内饰革的生产方法,其特征在于,包括下列步骤:
A、选择克重为350-380g/m2的无纺布;
B、预含浸:通过轧机浸轧水性PVA,控制浸轧后的带液率为160-200%;然后烘干;
C、含浸:通过轧机浸轧水性聚氨酯含浸浆料,控制浸轧后的带液率为170-200%;然后烘干;
D、然后依次经碱减量,水洗,烘干,磨毛;
E、然后通过轧机浸轧助剂浆料,控制浸轧后的带液率为80-100%,最后在125-135℃条件下烘干,得到高物性的水性超纤绒面汽车内饰革。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高物性的水性超纤绒面汽车内饰革的生产方法,其特征在于,所述水性聚氨酯含浸浆料包括以下重量份的原料:
水 68-72份、
合成蜡水性乳液 1-2份、
水性聚氨酯树脂 25-30份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高物性的水性超纤绒面汽车内饰革的生产方法,其特征在于,所述助剂浆料包括以下重量份的原料:
水 97.5-98.7份、
合成蜡水性乳液 1-2份、
三防助剂 0.2-0.3份、
有机硅类手感剂 0.1-0.2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高物性的水性超纤绒面汽车内饰革的生产方法,其特征在于,所述三防助剂为碳氟类化物,且不含PFOS和PFOA。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高物性的水性超纤绒面汽车内饰革的生产方法,所述三防助剂为鲁道夫三防整理剂RUCOSTAR EEE和享金化工三防整理剂HK-9890中的任意一种或两种的混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高物性的水性超纤绒面汽车内饰革的生产方法,其特征在于,所述手感剂为有机硅类手感剂。
7.一种高物性的水性超纤绒面汽车内饰革,其特征在于,所述高物性的水性超纤绒面汽车内饰革采用如权利要求1至6任一项所述的高物性的水性超纤绒面汽车内饰革的生产方法的制得。
